Soup!
Y'all i just wanted to share this awesome soup with you. It's delicious, fairly cheap, and low calorie.

This one is 80cal a cup. Suuuuuper tasty. They also have this one that's called "Super Reds" i think, its got like beets and cranberries and tomato in it. Its really tasty too. That one is 90cal a cup. Throw some saltines with it and you got a fantastic meal!

Im so fuckin weak
I need to stop eating! But i can't when im home. Yesterday i had an entire. Dominos box of cinnamon twists (they're so damn delicious!) AND their boneless chicken wings. No wonder you're the heaviest you've ever been you dumb food slut!
I need some kind of help. Some one to hold me accountable. But everyone i know would freak if they knew what i wanted.

Progress Report
It's been 2 months since i started losing weight. Lately I've been really struggling with fasting especially. I've lost nearly 30lbs but i couldn't tell if it was actually that noticeable. But my roommate just commented that i look good and if I've lost weight!!!!

48 hour fasts
So a few days ago i finished my first *true* 24 hr fast. I was so freaking proud of myself!
Today is the start of a 48 hr fast and guys this is so freaking hard. The hunger pains will not let up. I'm so close to caving! Heeeelp please

The truth is
Calories are not you're enemy. Calories are not what you need to fear. Calories are fuel.
Carbs. Fear carbs. Don't eat any grain or sugar. THAT is what will make you gain the most weight. Above ground veggies, meat, and (it sounds scary i know) fat are your friends.
The best thing you can do before a fast is to actually load up on fats. Eat veggies roasted in butter and a bunch of bacon. This kind of diet lowers hunger pains and cravings, helps your body lose weight during fasting and outside of fasting, and it gives you more strength and fuel.
Don't fear the calories, fear the Carbs.

ffffffffuuuuck!
I wasn't going to eat anything today. I was gonna be good. But then I was hungry and thought "take care of yourself. One meal." I wish I could rip that sandwhich back out of my body.
I can't eat again for the next two days so I can eat out with my parents. Lord please give me the control to do this.

Food stuffs Ideas
AKA How to Eat Saltines
Ants on a log: celery with peanut butter and raisins
Banana slice on saltine (add PB for protein)
Tuna* on saltines
Tuna salad with Grapes, Apples, Celery, and/or Cranberry. On saltines.
Steamed Bok Choy/Gai Lan/Yau Choy with furikake or soy sauce for seasoning (can put over small serving of rice)
Apple with PB
Soup: vegetable, broth, etc. Add saltine for joy
Beans (refried is my fav) plain or on saltines
Stir fry** veggies with Feta
Rice cakes and apple sauce
Plain popcorn ( you can season with lemon peper, furikake, cajun seasoning, etc)
*always get tuna in water. This reduces calories. Also if you do not want to mix something like mayo into your tuna this will allow to keep moisture by simply draining the tuna less without it being oily.
**Do NOT be afraid of stir fry. A little fat to cook your veggies will actually help you get more nutrients from them. Just do a tiny bit of your choice of oil and combine this with steaming.

I haven't stress eaten in so long (been super proud of myself for it.) But i was forced to move back, ACROSS THE COUNTRY, this past week and I guess I'm not dealing with it well because like, the snacking is serious. Idk what to do.

So I was doing good
I had been working out consistently and mostly controlling my eating. I had even lost at least 12 lbs.
But then the depression hit. I haven't been going to gym and for some reason if I'm at home I just have to snack. I'm so scared to step on the scale and see my hard work undone.
