Nova #21 (Wolfman/Infantino, Sept 1978). Will this change anything for Richard Rider? Doubtful.

I don’t know who made this artwork, but I feel need to share it since this is an incredibly important and dire situation! Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, Nova & Snowguard all speak the truth here! Call for a ceasefire immediately! Free Palestine and end the Israeli apartheid & genocide in Gaza now! Palestinian rights are human rights and collective punishment is a war crime!

Remember that USM-Sam meets 616-Sam idea I had??? Yeah, imagine:
"So, what? You guys stay here, like some kind of Backup Avengers?" Sam-From-Another-Dimension-Who-Would-Henceforth-Be-Called-Nova asked, looking around the tricarrier.
"Basically." Ava agreed, though that was stretching it a bit.
"I could be in the real Avengers." Their Sam scoffed.
Nova threw his hands up, "Aw, man, you too? Sucks. I got extended an invite once, too, but Mom told me I couldn't join. Something about child endangerment and other garbage."
His statement was met with stunned silence.
Ava knew a bit about Sam's past. How he used to tour the Galaxy with a bunch of aliens, brought there by a friend of his father's. Who according to Peter looked astonishingly like a raccoon.
He had never mentioned a mother, and it didn't take a genius to realize what happened there.
"You have a family?" Sam asked, "Like... Actual parents?"
Ava felt like dying. This was not a conversation she wanted to be listening to.
"Well, parent. But my dad's somewhere out there. And I have a sister too." Nova confirmed, "Do you not...?"

Man Called Nova #4 (Wolfman/Buscema, Dec 1976). Rich punches the God of Thunder in the face (he deserved it) and makes a friend for life.
