Soooo! After a long time, I have finally decided to show you all my ror OC 👉🏻👈🏻😳 obviously, she is a Moon Goddess eheheh
NOTE: Tanit has actually already appeared as the reader in this story, so some of you may have already read about her. The creation of this OC took place in conjunction with the fic, and what was supposed to remain as the reader eventually became something more.
Tanit, Moon Goddess of Carthage (ROR OC)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
🌙 Appearance
Tanit is the Goddess of Love, Fertility and Moon, Mother Goddess and tutelary deity of city of Carthage (Phoenician emporium on the coast of Tunisia). Goddess with an ambivalent face, gentle and sweet with those who ask for her help as ruthless and terrible with her enemies, she appears as a tall and buxom deity, always dressed in red, gold and black. On her head is the diadem with the same symbol reproduced everywhere in Carthage; her pale skin always emanates a soft clarity, while her tears are reputed to cure infertility.
🌙 Past...
Tanit was born as a simple lunar deity: her role was to accompany the moon on its nocturnal journey and look after the mothers of all species and their offspring.
Her fortunes changed following a incident in which she unwittingly deprived the king of his pantheon of his military honors and the city of Carthage began to venerate her as its patroness and main goddess; this provoked a war among the gods which culminated in the burning of Carthage, the exile of Tanit and the death of her husband, who had tried to defend her. Alone, abandoned among the ruins of the city, the goddess did not lose heart and decided to live among the citizens and help them rebuild everything: and so Carthage reborn from its ashes and became even more splendid and powerful than before. Tanit's power extended into the Mediterranean and touched many coastal areas; however… however, her fortunes took a sharp turn again when the couple of priest and priestess who tended her main temple, and with whom she had a relationship, died of old age, and the goddess was unable to face the pain of this loss. At this point, in fact, she left Carthage and began to wander the world, unrecognizable: her skin was black, her eyes were blind and wherever the moon went, instead of illuminating, it darkened, showing everyone the pain of her lady.
In this state, the sacred sources say, she was found by the God of Lightnings Indra: she attacked him first, seeing in him an enemy, and he was forced to fight until he was able to defeat her and took her with him to the Hindu Pantheon, which welcomed and worked hard to heal her pain.
🌙... And present
After centuries and centuries, Tanit has recovered from her pain and now lives in close contact with the Hindu gods, who consider her as a sister. She is afraid of love because she fears suffering again, however she can't help but adore Benzaiten and doesn't disdain the attentions of Shiva, who spoils and pampers her a little too much for being just a friend. She believes that her fate has no surprises for her, yet, once again, something changes and it does during Ragnarok (which secretly sees her side with men): after the Fifth Fight, the goddess meets for the first time the God of the Storms Rudra, the much-named companion of Shiva, and her beliefs are put to the test.
Also, she is close to Marte.
🌙 Names
Lady of Carthage, Moon of Carthage, Great Moon, Great Moon Mother
🌙 More about the character
She always breastfeeds orphans and cubs, animals and humans. Her breasts are always full of milk;
When she feels strong emotions, especially during sex, her eyes ooze silver and golden tears;
Under her dresses, she wears a lot of golden chains and jewels. This gold is strong, infused with her blessing and the love of her city because it is made by the goldsmiths of Carthage, and cannot be broken;
For some centuries, when a moon cycle is about to ending and starting anew, a little black moon can be seen floating near Tanit. It is a sort of emanation with its own thoughts and personality, and helps the goddess to protect herself and the others in this delicate phase. This fellow is a mischievous one and takes its duty very seriously, so when it is present nobody can approach Tanit, or it will attack and bite. Its name is Hannibal, like the strongest general of Carthage, and it loves and respects only its lady.

Chapter One: A Vengeful Spirit?
-News had quickly spread, and with it, rumors, threats, and everything else in between, about the strongest in the Hindu pantheon would be marrying a human female.
-A few, bold, women had approached Shiva or one of the other gods, and goddesses, in question, volunteering themselves, but so far there has been nothing but refusals.
-These women seemed to be only after wealth or power or the attention that this situation was gathering, and Shiva had to step in a few times with other gods, some from his own pantheon and some from others, went after the women, going to harass or hurt them.
-Shiva was quick to announce, first to his closest members of his family, as soon they would be a family, bound together by one human female, as the other gods were expecting it, that a woman had not been chosen and would be announced by only him once a decision had been made.
-That did help with not only the pushy women, but with the angry gods, everyone backing off.
-Shiva had been in a foul mood for the past several days, after this whole situation had been started, but he did his best not to snap at anyone, not his darling wives, not Ganesha, and not any of the others in the same boat he was in.
-A servant entered, holding a letter, “I have a letter for you, Lord Shiva. It’s from the Shinto pantheon!”
-Shiva had been refusing letters, as most had been proposal letters, but he instantly sat up with a grin, taking the letter and opening it, “It’s from Raiden! Let’s see- oh! Hey guys, do you want to go to the Shinto pantheon with me? Raiden’s having a drinking party and wants us to come to get our minds off this marriage thing! He even said he’ll spar with any of us if we want to!”
-Desperate for a distraction from this situation, they all agreed, deciding to go, leaving Ganesha who turned his nose up at drinking, wanting to stay and read, which his parents allowed, promising they would be back later on and headed out.
-Raiden and the other rikishi cheered loudly when Shiva and his family arrived, lifting their glasses in cheers and for the first time in several days, Shiva relaxed, instantly grinning.
-Kojiro was at the party as well, greeting many of the gods warmly, handing them their own cups before pouring sake, “Drink up!”
-It was less than an hour later when Shiva and Raiden found themselves on the wrap around porch, sitting just outside the party, sharing a jug of sake together.
-Shiva shivered lightly as he downed his next shot, setting his cup down, leaning back on two of his hands, enjoying the cool air coming from the snow topped mountains in the Shinto pantheon.
-Raiden, seeing his friend was not drinking, set his own glass down, in solidarity, which Shiva sent a small nod to before Raiden breathed in, “How are you all holding up?”
-Shiva scowled lightly, not really wanting to talk about the situation but he couldn’t bring himself to snap at his friend, who was just worried about him and his family.
-It was a few moments before Shiva answered, tilting his head back, “Honestly I’m still pissed, that stupid geezer is forcing this on to not only me, but my wives, my best friend, and those I’m closest with. It’s not like…” he trailed off, sitting up so his legs were dangling off the side of the porch, two of his hands coming to the back of his head as he let out a deep sigh, “It’s not like with my wives, I fell in love with them, not this arranged marriage crap we’re dealing with now because he wants me to find someone quickly. And on top of it all, she has to be shared amongst the ten of us… I- I don’t feel right forcing a woman to do something like this.”
-Raiden said nothing, instead patting his friend on the back firmly, silently letting him know he was there for the god, which Shiva appreciated.
-Shiva fell back, instantly regretting it as he stared up at the back of Raiden’s head and the ceiling, his vision now spinning from all the booze, a soft groan leaving him before he threw an arm over his eyes, blocking out his vision.
-Raiden then spoke down, turning his head, “If you’re really being forced to do this, have you thought about asking someone for a recommendation of a wife?”
-Shiva didn’t answer, breathing out a bit harshly, trying to calm his spinning head, “Not sure who I could really ask for recommendations about a human wife.”
-Raiden immediately pouted, falling back and laying on his side, facing Shiva, “Oh no~ whatever shall you do? The mighty Shiva has no one he can turn to in this trying time~”
-Shiva sent Raiden a well-deserved glare, but the giant man just grinned at him, taking the punch in the shoulder with a grain of salt.
-Raiden snickered lightly, sitting back up and Shiva slowly did the same, trying to keep his head from spinning too much before Raiden offered his advice, “If it was me personally, I would ask Kojiro, or maybe Kondo or Okita. You could marry a Japanese woman! That way we’d be cousins- sort of!”
-His honesty and lighthearted take on the situation did help Shiva, finding it refreshing, knowing Raiden’s words meant more to him than not.
-Shiva nodded softly, “I’ll at least think on it. I’ll ask the others what they all think tomorrow. I can’t think right now because my head is killing me.”
-Raiden roared with laughter, which made Shiva roll his eyes as he playfully pouted before they returned inside, grinning as people on both sides were starting to knock out, Kali kicking ass in a drinking contest against the still standing Rikishi, not at all bothered by the booze as she was a legendary strong drinker.
-They remained the night, passing out in Raiden’s massive home, grateful that they didn’t need to make the trek home, and were treated to a breakfast feast of rice, miso soup, and rolled eggs, which helped many with their nausea.
-Shiva groaned, “I’m never drinking with you again.” Raiden laughed lightly, finding the hangover daze around his home rather amusing.
-Durga, who had seen the pickled plums, thinking they were just dried fruit, took one and instantly her mouth puckered, whining, “It’s so sour!!” some laughed at her, before she glared and shoved one into Rudra’s mouth and instantly his lips were puckering, eyes watering as well, before he shook it off as he managed to get it down, “Hey that actually felt pretty good. It was like a shock to the system!”
-The Hindu table, which also included Raiden, fell quiet while they ate, before they heard some of the other rikishi speaking, “You didn’t tell your wife you weren’t going to be home?!”
-A few heads turned to the argument as one of the older men chuckled, patting the younger one on the back, “Be careful boy, or Higanbana-hime will come for you for mistreating your wife!”
-A few shivers went through the room at the mention of his unknown person, as she had been known to scold and discipline, rather than killing, neglectful husbands here in Valhalla.
-The younger man looked up, “She wouldn’t come here right? Or do you think she’s waiting at home for me?!” he began to panic and the elder rikishi just laughed, “Just pick up some flowers on the way home and apologize, your wife should forgive you!”
-Varuna looked over at Raiden, “Who were they talking about, Higanbana-hime?” Raiden just chuckled, lifting his hands like he was telling a scary story, “She’s a woman who many regard as a vengeful spirit, as she hunts down and punishes abusive husbands. That’s what she did on earth, now she just disciplines them for their wives.”
-Kojiro, who joined the table, having finished eating as many of them were done as well, laughed lightly, “But she doesn’t like being referred to as a vengeful spirit, she’s just a maiden carrying out justice on those who deserves it.”
-Raiden wasn’t at all bothered, as he had met her several times before, as did Kojiro as Parvati spoke, “So she is a warrior?”
-Kojiro nodded, sipping his tea, “Yeah she’s a swordswoman, pretty damn strong too, handed my ass to me several times.” Raiden just grinned, going to tease him for being a loser but Kojiro cut him off at the pass, “And she’s managed to beat Raiden once or twice two with marital arts.”
-Shiva laughed as he looked over at the pouting Raiden, annoyed that he had been called out before the two Japanese men shared a small smile, forgiving each other.
-Once their meal was done Shiva thanked Raiden for the fun time before heading back home to sleep off the rest of their hangovers.
-On the way, Shiva asked his family, “Raiden suggested we take a recommendation about a wife, he volunteered Kojiro or those two swordsmen, Okita or Kondo. What are your thoughts about getting someone recommended?”
-They all knew they were being pressured to find someone soon, as they wanted to deal with the issues with these angry gods sooner rather than later, most of them annoyed with the idea of all of them getting married to one human female to share.
-Indra spoke, after taking a long drag of his cigarette, “Wouldn’t hurt, would at least give us a starting point of where to look for one.”
-Many of the others agreed the same thing, giving the job to Shiva to reach back out to Raiden to get his assistance in getting in contact with the men he suggested.
-Ganesha was happy to have them all back as they all collapsed in the massive throne room, lounging in the huge pillow pile, reading quietly beside his sleeping mother as she cuddled him.
-Shiva sent the letter and was quick to fall back into his large sitting pillow, almost instantly falling asleep to await his friend’s response.

As the galaxy like hair followed throughout the universe. As her star like eyes stares at the Valhalla Council making their decision. Whether humanity should lived or not.
Thus when the decision was make the being couldn't help but laugh causing the nearby universes to shake.
As their laughing stop their eyes we're cast by a shadow.
"All this time the reason i keep the universe alive is because of Humanity. " As the being could only sigh. As they look into he being on their side shrouded by darkness.
"Well chaos let's make visit a visit that they will never forget. "

Guys I got my Buddha x OC commission by the amazingly talented @/nieca5 on Instagram and I love it so much 🥺🥺🥺🥺
My OC, Isolde, is a Valkyrie & the daughter of Freya and a demigod, making her about 3/4 god. As her divine powers haven't manifested yet, instead of helping the other Valkyries to guide the human souls to Valhalla, she greets them there once they arrive. While the gods who held her position before would often intimidate the humans and remind them of their place, Isolde understands herself as more of a glorified tour guide, often presenting her introduction of the realm as an extravagant musical number.
She has a Disney Princess demeanor and adores her once human partner with all her heart. Her best friends on the other hand are Nostradamus and Apollo and they're a disaster trio. Sometimes they partake in the musical numbers.

Hercules walks you home after a mission, but Buddha has *cough cough* company over
(Y/n): “thank you for walking me home, sorry we didn’t make much progress today.”
Hercules: “don’t worry about it, as long as we keep doing our best, we’ll figure out a plan!”
(Y/n): *giggles* “I’m glad you have enough confidence for the both of us.”
Hercules: “get plenty of rest, I’ll see you tomorrow!”
(Y/n): “yeah goodnight-……I can’t go in.”
Hercules: *confused* “did you forget your key?”
(Y/n): “no… the drapes are pulled…Buddha only closes the curtain drapes when he has…a friend over.”
Hercules: *still confused*
(Y/n): “it’s like a neck tie on the door knob.”
Hercules: *even more confused* “…oh”
*Buddhas voice from inside the house:* “don’t be shy, ya know you like it~”

A Fair Lady indeed.
The armored figure grabs the rosary from their chest, breaking the chain.
Fighting for god brought them nothing but death and the hot flames of the bonfire, now they want to kill humanity!?  unforgivable, if that's what God wants, unfortunately, the sword cannot allow it.
Throwing the symbol of their faith to the ground.
It was no longer for God, but for humanity.
Silence, the arena was silent.
The blue flames around the armored figure, the sword in the shape of a cross, rising from the fire.
"Ladies and Gentlemans, Gods and Goddesses and others, the represent of humanity is The warrior who died in the name of God, but even so was not heard by him, or any other god, The Witch!!!"
The armored figure reveals the face, the face of a woman, thrusting her sword into the ground and the flames around her die.
"JOANA D'ARC!"

This is just another request but could I please ask for Adam and Eve
But how are they react to a Kianna reader
Distancing herself from Adam due to her being a god
And simply thinks he despises her
And her being unable to look Eve in the eye without being reminded of yui
A/N: I love writing for Adam, and writing for Eve is a first, so I apologize @nunezs-stuff if she may be OOC. But, anyways, enjoy~~

🍎 He saw you the day he and Eve were sent down to Earth
🍎 Adam noticed how when you saw him at Ragnarok how you shifted eyes away from him and seemed to run away everytime he tried speaking to you
🍎 It made him frustrated, but he kept it below the surface
🍎 When Adam finally caught you and asked you why you were avoiding him, as normally Gods just speak humans off before leaving
🍎 Hearing how you feared he hated you since you sided with the Gods at first and failed in keeping both him and Eve in Valhalla
🍎 Adam just sighed and began to comfort you as if you were on of his children, which you were at first
🍎 Best comforter, and best father figure✅

🍃 When you first met her, you didn’t pay her much recognition, as you were being stared at by the Gods for your vote in their banishment
🍃 But, when you saw Eve after Adam’s fight, crying in the hallway without her sons in sight, you had a glimpse of Yui in her
🍃 It made you feel guilty for everything you had done against humanity
🍃 Adam cared for them all, but he mainly cared for his wife and family
🍃 You walked up to her, despite your body’s pleas of running away
🍃 Hugging her as she sobbed made her remember holding Yui close as she cried about the brothers, the ones you killed that night
🍃 You swore to protect humanity after that moment, finally understanding Adam’s words that day

Note: I got inspired by my own feelings? Mostly sadness cause i just tried to put feelings into words.
𓆩♡𓆪
How long has it been since the last time he saw you? He doesn’t remember, all he knows is that he knows that’s it’s way too long. Loki closed his eyes and plopped onto his bed. The feeling of regret and embarrassment flooding over him. How could he ever show his face? Not only did he piss off the gods by wanting to side with Brunhilde, his wife divorced him in the process which only pissed the Nordic gods more, but some gods of other pantheons too. The image of the other gods looking at him with pity worried him more than their anger. Odin had been quiet but his silence spoke enough for him to know that he shouldn’t do anything reckless. Thor could only look at him with pity, he was never one to show many emotions but it was clearer than ever. Though, he rather had Thor’s pity than the anger of his gold haired wife Sif, who could possibly murder him with one gaze of her anger. It felt as if everyone was against him, and it bothered him greatly. He couldn’t help but feel even more emotions, it scared him. How could someone as mischievous as him feel like this? He never cared how other’s felt by his antics…so why does he care now? He didn’t know. He never felt this way…not until now…He sighed again and put his arm over his eyes. He felt a wave of strong emotions overwhelm him, in a way to hold himself together he bit his lower lip very hard. He was sure that was going to leave a mark. He closed his eyes wanting to get away from everything. The feelings. The hurt. The confusion of what he feels.
Loki felt his eyes water a bit and pushed himself of the bed. He paced around the room a bit. His hands finding it’s way to his face. His breath got heavier. The realization and the weight of the situation getting even more intense. It feels suffocating, it felt as if there were a million hands on his body, all representing things it could be. Guilt? Regret? Hurt? Realization? He couldn’t pin point it. But there was one that he could…one that made him suffocate….The hands gripping on his neck, it felt as of someone was choking him…or was it to tell hom that it was his really his fault? Or was it to tell him that the guilt was weighing on him? He tried his best, he really tried, to not let the suffocation get to him. But it got too much…so much and he bursted in tears. It looked so pathetic doesn’t it? A person who hurt others crying for something he done. Knowing he can’t take it back. Knowing he’ll have to live with this guilt. The guilt of hurting his Sigyn, the guilt of his family being broken up because of him. The guilt of the pantheon losing a precursor Valkyrie because of him, the guilt of acting as of he is a victim, when in reality he is the one who hurt her. It’s pathetic. So pathetic. A god isn’t supposed to be like this. A god doesn’t cry. A god doesn’t show mercy or remorse. A god doesn’t care what he does. Especially not the Loki, the got of mischief. Then why was he here doing all the things he wasn’t supposed to do? Why was he being pathetic? Is he pathetic?
He doesn’t know. He can’t deny, not confirm. All of this is too much. It’s too much. He can’t handle it. He can’t. It’s too suffocating, too heavy, too strong, too confusing. He doesn’t know. He takes deep breaths. Trying to keep himself together. His breath slowly steadied…a bitter laugh escaping his lips as he lets himself fall to the ground, his back against the wall. Is this what it feels like? ‘Is this what you felt at that moment Sigyn?’ He understands now. It’s a dark pit. A void. A void that crushes you heart, it makes you feel so much yet nothing at the same time. It’s simple yet complicated. It can be your milestone and you’ll get out stronger…or it’ll be your end. He sighed again and pulled himself to his feet. Loki’s eyes drifted to a portrait. A portrait of her. How could he ever have done this to her? She was a strong woman, even when she was human, a Valkyrie or a goddess, during all of them she was strong. He felt so much guilt, instead of being the one she can rely on, the one she can turn to, he was the one who ended up being the one who hurted her. He hated that. He hated that he ever liked brunhilde. He only liked her because she represented his wife. Brunhilde had her own lover and her loyalty to him. He hated it. He hated what he did, he hated what he caused. But above all he hated himself. Loki walked up to the painting, his fingers lingering on the dried paint. It touched it as of it could crack if he put to much pressure. His eyes scanned over the painting, taking in every detail. Her hair, her face, her eyes, her lips, everything. He needs to remember it. He needs to know. He needs to see her again. He must. He has to. Yet he can’t. He’s to scared. To afraid. Afraid of facing what he caused. Afraid of seeing hurt and sadness in her eyes that once held love and kindness for him.
Loki felt his stomach drop. He began to doubt everything. What if he wasn’t going to see her again. What if she moved on…then…he has nothing left. He’ll lose everything. He doesn’t want it. He knows now. He knows. He knows that he wants only her and not Brunhilde….is it to late? Too late to say sorry? Too late to tell her how much he loves her…how much he would take it all back? Too late to choose for her? He doesn’t want that to happen… He suddenly realized that he was gripping the golden frame of the painting too hard. He missed her…he can’t explain it. This room…this floor…this palace…it doesn’t feel like home anymore… he sighs and softly pressed his forehead against the glass of the painting. He won’t hear her laughs anymore. He won’t see her smile or her scoff when he pulls a prank, he won’t see her look at him again…he won’t see her enjoy the nature of the Norse landscape again… Loki’s form trembled against the painting. That’s right. What made this a home. His home. Was her. She was the one that felt as of he was at home…not the palace or the broken memories they shared…Just her. She was enough.
Parallel lines never meet. They go on forever and ever, but never touch. Same goes for perpendicular lines. They meet once, but they’ll drift apart forever…perhaps they were meant to drift apart…

Dreams of Days, Whispers of Nights ☀️🌕 Night ⁓ Earth
Tumblr media
🌲Characters: Sakata Kintoki; Musa of Parthia (OC); Buddha
🌲Pairing: Kintoki x Musa (implied Buddha x Musa)
🌲Warnings: very light mention of abuses (not from the Ror characters or Musa!), trauma, hurt/comfort, implied sex
🌲Notes: Musa is the OC of @yellolbruhsstuff, who gave me the permission to write about her. For now, very little is known about Kintoki, but I tried to not make him too OOC (based on what we saw)
🌲
Musa of Parthia is the Night itself: beautiful, seductive, velvety… unpredictable. Looking at her is like staring into a deep well trying to catch sight of its bottom, only to then realize that it is not possible to do so, even if she wanted to: there is too much that moves behind her gaze, among dreams and desires, aspirations and all that that queen of men manages to hide, that the energies are not enough to face the test.
Musa of Parthia is also the Daylight: intense, sparkling and unstoppable, she drags along those she meets on her way and does not allow any escape, planting her large blue eyes in those of her victim and shaking her long brown braids like a child, the freckles that look like tiny gems in the sun and as she purses her mouth in a frown, while keeping at bay what must not be revealed…
Something, however, occasionally emerges of its own accord.
«SAKATA KINTOKI! Is it possible to know where you were? I’ve been looking for you everywhere! Is this how you behave with a queen? AND THERE IS ALSO BUDDHA! OY, YOU TWO, DON’T PRETEND YOU DIDN’T HEAR ME!»
Buddha remains motionless for a moment, then smiles at hearing the voice clawing at his shoulders and, not at all disturbed or frightened, closes his eyes to better enjoy the night air which is reaching that peaceful place where no one, in theory, should arrive. Especially at that time of night.
At his side, Kintoki gives a slight smile in turn and raises the head towards the young woman, who is marching towards them and meanwhile looks at both terribly, her face flushed and made almost supernatural in the light that radiates from the roman lamp that she holds out in front of her, her free hand clenched into a fist. «So? Are you going to spend the rest of the night just like two amoebas, or are you going to apologize for leaving me alone?»
«Actually it was you who kicked us out of bed because you wanted to sleep», comments Buddha, rubbing his back against the grass of the hillock and grinning slightly, before opening one eye and looking at the queen with a sly expression, «or you don’t remember it anymore, Musa-chan?» The god takes a better look at her, then sits up and his smirk fades a little as he watches Musa’s contracted posture and the quivering of her skin. «Are you feeling cold? We can―»
«I’m fine.» Musa’s dry and peremptory tone silences the other; instead Kintoki moves, leaving space for the queen to sit next to him: a warm, discreet and safe place, which retains his smell and the feeling of calm that up to that moment dwelt there. «Come here», the warrior murmurs, gently tapping the grass, «and forgive us for disappearing like this.»
The young woman just snorts ― apology fully accepted ―, then she lets herself fall where Kintoki sat before, crosses her arms and legs and closes her eyes, leaving out them and all the darkness that surrounds her. What she has inside is already enough.
«Hmmmm, I think I’ll go to sleep, since now the bed is free! Enjoy the night, you two!», finally comments Buddha, jumping up and disappearing with a last look and smile, leaving the two humans alone; and at that point Sakata can turn completely to Musa, reaching out to stroke her arm without breaking the silence. The queen, however, moves away even before she can feel the contact, making a grimace that resembles an expression of pain, as if she had just been burned. «No, don’t touch me.» A hesitation, and the voice drops. «… Not now.»
Sakata nods into the night, yet he moves a little closer to her. «A nightmare?», he murmurs as if to reveal a secret to her, without expecting an answer. «A feeling, just that.» This comes anyway, and they both stop commenting, letting the words fall where they will, unnecessarily. Sakata has known Musa for years and years, though never enough; but he soon learned how dense, sneaky and sharp as daggers the queen’s shadows are, and how they should be tackled slowly, without pretending to shoot them all down at once. He wouldn’t have decided to stay by her side, otherwise… nor would she have chosen him.
«Who was the winner this time?»
Musa tightens her arms even more on her chest, then bows her head. The lamp, placed on the grass between them, casts its light right on her contracted face. «That bastard. That bastard won.» Here it is, what Musa never accepted; here is that part of the past that still hurts, which is as far away as it is close, which has not yet given up and wants to hurt, to humiliate. A stubborn and mean ghost who never gives up.
… But they don’t either. «And what better prey to attack and try to bring down, than a queen like you?»
The young woman sighs loudly, then unties her arms and touches the handle of the lamp, bringing it closer to her as if to seek comfort in it. «Well, I’m tired of all this. I just wish I didn’t think about that monster anymore, about those days of slavery… but sometimes, I don’t know why, I still hear him laughing at me. That he got what he deserved never seems to be enough.»
Kintoki smiles softly, and the darkness opens a little in front of him. «And why don’t you laugh louder than him? You are perfectly capable of doing that.»
Musa purses her lips slightly in a grin, then pats Kintoki’s arm lightly. «In this you are even better than me!»
«Then you should just let me do it. All the power and importance you give to that tyrant who is no longer nothing, why don’t you give it to me?»
«Down, puppy! Here I am the queen, the power is all mine!»
At this point the warrior bursts out laughing, then tends to stroke Musa’s pinky. This time, she doesn’t flinch or complain. «And here she is, Musa has come to her senses…»
She waits a moment, perfectly still, then turns off the lamp and, without warning, leaps onto Kintoki’s belly, pinning him under her with all the weight and digging her hands into his, feeling the large, warm, welcoming palms react with your own while their fingers intertwine in a safe and sweet grip at the same time. Home, love. «You know, you should never have escaped from my bed together with your friend… even if I kicked you two out, I didn’t give you the permission to leave! And even though I’ve forgiven you, you still deserve punishment⁓»
«Hmmm… let’s see if I can escape my fate by worshiping and spoiling my fortune a bit…», Kintoki replies, releasing his grip only to hug Musa and kiss her cheeks and lips, before starting to do the same with the chest and devote himself to her whole body in a more profound way, chasing away every trace of cold and discomfort from her.
The queen rests her head on top of his and wraps the arms around his back, closing the eyes and smiling, then nuzzles the nose against his hair and only lets out a sob.
«Is it better now?»
«Hmm… yes, a bit.»
Kintoki smiles, then leaves another trail of kisses on her breasts. «I think we can start from here, then.»
They won again.

The Strength of Love: Chapter 5: Honesty and Fears
-Three days later, Usagi was asked a question, outside the dojo after she came down from the mountain, finding the eleven Hindu gods, including Ganesha, waiting for her.
-It had been several days since she had seen these gods, and while she had been a bit uneasy, unsure, of why they had all been coming around, she had to admit that she did miss them.
-She approached with a smile, relaxing as many smiled back, greeting her warmly and she returned it.
-Shiva then approached, looking focused and determined, “Usagi I need to ask you something important! Will you allow the ten of us to court you to be our bride?”
-She froze, her eyes wide, looking down at him in complete shock, while she wasn’t good at realizing when she was being flirted with, they realized that they needed to be direct with their affections and intentions with Usagi.
-Her eyes filled with confusion, one eyebrow lifting, like she didn’t believe him, “Why?”
-They were stunned by her words, as they hadn’t been expecting that answer, before Rudra approached, “We like you Usagi, we all do and all wish to marry you!”
-She looked around at the ten gods, many who were smiling at her, all of them looking dead serious, but she didn’t believe them, her eyes narrowing only slightly, thinking they were playing a prank on her, “All ten of you?”
-Each of them answered her, including the three wives who were smiling up at her after they had approached, telling her that they were indeed serious about their affections.
-Vishnu, Parvati, Shiva, Rudra, and Brahma were easily able to see that she was upset, almost angry, not believing them, seeing the pain in her eyes as her mouth tensed lightly, her lips drawing in just a bit in anger.
-Shiva took one of her hands, holding with two of his own, “Usagi, I swear upon the one thousand one hundred and sixteen gods in the Hindu pantheon, our feelings for you are genuine! We want to marry you!”
-She stared down at him, her eyes wide, almost like she was fearful, looking down at his hands gripping her own. His hands were trembling, only just slightly, but his grip was firm, her eyes fell to it, and she saw how her hands were almost twice the size of his own, covered in scars.
-She bit her lip as she felt her eyes starting to sting, “Why…why would you want me of all people?” her self-esteem, with relationships, was struggling at the moment, panicking, which they could see, she just couldn’t believe that they wanted to marry her.
-Varuna spoke first, “Because you’re nice! You treat everyone you come across with so much respect, even if they’re rude to you in return!”
-Indra nodded, holding an unlit cigarette between his lips, “You’re also strong, but that strength has gentleness to it, you took care of Ganesha a couple of days ago!” Parvati spoke next, “He’s right, and Ganesha hasn’t stopped talking about how kind you were to him!”
-Each one of them took turns, saying nice things to her, making the tears well as she felt a warmth in her chest, hearing their praise, hearing their words.
-Shiva then spoke, getting her attention back on him, “You’ve captivated us, Usagi! Everything about you has caught all of our attention and we want to know more- see more, we want to be with you. But I- we won’t force you to decide right now, we’re willing to be patient.”
-His words made her throat clench as her lips wobbled lightly, trying not to cry before he squeezed her hand softly, smiling so softly up at her, before releasing her and Ganesha hugged her around her knees before they took their leave, giving Usagi space, but she saw the smiles on each one of them as they left here in the dojo yard.
-The following day, after not being able to sleep, her mind running a million miles per hour but she couldn’t seem to string together a single thought, she went to her grandpa and Thrud, wanting their advice.
-Thrud was overjoyed, hearing about the proposal, as was Raiden, happy for his granddaughter, but Thrud was quick to see the look on Usagi’s face was one not of joy, but worry and confusion, and when she calmed, so did Raiden.
-Thrud knew what Usagi was going through well, as she towered over even Raiden, more than a head taller than him, men were always afraid of her, seeing her as someone too strong, more like a beast than a woman, until she met the man who captured her heart with his pure love for her.
-Unaware of the Hindu gods, who just arrived and while not good manners on their part, eavesdropped on their conversation as Usagi spoke first, “I’ve never dealt with anything like this before, except for that bastard that you broke in half, grandpa. I-I don’t know what to do?!”
-Thrud shushed her softly, trying to calm her down, “Do you believe the words of Lord Shiva and the other gods?” Usagi was silent for a long few moments before she answered, “I don’t know. They looked so serious but… I’ve never had anyone come after me in this way before, I don’t know if they’re just pranking me or if they’re really serious or not!”
-Shiva’s eyes widened slightly, shocked that Usagi didn’t believe them, she didn’t believe their affection for her was genuine!
-Raiden then spoke, asking a question, “Why don’t you believe them? Did something happen that made you not trust them?” Usagi shook her head, “No- but… I’ve never gotten attention like this before, even while I was alive, and all of the sudden ten gods want to marry me. It’s hard to… hard to believe.”
-Thrud was a bit surprised, inquiring further, “Nobody’s every approached you?” Usagi shook her head, laughing humorlessly, “Even when I served under the Emperor, who offered to give a large dowry on my behalf, nobody stepped forward. Nobody wanted to be married to a woman like me.”
-Raiden glared hard, putting his hand on her head, trying to comfort her, “What do you mean a woman like you? You’re strong, beautiful, you know how to cook and sew, you’d be a great wife!!”
-Usagi sighed softly, looking down at her hands on her lap as she was sitting on her knees before Thrud spoke gently to her lover, “Not everyone see big women like Usagi and I as women.”
-Raiden laughed warmly, not seeing the seriousness of the situation, trying to laugh it off, “What’s wrong with being a big woman? I love-” Usagi snapped at him, cutting him off, shocking everyone as she never did anything like that, “Not all men are like you, grandpa! Not every man likes bigger women! Men want pretty, petite women like Parvati! Not women like…not like me.” her voice trailed off, getting softer as she spoke, as tears pooled over, slipping down her cheeks as she began to cry.
-Raiden, now realizing that he shouldn’t have laughed, looked solemnly at Usagi, offering her a soft apology, taking her hand on his own, giving it a small squeeze as Thrud tried to dab her tears away.
-Parvati was trying to control her own tears, hearing Usagi’s words, her fears, while the others wanted to storm in and hug Usagi and shower her with affection and give her all the love she deserved and more.
-Shiva stood suddenly and slammed the sliding door open, actually knocking it off the track, shocking the three warriors, and instantly his blood was hot, seeing Usagi in tears as Raiden shouted, “Hey Shiva! What-” he was cut off by Shiva immediately embracing Usagi, hugging her tightly, wrapping all four arms around her as far as they would go.
-His wives and Ganesha were quick to join, as Thrud smiled, leaning back as the gods, some a bit more enthusiastically than others, were quick to join in the massive hug, with Agni’s arms wrapping around the whole group.
-Usagi was stunned and embarrassed all at the same time, realizing that they had heard the conversation between her, Thrud, and Raiden, but she was stunned that they were hugging her now, hugging her as if she would disappear if they were to let her go.
-Shiva’s eyes were closed as he spoke, “You may not believe us now, but we’ll prove it to you! We’ll court you and take you on dates and anything you would ever need to see that we’re all serious, Usagi!”
-Tears welled in her eyes again, a mixture of happiness and relief and they fell as she closed her eyes, leaning into the embrace, willing to take the chance again, as Thrud and Raiden joined in on the hug, making her smile softly.
