I think i would have just liked to see gamzees life being treated with the same empathy as other characters, both as someone who likes him as a character and just for some like. Narrative consistency.

You’d think people would learn their lesson and respect the animation medium and a respected art form and storytelling medium even in its own community of supposed “animation lovers” but I guess not.

the thing about neverafter's idea of all versions of the stories existing as different worlds simultaneously is that i don't think any story can just stop existing as long as it's still being told and people still remember it. which means that the times of shadow do still exist because we're hearing a story about them. maybe mother goose's spell didn't so much as fix the times of shadow as it created this new world where everyone gets to tell their own story. but that's only one world

the world where mother goose is surrounded by his dead and dying friends while he's desperately trying to get this spell to work still exists. the world where mother goose dies and destiny's children have to fight him still exists. and the world where the spell fails and they all go back to the beginning and something is very wrong still exists. what's interesting to me is that neverafter started with everything feeling very wrong. what if this isn't the first time they've tried? how many times did they fail?

i don't know that destiny's children remember their other lives, and i don't know that they know everything that was sacrificed for them to play cards in the baba yaga's hut, but i think they can feel the weight of it. they know how important it is that they're getting the chance to live happily

But jesus christ where is the love for transmen? Everyone takes Okiku seriously but they don't take Yamato as seriously, especially in the dub

I follow so many transmen but how often do I see transmen posts vs transwomen posts? I see so many posts about beautiful women and its lovely to see, but where's the love for the men like me?
