Optimus Prime: An adorable obedient little angel, he's a very sweet and kind sparkling for his age. He gets really happy when he receives any type of affection from you, you can even see his optics light up. In return, he willingly helps you, if you are in dire need of assistance. Optimus can be a playful sparkling as well, so when you have free time, you both would play games together and have fun, you two would end up sleeping together, tried yet, happy from the time you both had together.

Ultra Magnus: Now despite his age, he's a very quiet and stern sparkling. Who tends to isolate himself from other sparklings. But when it comes to you, he's curious about what you do. So please be a good example to him. Just like Optimus, He feels warm whenever you show him affection, even if he's not expressing it freely. Ultra Magnus will show it through his actions, by asking you that if you need any help he's there, just like Prime.

Ratchet: He's a sparkling who is mostly the type to want things to be his way, if others disagree he'll start a tantrum or scream at them rudely. Not only that, Ratchet can be stubborn sparkling when he's doing something and he needs your help or assistance, for sure he will hide that he needs your guidance. But Ratchet would let out small huffs when he sees you having injuries on you. Warning you to be more careful when he gently helps you apply medicine.

Bulkhead: A big crybaby, just because he looks tough, Bulkhead is sensitive and shy. He's a sparkling who wants to make new friends but is too scared to talk, so he goes back to you, needing comfort and reassurance. Please don't be harsh and strict towards him. He can't help but be joyful when you give him any type of affection, especially if you guys cuddle together. Give him a small smooch he'll cling onto you more, being more than happy.

Arcee: A very silent and distant sparkling. To the point that you won't know what's going on in her mind, what she wants, etc. Though she can be a handful to deal with when Arcee is angry, she tends to scream and be disrespectful. Be patient with her alright? Give her time to just let herself be alone and talk to her when she feels better and calm. When she receives affection and care from you, Arcee becomes shy. You can even see a small tint of blue Energon on her face when you do so.

Wheeljack: He's a troublemaker, so make sure to watch him properly for Wheeljack to be safe. He's going to be caught by you, doing silly and reckless shenanigans he's not supposed to do. More importantly, hide away any materials that can cause potential threats. For sure he'll try to do something funny that will hurt him by accident. It's hard to put him into stasis, Wheeljack's a sparkling that's energetic and bold, and mostly he has a liking to staying up late at night. He doesn't mind affection or hugs from you, but he'll get annoyed if you smother him though.

Bumblebee: Is a sparkling that is talkative. He'll express himself by happily letting out buzzes and beeps. He is curious and sparkling as well about the world around him. Just like Bulkhead he can be sensitive, he'll cry out in fear if there is something that he finds scary. So please comfort him and calm him down, let him know that you're there for him no matter what. Bumblebee's the type to adore and love you, he sees you as somebody he wants to be so, expect the young sparkling to look up to you a lot. He loves affection, like Bulkhead he enjoys most of it especially if it's cuddles.

Smokescreen: Oh my Primus, he's going to be a Responsibility to deal with. Smokescreen is a very energetic and hyper sparkling that you can get tired and exhausted from him. Like Wheeljack, he can be a troublemaker too. So be sure that he does not do something risky. But he does cry if you don't listen or pay attention to him, which is something that he needs. You can calm him down by swaying him in your arms securely while singing a sweet lullaby. Slowly he'll begin to fall asleep in your arms, due to you being so gentle and kind.

Cliffjumper: Such a friendly and playful sparkling. When he sees other sparklings he'll talk to them as if they are already his friends. And it would attract others to play with him. Because of how sweet and extraverted he is. Though he's not the best when it comes to listening to you, when his attention is on you, it can be short. But he tries hard. He's a tough one so you don't see him cry often. You only see him cry is when you leave him to fall into stasis. He wants you to snuggle him to sleep. It makes him feel protected and safe and he enjoys the feeling of himself being taller than you.

Don’t get me wrong he is very thankful and loves it, he kinda short circuits when you do it.. especially in front of others.

When you first got together he was very surprised with how affectionate you can be.

You asked him to pick you up and put you on his shoulder, of course he did but he wasn’t expecting what you did next. Leaning forward as you held onto his plating, as you kissed all over his face. this bot was FLABBERGASTED. He placed one of his hands over your back to keep you steady, as you showering him with love.

When he asked what you could do, he was surprised of how strong you were compared to the humans that he knew. He knew that he could bring you on small missions and he did eventually give you bigger and bigger missions so you can grow and learn.

When he started to feel emotions for you that he did not know previously, he was conflicted on himself of what it was. He had never fallen in love before due to him being a prime. But a human managing to break that was surprising for him

It honestly took him a while for him to muster to courage to say something about it. He tried to go the most professional way about but nonetheless, it sounded funny hearing it from such a serious guy

Ratchet ➵

When he first meet you, he honestly thought of you as something small to take care of and just be in the way. But when he learned different, he felt like he could relay on you to protect the kids from getting them self's in trouble.

He knew that he could trust you when you told him what you could do. He placed his full trust in you to protect the kids when ratchet has to go on missions while the others are busy

As much as a grumpy mech that he is, he can still get attachments and surprisely, he fell in love with you. He was in Major denial that he could be in love with a human. He honestly scoffed at himself for it.

But it wasn't long until he noticed that he was a hopeless mess and gave in the fact that he was in love and was also grumpy about it. He was coming into terms about it very slowly

Arcee➥

Arcee had neutral feelings on the matter of a high respected being on the team. It was basically a second opinion when fowler was in a grumpy mood. So for her, it was a win win

When she learned what you could do, she was surprised just as was everyone else. She knew that you could help Jack when she wasn't there and make sure that he was doing the stuff that he was supposed to do.

Going with him on coffee dates when he’s in holoform is a lovely experience. He’s become a favorite at the place his partner takes him, and everyone anticipates meeting this Miko girl. Him being a guardian for a transfer student got quite a few curious questions that both him and S/O answered as well as they could without telling the full truth.

His shoulder guards move up a little bit every time he sees or talks about his s/o. Even after the lovey-dovey start of their relationship mellows, this is one reaction of his frame that he can’t control.

He is a big cuddler. Just look at him, he is hug-shaped.

He gushes about his s/o a lot and Wheeljack has to hear about it, and enjoys poking light-hearted fun at Bulk.

S/O and Wheeljack  along would get along, but he just has to set the ground rule of "don't hurt the big softie"

To minimize the chance of getting squished, he enjoys when S/O sits on his shoulder when he’s at base and the kids are at home. Extra cuddle time too.

He has his music preferences (he’s a metal head (literally and music wise lol)) but he is not opposed to listening to other types of music with s/o if they aren’t a fan.

If S/O gives him a gift of any kind, he will ask them to keep it safe for him if he sees it as very breakable. He does forget his own strength sometimes, and would rather not destroy something precious like that.

Team Prime comforting Reader, who just got turned into a Cybertronian, would include...

Optimus reassures you from the first moment that you have a safe home with Team Prime, should you choose to stay with them. Of course, you do. He makes sure you have the time and space to adjust and be comfortable with your new body before jumping into anything. He's just there if you need him, which some days is more helpful than everyone's else's efforts to offer unsolicited advice right off the bat.

Bumblebee helps you adjust to having wheels by challenging you to races that double as training whenever possible. He is almost certainly going easy on you, but nobody ever tells you as much.

Bulkhead is the first to realize that maybe you just really need a damn hug right now, if only because he's not very good with words. He hugs you and reassured you that it will be okay, and you're amazed how warm and fuzzy you feel afterwards, even though you're fairly sure your new body doesn't actually feel such minute temperature changes.

Ratchet tries to be "comforting" by explaining how your new body works... in detail that goes way, WAY over your head. But eventually, you get him talking about Cybertron's history and culture, and realize that your two species aren't all that different after all, which helps more than an anatomy lesson ever could.

Smokescreen is quick to remind you that you don't have to go back to your boring human school/job/house/whatever. Depending on how much you liked/disliked your old life, this is either incredibly helpful or incredibly irritating. If you get upset with him though, he's quick to apologize, and it's hard not to be comforted by that well-meaning smile and a servo patting your shoulder.

Arcee might somehow be even more protective of you than she is of the humans - she knows what happens when bots overestimate how much they can handle, and she figures that's really easy to do when you go from being a tiny, fragile human to a giant robot. Sometimes it's hard to hear her remind you that you're still mortal, but she means well. "Okay Mom, I get it."

Wheeljack, like Bulkhead, isn't very good with words, but he's also not very good with affection. What he can do, however, is listen. He's there the first time you get frustrated with the rest of the Team - not because they truly did anything wrong, but because being cramped into a tiny base with people you've just met will irritate anyone - and he never breathes a word of what you vented to the others. The Wreckers had their spats too - he knows you'll all be cool at the end of the day.

Oh Primus help Ultra Magnus he doesn't have a comforting servo in his body, but at least he's honest about that. In fact, he's the best bot to go to when you're ready to have things less sugarcoated.

Knock Out doesn't understand what the fuss is about - why would anyone ever want to be a squishy, gross organic when they could be Cybertronian? Humans couldn't turn into cars, for one, and couldn't be polished. He gives you a fresh coat of paint and polish and tells you how much better you look now - it does help, in a way. Being able to pick out new paint makes you feel a little more like your new body is really your body.

But honestly? Your biggest comfort might just be Jack, Miko, and Raf, if only because they will remind you any time you so much as frown just how cool being a giant robot is. And then you remember, yeah, it is pretty cool, actually.

Ooohhh! I remember furby's, granted they were a bit creepy in my opinion. These are a bit shorter than what I usually write, I was trying to get most of the characters in. Let me know if these needed more writing in them.

How did this all happen? One word to simplify everything: Miko. She thought it would be funny to start leaving these little menaces around the base and to get the bots reaction to it. How did she acquire these furbies, don’t ask any questions. Jack tried to stop her, but she successfully bribed him by promising to send him the video of Arcee’s reaction. Raf promised to edit the videos to be at their finest. Operation: Furby reaction is a go.

Autobots

Optimus Prime

He notices the first furby as it sits innocently near one of the control panels. At first, he thinks that one of those ‘birds’ had entered the base and tried to move the thing.

“Hello little one. How did you get in here?”--Optimus

“SSSQQQQUAAAAKKKK!”--Furby

“I see… Ratchet did you let the creature inside the base?”--Optimus

“Did I do what now?”--Ratchet

Then it suddenly started moving and squawking its native tongue that may or may not have startled the Prime a bit.

He doesn’t mind the furby too much… but does sense something about it.

Ratchet

He notices when he sees Prime slightly startled by something.

He goes to investigate and nearly squashes the Furby thinking it was a scraplet.

“Ratchet! Do not harm the creature!”--Optimus

“Optimus with all due respect, that thing is definitely some sort of scraplet! It might be a different type of mutation but look at it!”--Ratchet

“Ratchet—”--Optimus

“It even looks evil Optimus! I’m getting my wrenches.”--Ratchet

He does not care about Optimus’s code on not killing living being. That thing looked at him weird and he is going to end it before it eventually causes trouble.

Bumblebee

Nearly has a whiplash when he sees the little thing. He also thinks it’s a scraplet at first, but slightly calms down recognizing it as one of those human toys he saw on commercial with Raf.

Everything is fine… until it started screeching and moving by itself.

He is running to see where Bumblebee is after hearing him screaming. He has his wrecking ball at the ready and ready to comm in back up if necessary.

He is running as soon as he hears Bulkhead and Bumblebee screaming. His katanas are out as is ready for some slicing and dicing.

He is completely oblivious to the tomfoolery that is happening all over the base. He is too busy with looking at the latest relic they managed to find.

He finds a Furby near his work area. He tries to speak to the Furby as he would to anyone else.

Furby is hit with 10 wretches in one go.

He doesn’t mind furby’s like Optimus. Mainly because he was trying to communicate with it and never got to finish his sentences with it.

Decpticons

No one knows how it was done, but the impossible was made possible. After Miko finished getting all the Bots’ reaction to the furbies she decided to do something else. Somehow, she managed to scatter the remaining furbies on board the Nemesis. How did she do this. Not even Miko quite knows how she did it.

Megatron

He finds the Furby on his throne. He doesn’t know what this thing is, but it is on his throne, and no one sits on his throne except him.

“You! How dare you sit upon my throne!”--Megatron

“SSSSCCCRRREEEAAACCCH!”—Furby

Blaster firing intensifies.

The furby would be gone whether he is on Dark Energon or not. Will not admit it but the furby noise sent a little shiver down his struts. Good thing no one saw that.

Starscream

He finds the furby in his habsuite. He is curious in how this weird looking organic thing managed to find his room. He takes the furby to the interrogation room.

“Who are you? Speak worthless organic!”--Starscream

“SSSCCCRRREEEEAAACCCCHHH!”--Furby

“How dare you! I am Starscream, Second in Command of the Decepticon Army! You will—”--Starscream

Finds the furby on his desk. Lazerbeak deploys and flies around the small thing. Steps a bit closer to getting a good look at it.

He immediately groundbridges the furby outside the Nemesis to have it fall and burn on reentry. He does however keep the screeching noise recorded and will use it if necessary… or if he is bored.

Knockout and Breakdown

The pair enters the medbay and finds the furby on the medslab.

Breakdown looks at it and thinks it’s kind of cute. Knockout on the other hand.

“THAT IS UNICRON’S SPAWN! KILL IT! BURN IT!”--Knockout

Breakdown smashes the furby to oblivion. Did he regret it? No, it was causing Knockout stress, and he was happy to get rid of it for him. Knockout knows the furby’s horrors, he knows…

Dreadwing

His time with the furby is short. He accidentally stepped on it as he was trying to get some creates to his habsuite.

“SSSCCRR—Crush!”--Furby

“What in the All Spark? Hmm…”--Dreadwing

He does wonder what the weird noise was, but he has other things to worry about, so he quickly forgets about the encounter.

Shockwave

He doesn’t know they exist. There were no furbies in the lab or in his habsuite. The two places he really goes to. He does hear from the others about the furbies though.

“They sound illogical.”--Shockwave

He doesn’t care about the furbies, he has science experiments and war crimes to commit.

Predaking

He finds one near his kennel and does not like it. Sure, the Nemesis isn’t the greatest place, but that spot is his!

How did you end up like this? No one knows, but they don't even know you're like this. Ecxept Miko, Raf and Jack, since you know that they're friends with huge fraggin robots. When you met the bots it wasn't the best situation, because you were enraged about the events that happened at home that day. Almost engulfed in flames you calm down when you spot Miko talk to a bit bulky bot behind an abandonded building. You saw the bots which resulted in you being brought to the base. You were amazed that you could forget the sorrow you have for being different. You grew close with the team really quick, even Ratchet took a liking to you. The moment the team sees your ability for the first time was when they were cornered by cons in a energon mine. Since there was no backup at the moment you ran out and light yourself up. At first the autobots thought you were an alien or something, but when they realize it's you they didn't believe it at first. The vehicons weren't so lucky since you almost melted some of their limbs. Once the fight was done they just stared at you. "Uhh..guys? Does anyone have some spare clothes?"

Optimus Prime

He would be confused. Like literally confused which is rare, but still you managed to achieve it.

You're human and fire should hurt you. How do you light yourself on fire?!

The moment you tell them that you're a mutant and your not the only one they start to do some research on these so called "mutants"

He would ask you what you can do and what your abilities are.

Doesn't like the idea of having you on the battlefield even if it means that the autobots have the upperhand

You're now his child. No objections.

The team needs help? You're there to melt them down and that earns you a big lecture from Optimus about how they can't risk human lives.

If he's wounded you would melt the metal gently and repair it.

Since he's made of metal some of his plating might be cold. So he absolutely loves how you work like an furnace.

Ratchet

Almost freaked out by your abilities.

"Y/N IS ON FIRE BY THE ALL SPARK WHY IS NO ONE DOING ANYTHING"

The moment he gets to know about your so called mutation he turns into a fragging scientist. Blood samples, dna samples and etc.

Anytime there's any need for repairs he just picks you up and points where repair is needed.

"Fix it, you're smaller, steadier and you're hot"

He wouldn't realize his mistake until you laugh straight into his face "what's so funny? Wha- NO NOT LIKE THAT"

He would love your help in the medbay since you can mold wounds.

Your now his favorite assistant in medbay and in the lab

He thinks you're so awesome! A human who can light themselves on fire with no harm?!

On cold nights he would just keep you on his shoulder so he could feel your warmth close to his face so he can relax

Would absolutely love your abilities even if you would be insecure about being 'different'

If you ever would kick decepticon aft he's your 1# fan in the background

He finds beauty in fire so he thinks you and your abilities are absolutely stunning

If he's scared about succeeding or about the future you would be there on his shoulder warm like an oven which calms him down

The team were in trouble. Why? There was a surprise attack by Megatron himself. You flew through the groundbridge so you could help the team. You were almost too late as Megatron had his servo/sword up and about to strike Optimus. Hurrying you catch on to his servo and start to heat up, melting his servo in the process. "GAHH! WHAT ARE YOU!?" Megatrons sword and blaster were both out of the game since you melted most of his servo. Having the upperhand, the cons give up and leave. There was one con left. Megatron. "This isn't over, Optimus. Not with you and your firey PET!" Oh oh, he was pissed!

Megatron

That little mutant dare to melt his servo!

He didn't even know you're a human with a mutation until soundwave found footage and info about you.

Would try to get revenge on you, but doesn't want to risk losing his servo again.

For once the warlord was worried about his opponent.

If you could melt his servo, could you melt your way through his whole frame?

He didn't show it, but the thought actually made him shudder.

He couldn't lose to a pathetic human who is 10 times smaller than him.

In short, he hates your guts but loves your abilities.

Soundwave

The moment Megatron asked to find information about you, a switch flipped in his processor.

Finally he found a human interesting. A extraordinary human to be specific

If he had time he would try to see you on cameras so he could catch you for Megatron

He wasn't scared or anything, but would be slightly worried could you melt his screen off?

He did almost catch you, but you lit up inside him so he had to drop you out before he would fall down from the sky.

Knew that you're stronger than anybot thinks. Wouldn't mess with you unless he has something to overpower you for example: some relics

If he ever I MEAN EVER sees you in action he would definitely run away and protect his paintjob.

Fire + his beautiful plating/paint job did NOT go together.

If you would try to attack him, you won't see him after a while. He's AFRAID of you.

Would always seem busy when he heard lord Megatron talk about a mission where you could be involved.

"Knockout!" The cherry red medic saluted. "You have a mission to go an retrieve a relic. Y/N could be there, so be quick." "My Liege I'm in the middle of a medical check up I don't have t-time. Send breakdown. He's willing to do it."

A human shouldn't be able to light themselves on fire

Would ask permission from Megatron to take you as a test subject.

Be careful not to be caught by him! It would be worse than having others afraid of you and your freaky abilities.

He wanted to see how you could work with your abilities. How could he make them..Logical

Wouldn't be afraid of you. Oh no no no. He would be so so so interested about your abilities he wouldn't care if he would get melted at the same time.

Predaking

He would love your abilities to be on flames, but! Since he's a decepticon and a predacon ofcourse he has to attack you.

Would speak to you someway or another in his bipedal mode during a mission

If he need fire styled company, he would try to contact you. He doesn't care if you're part of the autobots. You're his friend

Optimus was working and discussing something with Ratchet when they saw you hobbling towards the stairs like some elderly person

Immediately asked what was wrong and if you're alright

You nod and wave it off as nothing, but your hesitation to walk up the stairs said otherwise

Once they realize something's up with your leg, Ratchet quickly goes into medic-mode and Optimus wants to know what happened, how it happened, and if your ok

Now you have two old bots asking a billion questions at once

After you've sat down on the bottoms steps and reassure them you're alright, you explain what happened

Both of them are like :0

Ratchet goes into medic-mode AGAIN, grumbling something along the lines of "how have humans survived this long" and "cannot believe humans use wood for architecture when it's such a safety hazard"

Optimus is calmer now knowing that you're ok, but still watches as Ratchet makes sure you're 100% not dying

Eventually they settle down, and lift you up very carefully to the couch area where you can rest

Don't you even THINK about touching those stairs.

Bumblebee:

Freaks out for a second

*panicked beeping noises* "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU FELL THROUGH THE FLOOR WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR LEG ARE YOU OK!!??"

You calm him down, explaining that it was just your leg that went through and all you got were a few splinters and some nasty scratches

He'll do whatever he can to make you feel better

Video games? Absolutely !! TV? Yes ! Taking you on a drive? Yesyes

Figures that if he keeps you busy (but off your leg), it'll distract you from the pain

and it works, but you do eventually need to rest and he'll be there if you need help with anything

Arcee:

"You what"

Kind of the same reaction as bumblebee but 10x calmer (at least on the outside)

On the inside she's worried bc you just told her you hurt your leg, yet you're WALKING still (wouldn't even call it walking, more like shakily limping around)

Arcee's not gonna baby you but she is gonna make sure you're ok throughout the day

Which means she's probably gonna stick by you a lot more

You don't mind it though, the two of you chat and chill most of the time

If she has to go on a mission while you're still recovering, she'll put you on the couch in the base and says if you even think about moving she'll fuck up your other leg (not really ofc but her "arcee-ness" tone makes you listen anyways)

Bulkhead:

You explain what happened in great detail and if cybertronians could get queasy, he would most definitely be

If Miko was there she would be all ears though LMAO

Ofc asks if you're ok and how long it'll take until you get better

Probably'll ask Ratchet or June if he can do anything to help, and June says to make sure you change your bandages every few hours, and put medicine on so there's no risk of infection

values your compassion greatly, often turning to you as a confidant over the time you’ve gotten to know each other. a mission went wrong and he’s putting all the blame on himself? you’re there to reassure him in a heartbeat, reminding him that he did his best and there’s always another chance; you keep him grounded

has an innate interest in art and writing - he used to be an archivist, after all

so he enjoys watching you indulge in your hobby, your excitement about it reminds him of his younger years of being a clerk at iacon when he would become giddy over a newfound archaic text

he’s very fond of you and makes sure you know it, taking note of the small things you like and getting you whatever little gift he can manage to find - genuinely thinks you’re cute and likes seeing you happy :] 

Ratchet:

while it may have taken him a little longer than the others to warm up to you fully, he grew to start looking forward to your company (despite his his best efforts to hide it)

he appreciates your quiet company; you’re much less rambunctious than both the other humans and his own team - you complain a lot less too, probably one of his favorite qualities about you

like optimus, your bubbly attitude gives him a much needed break from the dreary duties that come with being the autobot medic

you often find yourselves working in tandem, with you sitting on the couch working on your newest project while he stands at his terminal typing away. occasionally you’ll walk over with a nervous smile, and with a roll of his optics he’ll lower a servo for you to climb into and lift you up onto the corner of the console, huffing when you chirp a thank you before the both of you quietly return to your tasks (he enjoys it, really)

while he’s not one to vent his frustrations to you, he’ll always be open to listen to you vent about yours. even if he doesn’t respond with much, he’ll offer logical solutions and observations for whatever issue you’re having

Bulkhead:

the big guy loves art, having been exposed to his fair share of it by miko, and is very encouraging when it comes to your projects

he might not get some of the nuances or meanings of the things you make, but he tries - oftentimes making you laugh a bit at the sheer amount he misses. it’s endearing though, and you appreciate the effort

too fidgety to sit and watch you do anything for too long, but he’ll offer to drive you to a vista for some inspiration while he does his usual scouting routes, miko tagging along of course. she’ll probably bring her sketchbook with her and sit next to you and draw, chattering the entire time while blasting some music from her ipod, offering you one of her earbuds

Arcee:

similar to ratchet she takes a while to get used to you, a little cold at first to your attempts at friendliness

she notices how happy you seem to make everyone else and eventually makes a legitimate pass at being friendly despite how awkward it feels

but with how eagerly you accept it she doesn’t feel as bad, sighing in relief as you immediately start filling her in on how much you’ve enjoyed your time with the autobots

she’s not much of a conversationalist (especially when it comes to humans) so your chattiness is almost a relief - not having to keep up fake interest and energy with someone puts her in a more comfortable position; especially since you’re not one to comment on it like others tend to

will sit and watch you work on whatever your newest project is, a comfortable silence shared between the two of you

rambles about random stuff from her past sometimes - you turn out to be one of the few people she trusts enough to mindlessly dump her thoughts to, both good and bad

Bumblebee:

one of the first to get to know you, overly excited about having a fresh face around

super curious when he sees you working on something, a barrage of questions translated from mechanical chirps and whirrs with the help (and annoyance) of ratchet

he’ll actually try and mimic some of your art on the walls of hidden ditches where he and rafael hang out, excitedly bringing you along to show off his latest work and buzzing happily when you praise it

will eventually, with your encouragement, try and make something original - he ends up finding it pretty soothing and an easier way to feel understood; communicating his feelings without words can be unsurprisingly helpful for someone who can’t use any of his own

you’ll spend hours hanging out and working on your stuff - he likes when you help him with his own art, adding your own brushstrokes to the concrete wall

he’ll let you sit up on his shoulder just to watch him make whatever he feels like making, or even just taking you on joyrides in the desert where he doesnt need to worry about anything going wrong

while it’s usually you, him and raf hanging out he does enjoy spending solo time with you - usually in silence or one-sided conversations, but you understand each other well enough without words

-the team found a stasis pod before bringing it back- although with a bit of hesitation due to some previous experiences...

-ANYWHO the last thing they'd be expecting for the pod to be FULL OF SPARKLINGS

-Ratchet is worrying his aft off about their health, he's old give him a break 😭

-Optimus and Bumblebee are worried for the sparklings, how long have they been in that stasis pod

-Arcee, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack is confused onto why are there a bunch of sparklings in a pod, sent to Earth

-i feel like Smokescreen would have been worried yet confused at the same time, he has no idea whats going on 💀

-Ultra magnus...well i think he'd be worried about the team's availability but also minding the fact that the sparklings also need someone (somebot-) to watch over them

-the bots would be more aware of their surroundings with how small and squishy and sparklings are

-more so when Miko was able to hold them 😭

-Thankfully Ratchet deduced that the sparklings would grow much larger than their current size...now to think of where to house them-

Decepticons:

-again they thought there was a relic in the pod, AND NOT A BUNCH OF SMALL SPARKLINGS IN IT

-bet most of the cons were to baffled to speak until Megatron tells someone to take care of this 'problem'

-Starscream would have the thought of making said decepticon army from sparklings, but probably forgot how hard it is to teach sparklings

-Soundwave would entertain some of them with his visor (the smiley faces, using his tentacle(?) thing by tickling the little sparklings)

-Knockout would check on the sparklings, probably let out a horrendous gasp or two from how dinged up the sparklings' paint job are

-Breakdown (lets assume he's still alive for the sake of this-) would help Knockout in the med bay

-We do not talk about Airachnid because we know she wont give a damn about those sparklings 💀

-Dreadwing would be confused on how to handle them, i feel like he'd be the type to stiffen up when a sparkling was handed to him

-Shockwave wouldn't really think much or spend much time with them, probably considered it "illogical"

optimus loves the way humans can work together, the beauty in how groups of strangers can all be united under causes that they are passionate about.

although ratchet doesn't feel the most positively towards some aspects of humanity, he does admire their compassion and willingness to help others, even at the risk of their own lives.

if bumblebee had to choose a favorite part, he would probably say entertainment. he likes how humans can make almost anything exciting, and he also loves the scenery on long drives.

above all, bulkhead loves the friends and family he's made along the way. other than that, he has a big appreciation for media and music (mostly due to miko sharing it with him)

arcee, like optimus, admires the teamwork and bravery she's witnessed in humans. she finds it admirable how accepting humans are, even to bots like them.

you might have guessed this, but smokescreen's favorite aspects of Earth life and humanity is all the action & excitement that humans seem to enjoy. (he even learned what "cancel culture" was /hj)

i think it would be hard for wheeljack to pick a favorite part of humanity. he enjoys their determination, and he also likes some of human's inventions- even if cybertron is much more advanced.

Receiving; he loves receiving acts of service. To him it shows that you are willing to show that you love him by helping him with his life

Ratchet;

Giving; despite this man being a grumpy man, his love language is Quality time and and acts of service. He enjoys just sitting there as you two chat about random things as he works. When he isn’t working he likes to help you with things.

Receiving; This man is VERY simple with what he gets. He likes acts of service. He likes how someone helps with him and thinks it has meaning when you help with his stuff so it doesn’t take longer to do what ever he needed

Bumblebee;

Giving; Words of affirmation. Simple as that. He loves pampering you with compliments and sometimes enjoys when you blush at his comments. He wants to make sure that he loves you by telling you the usual ‘I love you’s and just wholesome stuff that he would say. (Or in this case beep and whirr at you)

Receiving; He enjoys physical touch. Either that be simple hand holding or to cuddling he just enjoys it a lot and begs you with puppy eyes for late night cuddling or random naps together.

Arcee;

Giving; She shows her love through Acts of service and gift giving. She may not be the best at showing her love through love so she shows it in different ways and just prays that you understand how much you mean to her.

Receiving; As in return, she loves Physical Touch. She is extremely touch starved so she enjoys you hugging her a lot of just hand holding. She loves it when you are just talking with her and you two are holding hands.

Bulkhead;

Giving; his main thing is acts of service. He helps you with sometimes reaching up places where you normally can't. Or just helping you carry stuff that you can't

Giving; his love language is physical touch and words of affirmations . To him, it's the true way to show how to love a S/O. When it comes to physical touch, he will random just cling to you and not let go. It will also be very random but can last along time being in cuddle bug mode. When it comes to words affirmations he will say random 'love you's and random bullshit that Just makes you flustered.

Receiving; he is not picky with what he gets. He enjoys when he has a S/O that gives him physical touch so it's just cuddle bugs with cuddle bugs.

Ultra Magnus;

Giving; Gift giving and words of affirmations. He is the best at gift giving as he finds that he will randomly find and will buy it for you if it reminds him of you. You if you straight up ask him.

Receiving; physical touch, I think that he is EXTREMELY touch starved so when you touch him in the slightest, he will fall harder for you then he already has.

Smokescreen;

Giving; words if affirmations and physical touch, his favorite thing to do is to cuddle you and just tell jokes or say shit that will make you flustered as all hell.

Receiving; Quality Time. He loves it when his S/O just wants to spend time with him like a little lost puppy.

TFP Soundwave X Reader Soulmate AU

Soundwave had thought for a long time that he would be forever alone. He’d watch as everyone else got small little marks on their plating that would fade in a matter of hours, while he had none. 

He believed that some just never got soulmates- him included. So when after millions of years a small doodle appeared on his plating, he was shocked. He quickly made his way to his berthroom so no one else could see. 

Once there he inspected the mark. It was a very-well drawn image of the Autobot’s insignia. He quickly felt irritation pull at his spark. Was his soulmate an Autobot? He hesitated for a moment before drawing a Decepticon symbol on his arm.

You were sitting in the Autobot’s base when you felt an odd sensation on your skin. You looked down to see a Decepticon symbol on your arm. It looked like someone had scratched your arm to make the symbol.

 You yelped in fear and held your arm out like it was burned. Ratchet’s eyes quickly fell to you, being the only other in the base.

“What’s wrong?” 

“The-there’s a thing on my arm.” He walked over and gently turned your arm over.

“You shouldn’t be drawing this on your arm.” He scowled.

“I-I didn’t! It just- just appeared there!” 

Ratchet’s eyes immediately furrowed. While humans didn’t have the concept of sparkmates, Cybertronians certainly did. The fact a human could be affected stumped him. 

“Did you draw anything on yourself?” He asked. You pointed dumbly to the Autobot symbol you had drawn on yourself a few minutes ago. His frown only deepened, realizing that your sparkmate must have been a Decepticon.

“What? What’s wrong?” You pleaded in fear. The other Autobots returned to the main hangar as you loudly interrogated Ratchet.

“I fear that you have a Sparkmate- which I didn’t know was possible for a human.” 

“A what?” You demanded.

“A sparkmate?” Optimus questioned. “How is that possible?” 

“I’ve never heard about this before.” Arcee commented. 

“It must be a Decepticon, look at the markings!”

All of the bots began talking about it as you grew more panicked. You yelled out unintentionally. “SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT’S GOING ON!” 

All eyes fell on you with guilty looks. Optimus gently placed a few digits on your shoulder. “It appears you have a… sparkmate. It is what you humans would refer to as a ‘soulmate’. A sparkmate, however, is someone you are actually bound to- not just someone you feel an emotional pull to. Anything you draw on your skin will show up on your sparkmate. Before you, there has never been a recorded case of an organic and a Cybertronian being bonded before”

You sat dumbfounded. You looked at your skin where the Decepticon symbol was fading. “So, this is like. I don’t know. This is a Decepticon? That I’m bound to?” 

Optimus nodded solemnly. “I think it may be best for you to refrain from drawing on yourself. We have no clue who you’re bonded to- and it may put you in danger. Many Decepticons have killed their sparkmates to prove their loyalty to Megatron.”

The fear on your face was obvious. When you went home, you could feel nothing but fear. What if they caught you? What if they killed you?

You were about to go to sleep when the odd sensation returned. On the inside of your hand, large letters appeared. They were foreign to you, being Cybertronian. 

You tried to resist the urge to write something back, but you ended up putting a question mark on your wrist.

Soundwave had realized you were a human when the question mark arrived. He had always wondered why he didn’t have a sparkmate- and now he knew. He had no idea how to feel about it, either. So he went to the one person he could always confide in- Megatron.

“They’re human?” Megatron thought. Soundwave thought Megatron would laugh, but he instead seemed thoughtful. “I didn’t know something like that was possible. If you wish to collect them, I will not stop you.” Megatron patted his oldest friend on the shoulder who only tilted their head.

Megatron noticed their confusion. “This will not leave this room, understand?” Soundwave nodded his head. “I had a sparkmate. It was before the war when I met him in the mines.” Megatron’s face pulled into one of sadness- something he’d only seen once on his leader’s face. “We had spent a few million years together when they became one with the Allspark. Energon deficiency. The senators refused to give us the energon we needed to survive- only enough to keep us running. We tried to save him, but there was nothing anyone could do.” Megatron grabbed his shoulder once again and looked at him in his faceplate. “Your sparkmate is destined to be with you. Don’t let them slip through your digits- human or not. You’ll regret it for the rest of your life.”

Soundwave was shocked by the advice given to him by the warlord. He trusted his advice nonetheless, and began searching for you. He drew on his arm plating, a simple question.

You were at base again when you felt it. You looked down to your wrist to see a name written in English- Soundwave. Your face went pale when you realized just who your sparkmate was. You read all about him and the atrocities he’d committed. You felt your head grow light as you began to sway. 

Bulkhead called out to you when he noticed you walking weirdly. You looked up at him with glossed over eyes and he just barely managed to catch you with a servo before you collapsed.

“Ratchet!” He yelled. Ratchet and the others immediately ran over. As Ratchet looked you over, he noticed the writing on your wrist. His face contorted in fear. 

“What is it, old friend?” Optimus’ deep voice sounded from beside the medic.

Ratchet almost couldn’t get his words out. “Their sparkmate is… Soundwave.”

Concerned looks flashed on everyone’s faces. They knew just how brutal he could be- he was a gladiator before the war after all. “We must have surveillance on them at all times. If Soundwave is contacting them through their bond, it cannot be good.”

When you woke up, they explained everything. You couldn’t help the fear you felt at the idea of someone so terrifying trying to contact you. However, the messages left were oddly… sweet. He would often ask how your day was, or what your favorite color was. When you were at home you would write on yourself- and this went on for months.

You actually began to enjoy talking with the silent mech- just as much as Soundwave. He was actually really funny, but also awkward. He often talked about his son, Laserbeak (and whatever Laserbeak got into that day). 

One day Soundwave asked you the question you’d been expecting for a while. “When can we meet?” 

You bit your lip as you thought of it. You weren’t even sure if you should meet him. Despite everything in your brain telling you not to- that he was just leading you on or he was going to hurt you- you wrote back. “Tonight.”

You went out back to avoid being seen by Bulkhead. You looked back at his vehicle mode from the small hill you climbed up in guilt. You looked back over the hill, and made your decision. 

You walked for a few miles. Your legs felt as if they were on fire. You plopped down onto the ground when you heard it- a quiet whooshing sound. You turned around to see an odd looking jet coming your way.

A Decepticon transformed midway and flipped to the ground, landing on his two pedes. You looked at him, and made eye-visor contact. He was beautiful- from his frame to his purple glowing biolights. He, too, thought you were beautiful.

You both took a step towards each other. Before you could say anything, he scooped you up. You both only looked at each other as he held you close to his visor- and it just clicked. It felt right to be in his hand. 

Before you could stop yourself, you spoke. “I love you, Soundwave.”

Soundwave pressed his faceplate against yours, signaling his love for you too. With that he whisked you away back to the Nemesis. For now, you’d keep your new-found relationship secret from the Autobots- but that would only last for so long.
