hello, I loved that one shot you wrote where whumpee asks caretaker's help with overcoming their trauma, by asking caretaker to tell them the command to kneel
can you do something similar, but whumpee asking caretaker to help them overcome their fear of needles??? (whumper had tortured them with drugs multiple times, so now they fear needles.) whumpee really needs medical treatment in the moment and at first they are compliant, but just when the nurse is about to inject them they scream and beg not to get the shot. whumpee thinks it'll be easier with caretaker because they trust them, so they'll not be so scared in the future (also doesn't go well, but they're working on it)
content: needles, phobia whump, past trauma, medical whump, hospital setting, rocky recovery
"Whatever I do, whatever I say... Just... Just hold me tight, okay? Hold me as tight as you can. Please."
Caretaker was fidgeting with the hem of their shirt, looking anywhere but at Whumpee. "I'm not sure I can do this."
"Please. I need— I need this blood draw. It's very important. I just... can't do it alone. I get really scared. Last time was so embarrassing, please help."
They slowly nodded. "Okay, um... I'll try my best."
Whumpee gently took Caretaker's hands in their own, stopping their fidgeting. Caretaker glanced up at them, still feeling awful about what they were about to do.
"Thank you. Truly. You're helping, Caretaker. I promise."
This reassurance would play over and over in their mind as they held down their friend, listening to their screams of sheer terror with tears in their eyes.

Imagining a whumpee who is absolutely terrified of thunderstorms. As in, the second the skies start to darken their heartbeat kicks up. The first sign of rain has them panicking. The initial clap of thunder sends them skittering into hiding, covering their ears and burying themself in anything that will block out the noise.
Of course, said whumpee would have a caretaker who starts panicking as soon as it starts to storm as well, albeit for different reasons. They take the first chance they get to leave wherever they are and head back home. The caretaker searches high and low for whumpee, all but pries them out of their corner and wraps them in a comforting hug, fitting ear protection onto their head to help block out the noise.

Whump scenario: keep a whumpee who is afraid of the dark and hates being cold in a pitch black room room and sporadically hose them down with ice cold water.
What breaks them first, hallucinating their fears in the dark, or them thinking they have hypothermia?

The second the scent of copper reached Whumper's nose was a moment before it spilt across her white marble floors. She felt sick, her stomach churning at the sight. Now, Whumper wasn't squeamish, like one would believe. She just couldn't handle the sight or smell of blood. There was no concrete reason, really, not that she could remember.
Whumpee stood waiting for the next strike, back aching from all the lashes already given. She shuddered as she felt a slow drip of liquid down her raw skin. Was that..? Whumpee jerked to turn around when she heard the whip drop to the floor. Whumper was shaking more than she was.
An intense look of shock intermingled with disgust and alarm painted itself against Whumper's sharp features. They both stared at each other for several beats when Whumper shut down. She silently walked to a seat, sat and began to hyperventilate. Whumper couldn't stop it and Whumpee was greatly confused. This was the first time Whumpee had ever bled in front of Whumper, so this was all new to her.
She placed her head in her hands, tremors working their way through her fingertips. Whumpee glanced at a door, contemplating.

No Pain, No Gain
Merry Whump of May 1st
[Compass | Haphephobia | Kitchen] (tw: intimate whumper, noncon touch, general deprivation of personal space, burning threat)
[The Merry Whump of May Masterpost] [Phobia Whumper Masterpost]

“Wh-umper n- please I c- I can do it-”
Whumper just chuckled, relentless as their gentle fingers scorched into Whumpee’s elbows.
Was it doing any damage? No. Whumpee knew that. But it felt like it. Their skin crawled and itched and seared under the soft touch that drove them up to the stove. A soft sob sputtered up from their throat as a warm hand enclosed around theirs. Trapping them. Teasing them. Controlling them. Pressing them relentlessly closer to the heat. To real pain.
It almost sounded better.
Whumper directed both of their hands around the wooden spoon, forcing Whumpee to stir.
“Whu-umper pl-”
“Shhhhh- enough of that. I’m helping. You want to get better, right?” Whumpee whined in a soft, terrified protest as Whumper stepped up closer behind them, his front flush against their back. “I’ll help you. Guide you. Map and compass in one - you just need practice, right?”
Whumpee’s head was shaking before they even heard the question. “N-nonono- plea s-stop just- stoop let mebreathe-” It was a fair enough ask; Whumpee’s lungs were already scalding with the steam and spitting oil from the pan, punching down their throat in short, stabbing bursts as their racing heart desperately tried to keep up. Tries to help them think about anything but that hands on them and the skin touching their and Whumper’s hot, close breath on the back of their scalp an-
Whumpee’s head turtled into their shoulders, a whimpering sob squeaking out as Whumper nestled a kiss to the side of their neck.
Tears spat and hissed as they splattered into the pan, melding into the eggs.
“Just trust me~ No pain, no gain, right?”

Phobias Whump Prompt List 1
Inspired by @chosenchaos (Chaos from The Whump Corner Discord)
Claustrophobia: Fear of confined spaces
Caretaker knows an escape route Whumper would never be able to figure out. They're shocked at Whumpee's sudden willingness to stay with Whumper upon finding out that escape is through a tight cave/plumbing system.
Trapped in an elevator (with caretaker, whumper, another whumpee) after it broke down
Caretaker comforting Whumpee, telling them to focus on their breathing, while they're both pressed against each other in quite the confined place
Whumper locked Whumpee into a cramped space, now looking at the small medical room Caretaker has brought them to, they're getting all the wrong reminders
Whumpee needs to save their friend, however Whumper knew enough about them to make the rescue as agonizing as possible for the both of them.
Cynophobia: Fear of Dogs
Whumper hunting Whumpee down with a pack of viscously trained dogs.
Caretaker bringing Whumpee to their home. Maybe they finally convinced Whumpee to let them care for them in their own home, maybe their friendship grew closer enough, either way... Caretaker never told Whumpee they had a pet dog
Dogfolk whumper? Dogfolk caretaker? A really scared whumpee?
Whumpee is terrified of traveling through cities alone, awaiting a non-existent stray dog at every corner. Whumper has offered to take them home on a late night, and they seem so nice...
Whumper tormenting Whumpee with dogs, letting loose energetic jumpy ones in their home all the time, forcing them to hold puppies, and not caring at all to train their mass of dogs.
Acrophobia: Fear of Heights
Whumper's place happens to be very high up. In order to escape Whumpee needs to face their fear of heights. In the middle of an escape attempt, they find themselves shut down, sunken low to the floor, awaiting Whumper to come pick them up and return them.
Critically injured Whumpee needs to be airlifted somewhere. They're actively swearing they'll never forgive Caretaker.
Everything swaying, as Whumpee quickly turns dizzy, unable to take their eyes off the ground so far below them. They begin to topple sideways, and Caretaker nearly jumps to catch them.
Whumper holding a weapon to whumpee's throat as they dangle over an edge, promising whumpee if they pull themselves up they're whumper's
✨️Fall Damage✨️
Trypanophobia: Fear of Needles
Whumper taunting Whumpee with the end of a syringe, never letting them know when they're planning to plunge the pointed into their skin.
Caretaker having no choice but to force an IV into Whumpee's arms. They know Whumpee will likely never forgive them.
Everything hurts, and Whumpee is no longer able to bear the pain. The only thing that Caretaker has to alleviate the pain is drugs that have to be administered through needles.
Caretaker rescuing Whumpee, noticing welts and heavy bruising surrounded puffy dots where needles were inserted. All they can do is imagine what hell unconscious Whumpee went through as they carry them to safety.
Whumpee's eyes fluttering open, only to suddenly widen as soon as they notice the IV in their arm.

You can't Follow Your Heart if There's a Stake Through It part four
TW: claustrophobia, panic attack, death threats, nudity, touch aversion, captivity, mild sexual abuse, referenced death of a mother, referenced stalking, vampire hunter whumper, creepy whumper, vampire whumpee
Rurik refused to get back in bed with Jacob, despite all reassurances he was offered. Eventually, Jacob gave up on trying to convince him. What was the point, anyway? Rurik would come around soon enough.
After some time spent watching Rurik huddle in the corner with his head pressed to his knees, Jacob offered him a blanket. Vampires didn't produce body heat, rendering blankets rather useless, but Jacob figured it would still be comforting.
"Thank you," Rurik said quietly. He wrapped himself in the blanket, still looking incredibly nervous. "I do not understand."
"You don't understand what?"
"Woman talking. She confuses me."
"The woman's name is Angelique," Jacob explained. "She's in charge here. I know that conversation was confusing, but she agreed that you could stay here as long as you behave and I keep an eye on you."
"Why? I am vampire. She is vampire slayer… in charge."
Jacob enjoyed it when Rurik's voice got all quiet and sad like this. The colors invoked by listening to it matched Rurik's hair, reminding Jacob of the family of little brown mice who lived in the church he attended with his mother.
"She isn't that bad, just dramatic." Jacob grabbed Rurik's hand. "I would never let anyone hurt you. All you have to do is behave yourself so they don't feel threatened. You can do that, can't you?"
Rurik pulled his hand away, clearly not wanting to be touched, and hid himself behind the blanket. "She feel threatened," he said, struggling to pronounce the word. "I feel threatened. We are threatened."
Jacob fought the urge to correct Rurik's grammar, understanding that he was in a terribly stressful situation. But his improper sentence structure and lack of articles were really starting to get on Jacob's nerves.
"How's this?" Jacob asked. "I'll show you around, and let you see where you're going to be living from now on. No one will hurt you, and you won't hurt anybody. It'll help you a lot, I think."
"Can I return outside?" Rurik asked hopefully, moving the blanket to look at Jacob.
"Soon," Jacob lied. "Just not yet. I need you to be calmer so you won't try to run away."
"I need forest," Rurik said pleasingly. "Not… rock- cave. Inside hurts."
Jacob knew full well that Rurik had lived out in the woods, without so much as a house to call his own. He has always seemed so happy, picking flowers and jabbering at the animals in Russian. Out of place and out of time, stuck in his own little world.
But as much as Jacob truly wanted Rurik to be happy, he couldn't risk him escaping. Keeping him in the stronghold for at least another week was a necessary evil.
"I'm sorry," Jacob said. "Really, I am. But this isn't permanent. I won't live here forever. I already have a pension lined up, so getting a house in a few years should be easy. Don't worry, I'll take you outside plenty as soon as I can trust you not to run away."
Rurik seemed beyond tears, staring off into space, unable to truly comprehend his fate. It was only now that Jacob finally realized how drastically he had underestimated how badly a change of scenery would affect Rurik. His inside twisted themself up in guilt, and the knowledge that he couldn't do anything to fix his mistakes.
"Come on." Jacob stood up. "I think you need a shower, and I have some clothes for you."
"Shower?" Rurik asked.
Jacob sighed. He hadn't expected Rurik's lack of English to be this extensive, or this annoying. "A bath, you know? To clean yourself?"
"I know bath. And clean."
"Good." Jacob stood up and grabbed a duffle bag off his desk. "Come on then. I'll show you around, and you can take a shower. It'll help you relax."
Rurik tentatively stood up, draping the blanket over his shoulders and hugging himself tightly. Jacob put a hand of Rurik's arm to guide him out of the room, opening the door for him so he wouldn't burn himself again.
Rurik's orange eyes darted nervously about the hall, not daring to linger on anyone. To Jacob's delight, Rurik stayed close to his side as they walked, clearly trusting him to protect him from the other vampire hunters. Finally, they were making progress.
Jacob tried to ignore the whispers as they walked down the hall, but they sent Rurik into a panic. He froze in the middle of the hallway, not even putting up a fight as Jacob wrapped his arm around him.
"Is that a vampire?"
"Holy fuck…"
"We should tell Chandler."
"This isn't normal. What's going on?"
"Is Amity going to kill that thing or what?"
Jacob couldn't take it anymore. How dare they? Idiots, all of them, unable to understand the most simple of situations. And Rurik was only growing more panicked by the moment, hyperventilating and biting his lip hard enough to draw blood.
"Fuck off!" Jacob snapped, rounding on his coworkers. "Angelique said it was fine if I kept him here. If any of you hurt him, I'm going to fucking kill you. Now get away from us before he has another goddamn panic attack."
Most of the figures in the hall left, some intent on questioning Angelique on what the hell was going on, and others coming up with answers to suit their questions. Maybe Rurik was a spy, informing on his fellow vampires. Or maybe he was someone who had known Jacob in life, and they were desperately trying to stick together after a tragic death. Whatever the case, they would have gossip fodder for weeks.
"See?" Jacob asked, smiling at Rurik. "They won't hurt you. Not when I'm around to protect you. Just stick with me."
Jacob gently kissed Rurik, shocked that he was no longer making any attempt to struggle. Sure, Rurik didn't kiss him back, seeming to not know how. But he also didn't wrench his head away like he had a few hours ago.
Maybe Jacob really had proven himself. And all it took was showing Rurik how safe he was with him. Vampires really did see the world through a lense of violence and bloodshed, and how best they could instigate or evade it.
Rurik silently walked alongside Jacob until they reached a set of concrete stairs going downwards.
"Going underground?" he asked nervously.
"Um… we're already underground," Jacob said. "This whole base is."
Rurik looked like he was about to cry. "I hate here. I hate cave- base. I want to return home. Please, Jacob Amity."
"Eventually. I already said so. When I can trust you."
"When can you trust me?"
Jacob sighed, trying to speak his mind without breaking Rurik's heart still further. "When you calm down and really start loving me back. I need you to be happy first."
"I will not be happy here," Rurik said stubbornly. "Small and- and tight. No wind or plants. I hate underground."
"Rurik," Jacob said slowly, "are you Claustrophobic? I mean, are you afraid of tight spaces?"
"Yes." Tears welled in the corners of Rurik's eyes. "I am… afraid."
This revelation explained everything, as far as Jacob was concerned. He still remembered the claustrophobia induced panic attacks his mother used to have, and how much worse they got if anyone touched her. She had slept in the backyard, staring up at the stars, until the night of her untimely death.
Rurik had always reminded Jacob of her, and more similarities kept cropping up. Even their voices, as different as they were, conjured the same shades of brown and gold within his mind. Jacob wished they could meet, but after every horror his father had put him through, he had never gotten to bring any boy back home to his parents.
But all that was beside the point. Rurik really did love Jacob, he just hated the situation Jacob had forced him into. The feelings of powerlessness. The shock of being surrounded by vampire hunters. The horrific pain caused by being trapped in an enclosed space for hours on end. No wonder he was having such a hard time showing affection or accepting it from Jacob.
"I'm getting you out of you as soon as possible," Jacob decided. "But you have to understand that it's going to take a while for me to find a house. I'll find somewhere nice for us, far away from here. Maybe in the woods. You've just got to be patient, okay?"
Rurik actually smiled at this, and Jacob would have swooned if his heart weren't collapsing in on itself from regret. How had he treated Rurik so horribly? They were so very in love, so he should have been much more caring. Well, everyone lived and learned through their mistakes. He was no different.
"Come on," Jacob said, gesturing down the stairs. "You'll feel better after a shower. Then I can go shopping for a house."
Rurik slowly followed him down the staircase, which was thankfully free of people. As much as it pained him, Jacob tried to keep a little distance between them so Rurik wouldn't have another panic attack. Maybe he would be down for cuddling when they were outside together.
Jacob lead Rurik into one of the shower rooms, locking the door behind them. How he wished the rooms down here were bigger. But Rurik didn't complain, only biting his lip nervously, so Jacob didn't bring the subject of claustrophobia up again.
"Where is water?" Rurik asked, turning in a circle and looking around the room.
"Here." Jacob twisted the handle to the showerhead, standing out of the way so he wouldn't get wet. "It's like a… waterfall, I guess. You can change the temperature with the handle here. I know you're used to rivers but I hope this is okay."
Rurik nodded. "I understand."
"Sorry that I have to be in here to keep an eye on you."
This was a lie, obviously. Jacob could stand outside the door and wait until Rurik was done. But this wasn't the first time he had seen him bathing, and it sure as hell wouldn't be the last. Besides, Jacob was too prone to boredom to stand around doing nothing, and Rurik always captivated his attention.
Rurik didn't respond to Jacob's awkward apology, too busy getting undressed. His complete lack of modesty confused Jacob. Why wasn't he the least bit embarrassed about getting undressed in front of a man he barely knew? The decades, if not centuries, spent on his lonesome in the woods must have eroded Rurik's sense of social niceties. A pleasant surprise.
As always, Jacob found Rurik's undead body exactly to his taste. It appeared to be in the early stages of decomposition, with waxy purple-gray skin befitting an actual corpse. His female form clashed with his broad shoulders and tall stature. Almost contradictory, and very inviting.
Rurik set his clothes on the shelf and stepped under the showerhead, immediately drenching himself in water. He fiddled with the handle, changing the water to freezing cold, then to burning hot, switching back and forth before finally settling on lukewarm.
"Here." Jacob rummaged in his duffle bag, and found a small container of body wash and a hand towel, which he handed to Rurik. "I don't know if you've seen liquid soap before, but it's basically like normal soap just… liquid."
Rurik took the towel and body wash from Jacob. "Thank you."
After some trial and error, he figured out how to get the towel soapy and wet enough to effectively clean himself. Jacob enjoyed watching Rurik bathe all the more in close quarters. Though he struggled to keep his hands to himself.
After nearly half an hour spent enjoying the water, Rurik figured out how to turn it off. Jacob handed him a towel to dry himself off with, still very much enjoying the view of his body. He knew he really shouldn't be spending so much time staring at Rurik's breasts, but he really couldn't help it. How lovely that Rurik had no qualms about casually showing off his body.
Jacob snapped out of his thoughts when he realized Rurik was staring at him. "Um, I have some more clothes for you if you want to get changed."
Rurik shook his head and grabbed his old clothes, the same outfit Jacob had always seen him wearing. A green button up shirt and brown work pants, with never a pair of shoes or piece of jewelry in sight. Rurik looked nice, of course, but Jacob did have to wonder why he never wanted variety in his clothing.
Jacob wrung out the towels and threw them back in his bag with the soap. Rurik wasted no time following him out of the room, relieved to be in a slightly less constricting space.
A man Jacob didn't recognize watched them come out of the shower together. He winked obnoxiously at Jacob, clearly fighting down laughter. Not wanting to cause Rurik any more distress or confusion, Jacob walked him back to their room as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately for him, someone was already there, standing in the middle of the floor with his arms crossed and a scowl deepening the lines on his face.

B-b-basement
More of the safe house arc. Had this one swimming around in my head for months and hey, look what happens when you sit down in front of a keyboard for 30 minutes! Welcome to the We All Hate Tom Club
Contents: confinement, emotional whump/panic attack, trauma response, past!torture references, whumped by team member
The smell of a mouth-watering breakfast greeted Zach when he awoke. Despite Tom being his only company for the day it dragged him out of bed and down the stairs at a quicker pace. He found Tom at the kitchen table, digging into slices of toast and bacon, a thick porridge creamy in a bowl beside him, and some pre-heated muffins cooling on a rack beside the oven.
“Mornin’,” Tom said, waving a fork in his direction.
“You cooked.”
“I’m a man of many talents.” A smirk flitted across Tom’s face that set an uneasy feeling in Zach’s stomach.
He nodded, absently, taking in the food. “Enough for two?” he asked, quietly.
“Oh absolutely, I already served you a portion in fact.”
“You did?” Zach shifted, looking for the lie, the trick. Assessing the room. He’d play along with whatever this game was, but an inclination of what to expect would be much preferable.
“Yeah, follow me.”
On heavy feet Zach trailed after Tom, leaving the enticing scents to fade as they walked back to the hallway. They stopped before the door to the basement, the lower level of the house that made up the third floor. Unusual for the area, but the house was built on a hill. There was enough of an incline to make use of the space but the floor below had very little light, only a few high windows.
Tom opened the door with a flourish. Like an animal on the prowl he watched with eager eyes and Zach swallowed, face flushing. He knew he couldn’t hide the uptick in his breathing, the slight tremor in his hands.
“What is this?” he asked.
“Take a look.”
He edged closer to the door and peered down the stairs, sure enough, at the bottom there was a tray of steaming food. “Why?”
“I noticed you had a thing about this, wouldn’t go near the door. Didn’t offer to help change a bulb down there last week when one blew. I wondered how far the fear went.”
“Far enough,” Zach replied, crossing his arms.
“Well, that’s your breakfast. All you have to do is go get it.”
Zach looked up, studying Tom’s face. He worked his jaw, teeth grinding. “And then I can eat?”
“Yep!” The grin that spread across Tom’s face was insufferable. How did he manage to see so much, to find such cruel and insidious games to play? Was Zach really so easy to read?
“Fine.” He’d been through worse, he wasn’t going to be hurt. He could out-manoeuvre Tom on this one and surprise him by not giving in.
He took a step. Another. His stomach flipped, and suddenly he wasn’t all that hungry anymore. The dim interior of the staircase felt like it would go on forever, stretching ahead of him until it warped and wobbled. He took a breath, and another, forced air into his lungs to keep his legs moving. As he passed the threshold his hand shot out to steady against the wall, palm flat against the textured paint.
Nothing good had ever happened in a basement, not to him. Dark, lonely, pain-filled places. Stuck underground, in cold, damp rooms that clung around his skin, stuck like tar in his memories. Black places. Punishments and penance, paid with bruises and more.
He was three steps down when the memories crowded, he doubled over, took another breath. There was nothing down here. Nothing. He straightened his spine, but still his steps were heavy, as though convinced he was voluntarily walking to his doom. There was a tremor in his legs, his left knee buckled. He stumbled down two stairs before he got control of it.
There was a snicker behind him and he groaned, cursing Tom, himself, the world. He just had to get it over with. With a burst of speed he quick-stepped to the bottom and leaned into the hand bracing his weight. “There,” he called back hoarsely. “Are you satisfied?”
Tom didn’t respond. Zach rounded on him, mouth parted on a breath. Hinges squeaked, and he got one second of a grin and the look of triumph on Tom’s face before the door began to swing shut. He waited a beat, one, two, another, a fourth, a fifth. The door stayed on it’s trajectory. A scream welled up, and he strangled it until it was only a coarse yelp.
His legs found their strength in a flash, and he bounded up the stairs. “Don’t! Wait! Don’t, let me out!”
He was closing in on the top of the stairs, moving faster than he had in weeks. His hands stretched to catch it before the lock clicked into place. Please please please. Whispers of other days, other times, crowded around him, hammering into him like they might rip a hole through his chest.
The door clicked into the lock. He slammed into it with a thud that reverberated through his wrists, jolted him up to the elbows.
He did scream, then. He wailed, hands pounding on the wood. “Tom, please, PLEASE! Don’t do this, you don’t have to do this.”
It was undignified and humiliating and even feeling that he couldn’t stop, wouldn’t stop. “I’ll do whatever you want. Just let me out.”
A solid weight thumped into the door on the other side and he held his breath, waiting.
“Zach, you still there?”
“Yes.”
A low chuckle. “So dramatic, god, you really can’t stomach anything these days can you?”
“No,” he admitted softly. Would admit to anything Tom accused him of, just to make this end.
“Tsk, shame. It’s going to be a long morning then, isn’t it? Hope you enjoy your meal at least.”
“Tom!”
Footsteps echoed, moving away, and the door remained locked. He pawed at it, rattled the handle, shoved at it with his shoulder but it didn’t budge. He slid to the floor, one hand still gripping the handle, and hung his head. Fat, salty tears slipped from his eyes and he did nothing to stem them. He couldn’t tell if they were shame, or fear, or grief for who he could be, used to be, if he wasn’t so cowardly, so lost. But it didn’t matter, there was no-one to see anyway.

Manner-Minded maybe w Sil?
silence masterlist
manner minded: [character] remembers their good manners while sick.
tw pet whump, illness, dehumanisation, multiple whumpees, phobia of pills
"Not again."
Sil didn't have a snarky reply this time. It knew how this went when it was sick — it couldn't yell at Master with a sore throat, couldn't think of witty remarks with a foggy head. It had to focus all of its limited energy on pleasing him for once, because otherwise it might not get treatment at all.
"I'm sorry, Master," it said quietly, trying not to aggravate the aches in its body. It didn't mention how this was a natural progression from the stupid, tiny heater being broken, or the lack of warm clothes it had been given. Master knew that. They both knew that. And 'blaming him' would've just ended in a beating.
Master looked it over with thinly veiled disgust, then sighed. "Well, I'm not going to stay here and catch it from you. So I suppose you're useless again for what, another week?"
It was a rhetorical question, and Sil just curled up a little tighter on its bed, waiting for the final verdict. Would it receive medicine for faster healing, or would it be left to fight it off on its own? The vet was out of the question, this much it knew. No one qualified– no one from the outside was allowed to see the damage.
"Why are you so fucking quiet now? Why aren't you barking at me like a feral dog, huh?" He stepped closer, then remembered what he'd said a few moments prior and stepped right back. "Whatever. If I get sick within the next days, I'm fucking killing you."
Sil tried to listen, past the pounding in its head. "Yes, Master," it said weakly, hoping it was supposed to acknowledge the threat.
"If you weren't a breeding ground for bacteria, I'd keep you sick all the time. You're considerably less annoying."
With that, he turned around and left. Sil didn't know whether that meant something good or bad, whether that meant it'd receive medicine sometime later that day. If it had to guess from all the comments, Master wasn't going to send any of his good pets down there, lest they catch the plague. As if a little cold would kill them.
But then who would deliver the food?
The darkness of the basement made it easy to slip in and out of consciousness, and Sil only tried to wake up fully when it heard footsteps approaching again. It was one of the pets, with a mask on its face and a tray of pet food in its hands. Sil didn't move a muscle.
"This is for the whole day," the pet said. "No second meal. So ration it. And the medicine is for twice a day as well, so only take one now. You can take another later."
Sill nodded, wondering how it was supposed to tell when enough time had passed. "Okay."
The pet frowned, but didn't make a comment on its pitiful state. It left in a hurry, leaving Sil alone with the disgusting fucking food and– and the pills. Pills. Master had given it pills. Instead of any of the liquid solutions, Master had decided to fucking terrorise it with the very thing that had been forced down its throat so many fucking times–
It turned over in bed, pulling the tattered blanket over its head. No more pills. No more fucking pills, even if it would kill it.

TORTURE AN OC ASK GAME
Send a number (or numbers) and an OC and I will answer them! (Feel free to reblog!)
How do you kidnap/capture your OC?
Are they defiant? Scared? Stoic?
What kind of torture methods would you use against them?
Do they have any phobias or fears? If so, how would you use them against your OC in torture?
What do they do if you torture a loved one in front of them?
How long would it take to break them?
Do they have a team? If so, supposed they were caught too. Do they protect their team from any torture or no?
Do they try to escape? Or do they wait for rescue?
How do they do while recovering after rescue/escape?
Do they return to their normal selves after the torture?

Phobia Whumper vs Acrophobic Whumpee
(tw: phobia whump, panic attack, broken bones, begging, kidnapping, heights, falling, general disregard for human life, one bitch of a whumper)
[Phobia Whumper Masterpost]
Tumblr media
Whumpee squeaked on a sob as the cold metal railing bruised into the small of their back.
Thereeeeeee you go…” Whumper’s words cooed into their hair as Whumpee clung to him, sobbing into his shoulder. Brinking Hyperventilation.
“Nnnn-n-o-no-no-no-”
Whumper chuckled, nuzzling sweetly into them. “You’re doing just fine. We aren’t even that high up.”
‘nOt hIgH uP’ their ass-!? They were halfway up a grain bin - there was no way they wouldn’t die - no fucking way- Shhhit shit shit their chest felt tight - tightening by the second. Their fingers were numb now as they clung to Whumper.
Whumper’s hips just pressed forward, pushing them harder against the railing - until the sun-warmed metal pipe bruised against the small of their back, drawing a sputtering sob.
“See? You’re safe. Pleeeeeeenty safe~”
Whumpee was sobbing now, face buried into his chest. “D-doont no no n-” The words muffled into fabric as they gripped his shirt.
They shrieked as Whumper ripped their head back by the hair - far - farther - further yet until Whumpee’s spine was arched. Half of them hovering over the open air.
Their hands scrabbled at Whumper’s wrist, but they couldn’t seem to find it. Didn’t even know if they were touching him - their fingers registered nothing and the sharp wind that whipped up around them and through the holed-iron floor of the steps did nothing to help.
They screamed freely into the unrelenting air, hands falling to the railing now - gripping it tight.
Fear was building.
No.
Fear was there - fear had always been there, but instead of being a pleading voice in their mind, begging them to pull back and tugging at their heart, it was now a siren shriek of daggers and claws raking down their eyes and over their lungs. Shredding apart their limbs from the inside and cutting their mind to ribbons until Whumpee swore they could see blood dancing through the air above and around them.
Their fingers scrabbled at the hand in their hair and at Whumper’s arm - desperately holding on - grabbing for any kind of anchor-
No- no, they didn’t trust him-
They gripped at the railing under them instead of his hand - it would stay firm.
Probably.
Maybe.
Possibly.
They didn’t know - their mind was shrieked and addled with wayward screams and muffled panic.
“Do you trust me?”
Whumpee’s mind was too blank to respond - barely registering the question.
The hand in their hair twisted, drawing a shriek from Whumpee’s rasping throat.
“Do. You. Trust. Me.”
Whumpee’s head shook against the grip, sob sputtering from their lips.
“Awhhh." Whumper's grip tightened. "Wrong answer~"
The scream snapped in half in their throat as Whumper’s hand dripped to their thigh, griping under their knees and shoving them up and over the railing.
A ripping crunch echoed through their bones as their shoulder twisted against their own weight - fingers still iron-clamped onto the railing as they dangled - screaming and screaming and screaming - letting the wind rip the sounds from their throat.
Whumper tisked, tapping at their fingers. “How are you ever gonna learn if you do things like that?”
Whumper’s arm lifted.
Their fingers snapped and crackled against the railing - bones shattering under the force of the blow.
The wind ripped the air from their lungs as they plummeted through it - darkness finding their mind before they hit the ground.

‘Can you not put him under?’ B suggests as Whumpee clings to A in a rising panic.
‘No!’ Whumpee wails, clinging as tight as their poison-wracked limbs will allow.
A hushes him softly, rocking him gently back and forth before laying him down on the bed to have the PICC line inserted.
‘Can you hold him down?’
A nods reluctantly as they gently lean their weight onto Whumpee's frail body.

Whump Prompt #1263
Submitted by Anon - thanks!
TW: Hospital settings | Medical abuse/malpractice | Loss of a loved one
Imagine three different characters who all happen to be apprehensive in hospitals/ around doctors. One has an inexplicable phobia of medical environments due to the urgency and secrecy of it all and the visuals of the medical equipment; the second has been a victim of medical abuse in the past and the third has had someone close to them die in a hospital (whether the death was a result of injuries, illness or medical neglect/malpractice is up to you) so attending a medical facility of any kind really impacts their mood and critical thinking.
Now.
Imagine that all three need to get poor Whumpee to a hospital ASAP 😊 (nobody has a phone so they can’t call an ambulance for plot reasons either)

Healing Isn't Linear
@whumpril Day 2: Sweat No Appetite
CW: angst, trauma recovery, trauma from recovery, set backs in recovery, disordered eating, possible eating disorder? (no body dysmorphia), referenced panic attacks, referenced nausea.
The clock on Whumpee's laptop read 8:45 p.m.. They'd been staring at it since 8:41, watching the minutes pass and trying to remember if they had adjusted the time for day light savings. Did their computer do that automatically? When did daylight's savings start anyway? Was it an hour later? Or an hour earlier?
It didn't really matter. The whole mental exercise was only a way for Whumpee to distract themselves from the fact that it was well past time that they should have eaten dinner. As well as the fact that they really should have noticed that earlier.
Whumpee had missed lunch too. And all they'd had for breakfast was half a slice of toast. Whumpee should have been hungry. They should have been starving. But they felt nothing.
It had been the same the day before. And the day before that too. In fact it had been several days since Whumpee had had any sort of appetite to speak of. They'd been able to ignore it up to this point, but the realization that things were getting bad again was beginning to sink in.
It had been a few years since Whumpee had escaped Whumper. The first year after had been rough. Their physical wounds had healed quickly, but the mental recovery was almost worse than anything Whumper had done to them.
When the initial relief of rescue had faded, fear had begun to set in. What if Whumper came back? What if Whumpee couldn't acclimate to the outside world? What if no one believed what had happened to them? The anxiety and desperation had begun to wear on Whumpee in as many physical ways as mental. They couldn't sleep. When they did they had horrible nightmares. Panic attacks were a near daily occurrence and the times between them were so fraught with anxiety that Whumpee could barely leave the house.
Everything came to a head with their appetite. The anxiety is what had started it. Even at their calmest, the tightness in Whumpee's chest was so constricting that they constantly felt on the verge of being out of breathe. Having to actually hold their breathe for any reason such as drinking or chewing felt so suffocating that Whumpee began to avoid such actions as much as possible. Soon enough, the feeling of hunger began to become synonymous with impending panic attacks, and then began to be replaced by them. Before long Whumpee had no appetite to speak of, and could only manage a few bites of food before panic would set in. Even the smell of food began to make Whumpee nauseous from the anxiety of knowing that eating it was going to make them suffer.
Even as their other symptoms began to improve, Whumpee's appetite stubbornly refused to return. They had wasted away to less than they had been when they were with Whumper. A pale, shivering, bag of bones, sinking into corners and shadows anytime food was brought up. Caretaker had had to apply some very tough love, before Whumpee eventually began to improve. Threatening to check them into impatient care if they didn't agree to getting treatment. The whole idea felt too much like being locked up again. So despite giving Caretaker the silent treatment for a month afterwards, Whumpee agreed.
It had been years since that had been an issue. Other problems would resurface occasionally. Insomnia, nightmares, panic attacks. And Caretaker was always quick to check on Whumpee's eating habits when they divulged to them that things were getting harder. But until now, Whumpee's appetite, and diet, had at least remained stabled.
It was thinking about Caretaker that finally compelled Whumpee to close their laptop and stand up. They would notice something was off soon if Whumpee didn't get a handle on the situation. The only reason they hadn't yet was because work was busy for them right now and they hadn't been over to Whumpee's house since before things started up. Their work wasn't slated to die down again anytime soon either, and Whumpee didn't want to give them anything else to worry about. So they made their way to the kitchen and pulled some leftovers out of the fridge.
You're going to be fine.
Whumpee told themselves as they watched their left overs spin lazily around the microwave.
You won't have a panic attack if you eat.
You'll still be able to breathe if you eat.
The microwave beeped its completion and Whumpee took the now steaming food out to set on the counter. They were hit with the warm, delicious smell of noodles and pasta sauce which they basked in for a split second before a wave of nausea washed over them so intense they doubled over.
Oh this isn't good.
Whumpee's chest tightened. Their throat felt like it was closing. The room began to wobble around them and their heart rate spiked.
You have to eat!
Even the thought of it made bile rise in Whumpee's throat. With one last mournful look at their dinner, Whumpee tossed it in the trash where the smell couldn't nauseate them anymore.
Maybe some crackers will do better.
