personal physical rehab journal

starting back at sq 1 and trying to find my doing neck stretching into rotator cuff rehab - deadbugs isolate the core so hip flexibility will be more effective - spine decompression with nerve flossing

esp if im trying to play a lot of video games(baldursgate) i need to remind myself that the stiffness will happen bc im keepin an active body in place. once we shake off the rust composite motions will get easier

i already get carpal tunnel flares in small sessions im gonna have to be on top of my service maintenance if i am to have sustainable lab sessions this spring.

Thinking about the concept of a robot girl who's extremely stupid and it's because her CPU is really bad and it makes her dumb and slow and she can only do the most basic of tasks.

Thinking about the sweaty lesbian mechanic gf in overalls who suggests installing a new and better CPU, something more modern to make her smarter and better overall.

Thinking about the sweaty lesbian mechanic gf getting deep into her robot gf's guts. Opening her chassis so so gently like removing her clothes, layer by layer. Spreading her wires apart to get to her innermost parts. The robot girl is just lying there helpless and completely at the mercy of her mechanic gf, getting her guts ripped open so, so methodically. The gf finally unplugging her CPU and feeling her robot gf go completely limp, and getting a little scared in that moment. It's a delicate procedure after all. But she chokes back the lump in her throat and continues her work.

Thinking about the operation being a resounding success and the sweaty mechanic gf almost crying when her robot gf whirrs back to life because for a second there she thought she lost her.

Thinking about them trying to adjust to life as usual with the robot gf's newfound brain power only to realise that they simply didn't have that spark anymore. The robot girl gf was simply too independent now and she could do everything alone and didn't need her sweaty mechanic gf to help her with anything. It just wasn't the same as when she needed her gf for even the most basic tasks like cleaning her body or updating her OS.

Thinking about the both of them realising this and having a conversation about it and slowly realising that they preferred when the robot girl had an older CPU. So they decide to reverse the operation.

Thinking about the sweaty mechanic gf opening up her girlfriend again, this time to make her worse. Is she a bad person for wanting her gf to be dependent on her? But they both agreed on this right? She didn't pressure her at all right? Her thoughts run wild as she repeats the process of undressing her gf. Her only hope is that her gf is happy.

Thinking about the robot girl whirring to life and looking at her mechanic gf with the saddest, dumbest eyes and in that moment the mechanic gf realises two things. One, that this robot is the love of her life. Two, that she is so much happier like this and it would be a cruelty to deny her that.

Thinking about the sweaty mechanic gf sweeping everything except her robot gf off to table and proceeding to rip her open and get to her innermost parts again, except this time in a slightly different, sexier way, that leaves the robot girl's eyes displaying 404.

You know how people say that we already have pixal Nya Jay and sora being interested in mechs and technology or smth? That it’s like so many of them have the same hobbie or smth?

I kinda feel like Jay could be excluded from it. I KNOW I KNOW he was introduced as an inventor or smth, but ngl I feel like barley saw him construct or invent stuff through out the series? At least def not as much as Nya pixal or sora. Like Nya and pixal are the samurai x girlies and Nya was even a mechanic before and all that- they were doing much more. And then there’s sora who, yeah you get my point.

This isn’t hate to Jay, im just saying that hes really at least not at the same level as the others or THAT characterized as an inventor or tech guy. Sure he knows some stuff and is kind of interested, I do think naya and him bond over that. But he’s not really part of the group that’s always creating mechs and stuff.

Edit : ok I wanna mek sure ppl understand 😭 I understand that aspect of his character is kind of there, but I myself just feel like the writers didn’t show enough of that side of him which makes me less sure about how we also call him an inventor or tech and all. It’s a cool part of his character and I don’t think they should take that away, I just think they already DID take it away, making it kinda hard to group him with the other girls who have been shown to be much more prominent with that, uk?
