Funny little thing I JUST noticed about the stage version of Anastasia

It's kind of subtle, but the older characters songs are more golden-age inspired than the younger characters. I was just thinking about it because for Anya and Dima and Gleb most the stuff I recommend is pretty contemporary (Amelie, Natasha Pierre, Chess), whereas for Lily and Vlad and the Dowager it's older stuff (She Loves Me, Gypsy, Street Scene). Granted, it's not a hard and fast rule, but it is an interesting little thing.
