27. The Miracle Maker (1999) 

A wonderous version of the life of Christ told via stop-motion and traditional animation.  The stop motion sequences are jaw-dropping in their beauty, expressiveness and attention to detail.  The storytelling is efficient (albeit a bit rushed at the end), the voice actors (led by Ralph Fiennes as Jesus) are solid. But the joy here is in the work of the visual artist who created story’s world.  I’ve never seen anything like it.

7 DAY MIRACLE MAKER CHALLENGE

Hello loves, this is a challenge where we get our shit! Please join me in this challenge if you want to manifest your desires in 7 days or less!!! This is a challenge for my affirming girlies! This is something I have been doing for two weeks and have been seeing manifestations fly in! So c'mon I'll show you what to do and we will do this 7 day challenge together!!!

I Decide what you want to manifest and create an affirmation

For example, I want to have long black hair, my affirmation will be something like "I have long black hair"

II Set an alarm for every 45 minutes to remind yourself to affirm

Doesn't matter what app you use to set reminders, you can use any app with an alarm! Just label it so you know it is for your affirming session

III Affirm 40x

Each time your reminder goes off, repeat that affs 40x {out loud or in your head} Say the affs as natural as you can so they feel like you are just talking but if you can't robotic affs also work! Persisting is key here!!

IV That is really it, but here's some advise

Don't give up as soon as it gets repetitive, seriously this is a challenge about repeating affs a lot! I promise you it will be worth it when you wake up with your dream life, enter the void, or get that sp or anything else you are using this for!! This is a judgement free zone go bat shit crazy and get the most illogical desires you want! You can manifest anything, so seriously if you manifest a fucking feathers sprouting out of your ass with this challenge I will be so happy for you!

Don't forget that we are saying these affirmations to remind ourselves of what we already have and to saturate our minds!

Have fun with it! Vaunt with your affirmations if needed, write them down if you need, or hell seriously scream at the top of your lungs if needed!!! Make it fun and enjoy the process!!

I don't want to hear any excuses, no circumstances, or any limiting beliefs, you got this, be determined and fully dive into this!!! Persist and remember you already got you shit loves!!!!

God doesn't deserve to dangle the promise of eternal peace to you. All righteous fearing woman capable of running towards ancient evil to save your dear friend. Insessant, and intelligent fiend who is all kind towards her love, and loved him with all of her might when he was not himself.

Don't blame yourself for the assault, and never think that you are guilty for not having the means to stop it. Mina can't tell herself "if I had been better" she can't. How many times must she torture herself with thoughts of hellfire that are so close in her mind, yet far in reality.

Mina tells that she is not worthy of His sight when god should grovel at her feet for forgiveness. How dare He to make her suffer like this. Mina is not a Martyr nor a Saint. She is not Saint Inés calling for the sword to fall so she can be freed, nor Saint Águeda screaming in joy as she finally died.

Mina's suffering is not holy, it's human. It's so human that it hurts to read. How were her ambitions in life greedy to incur god's wrath upon her? Why must she become another footnote on Dracula's horrible quest for power? (Why was Lucy not saved? Why?)

Mina is losing hope in herself when she is the most strong. She can't let herself become comfortable at the idea of a violent end if it means to be seen in god's light again. Mina can't become suicidal to beg and pray to the being that abandoned her in her most traumatic moments.

Mina may think that she doesn't deserve god, but it's god that doesn't deserve Mina.

Rise Mikey being so utterly appalled by 2012 Mikey's cooking that he shifts to blind rage at the desecration of his art form.

Fire:

While still having a bone deep revulsion at the nonsensical concoctions 2012 Michelangelo calls food, Rise Mikey would be equally curious and inspired by his counterpart's sheer unapologetic creativity.

2012 grew up without ever experiencing what standard human food tasted like. The reason why his creations are an afront to god is because, in his books, such a god doesn't exist. There are no rules, no preconceived notions, and no guidance from an experienced figure that gives direction to his craft; it's just pure, unadulterated love and passion for flavor.

The childlike wonder and curiosity that leads 2012 Mikey to breaking all the rules he never read up on in the first place is something I imagine Rise Mikey would respect quite a lot.

Does that make his self-created recipes good? No. Absolutely not. Rules are only fun to break once you know and understand why they've been put there in the first place. However, Rise Mikey would see potential in 2012's monstrosities.

Combining his expertise with his counterpart's ingredient lists, Rise Mikey would take it as a challenge to make something not only edible, but jaw droppingly delectable! He would also probably like to pretend he's competing in a challenge on 'Condescending Kitchen' while doing so.

The turnout between all his attempts would only have a success rate of 35%.

This prayer resonated with me, because the phrase "You are God and I am not" has been running through my head all weekend. It's from the song by Philippa Hanna "You're Still God." I'll explain more in my next post and include the lyrics and a link to the song.
