You just know she was contemplating all she’d lost here, her entire family and hundreds of her people in this needless war. Every candle was for someone she knew and someone who'd died in the war she herself got them dragged into.
This was her finally mourning properly before Fringilla shows up. The fact that she was willing to accept Emhyr's offer - no schemes - says it all.

Currently thinking about jaskier being suddenly transported to modern era and trying all the new foods. Imagine Jaskier trying bubble tea for the first time, with those little fruit caviar popper things. Jaskier trying monster energy drinks. Jaskier with those cans of aerosol whipped cream. Jaskier with a soda stream. Jaskier eating ramen. The possibilities are endless. I just really need a fic with long lived Geralt and Yenn watching with exasperation as a time travelling jaskier makes his way through a mall food court

The Witcher: Ciri & Cahir
Is it bad to wish something between them?
I'm frustrated by the book version. They had zero interaction, Ciri arrived too late, Cahir was already dead. What an anti-climatic ending.

The Netflix peeps were too cowardly to put in the psychically-communicating council of inter-dimensional unicorns. Pathetic.

Dandelion has no idea that Witchers establish family relations via scenting such as forehead touching and rubbing their cheeks against one another or laying in a pile like dogs do but he sees Geralt doing it to Roach a lot and he assumes it's just A Geralt Thing, like his way of simply Showing Affection so one day when they're sitting at camp he just comes up behind him and rubs his cheek against his hair for a bit before moving on and Geralt freezes in place trying to figure out what just happened, is he overthinking, surely Dandy doesn't know - but what if he does and this is his way of saying Geralt's allowed to cuddle him and stuff now and -
Anyway that's how they end up sharing beds so often and just sleeping curled up together because Geralt pounces on the opportunity and Dandelion just never asks about it

The Witcher: Season 3 - Part. 2
So far a really good season, even though it will be the last one of Henry Cavill.
I was very surprised that they didn’t kill him off at the end of episode 8. Now, I’m very curious how they will explain his face change.
But good for them for sticking up to the books.
The only thing I didn’t understand was : why changing the story of the Redania’s king? Radovid was the only King during this time, he didn’t have a brother and he wasn’t in love with Jaskier.
I liked the interaction between Cahir and Ciri, because in the books Cahir is in love with her, but unfortunately he didn’t had the chance to meet her again, as here there was a chance for an intense retrouvaille. Nevertheless what happen to him after that? They didn’t show that, nor his dreams about Ciri.
The actrice playing Ciri was incredible in the desert scene with Little Horse.
Also, how Vilgefortz managed to kidnap the fake Ciri once more, what happened to Geralt’s friends whom were taking care of her.
Looking forward for the next season. And for the Vampire Emiel Regis.
