『Cheese Tteokbokki & Soondae with Fermented Squid n Octopus』 Bought some Tteokbokki from @hodunamu0155 and made our own Cheese Tteokbokki for lunch. 【Cheese Tteokbokki 】 Recipe •1 Tbsp Gochujang •1 Tsp Salt •3 Pieces Eomuk (Fishcake) •1 Yellow Onion sliced •Sliced Cabbage •Sausage •Tteokbokki •Kimchi Boil everything and when it’s almost ready, add: •Egg •Sliced tofu •Cheese Cover the lid and simmer till the cheese melts and done! So it’s not as oily and it’s good! ⭐️9.5/10 🐷【Fried Intestine (M) 】RM28 招牌炒生腸 •Ok so we heard from the staff that this is not the regular intestines we eat. This is 生腸 which is like raw intestines? But it’s definitely cooked to me. Anyway it’s supposed to be more meaty compared to the regular intestine dishes we eat. •Quite nice though, we totally cleared the dishes 😂 ⭐️9/10 Overall it’s a must go if you have bak kut teh cravings or if you want to try DRY BAK KUT TEH (their signature) definitely worth your trip. Btw there’s a lot of other food stores/ shops around this area, but we didn’t want to walk around as it was raining quite heavily.
