synopsis- you show up at your boyfriends dorm after being on tour for a month. niki doesnt tell his members the pet names you uses and they eavesdrop when you questions you about it and list off all the secret petnames.

it was 11 am and you were let in to the boys dorm. you set your bags down, since your members dropped you off at the dorms, you still had your bags. they took to nikis room. you told the members they could watch, until niki kicked them out.

you snuggled under the covers and cuddled up to nikis back, seeing he was still sleeping you switched to lay in front of him. you snuck under his arm and nuzzled your nose into his neck, wrapping your arms your him.

he looked up and pulled you impossibly closer, you felt the smile on your neck. after pulling away, he kissed you softly and passionately. hearing the guys giggle, he pulled away and hid under the covers.

they closed the door a little bit but stayed there, being nosy. "i missed you my prince." they guys laughed and nikis face turned red.

"GUYS GET OUT PLEASE" they shut the door but, once again, they stayed there.

"yn, they dont know about the petnames, whyd u ruin it. theyre gunna tease me"

"i miss you too."

"sorry, i missed you so much, but still, WHYD YOU CALL ME THAT IN FRONT OF THE GUYS."

"am i not allowed to express my love for you?" pretending to be offended, you batted your eyelashes is a 'sad' way.

"you are, just not when ALL of them are there."

"what else did you not tell them about?''

"uh, alot. definitely not the petnames"

"so you didnt tell them about pretty boy, cutie, sweetie, honey, darling, or jack skellington?"

suddenly there was tons of laugher coming from the door, causing niki to get up and yell at them.

long story short, nikis a tall ass skeleton and doesnt tell people.

JOKES ASIDE, sunoo and jungwon (the shorter memebers of the group, even though they are tall asf too) called him jack skellington. heeseung called him pretty boy, jake called him cutie, and the others did a mix of all of them

hope this was up to ur standards anon, u and ur big brain. and IM SO SORRY THIS IS SO LATE, IVE BEEN BUSY WITH HOMEWORK BECAUSE MY ALGEBRA TEACHER CANT LIVE WITHT THE FACT THAT WE HAVE THINGS TO DO OTHER THAN MATH, but never mind that.

THIS IS THE FIRST PART.

idk why but i wanna show tumblr my aranara quests themed custom tarot deck lmao. i finished it in february but since i created this acc just recently, i gotta put it here now. im just really proud of this project and the fact that i actually finished it.

unfortunately tumblr will only allow me to add 10 pics per post, while there are 23 cards, so that kinda sucks. will have to separate em it seems. i'll also explain a little about my choices on these. so here we go, first ten.

0 the fool - "where the journey begins". i think its already a tradition to put some main figure on the fool card and so did i. glad i used his correct design for the card-

basically theres nothing to explain except for the monarch butterfly symbolism, which usually is a sign of a chosen. not like Arama is any "chosen" in a common sense, but i felt like adding this anyway. 6/10 nice Arama card.

I the magican - creation and manipulation. Aranimba got here for his exclusive sense of beauty and the will to create the beauty. he is an artist after all.

the story of the bg is kinda wonky. it was at release of 3.4 and due to my disappointment i made a pic where Aranimba points at that shiny cave northwest the mt. damavand with excitement. well, now its a boss enterance, but back then i had no clue, i made it literally at the release day lol. but it worked well on the bg of this card. i think you wouldnt guess it was that cave if i didnt tell, and that was done on purpose as well. 8/10 for backstory, and im proud of this card overall.

II the high priestess - waiting for the impulse from outside, confidence. first of all, the high priestess to me was always associated with some whimsy loud woman, and if you ask me, this is where Arapacati fits. however here she is depressively hugging a viparyas cuz she kicked her brothers a decade ago and now shes sad. what did i tell u about whimsy woman? 6/10, solid.

III the empress - the mother, fertility, the birth of a new. THIS IS WHERE WE STARTED, THE MAMA. no need to explain why i put Rukkhadevata here? 6/10, i struggled with this card cuz i hate drawing people, but it came out solid imo.

IV the emperor - the father, discipline, responsibility. to remind you, Araja is basically the one who runs the Vanarana dream realm, the tree of dreams. he is also here for a very simple reason because of being a big boss here, and looking like one as well. 7/10, nice mustache.

V the hierophant - attention to visible and invisible, search of the essence. if you ask me why i put Arapandu here, theres my answer - because he was the only major character who didnt have a card in the process of planning. i have some really vague explaination why exactly on hierophant, its mostly because of Varunastra actually, not Arapandu. i honestly dont have any emotional connection to Arapandu, he's kinda boring. 4/10.

VI the lovers - chosen by heart, determination and aspiration. ONLY BECAUSE OF SUCH INTERPRETATION. im against shipping aranara x anyone.

i think i wouldnt even make any better choice for this card whatsoever. they are here because they share dreams and aspirations and i really love their duet. 9/10 i teared.

VII the chariot - knowledge of the world, searching for the new. these goofy guys are here mostly because of "searching for the new", even though their methods were unsafe and archon knows what would happen to these dummies without any sense of self-preservation if we werent around. fact: they've been wondering for at least 4 years, but i love to say a decade. nay, theyre just very lucky. 5/10.

VIII justice - "play nice, and others will play nice with you". this is a card for Nara Varuna specifically and i decided to make both Lumine and Aether so that everyone will be satisfied. since Nara Varuna did nice in the past, all the aranara praise their name in the present.

the bg is again kinda symbolic. these are runes on Varuna contraption: "the water", when the rain pours, for Lumine, and "the sky", when its sunny, for Aether. i only hate how i made them so vague that theyre barely recognizable eh. but overall good cards, 6/10.

hmm perhaps I will talk about my investor headcanons. under the cut

just my personal reads on em, in speedy note format. sorted from 'oldest' to 'youngest' though theyre probably built around the same time anyway, its more in Vibes-

CHARON - the 'big brother'. protective, cool-headed, the Adult. right hand to the Don. the most mature probably but also takes advantage of being the trusted one to fool the others with dumb stuff. hes the most responsible and generally the one cosmo gripes to the most

KEREBOS - loyal and aggressive. much like the aformentioned dog, he has bark and a decent amount of bite to back it up with. throws his weight around. kind of the 'big dumb thug' of the group, but hes not actually dumb. just the Tough Guy archetype. loves over the top threats

HYDRA - full of himself. the middle investor and middle manager, deals with the financial and accounting side of things mostly. finds himself managing the others a little too often because hes a little neurotic and likes control. keeps trying to push above his station, but he Does go above and beyond with his work.

NIX - handles the shakedowns. a little mood-swingy. i see him as the most melancholic and gloomy, at least in appearance. hes a great worker even if he tends to butt heads a bit because of his attitude. not as sad as he looks but hes got a bit of that 'resting exhausted face' going on.

STYX - a lil goofy, the 'heheh yeah boss!' guy. the newest and youngest. gets delegated to the restaurant side of the business bc hes the newbie. he takes it oddly seriously for what is just meant to be a front (he forgets they arent really a pizza joint)

the actual Mozarella Styx restaurant is signed under his name (so if anyone finds out about his criminal enterprise the don wont take the fall) and hes weirdly passionate about it now. he still does actual mob work too.

thats about it for now but just my quick tldr. its fun seeing what everyone else assigns the investors since theyre quite blank slate characters... i love a dysfunctional group of gangsters. one thing thats important is they fight a lot but they are ridiculously protective of each other and the don

for all his faults, plutocrat genuinely fosters an environment of loyalty within his family. if you are in hia family, you're IN. and he'll protect you as much as he can. the investors all get that too. just this group of mooks against the world

so cat and dog dynamic, already great, but now it's YONIJI where the puppy is like a head taller than the cat and the puppy loves the cat very much and wants to carry the cat around like a fancy handbag and wants to make the cat see stars (in more ways then one ;]) and this whole time the cat is like "🤬😡😾🙄" bc like. yeah niji feels the same way but GOD yonji you are a literal '''''emotionless''''' prince AND soldier please stfu you are embarrassing him 😭😭

yonjis the one who'll pull any of his siblings into his lap whenever he wants to, even in front of soldiers/staff bc A. hes physically affectionate and B. he just. can. lol (what are 0123 gonna do?? physically overpower him when theyre LITERALLY in his lap??? maybe sanji could if he was desperate but thats abt it fagagfaaghwf and if any soldier/staff member made a comment abt it they'd just fuckin die lol)

AND yonji likes doing this to niji the most bc the others just dgaf about it (ichiji doesnt mind- a chair is a chair- this one just happens to want its hands wrapped around his waist, reiju finds it cute and endearing, and sanji might've been tense about it at first but after a while he just melted into it bc ZAMN hes touch starved) but niji VERY MUCH gives a fuck about it. he gets sooo flustered and red in the face- twisting in yonjis lap and banging his fists against yonjis head n chest and shrieking "let me go you fucking ape!" in a voice an octave higher than usual. yonji is simply sitting there like "😊😊😊" bc his ass is NOT listening. hes prolly lost in his head thinking about how hard hes gonna be fucking niji within the next 3 minutes if he doesnt stop that damn squirming.

ALSO fitting cat and dog dynamic methinks- yonji bites. affectionately. like ofc he does hickeys and claim marks but sometimes he'll just go up to niji or any of 0123 and (lightly, gently) bite them somewhere on their arm or shoulder or finger to be affectionate. (is this me projecting?? maybee <3<3) niji, resident cat who finds biting as a challenge, does NOT fucking get it and goes "??!?!? motherfucker WHAT?!?!" everytime it happens. 013 understand that its meant to b affectionate but instead of telling niji this they simply watch this interaction go down whenever it happens bc its Really Fucking Funny

and to end it out, obviously yoniji fuck like animals in heat, too. yonji with the doggy style and deep growls in nijis ear and the (strong, heavy) bites that draw blood all along his neck and thighs. and niji with nails that leave scratches all along yonjis skin and whos back can arch better than any cats and who sure as hell ACTS like a cat by constantly whining and complaining the whole time during sex abt yonji smothering him with affection but the second yonji sighs n eases up on em niji immediately goes "!! what the Fuck do you love me or not??!?!". yonji quickly realizes that sometimes the best thing to do is just shove some fingers in his mouth to get him to stfu :)))

OKAY and fin lol. they are so silly yet hot together. goofy whores, even. they make each other better AND worse. i love them.

Cat and dog dynamic just fits so perfectly for yoniji it's crazy!!

Yonji is that mix of being a huge dog that doesn't realize it grew too much and of being a huge dog that's pretty much aware it grew and it's making the most out of it. He's constantly craving physical affection, you can see it in his eyes and in his figurative tail that's constantly wagging as he trails behind his siblings, the catch is that if they ignore him he can just manhandle them all, toss them over his shoulders and plop them on his lap when he gets to a couch

Then there's niji, only outwardly accepting physical affection on his own terms, but making a scene if he gets ignored for too long. He's always threading that line of "I hate you, leave me alone" and "I hate you slightly less today, come cuddle me"

So when you put them together it's just hilarity overload. Niji has no chance against yonji, he can't fight him, can't overpower him, he can't barely even move when yonji got his arms around him (even worse when yonji gets his whole body on top of him). But it's obvious to everyone niji secretly loves it, he feels yonji's weight and warmth and the way he mercilessly pounds into him and he just purrs and whines uncontrollably

I also think ichiji's kinda like a cat too, except he's the type that just sits there on his own, judging everyone and just takes it if someone decides to do something to him. And by someone I mean yonji and reiju, if it's niji or sanji his other side comes out and he'd much rather tease them for being needy

i dont write out lore for them that often, i think i only have formal lore posts for sulu and pupet (who havent/arnt on the color wheel haha)

but for a brief rundown on who IS present so far:

Felsic is an imp, who to be honest doesnt have much lore around him since he was created mostly to scratch a character design itch.

RHEA has a butt-load of context though. she's the primary protagonist of a story about dreams called Delta. she's a lucid dreamer who works for a nightmare lord named Raken to prevent the dreaming queen from putting everyone into a perpetual sleep by only giving people perfect dreams. irronically her motivations are to become as perfect as possible herself which gets real messy real fast.

Felis is just a silly little cat astronaut from Transient and is a close friend of Sulu's. They have a stereotypical cat-like personality (impulsive, doesnt like being told what to do, does things on their own terms, affectionate, silly/goofy) and actually is a cosmic implant/TRUE astronaut in the story. all the other inhabitants are fish or fish related, but Felis is the only cat and they have to wear a spacesuit bc theyre ""underwater"". sandy cheeks mother fucker.

Myrsin is a plant person from Alliacea. theyre an avatar for the magic gate that pulls lost souls onto the island of Alliacea. they havent been a person very long and dont really know how it works but theyre trying their best.

the next few are going to be Pacific (also from Alliacea), Sulu (transient), Rem (a semi-antagonist for Delta) and either Function (antagonist for transient) or Seam (antagonist for stitch in the ditch)

#i dont post lore that often to begin with but i also know that anything i have is WILDLY outdated #like Alliacea is insanely different from what it was #even transient is nothing like the original pitch I made last year #also calling things by name feels SO corny/dorky but also thank god these stories have names bc otherwise it would be so hard to explain

I LOVE THE ANTLIONS SO MUCH theyre so goofy lookin and i think theyre really cute tbh. their sound effects are so good too they just buzz around and screech a bit. whenever i play nova prospekt i treat them like my children they are so goddamn cute. also i for some reason love the fucked up fact that their back legs are their front ones and their front legs are there back ones? like look at em theyre so funky. whats up with them i love them so

houndeyes are probably a favorite too, i remember i once saw on a video analysis of houndeye behaviour i think it was? that someone's headcanon for them was that they aren't inherently hostile, but they just get so excited and unfortunately the sonic pulses they release as energy hurt the player. theyre just little space dogs and theyre really happy and theyre just so excited :( i wanna hold one also also also probably snarks, though maybe to a lesser degree? i think i moreso like how gordon plays with them as an idle animation in both hl1 and the black mesa remake LOL but theyre still super cute.

so about aporia's ouroboros (as someone who hasn't seen 5ds yet, so take these things with a grain of salt 👀 💦): 1) they really just put "trinity" in the name huh 2) would a "hydra" be more appropriate for his duel runner?

THEY REALLY DONE DID <3 I love the canon Duel Runner names, half of 'em they never even say IN the show but most of them do tie into the aesthetics or the motifs of the character riding it, it's just such a neat little detail. (I'm also a big fan of Primo's duel runner, the T666 TERRIBLE OMEN. EDGELORD ASS MOTORCYCLE NAME.)

Re: the second question, though, IT'S LIKE... yes and no, i think. Cuz YEAH his duel runner is DEFINITELY more hydra shaped than anything, and a hydra themed name woulda fit more on an appearance/aesthetics level for sure. (It is also a mythical animal that makes sense for him, with its multiple heads and tremendous tenacity)

god i love its three goofy heads. insane shape of vehicle. slash pos

BUT that being said, I think just on the motif and symbolic meaning side of things Ouroboros is already the perfect and appropriate beast to invoke in name, even without being the exact visual the runner is emulating--since like I talked about in my post about it Aporia's already got infinity and endless cycle motifs baked into him, and "Hydra" wouldn't tie into that as well.

Honestly combine both of 'em into some kind of Hydra Ouroboros and then you REALLY have an Aporia beast. Many combined into one and theyre all eating themselves alive. Fun! <3

(Tangentially related aside, my other favorite thing about the Trinidart Ouroboros is that they made a meklord card based off of it!!!!!

NEW CHAPTER

new chapter alert

I am.. I cant EVEN OH MY GOD ANYWAYS

If you dont even want to hear or see anything of the new chapter i dont reccomend looking as I’m gonna talk about some things during this chapter, things that could happen after this chapter and things from clash pt 1 (ch 390).

But anyways...

This was probably my favorite part. Lynch and Zakuro have such a good dynamic im crying I cant have yet another duo in my head but yet here they are.

Seeing them again in general in a new chapter was just magical in and of itself. like dude. THEYRE BACK . AND ITS REAL AND WOW...

“HOW CAN I GET IT TO DIE?” I LOVE LYNCH SO MUCH HELP SHE IS JUST SO BLUNT AND AND ANWYAYS.

I also love the introduction to another aspect of Zakuros ability and just the sheer amount of personality both of them have been given in the short amount of time they’ve been introduced.

And like how does Zakuro know who Hisoka is? Do they even know??? I’m guessing that their funky little blood pellets won’t find Hisoka, but will instead find a phantom troupe member.

Give me a minute to see where everybody was the last time Togashi showed the map. (I’m hoping they’ll find machi bc... machi fan reasons)

Theyre all on teir 3 (Zakuro, Lynch, Hinrigh) in a food/shopping court, then Zakuro and Lynch go into a hallway somewhere, but other than that I dont know.

Ok, so if Machi stays in teirs 4/5, then it’s unlikely that she’ll come across Zakuro and Lynch.

I think there could be 3 things that could happen:

1. They may run into more Heil-Ly associates such as Luini or Cashew, but Hinrigh is already kind of dealing with those people.

Maybe Hinrigh will run into Luini and Zakuro and Lynch will run into Cashew or vice versa. Depending on how their ability works and the descriptions they were given, Zakuros ability could very well mistake somebody else for being Hisoka, as they’re just looking for anybody ‘suspicious’.

2. It would be interesting to see if the Illumi = Hisoka theory could come into play. Zakuro and Lynch are hunting down Hisoka, but what if they run into Illumi instead because Zakuros ability spotted him and recognized him as being Hisoka... Though I think Mizai and Botobai intervined this in previous chapters. The lockdown was lifted, so there’s a possibility that Kalluto and Illumi could have been released, but iirc we haven’t gone back to their perspective since.

3. Chrollo, Bonolenov, and Shizuku are at the bottom of the fourth teir, but aside from Illumi and Kalluto, they are the closest members of the troupe. Since they’re both hunting down Hisoka, a matter of things could happen. I doubt that they would want to team up, and instead, I feel like tensions would be made, as the troupe’s (specifically Chrollo’s) interaction with the Cha-R group (I think) at the dining hall wasn’t very amicable, and the associates even noted that they were trouble. Chrollo seems to REALLY want to be the one to kill Hisoka as well, so I can imagine he would have mixed feelings on two people he has no idea about looking for him, and possibly looking to kill him before he does.

Any way it goes, I can’t wait for the loose threads in the storyline to be actually tied.

Anyways, enough of going into that part of the chapter, I want to talk about Hinrigh’s ability now.

At first, tbh I didn’t think that I would be very invested in Hinrigh, but this chapter saved my opinion because like.

HIS ABILITY IS SO FREAKING GOOFY LIKE. HE JUST MAKES A CAMERA INTO A CAT AND THEN PUTS ‘EM ON “RECORD MODE”. It’s so silly but in all seriousness what an amazing ability. It’s so convenient, and the fact that he can make full on animals out of everyday animals is pretty astonishing. Imagine the type of training and how much of it you’d have to do to master that ability.

+ The cat is so scrunkly i love it so much I would die for the RECORD MODE cat. It reminds me of those videos on youtube where the people put the cameras on the cats collar. I wonder if that was the inspiration for this, because a cat isn’t the first thing that comes to mind when you think of recording or having another pair of eyes or whatever, and I wouldn’t put it past Togashi. Our man full on made an ability (Silent Majority) out of a song name, and put in facts about the weight of bowling balls just because he likes to watch bowling.

MEOW... BIP

I also like to think that he just makes companions for when he’s alone on the job. Like he makes a dog out of a machine gun and bonds with it and if somebody tries to attack him because they think he’s distracted he’s like “aha!!!” and shoots them with his machine gun dog.

I cant wait to see the next chapters, even though I doubt they’ll be for free on viz, I’ll find another way to see them. I’m so excited to be experiencing the comeback of my favorite series!

5. leavanny! it's just so cute while also being fun to use! i love the detail that it makes leaf hats for sewaddle, that's absolutely adorable. not much to say about it i just think its super neat and i love it

4. scyther/kleavor! i usually put the entire evolution line together lol but in this case, i just like scizor a lot more than both of them and it doesnt feel fair to put em all together. but that doesnt mean i dont like them! i think theyre extremely fun to use in their own rights and i love love LOVE both of their designs! absolutely stunning guys

2. scizor! it's another case where making an oc of it just made it skyrocket as one of my faves. it's SUCH a cool and interesting pokemon to me. i love it's design and the concept of a pokemon evolving but having the same stat total, just with reshuffled stats so it takes advantage of different techniques. plus how it's a byproduct of a human concept like the electricity from trading. makes it interesting to think abt w my pmd hcs lol. ESPECIALLY now that kleavor is in the mix and is very obviously a parallel to scizor by having scyther evolve from more common minerals. also? i just love battling with it. it's extremely fun to use and the typing is easy to cover (and i do not get why ppl use the 4x fire weakness as a reason it's a horrible evolution to scyther.... girl scyther has 5 weaknesses INCLUDING another common 4x weakness. cmon now.)

heracross!! it's sometimes tied or surpassed by scizor but i really love it so much, i have a lot of fond memories attached to it. i somehow managed to snag one in a platinum nuzlocke and i LOVED that heracross a ton, she absolutely packed (altho she died on iron island :( its ok tho she was around for most of the game) and thennn i made a pmd oc of it in atlas (and later maya) and that just solidified it. lmao i could go on as to why i love it sm but it's just so good. i know its not underrated by any means, but even then i don't think it gets enough love.

Eddie As An Uncle Headcanons

My hcs about if Eddie was an Uncle bcuz yes

Totally wont be basing these off of what I think could work and mostly based off his uncle-niece dynamic with my oc Bean Idk what ur talking about. Before I get into this Yes I understand he is NOT canonically an uncle, Yes I understand some of my hcs could be a stretch you don't have to like them and its okay if you don't I don't expect everyone to have the same hcs or even like the Uncle Eddie idea But that doesnt mean I cant have fun with a silly idea that brings me comfort/happiness or that I cant use this to help me cope with my own issues. So if you dont like these you can keep it to yourself. Block me if you have to but dont try to invalidate MY hcs especially when they're NOT problematic and made just for fun. So without further adu lets get into the hcs now shall we since I've gotten that lil explanation out of the way. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. He’d be a pretty fun and goofy uncle. Though he wont be afraid to be strict with the kid when he has to. He may be fun/goofy/etc but he still is responsible and considers it his responsibility to be able to put his foot down

So he would probably treat the niece and/or nephew as if they were his own kid He probably also lovingly refers to the kid as “my kid/kiddo” He doesn't care if that's “just his niece/nephew” If he says that's his kid then that's his kid End of story You can’t change his mind ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Due to his fatherly side and very likely close bond he’d have the kid he’d probably be the Godfather if not some other relative. I can definitely see Eddie willing to take that sort of responsibility I think his only concern tho would be that he doesn't live on his own He lives with his friends so that may be a bit harder to arrange and have the kid adjust to. Other than that he would be great at that role bcuz he was probably already like a 3rd parent type of uncle anyways

He’d stop spoiling them as much when they become a teen and stuff but he would occasionally spoil them still Just ya know not at the same extent Which is pretty fair its not like as a teen theyre gonna want as much stuff as they did when they were little anyways ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. He’d give embarrassing nicknames just to mess with the kid ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. He can have a tendency to be overprotective While his heart would be in the right place and would mean well Doesnt mean he cant get unnecessary with it like god forbid the kid starts dating someone or some shit He’d try to have it under control but if he senses the kid’s partner could cause trouble, break their heart or some bad shit towards his kid He is NOT having it like nuh-uh none of that shit he’s getting ready to bury a body That one Family Guy scene is literally going to be him

He SO WOULD BE THE EMBARRASSINGLY SUPPORTIVE UNCLE Lemme give an example with my AB Oc Bean So I have it written in canon that when she is 17 and is currently playing in her highschool’s volleyball team and whenever she was little she played Little League Softball And I could so see Eddie embarrassing the absolute HELL out of her during her games/tournaments Hes just yelling at her from the stands “WHOOO HELL YEAH BEANIE YOURE DOING GREAT!!” “THATS MY GIRL!!” Or some shit like that and not only does he do that but nearby ppl in the stands have to deal with Eddie pointing Bean out and going “You see her? THATS MY NIECE!” In his embarrassingly proud way And poor Bean is beyond embarrassed hiding her face with her hand or any other way to hide and her teammates could look at her and go “So thats your uncle?” And Beans just like “Him? No I dont even know him” And Eddie still continues his embarrassing antics bcuz why wouldn’t he XDD Eddie isnt normally the embarrassing type of uncle but this is definitely a time where he does become that ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- And that is all I have for now! im gonna keep this short and sweet and say that i have 0 explanation or defense for any of these , but goddAMN did i grasp at straws to make em make sense . having ao!! as my hyperfixation for half a year has had some harrowing results tbh

⋆ .. all of these are rarepairs tbh

⋆ gosho notices hirota first, whenever they go to watch jinkou play against tenjiku ! rlly admires his strength on the field and finds himself wanting to get to know him lol

⋆ is the one to initiate their first convo after a practice game together and hirota thinks hes an absolute pest- reminds him too much of the flashy, pretty boy types in dramas, but waaayyyy more charismatic (and actually nice lbr)

⋆ gosho probably gets hirotas number from kamo afterwards (thx kamo ...) and messages him that night w some goofy lil "hello ! (^０^)ノ" and hirota is just left wondering .. “who tf ..."

⋆ once he figures out its goshozome, he decides that hes even MORE of a pest- still replies to him tho ?? he rolls his eyes about it but he cant help but find him amusing ; its not long before hes looking forward to their chats :D

⋆ over time they start to talk more and while they dont have the most in common personality-wise, they find that they have similar likes and hobbies (aside from rugby ofc) that they can talk about for hours- even their differences and separate interests make for good conversations !

⋆ the first time they get together is probably to do smth a bit more fun as per goshos suggestion, like bowling (naturally, seeing as hirota is a bowling god), mini golf, or even ice skating- smth that gets em out, but where they can still chill and talk afterwards !

⋆ also, most places like that provide snacks + appetizers 2 share soooo ;))) while its not exactly a "date", its definitely a place to start

⋆ in all of this though, hirota ends up learning a lot more about gosho and that, in spite of whatever misconceptions he had about him, he really just wanted to be friends- and honestly ? this makes hirota feel rlly fuzzy deep down :( not that he admits it, coward

⋆ them actually getting together though is definitely a gradual thing . i feel like goshozome wouldve realized early on that he didnt want just a friendship with hirota, but it took hirota much longer to figure out that his own feelings werent totally platonic lol- its not until wellll into their college years that they decide to give dating a try :))

⋆ their friends were not surprised when they started dating ; probably more surprised w how long it took . esp kamo, who def caught the pair making goo-goo eyes at each other like a bajillion times before they made it official- hirota may have thought he was being lowkey about it, but gosho wasnt even trying tbh-

⋆ overall they have a really sweet relationship :(( i see gosho as the type of boyfriend who can be a lil overbearing in his affection (though it comes from the heart ofc, he just doesnt like being discreet about the person he loves imo), so hes always reminding hirota of the million and one reasons he loves him, gifting him things, taking him places, etc, and while hirota doesnt mind be flattered like that, he never really gets used to it either lmao- gosho calms down about it when theyve been together longer and the newness wears off a bit lmao

⋆ hirota, on the other hand, is a bit more subtle about that sort of thing :)) its the little things that goshozome loves tho ! hirota cooking him his favorite meal (goshos canon type is good cooks so I MEANNNN...), giving him something that reminded him of gosho, or simply saying “i love you” is enough to make him melt- knowing that hes appreciated and thought of like that will never fail to make him absolutely weak smh

⋆ to add some more fun lil things ,, hirota has a fascination w goshozomes hair tbh . loves running his fingers thru it when theyre cuddling and such (seriously wants to know what product he uses to get it so ... soft..)

top five fish GO!

number one is the coelacanth. really hard to tell with the username isnt it. sorry i just cant deny the appeal of the coelacanth. every interaction we've ever had with them has been so peaceful and watching them move is elegant and godly. they certainly feel like living fossils, its an apt title for them. theyre blue. they have stars in their scales. theyre gorgeous. such a charming fish

number 2 is the epaulette shark!!! this little guy is learning to WALK. they can crawl out of the water into shallower pools on their fins!! they waddle around like if seals only used their flippers to move, instead of throwing their whole bodies around. not to mention theyre cute as HELL. i find them comparable to the dachshunds of the sea i mean look at this widdol guy

number 3 is the ocean sunfish / mola mola!! holy shit getta load of these guys. while theyre insanely goofy looking, and while st first, many people may mistake them for brainless, lazy fish, mola mola are actually quite active! we as humans mostly just see them when they come to the surface to warm themselves back up after hunting in the deep ocean. these guys are also filled to the brim with a shit ton of parasites, and allow a lt of parasitic animals to thrive. mola mola r really cool. and very big.

the next is tricky.. its a total tossup, but i think hagfish take the spot. insanely charming animals to me. their little moustaches really endear me to them!! not to mention they have one of the coolest non lethal methods to shake predators off them! they secrete a disgusting slime from their skin when distressed. whenever a predator may go to bite down or get a mouthful of hagfish, the hagfish will release a bunch of slime, completely filling the predators mouth, and wiggle free. they also tie themselves into knots to position their own digestive tract better!! literally instead of just forming their intestines better they opted to evolve their bodies to be able to tie into a knot to be more efficient at eating. they fucking rule. 10/10 would eat next to at the whale fall

and last isssss....

YOU AND ME BABY!!! yeahh!! we're all fish!!!!! every animal that isnt a bug is a fish. isnt that neat :) we did all come from them after all!

im lying though. final answer is the beluga sturgeon

i mean. look at these guys. theyre absolutely massive! and these arent even the largest theyve gone on record to get!!

sturgeons are best described as the freshwater whales of the great lakes. they are absolutely huge, theyre armored, and theyve even got the cutest little noses to top it all off!! beluga sturgeons specifically, though, are just absolutely humongous fish. they can grow to absolutely insane sizes, as you can probably see. gosh i love em though. unfortunately, they dont get as big due to our affinity for fishing them. they just dont get old enough to get that big.

honorable mentions go to most plecos, those catfish are pretty high up there, and most gourami species. sheepshead wrasse are also really cool, theyve got teeth and can change sexes. and i also like groupers. and electric eels (not eels. theyre fish.), and wobbegongs, and seashorses and ough god there are too many fish to pick 5. i gotta podt this now or else im gonna be arguing with myself over ranking fish for hours

the real honorable mention goes to the giant isopod though. not a fish but literally my fav sea creature

angel s/i rambles below the cut!

okay OKAY so my angel s/i (his name is just mine. boring, ik), i have taken A Lot of liberties with because of the lack of knowledge we had at the time about the celestial realm in obey me - a lot of my celestial realm stuff is just reworked from an old project i had floating about so i guess you could basically consider it an AU at this point.

anyways, the angels are loosely sorted into different 'castes' named after metals and the like that match the colour of their blood (though in their human forms they do still have 'humanish' traits like blushing and the like because of how frequently they interact with the mortal realm). i imagine the celestial realm to be a big spire that looks vaguely like a phyllotactic tower (if youre not familiar, look em up, theyre based off of plants and are super neat! theyre designed to allow each level to have some amount of sunlight!)

anyways, onto Actual Stuff about him, he looks a lot like me but with some silly angelic traits (though i imagine he does have a really cool 'true form' (aka what is used for combat)). here's a scribble i did some time ago!

his whole premise is that he's in an arranged marriage with Diavolo, the main fic is set some time after the Big Celestial War, after some other skirmishes and whatnot (insert whatever smart sounding exposition here), and he was chosen because he was like .. relatively high ranking (electrum caste, right between gold and silver), he played enough of a visible part in negotiations to be offered as a sort of 'token of peace', and has been told time and time again what an honour it is to be married to the demon lord

in the main au at least, he's pretty content and happy, he falls for diavolo and develops a big qpp crush on lucifer, causes a general ruckus in the devildom because of his weird angel habits (hes also the first fully fledged angel to live in the devildom which is like unheard of at the time).

he's a little goofy silly, and sort of sucks with a lot of the expectations and manners and such that the celestial realms enforced so heavily (both due to the electrum caste being a sort of .. group of oddballs/a bit more laid back and the fact that hes just .. kinda naturally a bit Strange (read: neurodivergent)) but he does his very best (even if the outlandish stuff he does leaves even barbatos reeling at times)

umm yea twirling my hair nervously im not rly sure what else to say about him but ive written a pretty decent amount for him and i just love the relationship he has with dia, this AU as a whole just holds a really dear place in my heart, there's something fun about arranged marriages tbh!
