In JMAH, when j!Quackity goes Butcher Army mode on j!Sam, how does the rest of the server's reactions differ from canon (i guess previous?) Butcher Army, if at all? (For example, IIRC it never grew any bigger than a 4-person militia in canon, and c!Tubbo was initially extremely reluctant to participate or endorse it.) Do you think that reluctance changes when it's j!Sam who's being targeted? Does anyone other than j!Techno agree to help break into the prison? Does j!Quackity bother trying to recruit anyone else?

Quackity's whole deal with j!Sam starts after he goes to propose the Las Nevadas deal shortly after the staged finale--just as he does in canon--and is very promptly and aggressively shut down by Sam, who is not having a repeat of canon, thank you very much. It's important to note that this happens on the 23rd, just a few scant days after the finale on the 20th, and therefore VERY little time has passed since j!Sam basically got time traveled into his old body on the 21st with Tommy about to visit Dream for the first time. Here's a post that goes into some of this.
To put it simply, Sam hasn't quite parsed through the difference in timelines yet in his head and acts in a lot of ways that read really, really strangely to Quackity. Combine that with Tommy getting all but thrown out of the prison in his first visit, the prison being completely shut down to visitors on that first day, and Sam all but disappearing immediately after Dream is imprisoned? Like--it looks fishy. And there's only two people on the server that have any idea of what's actually going on.
At first, Tommy and Quackity's attempts to get more info are...well, admittedly, not very well-thought out. Tommy has a grudge he's nursing and Quackity is curious--and wary. Being the Warden of Pandora's Vault means power, and Quackity is no stranger to power in the wrong hands. Tommy is genuinely angling for a break-in, while Quackity is more aiming for intel of any kind. What is going on in there, and why is Sam so determined to keep it all quiet?
Time passes. Sam's reputation gets worse--any poking in and around the prison is swiftly dealt with, often with threats of violence and cold anger. Sam's old friends haven't seen him outside the prison in weeks. Ponk doesn't manage to get the keycards, but ends up having a catastrophic (and very public) breakup with Sam anyway--there's a lot of yelling. It ends in violence and Sam stomping away, holing himself in the prison for even longer. Tommy and Quackity keep up the attempts at breaking in, and well--Sam gets sloppy. With Ghostbur in tow, they somehow manage to get themselves to the main cell, as is outlined here.
Afterwards, naturally, Quackity is gunning for revenge. Sure, Sam sure as hell doesn't seem to be working with Dream, but that doesn't fucking matter now. It's personal. With the Egg as ,, less of a threat, in some ways (Sam Boxed the thing as soon as he got back to this timeline--it was hardly a permanent solution, but Good Enough For Him Okay ?) and Sam being, well, less popular of a figure across the server because of [gestures] all of That, he ends up a sort of anti-Sam club. It never balloons to a huge thing, honestly--technically, Quackity has the support of his country behind him (Las Nevadas progresses slower than canon, considering the lack of help on the builds, but he ends up recruiting Foolish earlier and things end up happening more or less. The slower developments mean that things with his fiancés don't end up QUITE as disastrously, but the distance does end up creating tension as time passes.) The core group in the coalition, though, is just Quackity, Tommy, Technoblade (reluctantly recruited with plans of betrayal brewing), and Wilbur--who mostly invited himself and only comes to steal Quackity's cookies.
Quackity definitely thinks about recruiting more people...but honestly, his plan in terms of you know, getting revenge on the three biggest assholes on the server and making them pay at his own hand, well. That's not really made for a group project. That doesn't mean that he doesn't make it clear that Las Nevadas will fight if need be against any possible threats, and Sam deeeefinitely makes it onto the list of enemies if/when the slime clones happen. The server generally knows that Quackity isn't a fan of Sam--Tommy isn't the greatest at keeping things silent, and the whole "prison break-in only they got stopped by Sam who threw them out and also killed Quackity" thing definitely circulates around the server for some time. They're not exactly jumping the gun to take any collective action against Sam themselves...but well. He's definitely starting to run low on allies.

My new favorite hobby is thinking about prison trio rarepairs/crackships that are actually extremely compelling upon closer inspection. For example:
Dream and Ponk absolutely should hook up. They bond over bitching about Sam. During Daedalus, Dream politely inquires as to Sam’s relationship status. (“Pathetic and single? Hm. Interesting.”) Then he solemnly tells Sam he’s got a girlfriend. (“she’s missing an arm, I’m missing fingers, we make it work 😘. Maybe you should work on your fit 💅”)
George and Quackity. IT WOULD BE SO FUNNYYYY. HEAR ME OUT. They have a good dynamic and the sheer quantity of dramatic irony is breathtaking. Insane. The tension between Q and Sapnap only makes it better.
Similarly, George and Sam, but this time where they’re both painfully aware of each other’s claim to Dream. The tension! The drama! Sam owns the prison, that dark pit that George cannot touch even in his dreams. And George owns the bright places, the community house, the things about Dream that Sam tries so hard to ignore or forget.
Punz and Sam, and also Punz and Quackity. Like, come on, Punz as a guy without clear loyalties is pretty neutral and safe and approachable! He and Sam had some kinda dynamic going on, and he and Q totally could’ve gotten some bonding in post-egg. The delicious spice here is not only Punz’s true loyalties to Dream, but also the way that he has true loyalties at all—there’s a lot going on with him under the surface that neither Quackity nor Sam would be privy to. Does he suspect any foul play at the prison? Does he remain blissfully unaware? Either is so ripe with possibility!
Wilbur and Sam. Look I just think it’s really funny that they both had the “kill Dream over and over” fantasy, okay. Also, I think the way that they operate on totally different levels is fascinating: Wilbur out in the open, everything a deliberate performance, while Sam prefers strict secrecy. Wilbur can understand and play upon peoples’ emotions without thought or effort; Sam is the precise opposite of an empath. Both of them have control issues, but on completely scales and in completely different directions. I want to put them in a room together and study them.

this questiong has been haunting me for a while so I'd like to hear your opinion!
As we know, it was c!dream's plan to get locked in the prison and he also had some plan involving c!punz but... If c!quackity was never a part of the plan, how did c!dream thought he'd get out? c!Techno came only bc of c!Q ivolvement I believe... Did c!dream really trusted c!Techno that much that he thought he'd come and at least visit him? I think there was a chance one day c!Techno would've decided to pay him a visit, but it's kinda inpractical plan for c!dream in my opinion
What do you think? (sorry if you've already talked about mb I missed it)
i think that c!dream absolutely trusted c!techno enough to repay the favor he owed.
he probably figured he'd be able to send a message through c!ranboo or c!bad and lay out the whole 'break me out of prison please' thing.
but i'm not wholly convinced it was his first plan.
it's been awhile so if i get some details wrong, forgive me, but i kind of think c!dream and c!ranboo planned to use the prison visitor system to get dream out and put him in control of the prison. when the tnt went off and set off the alarms, i feel like that was part of the plan. he needed a plausible reason and to ensure no one tried to enter the prison. but c!sam didn't let c!tommy out like i think they were counting on and so the whole thing got a bit muddled.
this is all just my conjecture based on the fact that we know c!ranboo is willingly working with c!dream and he was the one that set off the tnt. as much as ranboo is working with dream, i don't think he'd willingly lock tommy in the prison with dream so my first thought is it wasn't supposed to go that way.
anyway, theory time over.
regardless, i really do think dream believed completely that techno would break him out. i don't think he ever counted on techno visiting but at the very least, dream thought he'd be able to get a message to techno either through ranboo or bad.

okay so i’ve been brainrotting it got a few days now so here goes (all /dream smp characters)
tommy (18)’s big brother is wilbur (like. 30ish) who goes missing one day really randomly. he’s been acting shady and distant for like two years so tommy is instantly suspicious and tries to retrace his brother’s last steps. in doing so, he bumps into dream (like 20?) who instantly makes tommy think that dream’s killed him. turns out, dream is just as confused as tommy, citing wilbur as “his work partner” and that he has no idea who tommy is.
very VERY begrudgingly they work together to try and track wilbur (tommy because he wants to solve the mystery of his brother’s disappearance and also because he wants his brother back, dream because he kinda needs wilbur back to continue making drug money). they encounter problems along the way!! for example, two guys called sam and quackity, who are hunting dream down to put him back in a cage he escaped from!! (more on that later)
anyways they find wilbur and it turns out he’s working with SCHLATT and co and well. i won’t spoil the ending but this is what i have so far. i’mkind of obsessed like it’s just cdream angst for forever

Anyway, I’ve talked a lot about Tommy without talking about Him, so let’s do that.
I was expecting Tubbo to be part of his group, but having him be there as just Tomys friend is so funny. It’s also adorable. (And it probably says a thing or two about how stubborn Tomys is, since he probably refused to go without him). Their dynamic very much gives “Your majesty, this is my emotional support best friend”.
Having Jack as a guard is giving me Stars flashbacks. Probably as intended. It’s funny that he is now Tomys guard instead of Wilbur’s. I was not expecting Puffy, but I probably should have. She’s there to make sure Tomys behaves, but she still has a lot of work to do about the etiquette. She also gives me the vibes of someone who deserves a raise.
Side note: did Niki or Quackity come with extra entourage? Like Niki was a baby, but Quackity was similar in age. Or is this unusual? (Also, I love the throne and crown, I’m sure that doesn’t have any ominous relation to certain tags on this fic)
Anyway, Tomys first impression reflects very badly on Sam. As we learn in chapter 3, everyone figures out why Tomys is there. And he’s clearly a bad first choice as a heir. (As in, if Sam were to die right now, Tomys would do terribly compared to Niki or Quackity).
He comes off as just a kid, which he is, but that’s not something you can be in this situation. None of the other kids got to have a normal childhood. On top of that Tomys is kinda a little brat, for a noble child at least, and not in the way those kids are normally brats.
But Sam seems rather fond of him. He’s very patient with him and all his blunders. I think he’s a kind king, but *looks at chapter 3* he’s not the brightest. It becomes very clear, very quickly that Sam did not think this true at all.
Like part of his decision process is wanting to decide something for himself because he’s self aware enough to know Phil is pulling the strings, but not smart enough to actually do it himself. So he brings Tomys and is all secretive, but then he didn’t talk it through with anyone and missed so many implications because he’s just living in his own world. But then he doubles down which is incredibly childish, but he wanted to make a desicion for himself and refuses to acknowledge that it’s backfireing (which is a very worrisome quality to have in a King).
Though I think some of it might just also be actually indecisiveness and wanting to buy himself more time to chose because he clearly doesn’t know who to pick based on how he asked Schlatt. He’s just digging himself a bigger hole and I’m scared he’ll double down further and will pick Tomys in the future just because Phil doesn’t want him to (can you tell I do not like Sam? Very good writing job on that, btw).

no literally I was trying to figure out a position for tubbo that wasn't 'personal servant' just bc I didn't feel like doing that for this fic, and when I couldn't come up with anything I was like "...it's clingyduo tubbo would come just as his emotional support bestie" and then I thought back to how in historical movies you always hear about nobles having their ladies in waiting/companions/friends showing up with them everywhere like an entourage and I was like huh that would work
lol yeah after stars I'm a bit of a sucker for writing jack manifold as a guard again. he's just so good in that type of role, although I'd say he's going to have a smaller role here than he had in stars (though who knows I also didn't think stars!jack would play a very big role and look how that turned out). and of course tommy needed an adult chaperone so I thought of puffy. she's so tired of this shit.
yes, niki and quackity both came with entourages of their own although I'm not going to mention them bc I can't think of characters they'd be and I don't like throwing ocs into my fics for more than just a few lines here and there. except since niki was brought to the palace so young she essentially came just with her nanny and some guards, and when she was eventually given ladies in waiting they were provided by the palace not by summerdam. quackity was a little older so he showed up with a tutor, guards, and probably a private servant. still working out details on backstory stuff you know how it goes
yeahhh the thing is tommy's immaturity is pretty prevalent right off the bat, and while he's not overly bratty by noble kid standards, by potential future heir to the kingdom standards he's terrible. and it says something about sam's ideas towards leadership that he only just met the kid and has a bit of a soft spot towards him, because he doesn't know tommy. not at all. but he thinks he does.
i'm glad you don't like sam. he's meant to be a very messy character in rose. someone who so clearly wants to be good at this game he's playing but is just so blatantly not which causes problems for everyone else around him

I actually really like the idea that Dream is one of, if not the only human on the entire server — and therefore would on average be much, much weaker than a lot of the other players if it weren’t for the insane training he does daily. Sam’s an enormous creeper centaur. Quackity’s nimble and quick. Sapnap has horns, and fire, and demonic strength. Bad is a fucking nine foot tall demon. Dream’s just some guy. Maybe one of the reasons for his mask is because he wants to hide that, to make people uneasy and give him an extra bluff. On the whumpier side of things, though, it also means that half the server has no idea how to care for a human. They don’t know what’s too much stimulation, what’s typical between human besties, etc.
Anyway once it’s revealed that Dream isn’t just injured but human, everyone starts treating him ridiculously gently — often to humorous effect. Bad fusses over every little scrape, Tommy refuses to roughhouse, Sam uses his overwhelming strength to push him around and prevent him from doing something stupid again (he sits on him a lot) (it works), Sapnap asks him stupid questions about being human constantly, etc.
Also — optional — maybe humans are one of the only creatures in this world that are ticklish.

and yes see this is such a fun trope that comes along with all the hybrid hcs,, and it’s that perhaps humans are ticklish in different ways? 👀 they’re a little squishier than demons, their skin is exposed unlike those covered in fur and feathers, and they’re just,; littler? it’s cute 🥺 so yes, absolutely adore the idea of something like tickles from the lightest of back traces ever, being so foreign to someone like sam. and yet here dream is having to bury himself into his elbow during a massage or whatever
i like the idea of sapnap asking him so many questions when he first finds out how soft and ticklish dreams tummy is ☹️ like what if dream were to lay in grass? would he laugh? if he laughed at sap only lightly wiggling a finger there then surely he’d giggle at grass too? but it’s just cute how that would be so flustery for dream to explain 😭
it’s kinda why i love writing ler XD actually. like his innocent questions about tickling is just so flustering to the average human. he’s so much fun to write i miss him so muccchhhh
also also, your point about how no one knows how to care for a human is so cute and it reminds me of time travel au with sam accidentally melting dream way more than intended coz he underestimated how nice his fur would feel on human skin 🥺

In this world hybrids exist, they usually don't get treated as fair as pure blood humans though and only a handful have stable living conditions. So that means hybrid children are more prone to bullying, being attacked, and being abused.
Tommy is a a 13 year old deer hybrid in the city of L'manburg, he ran away from home and was missing for a few weeks before a man by the name of Quackity found Tommy resting in the dumpster of the bar he worked at. The man decided to not send Tommy back and instead take him to the employee lounge with his co-worker Sam who was also a hybrid. Quackity doesn't know what to do so he decides to call up some friends to take care of Tommy for the time being
Tommy was now living with the Watsons for the time being, who are slowly realizing Tommy might've had a darker past than they were expecting.

Just as promised! Here are some extra scenes that didn’t make the final cut.

One thing I wished I spent more time on was Sam’s struggle parenting and taking care of little Tommy. Looking back at the previous parts of the AU, I felt like Tommy’s bond with Dream was more developed than with Sam’s, which is kinda unfortunate since this was initially an Awesamdad and Childinnit centered AU. Nonetheless, here’s the extra scenes to compensate for that 😆

The “take your child to work day” scene was supposed to take place before Sam hired Tubbo, Ranboo, and Foolish to babysit Tommy (which was in part 2). I initially cut this part out because I felt like it would interfere with Dream not knowing Tommy was de-aged (since he’s still in prison at this point) and that this would’ve raised some suspicion. But I found this scenario too hilarious not to share :3

6. Is there a c!Dream scene/moment/action you would change?
Hmmmm I can't think of any, no. Mostly I think I would like some more in terms of follow-through w/ certain scenes, such as c!Endersmile the whole agreement with c!Dream + c!Foolish, the whole Aimsey debacle, stuff with c!Sapnap, but a lot of that was kinda beyond cc control. In terms of the stuff that seemed to be building somewhere that we didn't get I'd say what I miss the most is probably c!Wilbur getting involved w/ the prison arc, because damn it seemed like everyone involved wanted that badly but it just never worked out scheduling wise. Also, scrapped lore, but scrapped lore Is Canon. To Me.
In terms of actual scenes I would change...idk, LN5 c!Quackity and c!Dream showdown comes to mind? But that wasn't like bad, it was just because of internet issues there was a lot less of it than I would've liked. I wanted to see more c!Dream in the c!Dream vs c!Quackity showdown (tm), but as it is c!Dream blowing up a shit ton of slime and having a panic attack works perfectly well for me (it honestly hurt c!Q more than c!Dream, considering their stories, but again sometimes technical issues can't be helped.)
13. Since we rarely saw c!Dream's own POV, who was your main pov character/s?
Wherever c!Dream Was (tm).
For a more serious answer, especially in the early days I watched a lot of Tubbo. Fundy too, funnily enough? Wilbur as well, Tommy POV was probably what I watched the least at that point (unless Dream was online lmao). Lots of Punz watching too tbh when he was active on DSMP (and now, I've been watching Punz for a long time). Later on, still lots of Tubbo, more Tommy, I just kinda hopped onto whoever's stream at the time errrr I will not lie i was kinda a no life DSMP watcher for like all of 2020. Later on I watched a lot of Sam, Foolish, and Bad when they were the main three logging on. But yeah, basically whoever I could lmao
26. If c!Dream had to spend the rest of his life around only one other DSMP character, which one would you choose for him?

Is c!Sam losing an eye from his death canon or fanon? 🤔 I know a lot of of people headcanon c!Quackity losing an eye/tooth from his canon death, but as far as I can tell that's never been explicitly confirmed one way or another aside from his scar. Also it kinda doesn't... make sense from a mechanics standpoint? Because what about Techno getting an anvil dropped on his head? Or c!Tommy getting shot in the forehead (I think?) during his and Dream's duel? If we went be the same logic, they'd both have serious brain damage after such bad head trauma, but they're both doing just fine, so why wouldn't things like eyes and teeth regenerate, too? I get that it LOOKS cool from a character design standpoint, but I don't really get the logic of how anything aside from maybe some scarring works within the 3 death respawn mechanic. (Also, does this mean that c!Dream can check "mutilated someone" off his bucket list if it turns out c!Sam did lose an eyeball? Or does that not count? 🤔)
It’s canon, cc!Sam confirmed in a stream that c!Sam’s got a matching scar, and that he lost an eye and made a robotic prosthetic. (If anyone’s got the clip, feel free to link.) and yeah, I’d say that counts as c!Dream’s first mutilation! Good for he, we stan 🥰🥰🥰
As far as permanent injuries for other characters, it’s… a bit of a free-for-all. Obviously c!Quackity’s got his canonical scar, which is even visible on his skin design. c!Ponk has a missing arm. The idea that canon deaths leave permanent marks is somewhere between accepted canon and headcanon, because it’s been explicitly confirmed by cc’s/referenced in canon for certain characters, and not really been talked about for others.
It certainly does seem like respawn from canonical death tends to fix most things from a mechanical perspective but will tend to leave a mark/perhaps lasting damage. Eg, no brain damage from a pick through c!Q’s skull, but a scar over his face. I think the logic works—it simply takes more energy to recover from a true death, and the universe wants to show that there’s evidence.
Basically, how I view it is that the logic behind a death system that distinguishes between deaths with weight and those without would certainly seem to imply the same for massive injury.

So canon c!DNF moments they’re there if people care to remember them. None of these are in like a timeline really. All RP character tags implied here:
George who quite literally could not give less of a fuck about politics on the server going to war with Dream without a second thought. As opposed to Sapnap who wanted to be on Tommy’s side before he was told no Americans allowed.
Dream promised George everything the sun touches much to Sapnap’s vocal annoyance (shout out to cc!Tommy for not knowing that was a Lion King quote)
Tommy figured they should rob George and Tubbo pointed out that he and Dream having something going on ‘like boyfriends’ Quackity said
George always went to Dream for protection and canonically thought he would always be safe if Dream was by his side.
After the Fuck Spirit Speech™ Sapnap went to Tommy to ask him if Dream really didn’t care about him. Tommy’s response was “he cares about George if that makes you feel any better”
The dethronement arc. Dream said he was doing it to protect George who had been attacked by Technoblade. And George didn’t believe him but like really Dream didn’t have much reason to dethrone George. (This is cause meta cc!George wanted out of the main plot so they just yanked his character out of it without much finesse)
Now arguable if Dream was waiting for a reason (most likely) but Exile was started because of Tommy griefing George’s house
During exile Tommy was taunting Dream over the discs and mentioned George as well.
Same vein in the prison Tommy cried out to Sam that Dream wouldn’t stop talking about George. Which we all know cc!Tommy is a filthy DNFer but that shouldn’t mean he’s breaking character when every single other line with him begging to get out is considered canon. Maybe c!Tommy is a DNFer too okay?
Dream asks for info on everyone all the time but never George. In fact he goes silent when asked about George. Main case Sapnap confronting him in Tubbo’s basement over the armor. “You remember George don’t you? I bet he misses you a whole lot.” “i bet he does” Like that conversation was unprompted Sapnap was trying to get under Dream’s skin and it kinda worked. He went from non stop rambling to dead silence for a moment.
When Ghost Mexican Dream came back Sapnap and George took him to the prison. George wouldn’t go inside with them. And when Sapnap was explaining Dream was in prison for being bad, George was silent in the background messing around with water. George most vocal reaction to anything about Dream was a shocked “what?” when Sapnap said Dream destroyed the community house. When asked MD asked George if he trusted Sapnap his response was ‘i guess’ despite being a long time friend and living with him.
Every time he passed the prison George would stop to stare at the entrance before leaving. Quackity even spotted him lingering once
George dreamt of having Dream return to him out of prison and getting the shield back and they would frolick in the waterfalls and go live in Kinoko and be happy together.
George is seemingly the one person who has trouble telling DreamXD and Dream apart. He also seems to treat XD as a placeholder for Dream.
George was overjoyed to get Dream’s shield back and Karl knew how much it meant to him. They hid the shield from Sapnap not trusting he wouldn’t try and steal it. George keeps it safe in his ender chest and is easily his most precious belonging.
Like c!DNF is there of course more meta we have cc!Dream’s fanart likes. The story makes it pretty obvious it’s a backing relationship. One that’s important to c!Dream and essential to c!George.

There was apparently some interesting Foolish lore yesterday that I missed, so time for my notes on it!
The part of interest starts around 02:06:27 if not a bit before and it starts with Foolish wanting to take a break from building to destroy stuff. The prison is stuff in this case.
(Phil and Quackity in chat my beloveds <3, Quackity kept dying)
So, Foolish’s plan here is to break Dream out in the hopes that there will be a bounty in case of recapture (hopefully some gold) which, as we know, is not the case. The actual reaction would be Sam hunting down whoever freed him until they’re completely dead
Foolish does get a few blocks into the mining. Like, quite a few blocks... Sam never notices
“Somewhere in there there’s a green boy, that’s probably worth a lot of money” Foolish has his priorities in order
(Just to clarify, Quackity wasn’t in on it and Foolish hesitated in telling him what he was doing)
(Reminder that Quackity is very much Sam’s ally and generally respects his strength enough to not want to risk having him as an enemy)
After that Foolish decides to cover the hole he made up, but remember where he put it
(Very, VERY interesting exchange)
(Foolish truly often fails to think about things long term. He’s similar to Tommy in that aspect)

(Another reminder from Quackity that Sam is indeed working with them and that he doesn’t wanna lose that partnership)
(Quackity left right after this, they haven’t had the meeting yet, but it’s probably gonna be soon, and there is a possibility that Quackity may reveal to the other members of Las Nevadas what he’s been doing with the prison)
After that conversation Foolish wondered for a bit if freeing Dream could be beneficial to Las Nevadas as Dream would most likely go after their competition, but quickly discards the idea noting that it would come to bite them in the ass very quickly. It would be quicker than he thinks actually, since he doesn’t know about Quackity’s extra-curricular prison visits...
“I’m not trying to be best friends with the guy, again I’m just trying to... you know what I mean?” The amount of times he had to specify both that he doesn’t like Dream and that he doesn’t have anything against Tommy and is only interested in profit was something else... and also having to specify that he’s not canonically Dream’s brother as Puffy is not Dream’s mom. People say that c!Tommy enthusiasts are annoying with the family dynamics, but I’ve only seen this type of sh*t with c!Dream actually
Final thoughts under the cut
It wasn’t much, but it is really interesting. Apparently there will be either a meet-up between Quackity, Sam and Foolish or between the Las Nevadas crew soon, and that’s bound to be a pretty lorey stream.
Then there are a few points that people seem not to want to get through their head:
1) Foolish and Puffy are not canonically Dream’s family. Neither of them even likes him. Please people, stop trying to bring it up every time they so much as mention him.
2) Foolish is not part of Snowchester anymore. He’s not allied with them and he’s not even particularly friends with them. The biggest tie he has with them is being slightly upset about Tubbo and Ranboo commissioning the Mansion and then ending up never using it.
3) He doesn’t actually particularly dislike Tommy at all. He has confirmed multiple times that he didn’t want to damage Tommy’s house as it’s “the nicest thing he’s built” (I would argue that to be the outpost by the prison, but everyone has different tastes I suppose). He also helped him getting Shroud and generally hang out with him when “cleaning up” the server.
4) He IS a member of Las Nevadas and yes, he was manipulated into joining, but he does genuinely care right now. He respects Quackity and one of the things he wondered with the whole “breaking Dream out of prison” thing is if it would benefit his community as a whole. Also his main motive to do stuff is acquiring more gold which kinda aligns with their whole money aesthetic. You wanting him to go back to Snowchester or to join Dream isn’t gonna change that, drop it.
Generally his chat is pretty chill honestly, but yesterday really wasn’t it.

Manhunt Interrogation AU, continuation:
Aww a big sleepover at the end is adorable — but why wait that log for everyone to join in? :)
Dream’s terrified, because he’s tied up in the middle of the Community House in front of half the server as they all openly discuss what to do to get him to talk. Sam and Quackity are similarly nervous because both of them remember what happened Last Time. Everyone else is oblivious, and their contributions are feeding into their anxieties (especially Dream’s) and making things Worse. Sam and Quackity keep vetoing every idea they’ve got, and people are getting impatient.
Then Sapnap gets an idea, and because every other idea has been vetoed so far he doesn’t ask first. And soon pretty much everyone else joins in — except for Sam and Quackity, who are now kind of panicking because they’re scared that the others are gonna go too far.
Then Dream starts crying and everyone immediately also panics because what if they DID go too far and they untie him and hug him and try to comfort him as the interrogation ends, but as soon as he’s able to Dream willingly spills everything as he bawls into Sapnap’s arms. Sleepover and cuddles ensue.
ok i absolutely adore that it’s sapnap’s idea 😭 like he’s just so impatient but also knows dream pretty well. he just picks a tactic that he knows works on dream from their early-stage smp shenanigans.

it’s also cute and convenient that dream is tied to the chair (purely out of fear that he’d try to run away again). but yep, it means he’s reliant purely on vocal reasoning to diminish sapnap’s plan, which he already knows never ends well. his giggles start up the minute that sap starts to approach, spitting out warnings and swivelling in his seat. but sap just claims that it’ll be just like old times. he moves around behind dream’s chair and leans over the back of it, resting his head on dream’s shoulder and gently starting out with a few pokes to dream’s torso. dream whines out his complaint, but is quick to fall into giggles, tapping his feet into the floor. it doesn’t help that sap knows all his spots, and it doesn’t help that the feeling of his old friend over his shoulder is still so comforting to him — despite the masses of shit that had happened between the two since the last time he had felt this
i like the touch that sam and quackity are the ones to make sure that people don’t go too far when others start to join in :(( like just standing back to make sure that he’s never too crowded, and that they’re not being too rough with him. it’s just cute and ironic that his ex-torturers are the ones looking out for him. they even untie him so that he can batt at everyone’s hands and sit more comfortably
and then yes, your original line of “turns out tickling isn’t great for making him talk, but it’s kinda nice to hear him laugh anyway.” starts to kick in. where everyone starts to realise that dream just simply isn’t going to talk, and so they just make the most of hearing him laugh. they switch to reassurance and comforting lines, and gush about how they’ve missed his laugh and how they’re so happy to have him back. they’ve all missed this. the tickles soften to playful/gentler methods, and dreams laughter follows suit, dying down to bubbly giggles.
and then the tears 😭 tears of relief coz he actually starts believing that they want to help 😭 my heart it just breaks at this part. and the idea of him crying in sapnap’s arms after the longest time without having a hug from his ‘brother’ is so cute :(( it feels so needed that he starts crying even more.
soup + cuddles + slumber party. the world begins to heal. can i write the lore. why couldn’t they just end like this

Djhdhdjdjd ok ok so imagine this- Revivebur tries to find his darling. But darling joined Las Nevadas with fundy and is like a performer in the casino (idk what's happening currently in the lore cuz I'm so out of the loop rn but i do know that there's a casino for sure-) like they used to give like wholesome vibes but now-?
Bruh they did a whole ass glow up and they now give Jessica Rabbit vibes. And as soon as Revivebur recives word where his darling is, man practically yeeted himself into the casino, where his darling is currently all dolled up, all pretty like a newly bought Barbie doll on the stage..

Basically this is the first time He hears his Darling sing, and man literally falls in love all over again. And he just simps so hard for them, and is oh so desperate to get them back, but darling is like "bitch my feelings died the moment the Wilbur I knew was gone-". (I tried to think of a more badass line but I'm tired ha-)

the darling would absolutely take no shit from revivebur. what he did during the festival broke them and they felt as if they would never get the wilbur that they knew and love back.
when ghostbur is around, the darling allows herself to feel pity for the ghost. even though they know that ghostbur isnt their lover, theyre willing to let him believe that. at some times darling even believes that ghostbur is as close to their lover that theyll ever get so they let themselves feel like their lover.
darling joins las nevadas without telling ghostbur alongside fundy. even if fundy always acted defensive towards the darling due to how step kids can be at first, he warmed up to them really quickly. he doesnt know where hed be if they werent still besides him.
enough of that, revivebur. when darling hears that wilbur was revived, their first concern was fundy. they loved him more than they loved themself so they had to make sure he was alright. when both darling and fundy process the news, they both agree on hiding in las nevadas. it wouldnt be hard considering they already lived their, but they would definitely work on limiting their interactions with others outside of the country.
revivebur is almost immediately on the hunt for you. its been forever and his memories as ghostbur are a little foggy. he asks tommy where you are, but he doesnt know. so revivebur goes around the entire smp asking for where you are. some people (cough cough eret) would refuse to even tell him if they knew or not! its skeppy that tells where you are. not only is revivebur curious about the new country, but hes also curious as to why you're working with quackity. you and him never really got along.
its at nightime when he stumbles inside the casino and he's immediately blown away at the sound of your wonderful voice (second time jve wrote that today.) he feels like hes 20 years younger! (canon revivebur is 40+. don't believe me? check tommys first stream after c!wilbur was revived.) it feels like hes falling in love all over again.
eventually you head inside a door to the side and wilbur waits until the bodyguard (lets be honest, its just sam or purpled 😭) in front of the door has looked away to sneak past. it seems to just be a plain dressing room.
you turn at the sound of the door opening and immediately glare at wilbur. you werent worried about yourself, you were worried about your son. you would not let wilbur hurt him again.
"what do you want, wilbur?" he laughs and shrugs.
"what? im not able to see my wife? come here," he teases as he tries to pull you into a hug. you immediately back away and glare at him harder.
"dont lay a hand on me. i am not your wife and fundy isnt your son. get out," you hissed as wilbur stared down at you in disbelief. he lets out a breathy laugh.
"what? what do you mean youre not my wife?"
"i mean, im not your wife," you spoke, your tone laced in venom. you were even angrier than before. he didnt even care about fundy.
"youre being ridiculous. we have never gotten divorced," he mumbled. his anger was slowly starting to show through. you had to get him out.
"...."
"...."
"get out. before i scream," you responded. unfortunately, the one thing your outfit didnt come with was a dagger.
"i dont see what your issue is. love, do you have any idea how much i missed you? no one would tell me where you were and i was worried sick! now, im here and im trying to make things right and youre just trying to kick me out?" he took one step towards you and that was it for you.
"SAM!"
it took one shout for sam to come in. he had wilbur restrained immediately.
"will, you say we never got divorced. so, i would like to declare this our last conversation as lovers."
he gave a sharp inhale and stared you down as sam dragged him out of the casino.
he couldnt even give two shits about fundy.
this turned out so much longer than necessary. 😭
