這天本來是要到隔壁不好說吃咖哩的， 明明當天出發前還到IG確認過， 但不知為何沒有營業， 所以就改到隔壁這家咖啡店開啟第一餐， 而且我在進食拍照中， 意外聽到老闆跟常客聊天， 一直聽到某幾家店， 然後就問了老闆是不是善化人， 結果沒想到， 居然是我妹的國小同學， 我原地直接傻眼欸！ 而且店裡還有一隻小虎斑喵， 還不到非常親人， 但很容易被玩具誘惑， 所以還是有機會跟他玩。 ｜花生拿鐵 他的花生味道其實很溫和， 沒有到特別明顯， 他的後味是在後面才會出來， 然後淡淡的花生味會微微傳到鼻腔內。 他咖啡豆的味道其實是蠻明顯的， 但是又不會重到把花生的味道壓掉， 奶味也感受得到。 他們的花生醬是用有顆粒的， 所以喝到最後一口時， 就可以咀嚼那脆脆的花生碎！ 他爽將花生醬挖到杯子裡， 用現淬出來濃縮的熱度將花生醬融化， 再倒入牛奶。 這樣就不必再另外用液體融化花生醬， 降低濃度， 也能讓花生醬好好的跟濃縮咖啡融合在一起。 ｜美式軟餅乾 他其實沒有很軟， 還是偏酥脆感一點的， 但是裡面還是有一點點的水分在裡面， 甜度也沒有到很高， 所以不愛吃甜的人可以點來吃吃。 ｜隱藏版 / 小山園若竹抹茶巴斯克 他們的巴斯克口感算是滿紮實的， 不是走綿軟或是流心感的， 但是不至於太過乾， 至於抹茶的味道， 我覺得不至於太重， 沒有特別愛抹茶的人， 應該是也可以接受的程度。 乳酪的味道沒有太過於強烈明顯的酸味， 是走比較奶味的， 但跟抹茶的味道結合之後， 抹茶的香氣會越吃越明顯， 但是不會有苦澀感。 #羿間咖啡 #台南咖啡店 #台南北區咖啡店 #貓咪咖啡 #花生拿鐵 #美式軟餅乾 #巴斯克蛋糕 #北極是吃貨 #latte #softcookie #basquecheesecake #basquebruntcheesecake #peanutlatte #americansofecookie #popdaily #popyummy #poptainan #pop台南 #coffeeaholic #dessertaholic #teatime #afternoontea #coffeetime（在 羿間咖啡） https://www.instagram.com/p/Covom8HvDJJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

久違了的食譜分享！忙碌過後終於可以再烘焙😚 第一次試用牛油果取代牛油製作軟曲奇，效果比較像小蛋糕，但整體質感和味道也不錯啊~ 牛油果軟曲奇（約40件） ✔材料： 熟牛油果2個（約120g一個）、黃糖280g、蛋4隻、鹽1茶匙、低筋粉360g、泡打粉3茶匙、入爐黑朱古力粒50g、開心果碎適量（灑面用，可略） ✔做法： 1. 牛油果用叉或攪拌機壓成蓉，與糖拌勻。 2. 分3次加入蛋液，每次均待蛋液完全與牛油果糊混合才倒入新份量。 3. 鹽、低筋粉及泡打粉拌勻，分3至4次以切拌法輕手混入牛油果糊中；尚餘少許乾粉時，加入朱古力粒拌至完全不見粉粒，放入雪櫃冷藏1至2小時。 4. 焗盤上鋪上烘焙紙。取出麵糊，用鐵湯匙或小雪糕勺分成小圓球排列在焗盤上，每個麵糰間保留距離。 5. 湯匙背沾少許水，略為壓平麵糰。可在麵糰上灑上開心果碎。 6. 放入已預熱焗爐用170°C焗18至20分鐘，放涼即可享用。 #鄭大小姐工房 #ChengsFactory #牛油果 #軟曲奇 #開心果 #蛋糕 #低脂 #減糖 #avocado #SoftCookie #pistachio #cake #LowFat #ReducedSugar #烹飪 #烘焙 #食譜 #自家製 #cooking #baking #recipe #homemade #foodie #foodshare #hkfood https://www.instagram.com/p/CfxifG2pJQs/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Masjid yang berlokasi di selatan pasar Kotagede ini merupakan masjid bersejarah yang dibangun pada abad ke-16 di era pemerintahan Kerajaan Mataram. Masjid ini merupakan objek wisata populer di Jogja dan dikenal dengan arsitektur dan makna budayanya yang indah. Masjid ini adalah tempat ibadah yang penting bagi komunitas Muslim di Jogja.

Pembangunan masjid ini bermula saat Ki Ageng Pemanahan mulai membuka Alas Mentaok (Kotagede saat ini). Sebelum ke Alas Mentaok, beliau singgah di Candi Prambanan dan bertemu dengan umat Hindu. Beliau mengajak mereka untuk pergi ke Alas Mentaok guna membantu pembukaan hutan sekaligus membangun masjid. Sebagai ucapan terima kasih kepada umat Hindu yang sudah membantu, beliau membangun Gapura Paduraksa di halaman depan masjid.
