It was one of those rare days you spent, waiting in the living room while your boyfriend was occupied with his new inventions.

You know it was his passion for putting on great shows and you love them of course but sometimes... you just feel very lonely.

You slapped both of your cheeks unconsciously, leaving behind two reddish cheeks... just what the heck were you thinking?

"Haa... maybe I'm more tired than I thought..." scratching your head, displeased as you stand up from the sofa before picking up one of the many cushions.

You stared…before turning to the black screen featuring a channel promoting some valentine's day special ads "Hmm...I guess a nap won't hurt, better than being miserable about this whole thing...haa"

Grabbing the remote on the table before turning the TV off and silence came into the room, you immediately went to make your temporary bed on the sofa.

It's just for a short nap while you wait so it won't hurt anyone if you just rearrange some things... right?

Just as you finish setting up your makeshift bed, the loud click of a door opening and the shuffling footsteps get louder as if it's coming towards you...

In a panic, you tried to make it look like you were already asleep while making yourself as comfortable as possible.

Wait...

Why are you pretending to be asleep for...?

Ah... I didn't even realize...uhh this is going to be so awkward..!!

But a moment later...

TAP! TAP!

"Hey, (name)..." He paused at the sight of you sleeping on his living room sofa...well he thought at first "...(name)?"

Your ears picked up his shuffling footsteps and in the next moment, a warm breath hit your cheek and when you realized what he was doing. You suddenly found yourself in a dangerous situation with your heart about to explode at any moment...

Before you could mentally prepare yourself, the next thing you know was his lips brushed against yours softly and delicately...

Like a pair of a butterfly wings, long enough to make you gasp in surprise when he slowly removes himself and stares into your widen (colour) eyes.

Rui smiles proudly when he saw your expression went from gawking at him like a goldfish to a blossoming pink as you stumble over your words from the shock.

"Are you awake now?"

Rui will kiss you all day if you let him. and you’re tempted to do just that. his kisses are never rough and hard, but a sultry collection of sugary, butterfly pecks as his nimble fingers caress your supple cheeks. he’ll start by frame your face in both hands, the warmth from his embrace mixing with the heat of the blush in your countenance until it feels like you’re trapped in an oven, and he’ll tilt his head to one side, ghosting his silken tiers over yours. even if you try to follow his mouth, coax him into a deeper kiss, he’ll pull back, just out of your lips’ reach, and tilt his head to the other side, repeating the gentle torture.

“Rui… just kiss me properly already.” you whine, both hands resting against the nape of his neck as you toy with with the soft, purple tendrils that lay beneath your fingertips. you’re impatient to feel his mouth against yours, desperate to be devoured carnally, that you consider grabbing a fistful of those locks and pulling him close, but you wouldn’t dare ruin this quiet, intimate moment.

a soft giggle escapes his open mouth, the intoxicating scent of candy on his breath overwhelming your senses. he always tastes so damn sweet, no wonder you’re addicted. “And spoil this adorable show of neediness from my beloved? I would never…” he whispers it, his sing-song tone driving you mad as he leans in and presses his parted couplet to yours. this time, your tongue is able to slip out and flick at his lips before he hums in amusement and pulls back again. his own cheeks are pink, you stare at them through the slit in your fluttering eyelids. “My, my, how eager. You make it hard not to give you exactly what you want. But, I want to take my time… and savor every kiss…” as his voice trails off, he punctuates each intention with another peck, and you melt closer to him, breathing heavier. “Feel that hot blush of yours grow into a wildfire… feel it consume the both of us… Do you think you can be a sweet girl and sit pretty? Let me fill myself up gradually with your taste? Can you be patient for me?”

god, you want to shake your head no.

but then, his tongue with dart out and run across the shape of your waiting mouth, and his hands will careen to cradle the back of your head, urging you to tilt your head back so that he may pull you closer to his chest and kiss you deeper. you submit to his will as easily as ever, clinging to his chest with ragged breathing and whispering the mantra of his name.

you know he’ll continue this relentless teasing, making you teary eyed and pleading for him to give you as much as he can before the night is over. his hands will wander, slowly enough to leave a trail of tingles in their wake, caressing you as if you were the most delicate flower, until you were squirming and flustered for him. that’s the state he loves to induce the most. in the morning your lips will be swollen and sore and taste only of him. but you welcome that. you welcome him, so you nod, and he giggles again, sealing the deal with another saccharine lip lock.

⊱ Akito always has do many jackets on him that he doesn't even wear so it shouldn't be the end of the world if you'd just borrow one, right?

⊱ so when he came back to his room after just leaving one of his jackets on his seat and saw you wearing it, he was shocked but not in a bad way or anything like that

⊱ he actually was really overwhelmed and found it cute that you like it but of course he couldn't just show it

⊱ at first he literally scolds you for taking his clothes without even asking and says that you should get your own clothes, and not steal his

⊱ when he came back and saw you wear his hoodie, he immediately assumed that you simply were cold, so he offered you blanket, coffee and really anything else you could need

Hihi! I found you through this event that you're doing, and I wanted to contribute! Sorry for another Rui prompt, but could I get Rui from Project Sekai with the Hurt/Comfort prompt 3 please?

“You make me feel safe”

HII! Dont worry abt it being another rui prompt I do need to practice writing abt him! This is the first prompt of hurt/comfort so enjoy!

A/N: Hopefully I did rui good I haven’t been keeping up on character development && from lack of motivation 4 prompt (╥﹏╥)

Rui has been at hard work in making new inventions to show at a school contest. He has never been this excited or amazed by his own invention he has created. He has brought the invention to school with the help of tsukasa carrying it together, rui started to feel down not because of the weight of the robot. But the people around saying things not even trying to hide it as a whisper. People in the hallways start low-like voices on his robot saying, “careful he has a robot again” “the weirdo is here.” etc etc. The usually things he hears but, it hurts. This project had give him motivation and excitement on showing people how proud he was working on this. He can’t help but make those negative comments stir in his mind.

Tsukasa has saw how his facial expression is down from hearing all the comments people are saying. “Rui don’t listen to those comments! You are the greatest inventor!!” Tsukasa shouts, it did get rui’s attention out of that dark fog in his head. He smiles a bit from tsukasa’s remark, “Thank you tsukasa.”

Even tho Rui cheered a bit, tsukasa doesn’t fully believe he’s alright. He decided to text someone close to rui ever since he was little. You, tsukasa decided to message you to atleast Check up if he’s fine from all the things people have said.

Tsukasa: “[NAME]!! CAN U PLEASE CHECK UP ON RUI (｡•́︿•̀｡)“

You: “Sure! But what happen (・・ ) ?”

Tsukasa: “people were saying rude comments and he’s looking very down from it(｡•́︿•̀｡)”

You: “WHAT DON’T WORRY ILL GO SEEIF HE’S OKAY｡･ﾟﾟ*(>д <)*ﾟﾟ･｡ SEND ME WHERE U GUYS ARE AT!!”

Tsukasa sent a message that they were at Kamiyama High School for the school contest. With that, you were off running to go see if your boyfriend was doing okay, it worried you on what types of comments people have made while they saw what he has made. Rui’s creation always interest and amaze you everyday from his inventions he creates. What’s one thing he has never told you about his creations is that you give him motivation to think and create what he loves to do while you are there to support him.

Mini time skip to where u found where they are at

“Rui! Tsukasa! Hi!” Walking towards them at their little stand. “[NAME]!! Just in time!!” Tsukasa exclaimed. “Oh [Name]! I didn’t expect such a lovely person to be here!” Rui said. “Rui! Anyways can we chat somewhere i wanna ask you something.” You asked Rui, to which he replied with sure and a nod. Tsukasa took over the stand while you both went somewhere private to chat. “So what did you wanted to talk about??” Rui asked once u guys finally settled on a quiet area where nobody is around to spy. “Rui are you alright from earlier? Tsukasa has told me people were saying mean things i just want to check if you’re okay, I’ll be with you the entire day if u want.” Rui was shocked a bit tsukasa calling you just to check up on him because you’re the only person he will open up to. He sighed and decided even if he told you he was fine, you’ll be keeping an eye on him the whole day so might as well give in. Rui started to open a bit on the comments made him doubt himself if his inventions were really weird and all. You hugged rui as he accepts it need the comfort from you. Ever since he met you by mizuki he has never felt so loved and accepted by someone, wanting to spend his every second with you. You made a connection with him, loving him, caring for him, and he feels safe in your arms not caring if anyone comes by and sees you both. He likes being in the comfort of your arms

Rui Kamishiro is so obviously autistic coded. And I can explain because some people might say "but it's not confirmed" while his experiences from his childhood are things that autistic people go through- the feeling that you're different than others and society not understanding you or not even trying to understand. It's how his parents also were called "weird" for being different than others - autism can be caused by genetics. How he felt that he's talking on different wavelength than others.

He often infodumps a lot about things that interest him or he read about as well...

His interests often affect him to the point where he loses sense of his surroundings which he mentioned in recent event...

It's also how he has strong sense of justice, the fact that he's a picky eater...everything about him screams autistic and since I'm autistic myself, I can relate to Rui a lot, even if he's an example of stereotypical autistic representation (that all autistics are geniuses...which can be harmful...yeah)

Still it's pretty obvious to me and considering how Mizuki is trans coded, Rui is clearly autistic coded...yeah

"Ruiiiii, I'm so sorry for keeping you waiting!"

You were late. Very late.

Rui was standing under the roof of a nearby store, waiting for you...but it's been a few hours from the meeting time that you both agreed on... stupid traffic jam.

"Ah, there you are" He waves at you as you stop in front of him, out of breath.

"Why didn't you get inside?! Oh my gosh, you must be freezing right now!"

"I didn't want to miss you so I was waiting outside"

"Rui..." You absolutely feel bad now for being late now...

"...But I'll let you make it up to me by warming me up" Rui was staring at your face as if expecting something.

"Huh?" You grabbed hold of his right hand and squeezed it tightly. It was cold enough to make your hand tingle, it was nearly frozen solid.

"What are you doing?" He asked, confused.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm trying to warm you up like you said"

"That's not what I meant when I told you to warm me up"

"Eh?"

Still holding your hand, he yanked you towards him, wrapping his arms around your waist "Mm. It's warm"

He nuzzled his face up close, getting tangled up in your hair then he rubbed his cheek against yours...

"What the heck?! Rui! Your cheek are cold as ice and it's scratches!!"

"You can't escape~" He smile playfully much to your dismayed as he pulled himself closer to you, clinging to you even more tightly "Ruiiiii-!!"

...Did you just see a white dot just now?

"Oh..."

Snowflakes flutter gently around the two of you as the white snow begins to fall.

Rui slowly loose his arms around you as he turns towards the dark skies "It's our very first snowfall experience together..."

"It's supposed to be extra chilly today so there was a possibility of snowfall happening today" You paused for a second, slowly unwrapping the scarf around your neck and then wrap them around his neck to keep him warm "Aren't you cold? "Huh-" You didn't get to react much as Rui presses his lips gently against yours as you froze up, taking by surprise as he then wraps his arms around you in a tight embrace "Mmm!"

He pulls away abruptly and give you a peck on the lips as he gives you a little smirk, looking amused by your flustered expression "Well?"
