So I’m trying a new thing. I’ve been trying to lose weight on my own for ages. (Well ever since they took my gallbladder out and I was allowed to eat chocolate & chips again to be honest) but I lack will power. I’ve been thinking about jumping on the slimming world bandwagon for a while. And although I’m not properly starting until the kids go back to school I’ve borrowed a book from the in-laws (they’ve signed up too.) and I’m having a weeks practice before our road trip.
