The cookie had no chance. Faster than light, the baked good was chewed to disintegration-- to total molecular annihilation. There was only one possible reaction Deoxys could give.

Having knelt down, Deoxys held out a small sack to Ogerpon that was seemingly summoned from nowhere. "YOU AND YOUR SISTERS DID A PERFECT JOB. ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS, AS THE KIDS WOULD SAY. HERE, AS A TOKEN OF MY THANKS, TAKE THIS ASH. IT IS SACRED, OR SOMETHING. I HEARD IT HAS HEALING PROPERTIES, OR SOMETHING. DON'T ASK ME WHERE I GOT IT, BUT IT IS FOR YOU, LETTLE ON-YON. IF YOU EVER SCRAPE YOUR KNEE, JUST SPRINKLE THAT ON."

Deoxys spun around with fever, a fright about him. Quite literally, his bright orange carapace turned a ghost white-- an audible "-EEP!" let out.

Then, in a cartoonish pop of dotted lines.. Deoxys was gone.. Vanished..

"JUST KIDDING," a tiny Deoxys spoke from atop Wo's head, trying to find a comfortable place to put down a tiny chair on the larger pokemon's head. "IT IS GOOD TO SEE YOU, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FORGIVEN. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD MEANS. IT IS ACTUALLY NICER TO SEE YOU, SO MAYBE JOT THAT DOWN."

Lief paused a moment to look over at Wo-Chien. The large snail's wariness confused him, as did his mention of truth or dare.

To reiterate, he remembered nothing of what he just did.

Lief: "Truth or dare? I missed it? Well that stinks."

Careful not to drop her bundle of morel mushrooms, Ivy stood up to face the mossy snail. "I remember seeing you too! You're that other Ogerpon's pop, right? And yeah, you can ask what ever!" Her eyes shift to the side, then back to Wo. "Within reasons, of course!"

Wo-Chien: (he observes Mouse from a distance. his head tilts a little as he saw the Eevee's mask and the sword hilt that accompanied them. carefully, he went closer) "I do hope I don't scare you with my appearance. I haven't seen an Eevee like you before. May I ask about where you traveled from? I just don't want to see you get lost and become a target for a bigger Pokemon."

The little Eevee froze when they heard the mossy Pokemon's voice. Arching their back, hackles raised, and tail tucked between their legs, Mouse stared with fear as their hilt friend just looked at Wo with a suspicious glare.

"And how do we know that you're not one of the big one that see Mouse as a target?" Elizabeth asked. "We don't want to fight, but we will if you provoke us! The kid isn't as weak as you may think they are..." Mouse gulps and nods.

[The Darkrai chuckled at this, however remained warm and welcoming with his joking tone.]

Oh, this little corner? Sharp sight you got there!

[He hummed in consideration, thinking about what he could give the pair before starting to work on something.]

Ah, here we go. Two Pinap Coladas!

I used some pineapples we had growing here, as well as the coconuts too. It's very sweet, like an ice cream.

"'Spite that, the sand's the only real thing I ain't used t'either. I barely saw it back home t' be honest, just the big ol' waves. Unless ya call the concrete sand too." Pop laughed at the bad joke. "Technically, it's all jus' crushed up concrete when ya think about it!" Pop looked up for a moment.

"Y'look like the forest'll be right at home, but I could be wrong."

And the entire time Link is stood neatly dressed, three steps away, listening to every word and no one pays him the slightest bit of attention. Because none of them cotton on that 'prim and proper Royal Knight' Link and 'I will defeat this Lynel with a stick, a pot lid and a bucket load of adrenaline' Wild Child Hero is the same man. Especially with how many masks he owned.

When they walk away and are out of sight and earshot Zelda just raises her eyebrow with a smile and he is like '...I can explain...it made sense at the time'

Lief watched Destino walk away from him, his initial look of shock slowly ebbing from his face as they did.

He took one final glance towards the onlookers again, before averting his eyes with a scowl and shaky huff, moving to pick up his belongings off the floor to stash back in his tail.

He tried not to think of the possibility that they may have actually overheard his outburst, or anything said before that.

He continued his clean up, not bothering to look at Wo as he responded with a low voice.

His head was somewhat turned away. He really didn't want the other to see his face.

But for any that could see, it was clear as day that things were not fine.

And would continue to not be fine the longer he refused to be out with it.
