I’m sure everyone remembers that one scene in House of Hades (I think…) where Nico was outed by Cupid/Eros in front of Jason? Well, I don’t know if everyone knows this but in Rome same-sex relationships were normal. So, imagine Nico being all scared and anxious because he just outed himself to Jason — who he probably thinks won’t accept him because Nico thinks he’s (Nico’s) unlovable — and is just waiting for Jason’s response but the guy’s acting so nonchalant about it??

Nico: …I have a crush on Percy.

Jason:

Jason: Nico, I’m pretty sure that doesn’t count. Eros/Cupid said it had to be a secret you never told anyone, you know, something less conspicuous?

Nico: *confused*

Nico: wait… what-?

Camp Jupiter could be so much gayer if Rick had just actually tried to write it properly 😔. Jason probably already knew Nico had a crush on Percy but was like: that’s normal so he just never mentioned it. Like, why would he? It’s just a crush. He’s in a war, crushes aren’t something you’re going to discuss. And Nico’s so confused and embarrassed because he’s old schooled. That’s how they became best friends, your honour.

Okay so-

He's the person that the people in camp to go when they're struggling with their personality and trying to find out who they are. Butch is such a good listener and he always gives such good advice.

He's trans and he uses he/him and they/them pronouns

Pride Month in camp is always so amazing because Butch and his siblings plan so much for it sjsksjjsjs

He loves unicorns and when he heard that Camp Jupiter had unicorns he literally went there and stayed there for a month just caring for them and vibing with them. All the unicorns loved him too so he often visits Camp Jupiter to meet them.

When Will and Nico first started dating, no matter where they went tiny rainbows would always be fluttering about their heads with Butch dying of laughter in the bushes while Nico looked for him so that he could kill him.

He's a good artist djjdjskke

One time he and Nico we're fighting and Butch cursed him and his hair and eyes became hot pink he literally looked like an anime character (will didn't mind that a lot tbh)

He's all rainbow and ponies but he can your break your spine so you better not insult rainbows and ponies around him.

If you're homophobic, transphobic, aphobic, biphobic or any other sorta trash he's gonna yeet you from camp while others scream and shout their support. They won't care if you're eaten by monster shsjsjskksk
