Yes! In the past few days, not only has Axis Powers and World Series been rebroadcasted, but Beautiful World has been recently uploaded onto Youtube by the official website as well! At this rate, they might also upload the entire season of World Stars too…

According to the buzz on JP Twitter, this is highly unusual behavior for not just Hetalia, but for a series in general. Either they’re ramping up to something, or Hetalia might officially be wrapped up soon…(Hopefully not the latter.)

In any ending where Felix becomes a duke, he would fight to make a law where kids aren’t sent to the battlefield. Not even missions at the Officer’s Academy. At the age of 15, Felix saw real, bloody conflict at the Western Rebellion. He saw what it did to Dimitri. Unlike most of the other students, his comments at the Red Canyon make it clear he’s killed before.

He was raised in a military house in Faerghus, where death in battle is the greatest glory. Even at 17 he makes comments saying he has no idea how to exist in peace, that he feels purposeless without fighting. And Fódlan is a violent place, he acknowledges this. But he also deeply hates what it did to himself, his friends, his family.

Felix would absolutely make it his mission to protect children from this fate. From becoming someone like him.

This is interesting :0. Is it a genuinely bad thing that the western fandom does this and it’s something we need to stop doing, or is it something that is mostly just cultural fandom difference that unsettles others?

Although it’s something more commonly accepted in the western fandom, the JP fandom is not an exception to this bad habit either! Unfortunately there are even still some who do this. To answer your question though; it really is considered bad etiquette to be reposting official content. Not only does it draw attention away from official release sites, copyright is a very strict culture in Japan and could potentially put someone in danger. In short, yes, it’s better to stop doing this.

A big reason the JP side feels uneasy when they see someone from overseas do this is that it usually gains a lot of traction with other English speakers, and the numbers will tempt more and more people to think this behavior is okay. The same is true for secondary works like doujinshi or fanart from Pixiv.

Please note that this sort of etiquette is also for your favorite authors and artists’ protection!
