Hey, I'm an 19-year-old female, who currently looking for long-term rp partner who is 18–22 to do a Danganronpa Saiouma RP with. I am not replacing anyone; I am just looking for someone to role-play with.I am also open to a group rp however 1x1 is preferable

I am semi-literate and prefer rp in text format.

As you can see, I don't write large paragraphs. Sometimes if I am really getting into the rp or for a starter. At best, you will get 5-7 sentences.

Also, I am prone to make misspellings and grammar mistakes sometimes, so please bare with me.

I am in Central time.

Personally, I don't like rp for too long, so I would like to cut it short and then come back to it later.

This isn't a requirement but I like talking ooc during rp occasionally.

One thing to know about me, I don't like putting too much thought into the plot, usually, I think of the basic outline before starting. And whatever I have oc or au idea, I like to use rping as a method to explore the possibilities of the idea. Not all the time, of course, just giving head up that the ideas I have posted below are kinda in the beta stage,

As the description says, I want to do Saiouma RP, though I am open to doing other ships such as Sonia x Gumdam or Tenko x Himko after. As well as some fanganronpa RPs such as SDRA, SDRA 2, and Project: Eden's Garden.

RPGs I usually like to play have 18+ things, such as smut (all characters of 18 or up. If not, they are aged up) and gore. It is not a complete deal-breaker if you are not up for one of these things.

And if we do choose to do smut in RP, I shall state my kinks if we choose rp about smut.

I am open to doing a cookie run or undertale/deltarune later down the line.

Ideas

Sayanora despair This is a version of a non-despair AU where all students go to Hope Peak and nothing bad happens. But with a little twist, the fanganronpa games (I know) are in this as well. You don't have to know them all; however, one or all can be left out. SDRA and SDRA2 are the next generations in this AU. Years after all of the canon game characters have graduated and are adults, Project: Eden's Garden is a rival school to Hope Peak, and they will sometimes hold competitions, leading a selected group of students to win against the group in events.

Anyway here are my ideas on what I want to do in this AU

Kokichi and shuchi reconnected years after their graduation Kokichi and shuchi were forced together on a project Maki is meeting kaito for the first time. Sora and Akane find out about their twins. Hibiki wants to give something for Valentine's Day to setsuka tenko is MAYBE a bit protective of her girlfriend, Himko

Blood & Lies(Vampire AU) Disclaimer: Hope peak academy doesn't really exist and all characters are adults in this au

Shuchi has trouble falling asleep, so he often goes around the city to clear his head. One night, while on his usual walk, he spots a lone man swinging in an empty playground. He feels drawn to them, so he decides to strike up a conversation. Despite his overdramatic antics and lying, Shuichi finds himself quite fascinated by this stranger who goes by ".Almost every night, Shuichi goes out and spends time with Kokichi. Both learn more about themselves, a little more on Shuichi's end once he finds out the liar's secrets.

Swapronpa Plot:The students of the three main games are swapped in settings. The v3 students are in TTH,meanwhile the TTH students are in Goodbye despair,and lastly the GD students are in killing harmony.What new story possibilities will open due this change?Let find out together!

Side(undeveloped) ideas

Maki and kaito go on a date Miu takes a much smarter approach to try to end kokichi, forcing kokichi to take her life. (Chapter 4 canon divergence) Kaede and Shuichi celebrate their marriage anniversary. Kai Montage x Damon Matisu. Ground rules

Why I love sonadow

(Haven't talked about/posted about my love of sonic on this blog but go figures I'd write about my fav ship first before literally anything else-)

So this is mostly a ramble, but I a few points to make on why exactly why I love this ship and just basically rambling about every little details that make the ship so lovable in the first place.

So for starters, I love this ship, and I'm willing to sail on it till it sinks. I find their dynamic quite entertaining as the two work as a competitive duo, have a really nice dynamic, and the two are pretty similar in terms of ideals and the fact that it's very much hammered in that shadow is one, if not maybe the only one, who is only equal playing field with sonic. I find that it's very refreshing to see someone who isn't always left behind his trail, and can actually keep up and even RIVAL that of sonic.

After the events of SA2 what started my true love for this ship statted to form. It was during the very final ending. (Of course the small seeds of banter and how sonic would influence shadow to slowly becoming his best self as well as shadow slowly gaining respect for the blue blur also made me love it-but this is what got me on board y'know?)

-I remember the fight where sonic and shadow team up to defeat the bio-lizard and I loved the cute little lines the two shared during the battle.

Sonic's little "are you okay?" And "you need rest! Let me handle this!" lines are just so wholesome- it's just a cute detail that I feel gets overlooked. You usually don't see these sides of sonic anymore, and it's so hilarious that he's saying this all while shadow is too busy monolouging- it's so sweet.

I find it very endearing that even though he should be focusing on defeating the bio-lizard like shadow is, he just spends his time worrying about shadows wellbeing. (Shadow does the same for sonic, just less often.)

Also, during the sonic q&a shadow's treasured moments is of sonic attempting to save him which I find also very endearing. (Sonic's reaction was also very cute.) Though the topic of sonadow was brought up and them immediately dismissed made me feel really sad, but I'm okay with that fact anyhow as I can understand why.

Theres also that one poster of shadow and sonic being a "swashbuckling duo" which I know everyone thinks about the "swashbuckling" part but they all skip over the "duo." Like, it's just those 2. There is a reality where these 2 are together, not only as pirates (MY FLAG MEANS DEATH-) but as a DUO??! Meaning not only are they working together on a LITERAL SHIP, but also- they are known to go swashbuckling adventures together. Also shadow is the captain and I can't state it enough how I love the fact that THIS IS A THINGGGG!!!!

(I know this is far fetched, but let's be real- the only pirates that exist in the sonic games are sonic rush. Hey, if there's 2 versions of sonic why not make it 3?)

Also, let's not forget sonic's "looking out the window scenes" and the his talk with Rouge about shadow (he called him a hero, and honestly that is the sweetest most saddest thing I've heard in very in a very long time), as well as his "sayonra shadow the hedgehog"

Rouge spent more time with shadow than sonic so understanbly she'd understand sonics sadness as these 2 have spent more time with shadow than anyone else (I'm not counting eggman, he is an enabler and helped lead shadow down a self-destrutive and literally destructive path. He doesn't count, not ever will he count.)

It's just Sonics tiny gestures of greif, like looking out through that window, the Sayanora when no one was around, the small "are you okay?" ,and sassy banter between the two is just so sweet, fun and entertaining to see.

(This is a bit more on shadow but I feel it's a necessary part into understanding why this works so well-)

Also, shadow's writing has been fluctuating in quality almost as much as sega's own games. It's safe to assume the consensus that shadow is the "angry edgelord who hates sonic for some random reason and always fights him beacuse bla bla bla" isn't very true and I feel like that idea is what really makes this ship weird for some other people. (Or it's just not the type of ship they'd like, which is fine by me.)

Shadow, to put it simple.. is a very compassionate character with a lot of trauma put on him. He didn't know how to handle/process that trauma, and spending like what? 50 years, trapped in an isolated cell, unaging, left alone with no one to help him escape, getting your memories tampered with, having your ego fed with the "ultimate lifeform" stuff, as well as having noway to talk, cope, or even process the fact that your best freind- the only person that has (to my knowledge) treated you like an actuall conscious being, that isn't a weapon or some science project to get some cure- just got murdered by you guessed it! Humans! Not to mention the leader of the "humans" aka the government led this???!!

It puts a pretty sour taste in your mouth if you ask me.

So when I see the edgelord shit really ticks me off. Beacuse at the end of it all, shadow isn't really sonic's rival (even that one Lego sonic spinoff game literally refers to shadow as sonic's "freind" along with amy, knuckles and tails like come ON people!!) He's just another one of his freinds.

Besides, shadows been through about mabye 3 whole identity crisises? Which in my book is more than enough for shadow to either be gay or trans(cis or not) and honestly it's quite fitting.

Not to mention, as a mlp fan, I have to say.. the amount of comparisons I can make to blue gay pony and the blue maybe gay hedgehog is far to many. (I mean for crying out loud- the chaos emeralds are literally the colors of the rainbow, and sonic is about a few furry points away from shoots rainbow lasers at his enemy's yknow?)

(Also the soundrack escape the city has "follow my rainbow" lyrics randomly in that track, and so I cant unhear/unsee the idea of like- running away from you home beacuse your not accepted or whatever- and it's all like "follow me" and "set me free" and what not and it just *chef kiss*! Like, yah foo! "Set me free" from the realityy~~ so we can bee togetherrr foreverrr~~?? Or somethimg??)

Also to drive this thing home, sonic is literally shadow's adventure.

Though it was thanks to his popularity that allowed him to revive from thy dead, I do think it was an understatement to say that in some ways he didn't have fun around sonic while he was alive.

The whole "faker" stuff was quite a fun banter in my opinion, and sonic is one of the most frequent non-team dark character shadow communicates with.

(Going on about the "faker" stuff: though I don't have any recollection or proof of it, but if shadow has infact called sonic "faker" atleast once, it's actually more endearing than as an insult he tries to pose it as. The whole conversation went as "faker? Your not even good enough to be my fake!" (Which is a hilarious way to say, "no u") so saying that would be admitting that sonic of all creatures has met the guy's standards.. Which I find oddly amusing.)

It's conversations where it's just the two of them (like the iconic "what you see is what you get!" Scene) where I see those cracks in his "too Kool 4 skool" and the "dark, mysterious edgy boy" persona fall.

Though the facade doesn't really start to fall apart until later on in the game (and never gets as far as Rouge and omega do) it's safe to say that makes sonic the 4th (well technically the 2nd or 1st) character that shadow might be okay with letting his guard down around.

I guess there's a part of me that really wants this to work. I like the pining aspect it brings, the angst and well as the wholesome. I like to see shadow happy, and I like to see sonic happy as well. What really got me going is the saying that they're equals in a way. They don't "complete" eachother but they complement eachother in a good way.

They're similar yet different, and their different views of the world can show the other another side, a darker and lighter side to the world they live in. Sonic gives shadow that light and shadow give sonic that dark. Yin & yang.

I don't think they HAVE to be romantic with eachother, I like the idea of it, (mostly beacuse I like picturing them watching late night movies together like the night owls I just know they are!) But them being freindly rivals everynow and then, or just freinds is good enough for me as well. ( I enjoy all sides of this sonadow pizza pie.)

I find it nice that they have this unstoppable duo vibe, like nothing can really take em down when they're together. I like the fact that (don't quote me on this as im sure where I heard it from-) at times it's said that even their thoughts catch up with one another (ADHD headcannon for sonic and ADD for shadoww~) and I find that they're just so in sync it's amusing.

Also I love thinking about sonic being this sassy, talkative, distracted mess of a hedgehog whilst shadow is the dresses to impress, not as talkative and probably hyperfocuses on way to much stuff, secretly a softie, also mess of a hedgehog. Add mess + mess = more mess and I love it! It's like a spaghetti and meatballs! Both make a big mess when handled improperly but when cooked by someone who knows what they're doing, it tastes delicious.

And that's my ted-talk on my little hyperfixation of my favorite ship. I needed to get it out and I hope maybe someone finds this and considers this maybe one of their favorites too!

So here's how it plays out:

You took him out to an arcade- don't call it a date cause then he'll die in advance

You guys were playing, having a good time when you came across a particularly hard game

Give it an hour, maybe two, and you finally beat the game right? Well naturally, you decide to break into a victory twerk

Only a gasp is heard, followed by a thump and then the fire alarm going off

He's on the ground, steam visibly rising from his body as he convulses with embarassment

No, he was not crying, that was the water, no idea why it kept going even after y'all left the arcade, stop asking questions

Take him home, and expect to watch him burn up in the face every time he sees you for at least the next 2 months

If you're bold, do it again

If you care for his health and well being however-

I recommend getting him used to handholding first😅

Abzu Creators Unveil The Pathless

So Sayanora Wild Hearts wasn’t the only new game announcement that Annapurna had at the Game Awards. The publisher is now teaming up with Abzu developers Giant Squid for their latest game, The Pathless. In what appears to be a third-person action-adventure game, the title sees players taking the role of the Hunter, an archer accompanied by their eagle friend as they explore a mysterious island in the hopes of getting rid of a curse.

spoiler alert plus disclaimer: while i haven’t watched the scene yet, i have asked people who did and their interpretation of it

so first things first, assuming the scene IS a flashback? canon!brett is an awful person

brett and devenford players ,,,punishing,,, liam for losing a game is essentially bullying and abuse, not the mention ableist as fuck

assuming that was what happened, he later spoke to liam as though everything was liam’s fault... and that’s gaslighting : /

what is undeniable though is brett never gave liam any slack in his introduction scene despite knowing liam’s condition

i’m not even sure what the showrunners are trying to do with brett at this point because every time they have brett poke fun at liam’s ied i cringe so hard and i don’t find it smart or anything

it’s weird to me how gross some of the control schemes feel for some of the Apple Arcade games. like, we’ve been making mobile games for a while, touch controls should be pretty well cleared up by now. sayanora wild hearts is pretty but feels intentionally obtuse, and mind symphony feels even worse. it’s got joystick style controls but no visible joystick so you feel like it’s supposed to be full-screen drag. and rayman mini has shitty auto runner controls.

like. maybe it’s cuz most of these developers are people who would normally be working on pc or console and don’t know what to do with touch screens? but it just feels gross to even play, which sucks. I’m sure these games are otherwise really neat but they feel like they’re fighting me.

Magic Manga Mondays That Will Never Go Up On Mondays, I Just Titled It That for Alliteration

Im gonna be checking out all kinda weird magic manga related junk on days that arnt Monday You all: ..........

erm... where was I? Oh yeah Magic Urza & Mishra 

Ok so ill be honest here..... I cant find anything on this one besides people who were freaked out about seeing Urza and Mishra as handsome looking anime boys. If anyone can find something on this, let me know ASAP because all my research as yealded like 10 forum threads older than Urza going “HUUURRR MAGIC CANT BE JAPANIMATION” However I did find out that it as done by  Toshihiro Ono who did the Electric Tales of Pikachu manga.Or if your a perv you know him from hardcore erm..... what?

Next up is the slightly more well known Moe Tsukinu Honoo an adaptation of the Purifying Fires book. As far as I know its only a few chapters long. This one is officially wizards and oddly enough, they promoted it on their website but not enough to translate. Scans exist for it but from what ive found Wizards requested the translator to take them down for some reason. Not really sure why because.... they could have just put that up as a fun promotional thing for English fans. Its only 3 chapters long or so. Anyhow Here Chandra has pink hair and if you have seen much Japaneses fan-art of Chandra with pink hair instead of the usual crimson, this manga is why.

ALSO THE BIGGEST CONTRIBUTION OF THIS IS WEEABOO FLAVORED JACE AND CHANDRA IN THE JAPANESES JACE V CHANDRA DECKS 

Funny story. These game out right when I was coming back to magic during my first year in college, and I was so bummed to know that A) All the cards were in pimped out anime flavor and B) This was a special thing and not every deck will be like this Soul crushing really. Ok so thats One of the least well known things and the most well know things in Magics relationship with manga. Im going to make thing a recurring thing I do every few weeks.... dose that sound neat?  Do people want that? Cause their is a fair amount of weird manga related Magic stuff and Magic related Manga stuff. For example, a shojo that  revolves around a thinly veiled Magic the Gathering  And actual Yugioh GX style Ad for Magic Origins Literally all of Dule Masters  Maybe we can find time for some Yugioh..... Oh also Gross Hentai Jace

A First Look at Shojo Fight!

We’re in the middle of a sports-manga renaissance in the US, with publishers offering an unprecedented range of titles from Kurokuro’s Basketball and Haikyu!! to Yowamushi Pedal and Welcome to the Ballroom. Leading the pack is Kodansha Comics, which is making an astonishing range of titles available through their digital-only and digital-first initiatives. And astonishing it is: alongside obvious choices like the baseball-centric Ace of the Diamond, you’ll also find soccer manga (Days, Giant Killing, Sayanora, Football), rugby manga (All Out!!), mixed-martial arts manga (All-Rounder Meguru), and card game manga (Chihayafuru). Kodansha’s latest acquisition is Shojo Fight!, a volleyball series that reads like Dynasty with knee pads.

I mean that as a compliment.

The first chapter briskly introduces us to the three principle members of the Hakuumzan Private Academy Middle School volleyball team: Neri, a talented but difficult personality who has trouble playing well with others (literally and figuratively); Koyuki, a telegenic setter who moonlights on the Junior National team; and Chiyo, a jealous teammate who slots into the Joan Collins role of Queen Bitch. As we learn in the opening pages, Neri’s temper frequently relegates her to the bench, even though her teammates firmly believe that she’s in a league of her own as both a setter and a hitter — a point that Chiyo lords over the emotionally vulnerable Koyuki. Koyuki, for her part, feels isolated from her teammates who say nice things to her face but trash her playing when she’s not around. Though Chiyo bluntly dismisses Neri as “a wolf in sheep’s clothing,” Koyuki makes a concerted effort to befriend Neri, whom she views as a peer on the court.

The dynamic between these three players would be enough for an entire series, but Yoko Nihonbashi surrounds them with a boisterous cast of supporting characters who run the gamut from Odagiri, a shy Neri fangirl, to the Shikisama brothers, two gifted volleyball players who are, of course, handsome, sharp-witted, and fiercely loyal to their childhood friend… well, I’ll let you figure out that particular triangle on your own, though it’s not hard to guess who she is. While these figures are sketched more hastily than the principle trio, Nihonbashi offers tantalizing clues about how they will figure into the conflict between Neri and her teammates.

What will make or break this series for most readers is the art. As numerous folks have observed, Nihonbashi’s thick lines, wide-eyed characters, and computer-generated fills more closely conform to what American readers associate with OEL manga — think Peach Fuzz or Van Von Hunter. I think that’s a valid observation, though it’s worth noting that Nihonbashi is a Japanese artist writing for Evening magazine, not a Tokyopop Rising Star of Manga. The boldness of Nihonbashi’s linework, and her dense but well structured layouts, aren’t the least bit amateurish or unpolished. If anything, they demonstrate a good understanding of game mechanics and a flair for drawing expressive, animated faces that telegraph the characters’ emotional states; the malicious twinkle in Chiyo’s eye speaks more loudly than her poisonous words — and that’s saying something.

My suggestion: try before you buy! The first 50 pages of Shojo Fight! can be viewed for free at the Kodansha Comics website. There’s enough drama packed into that opening chapter to hook any soap opera fan or sports enthusiast. And if the sudsy plotting isn’t enough to pique your interest, Neri is: she’s prickly and complicated — the architect of her own unhappiness — but nonetheless appealing, not least because she seems like a real teenage athlete struggling to reconcile her desire to dominate the court with her desire to be part of the team.

The entire first volume goes on sale today (September 26th) via Amazon, B&N, ComiXology, and other digital book platforms.
