yeah I do! I have a lot more at my parent's house which I'm planing to move to my place but here are the ones I've got:

I have a Blahaj that sleeps with me in bed. They make these things insanely huggable.

Then we have a Riolu Plush that's chilling on my shelf. It's really fuzzy and a bit stubbier than the new models, idk why they moved away from that.

Also on the shelf are these two froggos that used to be my dads. He donated them to the Kermit Shrine.

And then there's my favorite of them: Piko the Pikachu. He's been with me for my entire life. He was supposed to be a gift for my sister but I got so attached to him that she eventually just gave him to me. Love the fuzz, love the button eyes and cheeks and I love the absolute CHONK. They truly don't make them like this anymore

I've jst recently finished Hilda s3 and, I've never even heard of this ship before until someone in twt posted that lilo and stitch of it- XD

Well at first when I Joined the Fandom I didn't ship them Heck myself didn't know people Shipped Johanna and Kaisa.

But if my Memory is right I think my first ever Sketchbook post I saw was made by @the-hilda-librarians-wife (if You don't follow them Anon you should she is the Sketchbook Expert and has been here longer then me)

And if hooked me like hooked me so much it has been in my brain for 3 years and won't leave .

And it's all my BF hears about when I am in the middle of an idea lmao 🤣

do you, as tumblr's Resident Rudolf Expert, have any tips on writing his internal monologue? because i'm currently trying and failing.

Ahh, thanks for asking!!! It's very flattering that you value my opinion on this >:]

The way I approach it is usually (at least subconsciously) based on this, my favourite anecdote about him:

For me there's always a lot of bitterness, a lot of cynicism and hence complaining, and yet a spark of hope somewhere underneath it that things could get better. I have a terrible habit of always writing similar kind of cynical POV characters though,,,,, because it's also similar to how my own inner monologue functions 💀😂😭... He's not super articulate when he's just thinking to himself (especially if under the influence of something which is not infrequent lol), sometimes trains of thought might start and end within the same sentence. I also tend to put in some cognitive dissonance, because I definitely see the inherent contradictions between his status and ideals (he's obsessed with mingling with the common folk but smart enough to know he can't really be level with them) and between his different overlapping roles (Rudolf the dutiful son can't work towards the same goals that Rudolf the ambitious statesman feels he must) as contributing to his mental state.

But I also like to put in some subtle (dark) humor, it's quite apparent to me that he had a sense of one whenever biographers quote his letters! Though that is also part of how I like to write in general 😁 Also there is some level of grace/charm and also intelligence naturally, he knows how to get what he wants or at least tries to intentionally make things go in his favour, and that also plays into how he thinks about things - he's a strategist and not above manipulating people. So in his inner thoughts I write Rudolf as tending to be looking for opportunities, even if he's not as good at it as say, [musical?]Taaffe.

So, that's tone stuff. For the actual content I will often (given that most of my todolf oneshots start with Rudolf despairing over something hahaha):

1) think of what's bothering him or on his mind right now (enough to whine/talk about it)

2) as he's whining about it, connect it back to something else that's also bothering him or generally on his mind (I usually pick from: childhood memories/childhood trauma, relationships with specific people important to him, current events that he's observed or knows about and has an opinion on, random interests like hunting/science/sex. Lol I think his life outside his job actually revolves around those come to think of it 😂💀. Sometimes these references come from historical events that I know happened, but other times I will make up stuff that I think would fit, like I do not cite with sources every love affair he's had in the past in my fics ajdkdkfkd some I just make up - even though I do think I'm prone to excessive research in some areas.)

3) this is because I write todolf fic lol, but usually after enough complaining Rudolf will start thinking about Him (personified depression boyfriend) and the aforementioned may or may not make an appearance hahaha. And Tod always knows what buttons to push, because what he's saying and doing are a more extreme and violent and hence (usually) sexual version of Rudolf's internal monologue.

Anyway - this is only one way to write him, a lot of it doesn't have a direct basis in musical canon so actually it's no more "accurate" than possible other interpretations. But I find that it's easier to write when Rudolf has a specific thing he's thinking about and when he's thinking about it in a Rudolf way akdlsldl, which to me means filtering it so his interests and obsessions and his specific varieties of trauma and psychic damage (but also more positive things from his background!) get emphasised 😌😁

😂 It's about as ridiculous, smutty, and taboo as it sounds lmao. I'll give you a snippet:

Maitimo wasn't sure if he ought to be angry or not. His drawer full of sex toys was unlocked and raided, his favorite purple jelly dildo missing. It was either being used for its intended purpose, or as blackmail, but either way, the person who had it was almost definitely Carnistar. He crept silently down the hallway towards the room Moryo and the Ambarussa shared - he got on with them quite peacefully despite the skip in birth order, while Curufin and Celegorm condensed their crazy to a different room, hence this arrangement - and snuck up to the closed door. He eased it open as slowly as posible while pinching the hinge to stop it from creaking, and peaked inside. Aha! There, on his brother’s nightstand, was the missing dildo. In plain view! He would have to tack on a discussion about age appropriate behavior around the twins onto the ones they would already be having about stealing personal possessions and sexual exploration.

I started this one night when I was feeling rather, ahem, horny, and it's kind of spiraled from there into anything and everything I can think of for the seven sons to do together, whether in pairs or as a group. Lots of exploration and new ideas and acrobatics and only one trip to the hospital so far. I'm also debating if I should add in Nerdanel and Feanor or not, perhaps in a sequel if I ever get that far.

I love this idea. Genuinely this one makes me so happy. I had a thought one day about how maybe the 212th & 501st had a little competition with each other and tried to steal (what is currently) a pouldron from each other. There’s a little get together every so often where shenanigans occur and the 212th have successfully kept it for awhile now.

POINT IS the batch gets invited bc they invite Echo and he BEGS them all to go. The batch gives in because of Echo’s signature ‘tooka eyes’ that they can’t say no to.

Let’s just say a lot of silliness and sneakiness occurs in this fic and it ends in a batch dance party on their ship bc I love dance parties.

I’m working on it every so often so it won’t be finished super soon but it will be posted! Eventually! I love it so much and want everyone to read it so bad 🩶

ok honestly!!! I’ve never played witcher 1. I know the whole story i’ve watched play throughs and breakdowns and cutscenes and such, but from all that i’ve seen, I’ve never had any interest in actually spending my own time with the story because of the the misogyny. I know that it has its merits, but there are so many other games for me to play that don’t have sex cards lmao. (obv sex scenes in games are not bad lol, but like you said, it’s soooo fucked up the way that women’s bodies are literally one of the games collectibles. like what.)

So essentially with the remake: I’m cautiously excited because maybe if CDPR has examined their biases and want to revisit and update their geralt origin story without making its women sex dolls, I’ll be so down!!! But if it’s largely just a graphical/functionality update then it’s gonna fly right over my head.

On the other hand, it will most definitely fluff up the witcher games fandom a bit which will be fun, but I really hope the new fans are watchful of the games treatment of women (and people of color) because CDPR has got to stop acting like a boys locker room lmao

Okay i have a very silly question

who would win in a fight? Canon Shiro, canon Kuron, ps8 Kuron or c&ai Kuron? Whether or not weapons are allowed is up to you

You could propably throw in shrödinger au Shiro to the mix but i kinda doubt this guy would really fight the others........

Ohhh this is good question!!! Ok listen, truth to be told i am kinda shit at analyzing fight skills and just physical fights in general. Literally every fight scene i see i am like "ok why cant we shoot at the problem? I am pretty sure a hidden sniper can take them out, a bullet in the head is still a bullet in the head". I understand this doesnt make for cinema and cool scenes At All not to mention sometimes they do give good answers (immortality of homunculi in fmab, no guns in atla) but still. Not to mention i feel like fights dont have definate winner. Skills matter!! A lot!!! Especially in competitions with rules!! However other factors can change the outcome and often people skilled at one thing may not be skilled at other. Fighter could be tired or sick or anything. This is especially true for unofficial fights. So please take this with a grain of salt

So i personally feel like c&ai!Kuron has the highest chances of winning, it is because-

1) the years he has on all of them. Like Shiro become such an excellent fighter in 1 hell year of fighting in galra empire, now imagine the training he'll get of 6 hell years of fighting in the yeehaw sector.

2) He fights dirty. Very very dirty. Now i do think all Shiros and all Kurons are willing to fight dirty if situation calls for it, however c&ai!Kuron has learnt several tricks from fighting and surviving people who would do anything to win and survive and he would use them

3) He has gun and training from Lance and he wont hesitate, bitch!

However i doubt he'll actually would seriously fight the others. He's chill and he's not fighting them to survive so he probably wont, like possibly take in a few punches, go down in first round, be like "Oh noo you beat meee" and just outta there and get himself a drink.

Canon!Shiro and Canon!Kuron i believe are equals in fighting skill (also i am subscribing to the headcanon/theory by either @/headspacedad or @/void-tiger (i am so sorry i do not know who made it😭😭) that Kuron was holding back against Keith and still fighting against Haggar cause no fucking way his twink ass won.) Therefore i feel they'll have equal chances and would prove to be a challege for each other as well as c&ai!Kuron. If we are talking about Haggar taking control of Kuron than Shiro would win.

Ps8!Kuron is not winning this but he will fight with unadulterated rage. He just got his body back and just relearned how to write again. He is getting into cage matches to get better (horrible decision made while a breakdown really) git his ass kicked and then kicked ass but it would take a while before he reaches his former self's skill level.

Sr!Shiro is also definately NOT winning this. All the others are like super cool badass fighter with training and skill that they still remember despite their circumstances. Sr!Shiro? That man is literally Just Some Guy™. At best you can expect martial arts training he may have done as a kid but other than that? Nah, they'll chew him alive

I have this headcanon that completely and utterly disregards all of the Dreamer trilogy that sometime a few years in the future, when Ronan and Adam reside permanently at the Barns, after the shitbox finally craps out, Adam buys a pickup truck. It's a shitty one, pre-owned and probably rusty, but it's solid, it's got 4 wheels and working windows, and it's useful for moving stuff around between barns and hauling farm equipment. Ronan bitches because it's basically a shitbox 2.0 and if Adam wants a truck, then Roan could buy him a nice truck. But he also thinks this new-old truck fits Adam well. It's worn-in and dirty and the chips in the paint remind Ronan of Adam's freckles in the summer. It's 4 wheel drive so they take it mudding and do donuts in one of the old fields to break it in, and then they christen it by fucking in the bed of the truck under the stars 😊

21. If you're a fic writer and have written for this character, what's your favorite thing to do when you're writing for this character? What's something you don't like?

All his lines, speech, facial expressions - I can feel them so much I start jumping on my chair and squeal, it's not a joke xd He is so tender, I can't? Every his thought starts with a "What (insert name) would want? What would they feel?". It IS such a delight to write a character who is so kind, so you might show his affection for others in small details. A delight to write a pure soul who has inner conflict and always tries to make everything better for others. I love writing him and all little details for him... He suffered a lot in my stories, but all his torment led him to become who he is, and in the end he lived to see the real Yharnam Dawn Q_Q Even his suffering is pleasant to describe in some sense, because through it you lead him to a better future, you make him understand something. Oh...

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

Hehehe xd I met him first time only when was fighting Ebrietas and was surprised that there is someone except Micolash with that silly cage on his head. I didn't pay much attention to him (woah, grandpa from the School of Mensis :/) unless realized that I absolutely can't understand him (from the School of Mensis AND helping to player! Wow!) and started to dig into his character? The fact that he wields shield and a threaded cane, using lots of arcane magic and even healing choir bell, his tired look - he gave me vibes of a Protector archetype. Also he is old. I love it. Somehow an old man with long hair is my kink and I can do nothing about it (and don't need to) xd

Right now he is my sweetest blorbo, beloved, little meow meow and ooooooof I search for any content with him EVERYWHERE

22. If we talk about Damian - it is so rare that anyone detalizes his character. Damian always plays second role, nothing surprising actually, but I always want more about him.

Also lady Maria - I am living for fics where she acts like a young girl! I mean she is sensitive, enthusiastic, curious and opens her big heart to every new adventure (to close her heart later and suffer a lot Q_Q). I like her very much in your "Scholar's Dream" and waiting for more!
