Oh, this boy is a pure romantic. So his most basic turn-on is "love". To care about someone, to be cared for, deep connection. Seeing his partner's eyes sparkle, their smile... and with that a bit deeper, passion for something. Gale loves rambling about magic, but just as much he enjoys listening to someone talk about their passion. All rambling excitement about... owlbear biology, herbal knowledge, or even just talking about their day. It makes his heart sing, and when they are done leans over and pulls them into a kiss, which is very welcome to develop into more.

Also, straightforwardness. He gets flustered when someone he has a bond with simply tells him that they are in the mood, but it will also get them into the mood.

hmm...i would say an inspiration that hit me belated was my nge/eoe rewatch in summer 2022. i'm sure it shows especially in maki and yuuta's conversation in ch25! it's been a big inspiration for me since.

while i figured tpg would be long, i never imagined it would be this long -- i guess we're also celebrating tpg's second birthday and 500k word milestone today, huh? damn. as for my fave sibling dynamics, i love maki & gojo and toge & yuuji!!

16. sections you hate having to play through when you get to them?

the driving parts. or sitting in the car shooting things -parts. the one in re5 is the worst and I loathe it with all my heart, but i also hate the driving part in re6. moreso in Chris's campaign, I can tolerate it in Jake's campaign (and strangely enough the snowmobile bit is better than the car or the bike but I still don't like it lol). and I hate the jetski driving in re4 too. i just. this is not a driving game. stop trying to make it one!!

also i don't hate all driving games lmao I love Mario Kart but... this is decidedly not it. the controls either blow or then I just am too stupid to learn them who knows :'D

I only actually keep replaying re6 and re4 so I'm mostly familiar with them, i don't remember clearly enough if there are parts (aside from driving) in other games I'd really hate. but uhm.

OH. the slippery icy slope in Jake's campaign in re6??? you slip ONE MILLIMETER FROM THE TOP and the damn thing slides you ALL THE WAY DOWN without you being able to stop???? ICE DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. if you can walk on it? you can stop yourself sliding on it at some point urghhhh i hate that :'D

uhm. not super fond of the maze of a ship in Chris's campaign or the marketplace in Leon's either but mostly because I keep getting lost in both of them. and the entire first third of re5 is kinda boring? 😅 I'm sorry. also the fight with Jill getting the gem off her was so tedious.

12.  favorite boss battle?

ohhh Krauser. even though my current pro-run is literally stuck because he keeps killing me :'D but it's such a fun fight, not only the banter but also the mechanics of it. it's hard, but it's fun!

i like a lot of the boss battles in re4 (lol surprise) because they're difficult enough for the victory to feel like an actual victory afterwards, but still not impossibly so. and i know this is very subjective, but for me they're perfect. my second favorite has always been "The Right Hand", and Mendez is fun but sometimes very frustrating too :'D

and as a honorable mention, the weird fly-shaped version of Simmons in re6? I think it's a fun stage in the (admittedly endless) fight.

idk i like so so many of the boss fights :D boss fights are my fave thing!

14. favorite pursuer/stalker to get chased by? 

idk if this only means ones like Mr. X or Nemesis where you need to avoid them for long periods of time, or if scripted appearances of stalkers count, but I'm gonna say Ustanak in any case :'D when I played re6 with a friend we always sang "guess who's back" with our own lyrics whenever he reappeared and it was a lot of fun lol. so he's definitely my favorite :'D

(altho narratively I think it'd make way more sense in the game if there just were multiple of those things, it's kind of hard to believe he'd manage to stalk them over such long distances and whatever but shhhh)
