i find it funny when people tell me i'm "a pedophile" when i talk about certain pairings in any way other than 100% family friendly and even just imply they fucked or fooled around bcs like

i'm projecting my own lived experiences as a gay teenager onto them, all the awkwardness, all the self-doubt, all the confusion, the subtle touches out of a fear of being caught, the sneaking around, the uncertainty, being scared to truly embrace who you are, the delicate unsure touches and the much-too-hard grabs as you're navigating this completely new territory that you never got guidance on and never truly will, all you have is your own knowledge and discovery and it's something that is - in fact - very often an integral part of identity and discovering who you are

i have these characters go through the same things i did at their age, things that people are probably still going through, because processing real life things is often easier when its through the lens of fiction and its comforting to imagine that you aren't alone in it, that these characters who mean a lot to you are sharing that burden you once carried alone

hey did you know??? that if you stop stretching and maintaining mobility in your body then it goes away?? things get tight and you can't move the way that you used to??? and when you decide to try getting a stretch routine going that the first week fucking sucks because you keep going 'damn i used to be able to do this no problem' and then you have to switch gears and be kind to yourself and just focus on getting better from here instead of berating yourself for dropping the good habits in the first place??? and your body never stops aging so you gotta keep taking care of it and sometimes you gotta take care of it extra in certain areas because of things that happened when you were younger and it's boring and sometimes hurts but it's so necessary???

i am yelling this at myself right now i am going through An Experience (trying to get into a routine of body maintenance again for my physical and mental health)

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)

Actual professor here! Genetically, all humans are Normal types, though some of our relatively recent ancestors were Psychic. Part of what let us succeed as a species was reutilizing the brain power originally used for psionics to language and tool use. We do still have some vestigial psychic power that can be trained, though it's quite weak compared to most Pokémon. As for those born with psychic powers, this is considered nowadays to be like an egg move, passed down from parent to child. And no, obviously learning Fighting moves doesn't make you a Fighting type, there is no way for a human to change their type.
