Both you and Jaehyun decided it would be better to film the Q&A at their dorms because your apartment's current state is not ideal and is actually a mess. Boxes were everywhere and most of your things were either already tucked away in boxes or still laying on the floor because you're still in the process of segregating the things you want to keep, to donate and to sell. And being the sentimental person that you are, it was a long and hard process.

Sitting down on the floor at the boys' dorm, you set up the camera and adjust it to the correct angle and height. You pushed the shutter to start recording.

“You ready?” You asked your man who is now approaching in front of you.

“Mhm.” He said while leaning down to give you a peck on your lips. “Have you eaten? Would you like to order some take out first before we start?” he asked with worry evident in the tone of his voice.

You sat down and responded, “It's okay, love. I'm still full. Let's order take out after, hm?”

“Alright, but I think I want to have samgyeopsal.” he said sitting down beside you.

“Oh?!” you exclaimed. “I have been craving samgyeopsal.”

“It's settled then? We'll have samgyeopsal after we film.” He stated looking at you with heart eyes and you just sat there giving him the biggest and brightest smile.

“I thought you were on diet, though?” you quizzed.

“I'll go on cheat day anytime for you, babe.”

The little sweet moment was captured in the frame and you took a mental note that you'd like to include it in the video. You wanted to show a little of what happens behind the camera.

“Anyway, shall we start?”

“Lezgetit!” he exclaimed.

And just like that, you seamlessly transitioned to your YouTube persona. It's not like it was any different from the real you, but I guess Jaehyun could say on cam you're a polished version of you and off cam is an unfiltered one. Meaning, you were always the kind of person that speaks out what's on your mind but on cam, you try to always say it as positive as possible while off cam, you could be so raw and blunt. But either way, he adored you. He adored how strong of a person you are, both mentally and physically.

“Welcome back, you guys!” you started. “As you've read from the title of this video, we are doing a little Q&A sesh with my boyfriend, Jaehyun.” you continued.

Jaehyun waved to the camera and said, “Hi, I'm the boyfriend.” and then chuckled at his own introduction.

“That was lame, babe.” you giggled.

“Well,” he started. “I know my girlfriend, here,” gesturing at you. “Put up an Instagram story so you could send in your questions.” he continued.

“Yes, that is true.” agreeing to Jaehyun. “And you guys had sent quite a lot.”

“I saw.” he chuckled. “Y/N has screen captured the questions, printed them out and put the ones we chose to answer in this fish bowl that we borrowed from Taeyong hyung.” he paused for a moment. “Thank you, hyung! And I also saw comments or compliments about Y/N or our relationship, so I decided to read some of my favorite ones at the end of the video.” he smiled.

Your expression was caught in the frame. It was pure shock. He was in a giggling fit, “As per Y/N's reaction, the end segment was never in her plan and she definitely had no clue. I wanted to take this opportunity to say to you compliments about you and us.”

“And without further ado, let's start the Q&A!” he exclaimed at the camera while a huge smile was plastered on his face.

You took a deep breath and quickly got back to focus. He's really born to be in front of the camera, what a natural, you thought.

“Also, a bit of a disclaimer: I do not have any flow whatsoever, we'll just be going along as we go through these questions that we printed out.” you chuckled.

“Okay, first question: ‘How does it feel to be moving in together?’ this is one of the common questions I received.” you stated.

“You go first, babe” Jaehyun stated.

“Alright,” you started. “I still feel ecstatic about it. Although, I'm not looking forward to the stress that'll come with the actual move-in day.” you giggled.

“Don't worry, babe. I'll be here with you all throughout.” he commented. “Well, as for me...” he started. “I'm very happy and not gonna lie, I'm excited to all the days that I get to go home to Y/N.” he continued, smiling.

“Cheesy,” you said playfully.

“Ah,” he started. “Cheesy, you said?” he continued starting to tickle your sides making you squeal and laugh so hard.

he stopped tickling you and said, “Alright, on to the next question.” fishing for a new question in the bowl.

'Would you hire an interior decorator to help furnish your new home?’

While you were still coming down from your high, Jaehyun answered the question. “No, I don’t think so.”

“We both want to decorate our home together.” he stated.

You nodded, agreeing to Jaehyun. “And also, it would be a good opportunity to make new memories together that we could look back on.” you stated. “I’m a sucker for making memories. Not just with Jaehyun but with everyone else around me and that it includes you lot.” you continued and gave the camera a wink.

‘Did you find the right apartment yet?’

“Oh that’s a good one.” you said. “Have we, babe?” asking Jaehyun.

“Yes, we have. It’s a two-bedroom apartment.” Jaehyun answered. “We both fell in love with it when we saw it. To me, it felt like it was the one.” he added.

“Same with me. It was also big enough for the two of us and we could still have a few friends over.” you said. “Although, I wouldn’t be sure if we would all fit if the whole NCT would come over.” you joked.

‘Who is paying the apartment?’

“She’s paying for everything.” Jaehyun joked. “I’m a lucky man that she’s providing for me.” he continued and chuckled.

You didn’t respond and just chuckled along with Jaehyun.

You both agreed that the payment for the apartment will be shared fairly. Although, Jaehyun had initially disagreed to it and constantly argued that he wanted to pay for it. He eventually gave up on his argument knowing you very well that once you’ve decided on something, there is already no swaying you.

‘Will you do an apartment tour?’

“Yes, I will.” you answered. “In fact, the first series that I have curated is a Moving Series which will document the whole process of our move starting from the apartment hunting up to the end. Please stay tuned for that.” you added.

“I’d also advise that you guys keep your eyes peeled in the upcoming videos she’ll be releasing.”

“And you should also keep your eyes peeled for me too.” Johnny playfully said behind the camera. And then proceeded to crouch down to the camera from behind causing him to be upside down on the frame. “Hi, guys!” he greeted then left.

‘How did you guys meet?’

“Ah, we're going on a trip to memory lane now, are we?” Jaehyun answered. “To be honest, I kinda prefer to talk about this in a separate video,” he confessed. “So, let's answer this briefly.” he added.

“Okay then," you replied. “We met through a mutual friend, Yugyeom from GOT7.”

“Fun fact: She was a videographer and video editor for GOT7 before she went full-time on YouTube.” Jaehyun said proudly with a smile.

“She's amazing!” You heard Taeyong shouted from the kitchen from which you and Jaehyun chuckled at the older man's comment.

‘What would be the concept of your home?’

“Well, we've brainstormed already.” you answered. “And I'll just show you guys some inspos that we got from Pinterest. Also, we chose whites and grays as the main color palette for our home but with a little splash of pastels here and there.”

“She really likes to have that big mirror.” Jaehyun commented. “From what I remember she insists on having one because it was aesthetic.” he teased in which you responded with a playful pout.

‘What happens with the furnitures in your current apartment?’

“Well,” you started. “I'm actually going to sell some of them.” you continued. “And some, I will actually be donating. As for Jaehyun,” you added then looking at your man beside you.

Jaehyun quickly understood your body language and continued your answer, “As for me,” he started. “I'm checking if there is any other stuff that I would donate. I actually don't own any furniture, the bed that I use came with the dorm which I would just be leaving behind obviously.” he continued. “Oh?! Actually, I do own a furniture. The shelf that I use to store my LP collection and turntable is mine. But I'm leaving it behind too, for Jungwoo.” he rambled. “So nothing to sell on my side.”

‘How are you both, money wise’

“Oh this is good.” Jaehyun teased. “Let's answer for each other.” he suggested.

“You, first.” you giggled.

“Y/N, money wise, she's super stingy!” he confessed. “Stingy and thrifty.” he added. “She doesn't buy just anything. She weighs it down if it is a need or a want. That's why I tell her that it is okay to splurge once in a while especially that she deserves it because she works really hard even off cam.” he rambled.

"I don't know if you're dissing me or..." you teased. “But either way, you are not wrong that I'm stingy and thrifty.” you laughed. “Jaehyun, he uses his money wisely.” you started. “He only buys the things he want if he knows he has the money to buy them. But then, I don't usually see him buy extravagantly all the time.” you continued. “He does practice what he preach.” you laughed.

‘Give out 3 things each that we don't know about you guys’

“I don’t know if there are things you don’t know about Jaehyun,” you answered. “So, let me think about it first.” you added.

“Three things?” Jaehyun started. “She loves to eat anything sweet. Seeing her videos, I’ve never seen her eat anything sweet in front of the camera.” he continued raising the first finger. “She’s a total bookworm. I know some of her books can sometimes be seen in the background when she films sit-down videos but that’s only a few of her collection. She has tons, she could open her own library.” he added raising another finger. “Lastly, she has a clingy side!” he giggled. “She might have a resting bitch face, but she still has a clingy and sweet side too.” he concluded.

“You’ve exposed me way too much, babe.” you pouted. Jaehyun responded with kissing your forehead and whispering, “I love you.”

“I guess it’s my turn now.” you started. “Ever since we dated, Jaehyun has always been behind the camera in my videos. From the vlogs down to the sit-down videos, he was behind the camera supporting and cheering me on.” you confessed raising a finger like your boyfriend did. “He never wanted to hide anything from czennies, so when we first started our relationship he wanted tell it to you guys immediately. But I asked him to keep it on the down low for a while.” you continued raising another finger. “He got into LPs because of me." you said raising the last finger. "In the early days of our friendship, I took him to a vintage record store because I was looking for a Bon Jovi LP." you rambled.

‘Please share your playlist’

“Duly noted, bub!” you answered. “I'll share it on Instagram.” you added.

“Another fun fact:” Jaehyun interrupted. “She has a thing for rock love songs.” he continued. “So, a little heads-up, that is what her playlist mostly consists of.” he concluded then chuckled.

Out of the blue, Haechan suddenly leaned towards the frame and said, “Her playlist is gold!” raising both hands with his thumbs up.

“I totally agree,” Yuta responded and greeted the camera too. “She has a lot of throwback songs in her playlist. It's nostalgic!” he added.

It quickly became chaotic now that Jaehyun's 127 brothers have come together in the living room. They started to drop their comments after your answers, they followed a flow of somewhat agreeing or backing up both you and Jaehyun's responses. It went on like a routine throughout the whole filming.

You were nearing the end with only a few questions left unanswered.‘Jaehyun, how do you deal with an angry Y/N?’

“Oh,” you sneered. “That’s an interesting question.” you chuckled.

“Well, first of all,” he started. “Y/N does not get pissed off easily. She has a very very very long patience. And I think everyone in this room can vouch for me on that,” he continued while his 127 brothers agreed with him. “She often does get sulky.” he chuckled. “She gets sulky at the littlest of things and it is damn cute.” he rambled. “But as for Y/N being or getting angry?” he paused for a moment, thinking what he should say next. “She’s very scary when angry. So, I hide whenever she gets angry.” he joked. Everyone in the room laughed, including you.

“But hyung is right! It’s not a joke, noona is scary when angry.” you heard Mark say.

“Let’s put it this way,” Doyoung started. “It’s like she’s bringing the seven hells to earth.” he continued. “It’s that scary.” he concluded.

You jokingly pouted at their comments. Then, Jaehyun whispered, “Don’t worry, love. You can bring me to hell and back, I would still not let you go. I love you.” and kissed your forehead causing everyone in the room to shout, “Get a room, love birds!”

‘What is the biggest quarrel you had in the relationship?’

“We all know the answer to that,” Taeyong answered.

“I don’t know if it was even a big fight, though?” Jaehyun said confused. “But we didn’t talk to each other for a while after that fight.” he said sadly. “ It was the one fight that almost ended our relationship.” he added.

“Well, we survived didn’t we?” you said trying to comfort your boyfriend.

“Yes, we did.” he said smiling warmly at you. “But it was definitely one of the hardest and darkest days in my life,” he confessed. “You didn’t talk to me for a whole month then,” he pouted. “I really thought that I was going to lose you.”

“But you didn’t. I’m still here aren’t I?” You comforted. “And I’m not going anywhere.” you assured, giving him a warm smile.

“Alright!” you exclaimed. “That was all the questions. I hope you guys will enjoy this little Q&A with my love featuring our 127 friends.” you giggled.

True to his words, Jaehyun whipped out his phone and said, “But before we fully end this video, I will be sharing some of my favorite comments or compliments about Y/N or us.”

Jaehyun had already filmed the ending segment ahead of time and had it saved on his phone so that he could show it to you. And to the viewers, the video will transition to the ending segment video with your reaction being shown in a medium-sized circle.

‘I saw Y/N in a subway station recently and she was gorgeous.’

“I thought this was very random so I included it.” He laughed. “She likes to travel via public transportations but she can also drive. She has a license.”

‘You and Jaehyun are the cutest couple! I saw you guys eating at a fast food chain and both had heart eyes for each other.’

“That might be one of the rare occasions that we eat out. Y/N usually cooks or we have food delivered.” he explained. “Also, thank you for the compliment!” he chuckled.

‘Y/N is very witty, it shows through the side comments she casually makes.’

“That is so true!” Mark shouted then laughed loudly.

“Her witty side comments are so funny yet blunt.” Johnny agreed. “Both in english and korean, might I add.”

“She learned korean in six months and got more fluent in the succeeding months.” Taeyong commented. “I remembered, she told us that she wanted to learn korean so that she would be able to communicate with us well.” he continued to reminisce. “Neither of us knew it could backfire like this.” he joked, which caused everyone to laugh and agree.

‘Y/N is absolutely one of the most talented people I have ever met.’

“Ah, this is one of us.” Jaehyun said. “She always exceeds others' expectations of her works,” he continued. “She’s also crazy talented in sports too, not just arts.” he concluded.

“Oh!” Doyoung exclaimed, suddenly remembering something of you and sports. “You guys remembered how she trashed us at archery and badminton on our gathering?” he laughed. “And yet she claims she's not sporty.” he continued.

“She’s also skilled in figure skating.” Jaehyun shared proudly.

“Woah!” Mark exclaimed. “Noona is really impressive.”

“She’s also both street and book smart,” Jungwoo trailed. “I believe that's talent too.” he concluded.

‘Y/N has a heart of gold.’

“She really has.” everyone agreed.

It made your heart swell with all the good things that they talk about you. All of them were very supportive of your relationship with Jaehyun from the start. Even when you were only friends with Jaehyun, they would constantly tease the both of you because of how close you both were. Taeyong had always predicted that you'll end up together and said that it was only a matter of who'll confess first.

The video continued to shower you with all those positive thoughts and well wishes on your relationship with Jaehyun. Nearing towards the end, you were already tearing up.

‘Y/N is the best!’

“From all of us,” Taeyong said.

“We love you, our Y/N-ie!” They all shouted and gave tou different heart poses.

That was the end of the upload. But what the viewers didn't know, there was more after.

The screen went black for a moment but then, you heard Jaehyun's voice, “It hasn't ended yet.” He then reappeared on the screen, “Babe, you're such an amazing person but you usually doubt that. Give yourself a bit of credit, you deserve it. Also, I know you always give your all and work hard but don't forget that you also need to rest. I love you.”

After Jaehyun, it transitioned to your friends. And that was the last straw, your tears poured down while hearing your friends pour their heart out on how an incredible person you are, both as an individual and as their friend.

By the time the video was over, you were a crying mess while you were in Jaehyun's arms.

“You guys made me cry,” you pouted, and they all responded with a chuckle. “You guys are amazing too, I'm blessed to have you guys in my life.” you sniffled.

Jaehyun and the others went out to get meat, lettuce and other ingredients needed for samgyeopsal. You and Jaehyun decided it was much better to eat samgyeopsal with friends rather than just the two of you. You both thought that the more is merrier.

You finished editing the footages of the video and decided to upload it on your channel and schedule its premiere on your desired date. Upon finishing, you heard Jaehyun's voice in the hallway indicating that they've arrived from the grocery. You left your laptop on Jaehyun's bed and went out of their room.

As you were reaching the kitchen, you saw Haechan getting a variety of soju out of the bag and settling them on the table. Doyoung prepared the griller while Taeyong was transferring some of the meat to a plate and putting the remainder in the freezer to avoid spoilage. On the other hand, Yuta was washing the leafy vegetables while Johnny was putting the plates on the table. You decided to help get and set the cutleries on the table and Jungwoo was getting the sauces out of the fridge.

All of you sat around the table and started to grill the meat, “Bon appétit, everybody.” you announced, everyone responded the same. You looked around you and thought, I am lucky to have met these lads. I will always treasure gatherings like this with them. This right here, is my family away from home.

Slowly, you feel the alcohol you took throughout the evening start to kick in. You weren't drunk yet, just beginning to get tipsy. Drowsiness creeping in, Jaehyun noticed and whispered, “Do you want to go?” You shook your head, “I'm fine, I can still handle it.”

Jaehyun knew what you were like when drinking. He also knows how well your alcohol intake is; you can drink well and you enjoy it. Sometimes, a bit too much, like tonight. And as the night deepens, with all that soju you chugged down, you were drunk. And you were getting more and more talkative. Jaehyun, on the other hand, is also drunk. The others? They were having fun with you two drunk. They were recording you being talkative and Jaehyun being clingy to you.

The night ended with the two of you passed out in Jaehyun's bed. Jungwoo was there to capture how cute the two of you were cuddled.

The boys, however drunk they are and even though they had several recordings of the night, knew better than to post anything in their social media accounts impulsively. So, they all retreated to their respective bedrooms and called it a night.

The next day, you woke up with a slight headache probably because of your lack of water intake last night. You rolled over to your side and saw Jaehyun still sound asleep.

You got up from bed and decided to freshen up, you took one of Jaehyun's shirts and sweats so you could have a change of clothes and headed towards the bathroom to take a quick shower. You thank the heavens that you've decided long ago to stock some toothbrushes in the dorms for unplanned nights like last night.

You remembered that you have scheduled the Q&A to go live later in the afternoon. So, you decided it would be nice to post something on your Instagram.

WOOSAN’S RELATIONSHIP ANALYSIS

yeah, it’s your girl, it’s me again, i’m back with another analysis, ‘cause i’m bored in quarantine.

so, basically, i wanted to share my opinion on what i think woosan’s relationship is. as a woosan shipper, obviously i’m biased, but i’m going to be as practical and as impartial as i can possibly be. i wanted to do this because i know people think they’re either best friends, friends with benefits or actually romantically involved. i can say that i’m actually pretty uncertain about it, but i want to argue why i do think think they are at least in a intimate relationship.

again, i’m not a professional body language reader/psychologist/analyst or whatever. these are solely based on my observations.

REASON ONE: woo’s body language/relationship with yeosang is completely different than his relationship with san.

Now people argue that they’re both woo’s best friend. which i agree that you can certainly have two best friends. however, in this case, it’s still different? woo puts a lot of emphasis on his relationship with both san and yeo.

yes, i know you can all hear this picture, woo always needs to emphasize his four years of friendship with yeo, and even picked yeo when he had to choose between him and san as his bestfriend. also keep in mind that woo left bighit bts for yeo. that’s a real ass friend.

which left san devastated, i mean look at the way he looked at mingi, like wtf, you’re not woo. lmfao.

woo and yeo have been friends for four years, yet i think most of us can agree that the nature of his relationship with san, is just different.

woo sees san as his other half/twin, by the way he’s been friends with yeo for five years now. again the language is completely different. on the other hand, san wrote:

i’m not entirely sure what he meant by you also, the not sure was the translator’s note. but as you can see their responses for the chemistry that they have for each other is entirely different.

Let’s move on to the legendary asmr video.

again, they’re super physical, just look at the way san touches/grab woo. anyhow, we aren’t there yet.i wanted to emphasize something else. that being the talk after. i’ve highlighted the parts that i think are important to take note of.

WY: You always go along with whatever I do

WY: And you take interest in the things I like

WY: I'm very thankful for that

WY: No one takes care of me better than you

WY: If you think I'm exaggerating, it's to the point where even my parents asked him to take care of me

ummmmm.....

you can’t tell me that this doesn’t legitimately sound like a love confession.

Next, the handshakes man? i don’t think i should include all of their handshakes as this would get too long, it already is, but you guys get the gist. they have so many like jesus christ. whyyy?

Lastly amicus and aras. The fact that woo really went searching for a word or saying meaning a friend forever is very telling to me. also note here they were the only ones in each others fancams which was super sweet.

REASON TWO(yeh, we JUST got here): woo’s obsession with san, now a lot of people think woosan is one-sided because woo is very good with hiding his emotions on cam. but a lot of us now are a lot more aware that woo sticks to san like gum.

san literally asked him if he was a piece of glue, also hi baby yunho.

literally like glue, you can’t tell me this isn’t boyfriend culture.

as soon as seonghwa leaves for the mission on wanted film woo goes back to san. lol, i know he was prob just tryna get a better view but i wouldn’t put it past him. anyway, like glue.

woo’s leg over san’s, like glue. or that time woo ended up in san’s bed, even though he was supposed to be with hongjoong/yunho/etc?

don’t believe me? then just take san’s word for it.

also, it’s supposed to be, “you really like me more than i thought.” so even san is surprised by woo’s clingyness.

i don’t even much to say about this interview it speaks for itself. woo was literally all over san during it. this is also one of the interviews that completely solidify my beliefs of them being in an intimate relationship whatever it may have been. i just felt like this interview was like, “yeh, we’re together.” that’s just the aura i got from it also it was valentine’s day or at least themed?

also, i’ll mention but not add all the times san has said that woo comes to his room. it’s very often there’s plenty of vids that we avid woosan shippers know of. moving on with woo’s obsession with san.

that time the members were supposed to post pics of themselves, and most of woo’s at least three pics were of him with san. don’t you like san too much woo?

REASON THREE: Body language in general

The stares man, the stares...You just don’t look at friends this way.

i’ve also noticed in a couple of videos that wooyoung tries to avoid san’s stares, there are times where he just doesn’t even look at him even though he knows san is staring at him. sometimes he literally turns his face completely away from san and i think it’s to avoid getting lost in san’s eyes. i want to express that woo does this very intentionally, as i said before he’s much more aware of the camera than san. it’s hard to notice because these aren’t motion pictures, but i want you to watch their moments and you’ll notice that most, if not all the time that woo always turns his head away first while san stare’s linger for at least one second longer.

otherwise, we’d just get more moments like this:

REASON FOUR(very important): How touchy they are with each other.

san’s nono is square on woo’s ass, that’s far from straight. anyway, moving on, they’re very touchy and the fact, that they’re even more touchy when the cameras are off is very telling to me. like i said the valentine vlive was enough to convince me that they’re physically intimate and the fact that san said woo likes to come to his room a lot. i also want to note that anytime san mentions this woo gets incredibly uncomfortable? why? you can just say you like playing games together or whatever, but woo always freaks out. lmfao. also apparently they were in a room together and in bed together according to woo. i think something may happened, because woo was more clingy than usual on camera, and their expressions were quite transparent.

REASON FIVE: The time they spend together off camera

Since the vlive from a while ago, the christmas one, we learned they spend a lot of time together off camera. i already did an analysis about this for the woosansang drama post. but the fact that the members felt so pouty about how much time they spend together tells me that they spend a lot of time together. i also want to note that i think mingi’s comments are important because after watching him stuff his hands in his pants and literally reading off the piece of paper that the staff writes telling them to do something it’s obv this boi skipped idol training. ‘cause he fcking pours tea. lol but anyway mingi said that one day while with yeo, yeo said, “san really likes woo, huh?” and they all started screaming that’s weird ‘cause obv, it’s so gay.

here’s another moment, where mingi is exposing their asses. lol. even the members say they’re constantly afraid that he’ll say something he’s not supposed to. mind you that they’re probably having a semi-casual convo.

so, mingi laid it all out for us, but san said, “no no no, he’s the clingy one, woo’s the one always following me--WELL, we follow each other.” anyway, i do feel like san brought this up because people always assume that he’s the clingy one, after all he didn’t have to read it i felt like he read it to check us lmfao.

REASON SIX: people may not all agree on this, i get that this will be extremely controversial but i honestly do believe the escape woosan vlive was solid proof enough for me that they are physically intimate.

i know i said before that i think they were tired, but someone said it was apparently only 4pm, so now i’m convinced they were drunk. lmfao. anyhow, there’s a lot of moaning, and “stop rubbing”, as i already made an analysis about this i’m just gonna comment about the part that sold me and that was the part where san literally shouted woo’s name as he was holding in his voice. which convinced me that woo was being a little shit rubbing him inappropriately. let’s be honest, woo is THAT type of person(to secretly rub someone off in public) lol. there’s just no explanation for that shout, and the “you want me to tell?” and woo’s “no!” yeah, no, you can’t convince that they weren’t doing some freaky shit. lol

lastly.

REASON SEVEN: Their commitment to woosan.

now we can agree that most ships do not like being shipped, but woosan came up with their own ship name and handshake, as well as phrase for it. amicus ad aras as well as san: WOO woo: SAN. also, the time they walked together holding hands on tour with little umbrella’s that read woo and san. your ship could never.

do i think some of it is fanservice? sure, i mean KQ even made an entire woosan vcr.

but, definitely not all of it, and woo has said himself during the lie detector test, that it isn’t just business.

they even have a fandom name, i mean? come on? i’m sure the company isn’t forcing them to do it lol. i think they really just are committed that much to each other. also, when someone asked about woosanhwa, they said they’d think about it. lmfao. what woosan share is something entirely different than what we’re used to.

ABOUT- While headed to the aiport for a trip to Vegas, to celebrate Tae’s restaurant’s grand opening, Mel lets Luxx know shit’s feelin a little off with one of their allies over in China. Then, Tae surprises Luxx, on the flight, they have slightly tipsy, needy sex in the bathroom of his PJ....with all of there friends sitting the main area...they also pop into Luxxy’s club at like 1am...were of course nothing’s going to plan!

“Okayyy..sooo what are you trying to say?” Glancing up slightly in between sorting out the multiple stacks of 20’s,50’s,and 100’s along the backseat of the blacked out truck. Both Mel and yourself alternating between running them through the money counter, double checking the amounts and the authenticity. Sorting the money into briefcases to be picked up by one of your guys before you board your flight within the next 20 or so minutes.

“FUCKIN HELL! Can we NOT play fuckin bumper cars Chris!? Not like I’m doin shit back here or anything... ” Nothing subtle about the bite within your voice in complaint to that wide ass turn he took, making the stack of twenties slide off you lap and onto the floor. Eyes attempting to slip through the partition and lock with hsi though he was desperately avoid you at all cost! Reaching down with a grunt, also managing to knock your hot pink Birkin off the seat as well “Yup, let’s just toss a 6 figure bag on the ground too while we're at it!” Eyes rolling to the back of your head more times than you could count!

“Yeah, let’s totally ignore all the money that fell.and now needs to be recounted.....the bag is more important...” The crass more than evident in Mels voice as your eyes narrowed into tiny slits. Daggering in her direction

“Eat my ass Melissa!” The words slipped out of your mouth on almost autopilot...not even giving it a second thought which only earned an amused chuckle. Mel’s known you far too long to take anything to heart.

“I mean I would butttt...not too sure how Tae would feel about that.” Shrugging a little too noncohlant and smug for your liking!

Grabbing the band of twenties to your left and chucking it directly at left boob, yet you still didn't wipe the smirk off her lips! “Count…now!”

“Ask nicely..” The pout in her voice let you know she was pushing all negative 2 of your buttons…earning an exaggerated sigh in response.

“Did you know Chanel makes garter belts?” Brow arched at your own implied question only to be greeted by a slow nod. “Hmm well now you know...wanna take a wild guess at what I’m hiding in mine?” The playful tenor within your voice was riviling a more..dominant one..which let Melissa know how much room she had to play..and she could tell she was running out of leeway right now!Assuming her lack of sass menat she was finally silently waving that white flag….

“Now let’s try this again...what the fuck happened in China that has you so damn spooked?”

“Oh fuck off don’t say it like that..I’m not spooked I’m a Mangjuhl for fucks sake! It was just odd..that’s all! You would have sworn I was just some random bitch off the street with the way they were damn near stalking me the entire time…” There was a slight pause as she threw the band into the briefcase. “Ahh fuck!How much money is in here already?” Tone hopeful because Mel really wasn’t trying to recount all that damn money!

Brow arched instantly in curiosity “Mmmkay, how about you define ''Stalking” ? And there's...1...2...6...ugh..12k in it right now...that one's going with Yoongi so it has to cap out at 16!”

“Exactly that, it was all eyes on deck 24/7 every time I moved through the compound someone was over my shoulder, I wouldn't be surprised if they were outside the door when I went to take a piss. But I mean...I didn't really say shit because I didn't have anything to hide, but it’s just odd.I’ve been dealing with them for damn near 6 years and it’s never been like this…”

A low hum left your throat at that, the first thing that comes to mind was the last conversation you had with Henry where he admitted to killing Wei in self-defense. Granted as far as you know they still don’t know about it and that alone just feels grimy as fuck, considering the relationship your suppose to have! But, the day that secret comes rises to the surface..the repercussions alone would inevitably start a war that your not ready to fight just yet! So regardless of how your heart feels about the situation, your brains leading you in the smartest direction right now. You're already shielding Marco...you guys can’t handle another war, you're not BURYING any more bodies anytime soon!

It just clicked that Mel’s been the first one back in China alone, since the funeral ...which has you more than curious if maybe they know more than their leading on. You’d never forgive yourself if something happened to her because of a mistake one of your men made...even if it was an “Accident” you don’t lead your soldiers blind! But at the end of the day, this was a decision far bigger than you! If it was going to be known within the alliance that Henry Killed Wei Zhao, who was apart of your most SOLID and trusted Chinese alley.,either your father or Taehyung’s had to make that call..NOT YOU!

“Mel..I-fuck…” A deep sign leaving your chest, there was so much you want to say that you couldn’t “Alright, when we get back I’ll brainstorm with my dad...I mean yeah I wanna blow your left tit off 90% of the time but I love you . I I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable, maybe we can see if Hoseok can do that route or fuck I dont know man...” Towards the end of all that your tone ended up coming coming off more biter than indented and she picked up on it instantly.

“Whoa, Luxx stop! I’m not sitting here bitching and moaning I’m a big girl, I can handle myself, I don't need you to change my route! I just felt like I’d be a shitty friend to not at least let you know that the vibe was off..that’s all..” God did she really HAVE to take it there!? As if you needed to feel even worse! “I’m still fine to go next month...relax and hand me that last case”

Melissa’s tone was warner than you wished right now because it just made you feel like trash, there was no way in fuck you were letting her make another drop to China until you had a better feel of the situation! If you can't tell Melissa the issue you were going to protect her in the only way you knew how which was keeping her OUT of their terrority!

Like she said..she's been doing this for years...why now the cold shoulder all of a sudden? Everything is done for a reason. Every vibe is strategically set, if she felt uncomfortable or watched it’s because they wanted her to feel that way!

“No, I know, I’m sorry I’m so damn snappy I’m just tired and fuckin stressed...” Pausing slightly, for some reason you actually felt like you wanted to cry, hastily raking your fingers through your scalp. You’d barely been sleeping,partially because you’d been reworking deals and partially because you’d gotten used to sharing a bed with Kim Taehyung. Who hasn’t been around, so your bed feels empty..but we will leave that part between us!

“Let’s just talk about this later okay? Right now I need to make sure this money is solid for pickup, and get you all squared away before we board this flight…” Your smile was forced but she didn't press the topic, the two of you worked in silence, and just like clockwork your phone buzzed against your right boob. Currently sitting stuffed between the silk cup of your dress and your skin...your earpods letting you know it was Tae.

Almost as if he could sense something was wrong…..

“Will be at the plane in like 15, I think we’ve actually been stuck in traffic......I’ve been to busy to really pay attention but the flights barley 5 hours. I should be to you by at least midnight…” You swore you could almost hear him rolling his eyes through the phone, the huff that left his throat proved that was the wrong answer...

“I’m sorry at what part of me breathing on the other end of the line said, “Where the hell are you!?” His tone indicated he really wasn’t looking for a response but well..your you sooo..

“You may not have asked YET, fuckin smartass! But I know you..you're impatient so I already knew it was coming...” Throwing the last band of hundreds into the briefcase to your right before snapping it shut, sealing the deal with the passcode!

“K, Are you done making up unnecessary excuses for why you felt the need to explain yourself orrrrr….” Purposely letting the last symbol just rollllll off his tongue, just enough to erk you!

A dry scoff leaving your lips at that, god you hated and loved him all at the same damn time!

“You really must not want to get your dick wet tonight huh?” There was still a smile in your voice though, you couldn't even help it. Mel's eyes narrowed in your direction with a smirk, not even remotely phased by the two of you anymore.

Nothing but arrogance laced within his laugh as it fluttered up to his chest “Yeah, okay good luck with that, you could bring every toy, get yourself off all night in every hole and it wouldn't be enough because it ain't me!”

Why was he right?! God you hated that he was right….

“ It’s s been a week, your bodies not use to that anymore, not when you usually get it whenever and wherever you want. Actually, that’s probably why your all angsty to begin with…”His tone was just as much condescending as it was sensual effortlessly slipping into his bedroom voice.

“Fuck..remind me to buy Namjoon as many drinks as he wants this weekend..he’s been stuck dealing with your bratty ass all week without me to keep you in line...” This may or may not be true...you may have ran that poor man ragged but luckily Joon loves you..but your not in a position to confirm or deny! Though that’s probably why he’s sitting up front with Chris right now instead of with the two of you….

“Alright,fuck you Kim Taehyung…” Even if he couldn't physically see you, you knew he could still “see you” so you didn't hesitate to let your eyes flutter to the back of your head multiple times.

“I mean yeah baby that’s the plan if you’d stop being a fuckin brat and get your ass on that damn plane. So yes, to clarify I’m still getting my dick, tongue, face, and fingers wet...unless you have some sort of rebuttal and it doesn't sound like you do. You're probably too busy squeezing your thighs together right now to focus!”

Sky - so since seraphina’s a newer racer, she and marivana don’t know each other super well? but they’re almost complete opposites, in terms of like racing specialties, and marivana doesn’t feel threatened by seraphina in any way. she probably keeps her distance whenever they aren’t doing things their agency has sent them on?

It would be kind of fun to say that maybe, as a publicity stunt, twilight’s official statement is that snow has been mentoring sky behind the scenes?

and they have to pretend that’s true, even though it’s not lol

LOL but it would be funny if one day marivana showed up at the track while seraphina was doing stuff and was just like, “so twilight wants me to teach you something that makes it look like i’ve actually been helping u. u free atm?”

but overall I don’t think marivana has too many strong opinions about seraphina, unless we want to create some kind of drama?

Supernova - Marivana is…pretty indifferent? when it comes to Supernova. She knows who she is and what she’s done, of course-who doesn’t?-but if you think that she’d be starstruck and/or falling over herself when Supernova’s around her…well, you’d be wrong. Marivana’s had multiple trusted parties tell her that she’s just as good as Supernova was, at her peak, so she knows that she’s not a threat-for now, at least. Marivana’s a bit wary of the other racer, but also a bit curious to see as to where this comeback will lead.

So, depending on how much of the wedding and divorce was public....Marivana def would remember 1) the wedding, and 2) not giving a shit about it

The 2 of them have raced together, right at the very beginning of Marivana’s career? like 10+ years ago? and if As even remembers all that girly snow princess stuff, she could be like “lmao so twilight really pulled a 180 on her”

AHHHH so I know I never made this explicitly clear because I suck as a human being but - the deal with unicorns is that agencies/manufacturers/etc say that they’re just robots? agencies probably actually believe it, but in terms of the manufacturers they might be vaguely aware of otherwise but also don’t want to jeopardize any profits so they keep that shit on the DL

but obviously for ppl like Mari/As who have been riding for p much their entire life, they can tell when horses are distressed, happy/content, etc?

and robot unicorns are basically horses in terms of how sentient they are?

so i have no fucking idea when this would happen, but the 2 of them mutually acknowledging that RUR is pretty fucked up for the unicorns?

Flower - Marivana knows exactly what 𝑅 𝐼 𝒮 𝐸 is pulling with Flower (her own agency did the same thing to her, after all), and she is not fooled at all. She’s not stupid; in the robot unicorn racing industry, nobody is completely, utterly unknown when they debut unless they had no prior experience with robot horses/unicorns in the past. Marivana knows that Flower probably had to work her butt off to stay with 𝑅 𝐼 𝒮 𝐸, and she would bet her right hand that the image that Flower puts out to the public is just that - an image.

Flame - Marivana knows about 1) the image that she projects, and 2) that this image is pretty true to who Flame really is, for the most part. Her verdict? Flame could prove to be annoying, if she gets relevant while Marivana is still in the industry as a racer. Marivana doesn’t know what life not racing would be like, but she’s well-aware that she’s the oldest racer out there (well, besides Supernova, who doesn’t count. She’s making a comeback, after all), and that retirement is probably not too far out in her future. So, if Flame is still around within the next 5-10 years, then Marivana might start worrying about her. For now, she’s just the irritating racer with ʟᴀᴢᴇʀ who won’t ever stop causing a scene.

So they haven’t really interacted much yet, do we wanna say?

they’re wary of each other because both their unicorns specialize in high power/strength so they’re like, more directly in competition?

are they going to engage in the RUA equivalent of a twitter fight??? in a publicity stunt that both of their agencies are putting on?

maybe snow has once insulted kehlani in an interview??? though it was fake/staged/scripted by her agency so she doesn’t actaully feel that way but ya know. doin it for the vine

Nyx - so like, snow probably thinks sol is way too flashy and all over the place, & does not engage her ever? she knows of the rumors of foul play, ofc, b/c who doesn’t, but she assumes that the rumors are super blown out of proportion (as rumors tend to be)?? and snow knows that if sol ever tries to target her/other ice world racers specifically, twilight will literally strong-arm lazer into dropping her. so she’s not that worried about that stuff????

definitely thinks her razor-sharp precision with U-800 is something to be admired, though, even if it’s not the flashiest skill like dressage or speed

OMG LOL spoiler alert but the 2nd event is a race on lava world, so they’re all on the main LW training/practice facilities in the days leading up to the race???? and we TOTALLY need to have them do that weirdly super aggressive staredown/pre-game smack talk sesh that they do in super extra sports anime LOL

Widowmaker - snow’s heard of her, knows of her, has competed against her, but since they both tend to keep to themselves they haven’t really talked? it could be potentially cool if eleni guessed about/found out about what actually happened with marivana’s 1st unicorn?? OMG DRAMA but what if she actually knew of the armed thief? who was on ice world for whatever reason lmfao we can hand-wave it. bonus points if she’s pissed that 1st unicorn killed the person?????????? lol

and it could be POTENTIALLY FUN to write a scene with them where eleni basically calls her out on the fact that, yeah marivana fucking hates twilight for deactivating the first unicorn so why tf does she still race for them/earn them so much money???

what the hell will winston (and the rest of the tmc gang) even DO while working at axe cap? because axe cap clearly does NOT want quants since axe scrapped the whole team as soon as he came back.

im kinda assuming that it’s just the main 5 of them going to work at the axe cap offices for now. how does axe respond to this? the deal he made was for taylor to come work at axe cap again for a while. he really only wants taylor there. he couldnt give less of a shit about the others (well, he wants revenge on mafee). so what does he do with sara, lauren, and winston?

does winston get absorbed into their IT department? like that poor dude who got yelled at a lot when the power went out at axe cap? that’s not really his specialty though, so i cant imagine him actually going there. or does no one really notice that he’s there and so he just sits around all day and pretends he’s working, but really he’s just dicking around on reddit or working on his own projects. he just tries to keep his head down and blend into all the faceless employees at axe cap before they realize that he’s not actually doing anything all day. what about the rest of the quant team at tmc? what are they doing? in fact, what are all of the rest of the employees at tmc doing? are they also coming along to work at axe cap and we just didn’t see them there initially, or are they all back at the tmc offices just hanging around and continuing to work there. can axe cap fit all these sudden new employees arriving? how many people work at tmc? i have so many questions. back to assuming only the 5 of them go to axe cap.

or maybe the fact that winston is a quant is like a Known Fact and so all the traders at axe cap are wary of him because hes the Guy Who’s Gonna Take Their Jobs. and on the outside his personality is very brash and there’s a lot of bravado there so i can see some of them (not like dollar bill or bonnie lmao) being scared of him initially. ben kim is probably scared of winston lmao. his freakout to wendy about how he should have listened to his mom and learned how to code is coming back now that there’s an actual person here working at axe cap who is the Future of what his job will be. dollar bill and bonnie probably threaten to break his nose in or something while also very lowkey being scared.

back to everyones jobs...

lauren’s job seems pretty relevant. investor relations is important for hedge funds probably and i assume they can always use more people in that department, especially since i dont think we’ve seen anyone there before from axe cap. and if lauren is as good at it as she seems to be, then they would probably really like to use her. though would they trust her to interact with investors since she is the Enemy tm? i dont think they would want someone that hates them to be the person interacting with their investors, especially since the last time that happened, taylor walked away with billions in money from investors that were supposed to be investing in axe cap. theyre not gonna let that happen again anytime soon. maybe axe thinks the pressure of what he “has” on taylor will be enough to keep lauren in line, but still. axe has no idea what lauren could be saying to his investors.

sara, however, what the hell is sara doing? her job is chief operating officer. which is the same title as wags, but at axe cap taylor will have no real power like they did before, so sara definitely wont either. i honestly have no IDEA what sara could be doing at axe cap tbh. thats her entire section. ive got nothing. please let me know if you think of something.

mafee has a job! he goes back to what he was doing before, but now he’s like the least popular guy in the room. except to ben kim. he’s fucking over the moon that mafee is back as we saw at the end of s4. number of traders at axe cap with even the slightest trace of morals: 2 again. i assume he and ben hang out a decent amount at work now, especially since i dont think anyone else would want to be around mafee because of the whole traitor thing. (ps how the fuck is the interaction between mafee and wendy after that whole “youre a garbage person” thing?)

ben doesnt seem to be the kind to care about his “social standing” within the company falling because he’s hanging out with mafee. i mean he gives a friendly hi to the two least popular people in the room at the moment of Highest Tension. he does NOT give a fuck. i assume winston probably also hangs out a decent amount around mafee because that’s the only other tmc person who is In The Office on the ground floor (since lauren’s job is kinda.. talking to people Outside of the office and taylor is off upstairs making those Brilliant Taylor Ideas with their big brain and being forced to hang with axe. maybe sara is also around there i guess, but she doesnt seem to be the kind to just.. hang about). but anyways this is a prime opportunity for winston and ben kim to interact, im just saying @ brian koppelman and david levien. ben is probably a lil bit scared of winston in the beginning since u know. thats his job taker right there, but he warms up to winston eventually. this isnt a benston post, ill move on now.

(just kidding. im not done. i know the popular benston thing is that theyve secretly been dating all this time but imagine them meeting for the first time at axe cap in s5. ben and mafee are eating lunch together (acai bowls prob lmao) or something and winston just drops in, kicks his feet up on the table (mafee rolls his eyes) and casually says hi. ben on the inside is all like Ah Shit That’s The Quant Dude because he’s totally been avoiding winston up till now, but the dude is sitting across the table from him he can’t just not acknowledge him. or possibly ben has the opposite reaction. he’s grown a bit of a backbone since the last time quants were brought up. makes a show of not being scared of winston but also not being an ass to him, which makes winston respect him since everyone else here has been pretty hostile to him so far. i think winston probably has a good impression of ben because he was nice to taylor and mafee at the end of s4 and the fact that he and mafee are hanging around, so he must not be That Bad. and winston doesn’t seem to be very into the axe vs taylor rivalry (re the whole comp rant) so he probably won’t hate someone just because they work for axe cap. anyways this is the beginning of their long and healthy relationship. benston endgame yall.)

does wags remember winston? he must. that was quite an Impression he made during his interview. what are his interactions with wags like, if any? is winston all snarky like “ha, you passed on hiring me but im here anyways, fuck you” or is he wary around wags because he’s still thinking about how he got Destroyed in that interview. i dont think the walk of shame out of the building must have been something he forgot quickly. i think wags would be quick to call out winston if he weren’t doing anything while at axe cap. the interaction would probably go something like this: “ur not doing any goddamn work.” “yeah i know, u guys dont want quants, what am i gonna do?” “well, figure something out” (implied or else there). winston quickly figures something out. probably automates some stuff for them or something.

also, do people in general remember him as the guy who was REAL happy after the boxing match? i mean he kinda made a big scene. he was cheering and yelling and screaming “i won!! i motherfucking won!!” after everyone else was sitting around dejectedly because their team lost and they lost money. you have to remember that Weird Guy having a blast after everyone in the room is upset. do they seem him walk in at axe cap and go “ah, that fuckin weirdo.”

god, examining any aspect of billions for more than 3 seconds makes you realize how much of a disaster everything is. id definitely watch a show that’s just the office dynamics at axe cap now that the tmc gang is there. lord knows itd be more interesting than what’s been happening in the show up until now.

Intruder P. 4

A/N: This is my first time posting something in this genre, so if it sucks, I apologize. I’ve decided it will be a ten part story! It is also in 1st POV as that’s my comfort zone when it comes to writing. It’s a Mafia AU. I would also like to clarify that everything written in this story is complete fiction.

Part four summary: Close to a year has passed, Mira’s relationship with D has developed further. Secrets are disclosed, and his identity is finally revealed.

It’s been close to a year now. And he still refuses to take the mask off, which frustrates me to no end. He always came over each night, like it was his new ritual. Sometimes we would just talk the entire night, holding each other as we spoke of our dreams for the future. Other times the nights would turn sexual, and we would explore each others body like it was the first time. And there were still times when I had to patch up his injuries, which, thankfully, had become less frequent.

For the past few days though, I’d been feeling sick and he’d noticed. He thought it was odd, because it was rare for me to get sick. So, when he came over tonight and saw me curled up on my bed clutching a trash can to my chest, he told me I was going to the doctor in the morning. I tried to get out of it, but he was having none of my excuses.

“If you’d only been sick for a day, I wouldn’t push you to go see a doctor. But it hasn’t just been a day, Mira! For the past three nights I’ve come over you’ve been curled up, looking pitiful as hell, and puking up whatever you managed to eat during the day. I just want you to feel better, I’m worried about you.”

He sat down beside me and rubbed circles into my back soothingly. Tears started to run down my face as he did that. He was right, I needed to go to the doctor. I was sick and it didn’t seem like I would be getting better anytime soon. Each night I would get sick and when morning came, I felt significantly better, that is, until night came around again. I hated being sick, I hated him seeing me like this.

For the rest of the night he took care of me. Making me drink plenty of water and Gatorade when I couldn’t get down the soup he heated up. He held my hair back each time I threw up, reassuring me that I’d be okay. Then he did something I wasn’t expecting.

“I’ll be here when you wake up, don’t worry. Shhh, sleep now.” He soothed, holding me against his chest. I wasn’t sure if I believed him, I wanted to, but I didn’t want to get my hopes crushed if he was gone when I woke up. I fell asleep easily, despite the doubt in my head that he’d remain through the night.

The sun streaming through the window made me blink my eyes open wearily. It was so bright. Shifting, I tried to stretch my arms out, but found that they were caged in. Scrunching my eyebrows, I tilted my head to see what was holding my arms captive. My eyes went wide with shock as I saw his arms wrapped tightly around me. He was still here! He kept his promise... Butterflies, I felt butterflies in my stomach.

Nope, not butterflies. I struggled to get out from his arms as I felt my body try to rid my stomach of whatever it was holding onto. Still half asleep, his grip tightened and he mumbled for me to stay.

“Gonna... Puke!” I managed to screech out, yanking at his arms desperately.

Finally, his arms left me and I bolted into my bathroom, and dropped in front of the toilet just in time. As I emptied the small contents of my stomach into the ceramic toilet, I felt him come up behind me and pull my hair back.

“Sorry.” He murmured, smoothing a hand down my back.

I coughed and felt tears spill from my eyes, racing down my cheeks. My throat burned and my chest ached. When would this stupid virus pass? Gently, I felt him take my elbows and ease me to my feet. I guess I’m going to the doctor. Damn it.

D reassured me he would still be at my apartment when I got back from the doctors. He also made sure I had a bottle of water and Gatorade in my purse, as well as a packet of saltine crackers. Since it was turning to fall outside, he also deemed it necessary to bundle me up as much as he could. His reasoning was he “Didn’t want me to get sicker.” I rolled my eyes at his antics, but allowed it. It was nice to have him babying me a little bit, of course if he tried to do this 24/7 I’d most likely want to strangle him.

I didn’t have to wait to terribly long at the doctors when I arrived. My doctor was a sweet older lady, she always asked about how life was, if anything interesting happened, had I met a nice boy? This visit was no exception. Until she got to the medical questions and she had to ask if I’d been sexually active recently. I blushed a bright red and nodded my head shyly. She laughed lightly at my reaction, and clicked her tongue at me.

“Hopefully whoever it is, is treating you right. Well, just for precautionary measures we’re going to need to do a pregnancy test.”

Upon hearing the words “pregnancy test”, I froze. Could I be pregnant? There was no way, right? I was on birth control, and for the most part we also used condoms. No, there’s no way. They ran all their tests, taking a bit of blood, making me pee in a cup, and swabbing the back of my throat. I sat and waited for thirty minutes before she came back in. By this point my heart was threatening to beat out of my chest.

“Congratulations, Mira! You’ve got a little one on the way.” She smiled enthusiastically at me.

The breath I’d been holding rushed out of me in that second. Holy shit, I’m pregnant. How am I going to tell him? Would he even want to keep the baby? How would I handle a kid now? I’m nowhere near ready.

“I can go through options with you, if you want. I’ll send a prescription in for prenatal vitamins though, in case you decide to keep the pregnancy. We can also do a sonogram here, to see how far along you are. Although, I wouldn’t put you past more than nine weeks.” My doctor said softly.

I just nodded along and let her talk me through everything. There was only so much time I had before I could terminate, if I chose to do so. There was also the option of adoption, she assured me there were lots of loving couples looking to adopt. And, of course, I could always choose to keep the baby myself.

The rest of the appointment blurred by, and I don’t even remember the sonogram happening, I was so out of it. But I have the pictures. I have the pictures proving there’s a tiny little life growing inside of me. I didn’t even realize I’d gotten back to my apartment until I was standing in front of my door. I knew that the second I opened it, I would have to tell him. Stressed, I ran my hand through my hair, and bit my lip before opening the door quickly.

Stepping inside, I heard the TV going in the living room. He’s still here. I don’t know, I guess a part of me expected him to be gone when I got back. Slowly, I made my way to the living room, attempting to keep my footsteps quiet. Although, me being the klutz I am, my foot slammed into the corner of the wall as I passed. I cussed and he turned to me with wide eyes.

“Hey, what did the doctor say?” He asked, his head tilted.

“Take off your mask.” I demand, my voice shaking.

“What? No.”

“If you don’t take off that stupid fucking mask right now, you will leave and never come back!”

He stood up and came to stand in front of me, his hand reaching out to cup my face. I jerked away from him and stepped back.

“I need to see your face when I tell you this... Would you take it off if I tell you it’s life or death?” I ask harshly, feeling tears spill down my face for the nth time today.

I saw his eyes change, from confused, to scared in a split second. Almost immediately after the words left my mouth, he reached up and pulled the mask off.

“Daehyun?”

It made sense now. Everything clicked into place. We hadn’t talked much in school, but he was always nice to me. He barely made it to graduation, and once he graduated it seemed like he disappeared off the face of the Earth. That is until his name had started popping up in suspected connections to the mafia. Nobody had a picture of him to post, either because he had them all destroyed or he controlled anyone who did have a picture. I can’t believe I didn’t connect it sooner.

“Sit down.” I motion to the couch. He follows my command and sits quickly, taking my hand and making me sit next to him.

“What is it, Mira?”

“I’m pregnant.”

He froze, his hand that had been rubbing circles into my palm went completely still. He blinked rapidly as he tried to wrap his head around the bomb I’d just dropped. The longer he stayed still, the more I became convinced he wanted nothing to do with the pregnancy. I mean, he was in the fucking mafia! How could he handle a baby in that lifestyle? He couldn’t.

“It’s okay. I know you weren’t expecting this. I-I don’t even know if I’m going to keep the pregnancy. So, don’t--”

This seemed to snap him out of his shock and he looked at me, hurt written on his face. “You don’t know if you’re going to keep it? How... How could you terminate it?” He asked, confusion and hurt lacing his voice.

“Well, I mean... We never said we’d be exclusive, and you prob--”

“So, you’re saying the baby might not even be mine? Are you serious Mira?!” He cut me off, raising his voice.

“No! It’s definitely yours... I just, I wasn’t sure if you’d want this if you hadn’t been... Well, if...” I trailed off not knowing where to go with what I was saying. I stared at my hands in my laps, refusing to look at him. He was probably mad at me right now, I didn’t want to face him like that.

“I haven’t been with anyone else since the first night I came to see you. In my head, there was only you. I couldn’t have gotten with someone else if I wanted.” He said softly.

“Really?” I ask, looking up into his eyes.

“Really, Mira. I’m not letting you make this decision yourself, though. I want you, and I want our baby.”

Our conversation continued long into the afternoon. We discussed our options, and what exactly we should do as the next step. The discussion quickly turned heated as he declared I should move in with him and quit my job, yeah, the one I just got. Which, of course, I refused. I just got my job after my recent college graduation, there was no way I was giving it up so easily. We bargained though, I would move in with him, as he wanted, and I would keep my job, as I wanted.

This will most certainly be an entertaining adventure...

Wow, it��s hard to believe that season that I hold so near and dear to my heart is already a year old. About a year ago today I was in Norway, I had just started to expose myself to the Tumblr Survivor community and play some side seasons, but now it was time to try myself out in the big leagues of a main season, so I signed up for Season 39 and never looked back, and now as I look back about a year later from the time we started this season, I feel blessed to have gotten to be in a season with all of y’all, you are my og tumblr survivor fam, and I figured what better way to celebrate today than collect all my thoughts about my 19 fellow castaways and hosts. I’m in a starbucks right now so hopefully I don’t bust into tears, but then again that wouldn’t be new for this one, so let’s begin.

Laure-Now Laure was probably the only person that I had no interaction with over the course of the entire season, just because of how tribe divisions were set up and all, but learning that over time I was playing with a ts legend, it inspired my frail newbie heart to no end, so Laure, despite not knowing you, thanks a billion from this fanboy <3

Dani-OK so contrary to popular belief, Dani met her demise to due to EVERYTHING GOING WRONG FOR HER. Originally the plan was to vote out Eric, then Eric won immunity, then the plan was Danielle, but she went to Exile, so Dani became the next best option, and it was so awkward because I remember being in the HOS11 house on call when the tribal happened and people were talking about how they loved Dani, and as the votes kept coming in, I was just sitting there watching people’s jaws drop and then after I had to say....sorry about that. But it was clear you did not deserved what happened to you, you were sick and the Darian v Dylan fiasco was just a damn mess that culminated with your demise, but despite of what you may think of me, I feel your tribal where you left was crucial to how I play games now, so thanks babes.

Angela-WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS GIRL. Now people may think that my closest alliance mate was Brian or Stevie, but you guys never knew Angela like I did, we ironically made an alliance day 1 called the Trashy King and Queen, an alliance I would later replicate with Ting Ting in Myanmar, and it was honestly a god send because she was the one person on Lipari I could trust, and she was honestly the most fun to talk to because all the newbies were like cracked, while Angela and I just talked about arson and ate popcorn, it was great to have her in my life, and my snaps had never been more LIT. Then came swap and Angela peaced out like the boss she is, probably because Grace never gave her cheesecake, anyways I digress. Angela you were one of my favorite newbies to play with and its always a pleasure to see you pop up on snapchat, ily and nothing can ever change my first ts alliance with you, long live our trashy mess <3.

Eric-OK so prior to playing TS I had never gotten on call for a game before, so when Eric called me to talk game, I had NO idea how to do anything, it was 20 minutes of awkward talking, but it was clear to know that we weren’t gonna align anytime soon, but you know in my delusional manner I thought I had totally played him.......yeah I wasn't smart then and I’m not smart now. We later swapped with Brian onto the Alicuidi tribe, and while I had hoped newbies could be strong...he targeted me, but thanks to the lovely Stevie and his ability to connect with the First Boots, I was saved and Eric left. I’m not sure exactly what I did to mess up our relationship but I’m sorry, I’ll give you a hug if I’m ever in Mass....again.

Darian-I feel what I have to say about you and Dylan are around the same lines so I may say look above for previous comment when I write something for Dylan, but DARIAN OH DARIAN, to say you made that first tribal interesting is an understatement. I feel you taught me what not to do in games, you made me realize it was probs a mistake to start an alliance on call or be the center of attention, but DANG you were entertaining to say the least and that was no understatement. You left me as fast as you came into my life and your rivalry with Dylan was funny as you both went out back to back after targeting each other so hard the first tribal, you definitely made my ts introduction a memorable one so thanks <3. And when we reconvened in Westeros, I will admit you had grown a little as a player despite what people think, not a lot, but a little. I’ll never know what happened on Salina but your exit was a quick one, who knows, maybe another Mass visit is in my future and I can see you and Ashley together cause she my Myanmar homegirl.

Dylan-(see comment above for jist) Now a special place Dylan has in my heart that separates him from Darian is the fact he was the first person in TS I was shady with, basically talking about what the heck Darian was doing and how in any world that would make sense. Sufficed to say much more shade would follow, but thanks.

Jason-OK we literally did not have more than a 30 minute conversation in the game, but we talked about CBB and tbh that was a quick way to my heart so thank you. While we never met up on a tribe, we connected ever so slightly, and you actually are the first person I got to give me ts memorabilia with Jenny, Hector and Jordan when you guys sent me a post card, it was nice and sweet and it’ll be on my TS wall for enternity. We also played The Amazing Race together twice....but there are certain things we don’t talk about like how I was a mess in TAR4 and y’all got eliminated 2nd in TAR AllStars. I love ya and miss ya <3

Dalton-I’m just going to start off and say my #favoriteDaltonMoment was when we just swapped onto alicuidi and we were just talking about the most random things, and I think it was with you how fvf3 was going to be like on Survivor when they’d bring back Baylor and Cirie and we’d jump into the fire at f4 with them just so they could win and all would be right with the world, it was random, but tbh randomness is one of my more favorite things and I love ya for it.

Nic W-NIC I GOT A FEW WORDS FOR YOU, FIRSTABLE, how are you, hope you’re partying somewhere or some junk, but wow, we spent a decent amount of time together pre-merge, but our time at merge certainly DID NOT LAST LONG. You went out in a unanimous style, and famously called out Brian, Stevie and I, all for being fake to your face, which is kinda funny cause I’m pretty sure you inadvertently called out our trio on accident, and the rest of merge was a nightmare trying to convince everyone we weren’t a trio when it was very clear we were.....so party. One of the last great callouts of the tag era, so thank you <3

Max-MY OG AUSTRALIAN BAE. It was a dream for my entire adult life to have a best friend from Australia, but as I couldn’t find one in Norway, I settled for the next best option and found one online in you <3. Now in memory I don’t think there was ever a point where we worked together and that was a mess in a hand basket, but you still were great in your own ways. My favorite thing was when you compared everyone to people from Eurovision of that year and it was amazing so thanks. You left a special place for Australia in my heart and every main season I played since then I had played with an Australian, and despite loving Jimmy with all my heart from All Stars, you will always be somewhere in my heart.

Danielle-Please call me out again for going on too much during my ftc speech because that has changed my performances quite a bit, I mean I’ve lost everytime I showed up in a ftc since this season....BUT STILL IT MEANT A LOT. Personally it sucked because as soon as we started working together at merge, those bums voted you out and that began me feeling worse and worse in the game. I still believe you had one of the best ftc moments of all time because you called every one out and I loved every moment. Congrats on winning Crusade, you deserved it <3

Stevie-Words cannot personally describe how I actually feel about you, and I feel you know that Baevie. You were the first connection I made on any Survivor season EVER. You took me into this community and showed me so much. You gave me my first idol, showed me my first alliance, and once I lost in Rakiura, you not only showed me Myanmar, which I won for myself and the draft for you (my faved loved one too btw), you also got me into this season. Now at the time I didn’t know we would be playing together again, but when I saw your beautiful bearded face pop up in the cast announcement, I kid you not I jumped for joy in my Norwegian room, because that meant I was going to be playing with my best friend in the community again and I was excited as all get out. You took me in under your wing on alicuidi and we wrecked havoc, we got some idols, and we did some idol plays at merge. You graciously gave me an idol when I asked and were always there to help me...until ftc where you didn’t vote for me to win, but lets be real, my performance was a train wreck, you made the right choice. Once the votes tied during the round we got the votes on JC, my heart dropped because that meant I would have to campaign against the person who mattered the most to me in the community and the pain I went through to muster up the strength to was unbearable but I did anyway, and I played my hardest as I knew you wanted me to do if you were there in my place. You not only gave me so much in the game but so much in life, I’m not sure if I can ever make it up to you for how things played out during the season but I will sure as hell try, I love you Stevie, never change. And thanks btw for letting me sleep with you, it was a great night ;)

Danny-DANNY OMG. K so firstable, I think you know when I say this I mean it, I GLUCKIN LOVE YOU. You’re so funny and I love when you just pop up out of nowhere with several puns and its great and ily, but god, you were a terrifying force in that game because you could gather SO many people at merge it was ridiculous. Your demise was also probably the move that I was proudest in my entire career and something I’m sure I could never replicate ever again, but dang was it fun. I may not be able to go to six flags with you but I’ll be there in spirit forever, love ya.

Jenny-Jenny you’re probably one of my best friends to come out of this season, and that’s why I will always feel awful for how I organized your demise, but in retrospect you have to admit it was clever, not managed well but clever. You sent me my first TS memorabilia, and I love it with all my heart, and whenever I come to you about my personal life, you’re always so happy to hear it and I lvoe you for it, and whenever I lose a season.......you’re kinda mean but to be fair I come to you crying about an online game, when its very clear MUCH worse has happened to more people so I’m sure that harshness is out of love so thank you. You were probably the person I never thought of working with at merge because you not only sold me out at the beginning but you also voted me out when Stevie and I were tied to leave......but you also helped me pull off the Danny blindside so thank you, ily, and I can’t wait to see you come home and hopefully I get to see you for my TS birthday party.

Nick-NICK WITH A K, you were the last newbie to go out before ftc, and to be fair you were one of the most level headed people playing this game, and it was great to have someone who despite being amongst some of the most cracked people, could stay calm and semi-reasonable. I look at your vote off as one of the biggest mistakes cause maybe had I voted off Van I would’ve won.....but at that point I had already pissed off most of the jury, plus I thought I could beat Van....OH HELL WAS I WRONG, but still, you made for a fun time and were a sound mind for me in the first tribal we went to as Lipari....cause god we didn’t need anymore crazy.

JC-next.....JUST KIDDING, you think I would dare forget about you, I could never. You hold many special places in my heart. You were the first to call me out during a challenge, but it was so entertaining in retrospect, you also tried organizing my demise at final 5, but watching your face and those of the other first boots drop when I won immunity after 1 question, thus ruining your predetermined plans, was PRICELESS, it was great to organize your demise after that because it almost felt like Karma, but after the season I could not love you more bae. You may not have voted for me, but you are the only person from Aeolian I played with ever again, because we All Stars baby <3, now while we didn’t get to play together, it was still a blast to be reunited with an Aeolian bae again, and I’m sure we could’ve take that game....ok maybe not taken it, but still we could’ve rented it and had a good time, but alas no, only in our dreams.

John-John....I love you, you and I were like baes for the longest time now, and tbh I was about to vote you out in Myanmar because I was sketched out by you, but then Aeolian started and you and I were in a season together, and so that plan had to be re-routed to voting out Kylie, but YA KNOW. I could never not be blessed to have you in my life CoffeyCakes, you’re that important, you came to see me in Massachusetts and it was honestly a blast, partially cause you got to see me get voted out in All Stars but still. Sitting next to you in FTC in Myanmar was one of my most favorite memories ever, and you’ll always be near and dear to me <3

Brian-Literally what can I say about you besides being the best purchase I ever made on ebay tbh (that one’s for you JC <3) but in all seriousness at the beginning of the season, I never thought I could ever meet someone like you, you seemed to always be there for me and we became brothers in a sense, we went through the entire season, we played our way from the bottom, every move that I made during Aeolian, you were there, by my side throughout all of it, almost not the Danny move, but that told me I had to play the idol so thanks bae. You not only were my confidant this season, but through so much of my life afterwards, we still stay in contact even after a year has passed, and I could not be happier to be honest. Yes you maybe messy, but you’re my mess and I wouldn’t have you any other way babes. I’m happy you won Lazio, and if anyone tells you otherwise they’re lying. You were my rock and I hope you stay in my life for many years to come babes, I hope everything goes your way.

Van-Now to one of the most important people in the season tbh. Now when we first met, I never thought in a million years I would lose to you.....and I was honestly pissed when I found out that hey, that was gonna happen, but that was in the moment and I feel we were both heated at that moment, but you know what, I’ve learned the value of your game and that is one of the most impressive that I’ve ever witnessed to be honest. Your game reminded me of Michelle from Kaoh Rong, and if you were Michelle, I was Aubrey I think.....I could also be dreaming, but your social game was that on point and it was bloody impressive and I love it. You earned your win and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, because it was amazing. I one day hope to achieve your level of sociability and unlock my innerVan as you say to me whenever I begin to play a new season...that I later flop in but that’s besides the point, you’re an inspiration, a lovely person and iconic and I love you so much <3

And finally our hosts for the season Grace, Ryan and Intern turned mom Emma, y’all took a chance on me that Bora Bora never gave me and gave me a random chance to shine and I could not be more grateful, through this season I met such an important family, but I was also able to accomplish moves that I don’t think I could ever do again. You introduced me into a community that holds such a close place in my heart and I could not thank you guys enough for it.

So in the end thank you Aeolian Islands, though you were hell to get through, you gave me a family, and a community, and I’m forever grateful. Thanks for making me a favorite in Myanmar and an All Stars, you mean the world <3 Happy Anniversary, and Gratulerer Med Dagen

Dear past 3 Deanna’s,

Oh boy, this summer and past fall quarter I’m getting somewhere with everything in my life. Before I left for the summer I made this great elaborate diet and workout plan, and I’ve definitely gotten stronger in the gym. I’ve been able to lift more weight than my previous 3 years, so I’m proud of that!!! Still going strong with being pescatarian, I’m almost a year into it! I don’t think I’ll be stopping anytime soon either. As far as academics I’m doing better than anticipated but I could definitely put in some more work these last 2 quarters. It’s crazy, I’m 2 quarters from finishing my undergrad studies, and I’m going to have to find a job soon! i want to start a job no longer than a few months after I graduate. I’m also highly considering moving to SoCal post-grad, I think I’ve grown to like it better than NorCal. NorCal has its ups for sure and I was raised there, but the weather and amount of things to do in SoCal has definitely increased its appeal to me. LA is where I’m looking at right now, but only time will tell when I’ll move in for sure. Other than that things seem to be going smoothly in terms of my academics. The real excitement has built up around my dating life. It’s definitely going somewhere, a lot better than my 1st 3 years in college. So around halfway through fall quarter, I matched with this girl named Tracy from Tinder. She’s super cute and we started to have a good convo on there. We eventually exchanged numbers and planned for a date. We went on a date 2 weeks later and we got tacos, but the downside is that she’s not going to be in SD long term. She’s moving to Seattle in February, so there’s not really a potential for a relationship. She seems very career driven at the moment. She did a very good job reeling me in with our convo and I ended up just going to her place and cuddling one night. That was a week after our, actually less than a week after our first date. We tried arranging another one but she flaked last minute. I went on another date with another girl named Catherine a week later??? After the cuddle night? Either way I only went on that one date and I found out from my little Aaron that he had a class with her. He doesn’t really like her vibes so I was caught a bit off guard. I was supposed to go on a date with her that morning before my dinner with Tracy, but that got cancelled too. It was probably bad karma that I scheduled two dates on the same day. Well in the end I don’t think it matter too much since nothing will come out of either of those interactions. Now over Thanksgiving, I started talking to a new girl names Janelle. I’m still talking to her currently and hopefully meeting her in the near future. I’ve called her once i think and we’ve facetimed several times already. I’m hoping something more progressive will come from that, but I’ll have to see. Now going off on a bit of a tangent, at the beginning of fall quarter Alison added me to a FB group called Subtle Asian Traits which is a group where all these millenials make Asian memes that everyone can relate to. This eventually lad to the creation of Subtle Asian Dating and eventually Subtle Queer Asian Dating (SAD and SQUAD). Basically on the dating pages people have friends/themselves write a post about them and advertises to the page in hopes that people will DM them and maybe start something good. So basically I posted myself and I started messaging people I found cute and wanted to talk to. I’ve talked to a lot of girls since joining the page but I’m only talking to about 3 of them now. One who I talked to because of EDM, one because her friend messaged me about her, and one who friended me first and I DM’ed. The last person I like talking to most, but she busy so can’t talk all that much currently. Her name is Gray and she’s a gamer. We’ve talked on the phone a couple times now but she’s from Florida. But she came from my hometown and she said she wants to move to LA after graduating. Realistically, I’m not sure anything will happen since she’s far away and still over there for a bit. So I’m interested in Janelle and Gray the most at the moment, and I’ll see how things play out from here. So that’s my dating life, event though there’s not much physical happening. I mean if they were both in SD I probs would’ve seen them already at this point. Janelle is at Davis for undergrad and she’s doing a 5th year there, so I also don’t know for sure if we’ll get somewhere. But we both love EDM, raving, and getting lit. And those are all kinda things I want in my girl. Anyways, yeah things have been going for sure and not sure where my last 2 quarters will take me, but I’m as ready as I can be. I just have to keep everything in some sort of balance and keep being rational.

Dear Future Deanna,

I think right now you have improved tenfold from when you started college. Not sure I have much advice to give, well I probably can. Don’t let your love life, if one person becomes serious, overtake you so much that you forget about your friends. Maintaining friendships is very important, and you’ll need them there if anything goes wrong. You need to unplug more, I think compared to most people you aren’t too engaged in social media. But don’t let it take you away from productivity. Really enjoy you last couple quarters in undergrad, you’ll never get this time back once you graduate. As people say, some of their fondest memories come from college. I’ve had a lot of unforgettable moments, but there is never enough of them. Don’t be too hard on yourself when you think something has gone wrong. In most cases things turn out fine when you look at things logically and problem solve. Also it’s alright to be a bit emotional, that’s a part of being human. If you need to cry somewhere down the road, just do it. It doesn’t show you’re weak and it doesn’t stunt your positivity. Stay positive to everyone around you, don’t let pessimists get to you. There need to be that one person that can reassure everyone else that everything will be fine. I think this might be my final advice letter to myself for the rest of undergrad. Spring Break maybe in the Grand Canyon, in which case I don’t need to fly home. My dad can come through SD and then drop me back off there afterwards. In any case, good luck to you and your last 2 quarters at UCSD! You’ll do great and no matter what happens, you have come really far in life and there is a lot of great things to come! Peace out!

Oh my goodness, to be honest I think my whole college experience has been kind of cheesy. I was talking about girls the whole time and honestly I don’t even talk to any of them anymore. Tracy and Gray either message me or I message them every once in a while. But yeah other than that most of the girls I talked to last year are just a blip in my memory now. Sometimes I wanna give up on dating and now more than ever I’m just focused on my career and having chill time in this covid-19 chaos. The gays are also all a mess I don’t know when I’ll find the right person anymore or I could just be forever alone that would be fine. I could myself some new advice for the future and see if I follow through. I followed through with a lot of my own advice back in the day, I guess in hindsight I roughly know where I wanna go in life. And I’m pretty disciplined and well-rounded as a person. I just wanna strive to be a better version of myself everyday. Might not want to do stuff everyday but that’s ok. I love slowing down and taking it easy. And y’all take it easy too, have a great Sunday whoever reads this!

Have you ever had a panic attack? many, thanks. Probably several hundred, but I haven’t had one in a long time. Mostly because I never leave my house. Where is the person who has your heart at the moment? home, HQ, idk. I think he’s on nights this hitch, so work, till 6am. Do you think relationships are hard? they can be. My old supervisor hugging me when I haven’t seen her in months and thought she was mad at me for quitting. Are you open about your feelings or closed off? depends what i'm feeling and who i'm dealing with. If they’re good, meh, or sucky feelings I’ll talk about them. If they’re really bad I’ll either joke about them to avoid dealing or just not talk at all. What's the last thing you borrowed from someone? erica's sunglasses, and she told me i could have them lol Ummmmm...I don’t interact with people enough to borrow things, I guess. Do you think you're normal? i'm far from normal. Why in the hell would I want to be normal? Have you ever been used? quite often. Yeah but it’s whatevs. Do you listen to music a lot? of course. All the damn time. Do you celebrate Christmas? yeah, but i want to stop. it's too much hullaballoo. don't care if i spelled that right haha For my family’s benefit. And for the food. And I actually like getting gifts for other people. But the stress, drama, and Jesus bullshit ruins it for me every year. Do you believe you can be in love with someone without knowing them? to some extent, but you can't love them completely. in the same respect though, i don't think you can ever truly know someone one hundred percent. I think there are a lot of things I don’t know about Dave, and I still love him. He’s been around longer than I have so obviously he had an entire life before me. I don’t feel the need to know about that. Have you ever talked in your sleep? no. My mom said I screamed in my sleep once, but I don’t talk. Do you think people have any misconceptions about you? i know they do. I’m often underestimated. Which is fine. Are you easily amused? very much so. If I’m in the right mood to be. What do you get complimented on the most? titties. Recently, my makeup. Will this weekend be a good one? hopefully. It just ended. And it was alright. Not as good as last weekend. But that’s because I’m here and not in Bradford.

Has anyone said they love you in the last week? yes. No. Do you sleep with your door open or closed? closed. My bedroom door is always closed because the cats aren’t allowed in there. But recently I’ve been sleeping in their room (because I’m a hypocrite) and I have to leave that door open because they come in and out at all hours. Who was the last person you rode in the car with that was under 21? amanda & gary. Allison. Is there one person in your life that can always make you smile? yesss. A couple. Have you ever kissed someone under fireworks? no...we never ended up going to the fireworks. Somehow we still keep missing the fireworks lol Could you handle a long distance relationship? i tried and failed. but distance was the least of our issues. Dave and I are long distance 2/3 of the time because of his schedule.

(De-) Stress the heck out!

Okay, if you’re gonna sit there and say: “yeah nah, never been stressed a day in my life.” You’re a flippin’ liar. We all suffer from stress at some point in life. Its normal af. If you DON’T get stressed, I’d be worried about you as a human and whether or not you had a soul… How to explain stress in human form: that kinda sweaty annoying tingly feeling on the back of your neck, and the feel of your breakfast not sittin’ so well in your bowels, and you scoutin’ the area to see if there are any toilets near “just in case”. Yeah, that’s stress. Causes of stress: Um, life. Nah but seriously. I stress over everything. Friends, work, the future, my relationship, MONEY (shock horror), the fact I never have ANYTHING to wear. And all that first world stuff. Now I’m not gonna go into anxiety in this, I’ll leave stress’ older uglier sister for another blog. Stress is one of those things that just HAPPENS. It CAN even be a bloody good thing sometimes. I mean if we didn’t stress, we wouldn’t care, and whatever we’re stressed about its because we’re probably worried that things aren’t going to turn out okay and because we CARE TOO MUCH. So in turn…by stressing, we can push ourselves to do better... Does this make sense? Whether its pushing ourselves to do better at work and impress our boss, or to stand up to to a “pal” who’s making you feel like shit. If you don’t have a handle on your stress it can be super flippin’ easy to go all Nazi on everyone, though. Man have I put my parents and partner through some SHIT cause I’m havin’ a psycho stress FREAK OUT. You know the ones. Where you can’t rationalise and you’re overthinking EVERYTHING and nothing ANYONE says will calm you down and the world is JUST GOING TO END. Yeah, those. Work stress is the number ONE thing human beans tend to stress over, and boy is it a killah. We spend the majority of our time at work, and if you’re not enjoying yourself, it isn’t a good time. I think we put way too much pressure on ourselves and when our expectations aren’t in our control you feel like everything’s going to shit! The obvious – working long hours, poor management and workplace bullying are such insanely common factors in the workplace. It actually sickens me to think of what some people go through at work and how much stress they’re putting on themselves, not only mentally, but physically too. If work is making you THAT unwell and unhappy. BE GONE WITH IT. Search for something else. There will be a workplace for you and a team that treats you the way you deserve to be treated. If you don’t move on, how will you ever know, right? I definitely KNOW I overthink way too much and know that leads to the majority of my stress. “Do my friends actually like me?” “Will people want to hang with me even though I’ve gained all this weight?” “Fuck I’ve gained a lot of weight” “Shit I’m getting sick, can’t afford to have sick day, but am dying, lord help me Jesus.” “I HAVE NO FUCKING MONEY SO NO I WILL NOT COME OUT FOR A PINT.” *majority of time still proceeds to go out for middy as yolo. I don’t think a lot of humans understand the physical thangs that can impact you when dealing with stress... and I deal with these things most days when faced with stress: -Low energy. “Yes I have slept 17 hours. No I will not get up anytime soon. Yes I will proceed to lay here doing nothing, thank you.” -Pounding headaches. Your BRAIN is workin’ too fkn hard. Prob gonna explode soon. -Upset tummy. Legit. Always scout for bathrooms. Stress can srsly give you THE SHITS. -Chest pain. Am I having a heart attack? But I’m too young to die. -insomnia. wOT.iz.SLEP? I’ll just lay here staring at my boyfriend until he can feel my eyes burning into him and then maybe he’ll give me attention -Sick. All. The. Fucking. Time. Tissues and nasal spray are my new bestfriends. AND LETS NOT EVEN GET FUCKIN STARTED ON LIBIDO. Man, you think I wanna ride dat WHEN I’M WORRYING ABOUT WHETHER I’M GONNA HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TO BUY LUNCH BC MY PAY HASN’T GONE IN OR IF MY TYRES GONNA GO FLAT ON ME IN THE MORNING BC ITS REALLY OLD AND BALDING AND OMG I JUST CAN’T EVEN BELIEVE YOU WOULD THINK I WOULD I AM DEALING WITH SO MUCH RITE NOW U ARE SO SELFISH TO EVEN SUGGE- You get it. I’ve tried basically everything known to man to DEAL with stress. There’s no cure, ya just gotta DEAL. Here’s a few little things I like to do to try and de-stress and calm my mind. -Meditate. Seriously. Its not just for hippies. It really works!!! Even 10 mins a day. There’s something hell chilled about listening to a man telling you to focus on your breathing. Having the ability to control your breathing will help SO SO much when dealing with stress. -Yoga. Again, not just for hippies. A super good exercise to clear your silly little head. In fact, any fuckin exercise. Seriously ITS TRUE. EXERCISE IS THE FLIPPIN CURE. SWEAT THAT STRESS OUUUUUTTT. -Light up scented candles and make your space smell nice. Ain’t no-one gon’ be stressed with a caramel smellin’ bedroom lemme tell ya. -Open your windows and get some fresh light in. As much as you might wanna retreat in your cave, that sunlight and cool breeze will do a world of wonders. Trust. Breathe that shit in. -HAVE A GOOD SLEEP. Stay the fuck away from your phone at least half an hour before you go to sleep. Yes, god forbid, don’t check insta (unless its mine) right before you go to sleep. Your phone light is the worst stimulant and I guarantee it’ll keep you up longer than you should. Just layin’ there. STRESSING about how tired you’re gonna be at work the next day. - I hate saying this, but cut down on the booze and drink MUCH, muuuch more water. Don’t get me wrong, I love a glass of red after a stressful day. But I don’t have a whole bottle. Unless its Friday… or Saturday…or Sunday night…. Fuck I have a problem. -Have a bath, cleanse your face and listen to some super chilled out tunes. There’s something about that warm water that just chills me da eff out. Probably warming up my COLD HEART -Lastly for me: Writing. Getting all your thoughts out. Especially at the end of the day right before bed. We all love to vent, and I GUARUNTEE 1000% you’ll feel so much better getting it all out, instead of having all those poisonous thoughts locked up in your head. Stress is not something you should feel like you have to justify or explain. Your entitled to your stress. Just don’t let it consume your life. It does still consume a lot of my life but I’m working on dealing with it a lot more. And remember, worrying is like punishing yourself twice. So don’t fuckin do it, yeah?
