Toybox Inc. trademarks Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid in English in Japan

Toybox Inc., the developer of the Millennium Kitchen-produced summer adventure game known as Natsu-Mon! 20th Century Summer Vacation in Japan, filed a trademark for the English title “Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid” on March 28 in Japan.

Natsu-Mon! 20th Century Summer Vacation launched for Switch on July 28, 2023 in Japan under the publishing of Spike Chunsoft. While Spike Chunsoft has yet to announce a localized English release, today’s trademark by Toybox Inc. could suggest an English release is currently in planning under the name “Natsu-Mon: 20th Century Summer Kid.”

Otomate ripped off Broccoli Co. - in the worst way possible

Explanation below.

- they took Ōtori Eiichi’s character from Uta no Prince-sama, i.e. his hair, eyes, clothes plus his voice actor Midorikawa Hikaru

- they took Eiichi and Otoya’s ... ambiguous scene standing in a burning flower field and turned it into a tragically romantic scene

- they turned Eiichi’s younger brother Eiji into his (”adopted”) younger sister and made their relationship romantic (and added control and grooming into the mix)

so. i decided to look up what other games toybox inc have worked on. besides world end syndrome and lo and behold they worked on 7scarlet two years prior to the release of wes.

so not only was i completely on the money that this felt like a weaker 7scarlet BUT THEY HELPED MAKE BOTH GAMES. THEY JUST MADE THE SAME AGAIN A SECOND TIME BUT FOR MEN.

Thimbleweed Park / Deadly Premonition 2

I got a Nintendo Switch Lite (blurple) and it's awesome!

I prefer handheld gameplay and this console is just what I was looking for. It is very comfortable with the Skull & Co GripCase. I'm excited to try out some Switch games!
