Whenever you see like Elmo on the Today Show or something similar I always gotta wonder who is the intended audience for this. People with kids see that all time and I’m sure they don’t want it intruding on their regular adult oriented shows. People without kids just find it annoying AF and switch channels. If they want to put kids TV on morning shows they should go for nostalgia. Like have a hard hitting interview with Red Fraggle or something. We plan, plan, plan. We use all these journals, planners, calendars, and to-lists. Most of us try our best to make each day more organized, more efficient, and more productive. In our attempt to do so, we somehow feel like we are more in control of our lives, like we are more prepared for what tomorrow holds than we are yesterday or even today. There is nothing wrong with planning ahead, but maybe this is why most of us became more disappointed with ourselves.
