Hannibal had 16 minutes of screentime in the of Silence of The Lambs,

Michael Myers only had 10 mins,

Freddy Krueger only had 7 minutes,

and more to the point;

Ghostface had like 6 MINUTES OF SCREEN TIME IN THE OG FILM

I'm just saying, look up the first instalment of any popular horror movie series and you'll be surprised how little the killer actually appears in it
