Crazy how a couple of years ago when the dark times from 2016 to 2018 of the dsp fandom vs the dsp critical blogs fandom wars was around, the same anti that used to "call" me out for shipping a height gap pairing spreading misinfo saying im a p word and harassed/send hate other ppl in the dsp fandom alongside the other dsp critical blogs is somehow still an anti and still acts like an anti at the age of 25. Back in the good old days (a year ago) where I couldn’t rely on submissions and had to go deep into the tumblr mines till I reached ages that have long past since now, I heavily relied on one specific blog that has luckily not been deactivated in all the years it existed. This Blog still had some posts from 2014 and onward on it, a Goldmine for Hobby-Fandom-Historians like myself.

Now, this blog was also a huge, and I mean HUGE, Deslay shipper in the before times. After Azran Legacy’s release and the you-know-what twist they clearly stopped shipping it (hooray), but never deleted their posts or reblogs about the ship. I’m not mad at them for that btw, because it’s another interesting glimpse into what the fandom was like. And I can happily say that you all have always been little freaks about your ships. So… Congrats?

Btw you’re right, Deslay shippers still exist, but there are very few left and they appear to be a dying species!

i dont mind the question at all!! even if i was a deep lurker in feedism communities of most of my fandoms. looking "chubby draco malfoy " into google images since 2012 (￣▽￣*)ゞ and later religiously following wg-writers of whatever fandom i migrated through. i would always send so many asks, and when i got into BTS i was older, and properly aware of what feedism was, and actively looking for it on tumblr. back then it was a handful of people with now deactivated blogs and @bangtanstummies (who as im writing this blog see has a deactivated blog as well :,) , i swear going through my dms is like going through a cementary) . i try to stay in touch with as many of the people now as i can!! but everyone will know im the suckiest at texts (@cookiesuga55 will know ) but id love to chat more and be more present

anyway back to the community in 2018, i really loved their stuff, and i felt like there was still room to add new ideas (which was hard in a fandom with as much fanficiton as BTS's) , thats what inspired to make my blog!! back then it was claled bangtangchub, and i didnt know how to activate my asks, bangtanstummies was the one to let me know and we even got into a discord all of us together!!! crazy times ( ◡‿◡ *) i remember being the oldest of the group👴 i was 15 at the time, some coudl argue it wasn't my place to be writing fetish fanfiction, maybe theyre right. but i found such a happy place in my fics. not only have i met some of my closest friends through here; (people ive met in real life!?!? ) but its helped me so much to find a safe place to explore my emotions, sexuality, and craft a hobby that was all my own. i dont think im that good of a writer, but i am really so proud of having stuck to something for so long, and having worked on it all by myself.

often times i feel like i lack the motivation to do anything with my life, and just all-around consider myself someone who lacks the strength and backbone to really do hard things. and i like to think of this blog, and my journey in it, as a place that proof i can... idk,, be good at things i worked hard on.

ANYWAY!! that was a long rant. As for the character i like writing the most about!! welli role play as jungkook almost daily! so i do feel a lot of myself in him. but i love writing all characters, over the years i really made an effort to not fall into a comfortable ship, because i really do think you could spin a wheel and whatever combination of bts members ahs their own unique loving dynamic.

you decide to cash in your final paycheck friday morning before your last final. normal things. until the horrors. how were you supposed to know that this was the day that the biggest bank robber group was planning to hit this branch? now you're going to be late for your final and have to repeat a semester because you failed.

or worse, you know, you could die.

there's a moment where everything you learned clicks. a guest lecturer last year from the fbi was talking about behavioral analysis and negotiation strategies and you immediately knew it wasn't your thing. but it could be. it's going to have to be.

despite what the robbers said, you stand up with your hands up in surrender from where you were kneeling with the rest of the hostages. you start running your mouth, trying to use the negotiation tactics the agent spoke about (later, you'll remember he said that it's only theoretical and shouldn't be done without practice and backup but if theory isn't applicable, then what's the point?). they listen. for a solid two and a half minutes. then they shoot you in the neck with horrifying accuracy. extraordinary accuracy, even.

they can hold the negation on multiple eos at a time, though it is a more difficult endeavor

as soon as they blink, its deactivated and the eo has their ability back

the negation effects, essentially, powers that people control. it doesn't work so well on physiological powers (ie skeleton physiology) but will cancel something like superspeed immediately.

they need to know that a person has a power to be able to cancel it, so those with 'silent' powers won't be effected unless they know you have it and know when you are using it

but it's not like they really do anything with their power lolz... its mostly just used to help patients with alleviating any side effects & relaxation

Good news!! Omegas been with Shadow! He and Shadow stuck together after rouge, and the rest of the group all had passed away and/or gone their seperate ways. They traveled together, keeping track of villains and the chaos emeralds and occasionally saving the world as the situation demanded it. I havent thought about individual events in detail though. Mostly theyve been seeing the sights though, theyre both always on the hunt for a challenge following Eggmans death and Sonics' disappearance. Shadows done a really good job of keeping Omega in peak condition, doing maintenance and all that, butttt the bad news is that a lot of the parts that Omega needs no longer exist. As of right now he's deactivated and Shadows been on the hunt for an essential part that he needs to replace. He'll come in officially sooner or later when i figure out whens a good time to bring him in

Metal is a different story i HAVENT thought about him. Probably went haywire afyer Eggman died and Sonic disappeared though

i feel so outta the loop with whats going on with that art tracer, they're also a race bender too?

okay so the art tracer has gone by many names over time. i used to be mutuals with them (i feel very stupid about it now for not recognizing them!) but they used to go by (in reverse order, from most recent to oldest):

- marco / red, who traced art back then as well (you can check my "mutuals.marco" tag for more of their art. i tried to give benefit of the doubt back then, but it is very clear their understanding of anatomy and other things does not quite line up with their physical "skill." look at the semi decent grasp of anatomical elements and proportions but entire lack of detail and messy linework on things like fingers and hair. ive noticed these things as ive gotten better also at art. they were into genshin, the quarry, and "apocalyptic" media. their card visually is the same, with the same strange typing quirks, tagging system, and carrd details as 'aray' (ie: the three emojis at the bottom of a small text box, with the key leading to i believe platonic or familial f/os i cant remember which.) marcos main f/o was buck from 911, which carried over to the 'aray' blog. theyve since deleted this f/o from their list. dina and ellie were on marcos list towards the end of that blog. that has since carried over. they also strangely had dragon ball blacklisted, as they do on their current blog, which is very likely because of the issues they have had with keke/@galedinner the past who, at the time of their old blogs deactivaton and new blogs creation, was fixated on his dragon ball f/os, and had some fairly popular posts regarding them.

- kayle, the shipper who also racefaked (at first to being wholly poc, then mixed, then 'part' native i believe because their...stepdad? was native? hello?they also faked did, and e-begged for money after causing a three-car pileup via distracted driving. they were into DC with bruce wayne always being their 'main' f/o,' and genshin. (this is where keke very bravely called out their shit, which is where their issues with him started i believe.)

- a few other blogs whom i never checked, but if you remember that "deactivation speedrun" thing that happened round a year ago on my blog, that was them also, also going by ana again. i called them out on clearly trying to weasel their way back into the community, and they immediately deactivated.

just to name a few. they didnt racebend, they falsely claimed to be poc more than once. they claimed i believe to be at points: latinx, native, and black mixed? i have talked to more than one person who has known them throughout all these blog changes/at different points throughout, as well as adding my own experience, in case youre curious as to where im getting some of these details.

i have added an image of my own arm and colorpicked directly from it, which is the the darker two colors -- mind you, i am polish and irish. im about as white as it gets ethnically, though i admit im not as pale as i could be for it. i picked from my natural tone and even from the lightest part i could see just to really try to throw a bone, and they still drew their s/is very consistently paler than me. and then claimed to be poc. (also, look at the hair. the clothes folds. the hands. its very clearly traced. no way someone is so good at facial anatomy and proportions and then...draws a hand like that. im sorry.)

its a clear pattern, and quite easy to follow through time via their interests and other small details about their blog/typing/tagging system/etc.

theyre not a great person, and im quite upset i didnt pick up on the kayle -> marco switch when it happened, but i try to give people benefit of the doubt. i have known them for years, though rarely interacted directly with them until they went by marco, though i dont know if they know i have known them so long, as i myself have gone through a few name/url changes since then (but it is all present on my blog. i have never remade attempting to 'be' someone else. i just think theyre not that smart to realize.) others im sure have more dealings with them, and feel free to add on.

1 honestly either is good, i dont think their dynamic would be all that different, its kind of just labels. i know a lot of people understandably view snatcher as unwilling to commit to another romantic relationship after what happened to them, but i personally write their discomfort sa far more about specific power dynamic quirks than the entire kind of relationship. given he works certain issues out beforehand (like his persistent attraction attachment and "indebtment" to vanessa. it doesnt have to go entirely he just needs to learn its not inherent to their identity) i dont think itd be too opposed to the idea.

2 none i dont read fanfiction. i guess i could name the thing that introduced me to the concept of them interacting but i dont remember what it was called. it was posted by a user with something about soy sauce in their url, theyre deactivated now. 3 none i am so sorry 4 cooking cat is incredibly busy w her cooking show, checking out various places kitchens (both place and culture wise) and swapping mafia town food, so when it comes to her actually resting for once in his life its her being cooked for. snatcher fights for his life in her kitchen making food just completely freaking out scared but the entire time its just going pretty smoothly. hes incredibly mediocre but like, its tasty and edible and ccs proud over this thing from the woods operating a stove. 5 million diseases be damned he can work a grill lol speaking of which, cc does help snatcher sort of reintegrate into soicety, at least as an observer. after dying and fully committing theirself to their cause theyd never think theyd get to live a normal life again: cook, wear cute clothes, walk outside, talk to people... and as such cc offers them a second chance at life just by being herself. its just everyday stuff to him but so huge and important to snatcher. its incredibly happy grateful for that. 5 she thinks its sincerely harrowing and isnt sure what to say or do, but snatcher tries her best to let him know his very presence in her life is enough to help them feel like theres a better life possible. having gained experience of just living not entangled in some horrific larger-than-life structure, its easier to keep in mind theyre under no obligation to be in as much pain as they are.

personally i think i care more abt the character's color palette than i do about them here JDHDJHDHD which is WEIRD bc if u look at me on main i have done nothing but spew sweet love letters towards these characters but like. when they have palettes that r hard to work with, no matter how much i like them i literally cannot brain an edit properly. i'll just stop here before i end up explaining my entire mental process in editing IM SORRY FKFHFJ

KDHJD on a better note, my fave characters to edit change depending on the theme but usually they'll always be atsushi, pareo in every single hair color she's ever used, lipxlip, narumi sena, and the entirety of wonderland x showtime <3

white: OOH STORYTIME!! let's see, this is a bit of a drag bc i have a lot of stories to tell abt the editing community tbh but here goes! i started editing way way back, but i only made this edit blog around early 2021, but i got into the editing community maybe late 2020? it was during the time it was most active i think. anyway, the blog that originally got me into the community has moved now, and i'd @ them except we never really interacted and i was just. enjoying the community from afar. then from their blog, i also met the blog that motivated me to start editing! idk if theyre still on tumblr or in the editing community so idk if theyre okay w me mentioning their url fkfnnf anyway they were super nice and i got the urge to make an edit blog, and voila! here we are.

then...controversy came. if you're aware of what i'm talking abt, i'd prefer not to say what and who was involved and it feels like a bad omen to say the name in general JBDJDHD yeah. that was a bad time for a lot of people, and the aforementioned blogs were all involved in it (not conspiratorily but they were close friends and one of them had a similar url now so,,,shit came and accusatory fingers were thrown around). anyway, both blogs are inactive (the latter deactivated) and it made me considerably sad when i found out.

as for what motivates me, well as you can see, the community isn't perfect, i've seen four big discourse scenarios and i've seen blogs leave, restart, and just quit altogether for so many reasons. it has goods and bads. and i keep editing because it makes me happy! and yes, i do sound like an old historian talking about wars when i tell what i know of its history but i do most definitely enjoy editing. there's a lot more things i could dwell on but i have this blog, and through this blog i made a lot of cool friends and met a lot of great people. there's gonna be bad times for sure but i don't like letting it overshadow the good ones bc i genuinely love this place and everyone here with all my heart, and i'm happy to stay for as long as life permits me to. JHFJDH OKAY I SOUND SO CHEESY IT'S 9 AM 4 ME AND I HAVENT HAD COFFEE YET OKAY
