honestly i thought surtr was like some sort of hidden arknights boss or an ex-villain or something but she's just a passive mall goth lounging around and eating all my damn ice cream

#arknights #she doesnt leave my damn fridge alone #had to request a new minifridge through HR to hide my personal ice cream stash #(theyre original klondike bars. you see #only the original klondike bar has a solid chocolate casing hard enough that its a valid shell that doesnt crack or melt easily #and what i do is that in my office i use a spoon to introduce small microcracks into the klondike bar #to then pry apart by pieces and slowly deshell the klondike bar to eat its chocolate seperately from the ice cream #after ive finished eating all of the shell and ive properly left the ice cream proper nude #i proceed to eat the block of vanilla ice cream like a normal ice cream serving with the same spoon #using the foil itself as a plate for max efficiency #and upon finishing i lick the foil plate clean and politely fold up and throw away to minimize trash output as much as possible #thus ensuring a nice ice cream experience #but no surtr has to be like “bro just bite into the fucking ice cream its an ice cream sandwich”#BITCH you dont UNDERSTAND the PROCESS #WHICH ONE OF US IS THE TACTICIAN HERE????

Another weird question for y'all: If you are moderately allergic* to a thing and had been eating it anyway for years because you didn't know, and then when you figure out what you're allergic to you quit eating it at all, can you lose your ability to tolerate even a little bit of it? *a phrase which here means "probably severely allergic but can tolerate small amounts when on antihistamines"

#the person behind the yarn #allergy mention #food mention #I am not sure what I reacted to so severely today #and based on what I ate yesterday there's a chance my burger was cross contaminated with pickle juice #so I could be vinegared?#and it could be that this is just what vinegar allergic reactions are for me now #or it could be the german chocolate baking chocolate bar which I've never had before #or it could be my usual antihistamines but from a new manufacturer so new inactive ingredients #which means tonight instead of my usual double dose of off brand allegra I took benadryl #(DO NOT use my antihistamine usage as a guide. I take very high levels as directed by my doctors)#(seriously for most people this is both overkill and a bad idea)

not to sound mentally ill at 1:30 am on a Sunday night but. when I find leftovers that past!me put in the fridge bc she meal prepped for the week, or when I find sticky notes with reminders on them to brush my teeth or shower that I wrote for myself knowing I might be awake until 1 am again and forget, or when I see that a past version of me has already done an assignment last week so I don’t have to do it tonight,, I just want to say thanks to her for taking care of me.

#it’s probably just bc I haven’t slept a lot this last week bc of all the stuff I’ve had to do #but :(#I’m like oddly emotional over past!jess like we’re not the same person #bc like :( idk :( past me bought chocolate bars a couple weeks ago knowing current me would want them #I stocked up on food so I wouldn’t be hungry #I wrote reminders so that even when I got swamped with work I wouldn’t forget to eat or bathe or take care of myself #and I know that seems stupid to notice and like it should just be Inherent for a person lol #but !! freshman me didn’t do this !! freshman/sophomore me was all outta whack #and so :( idk #I’m usually so sleep deprived and chaotic that I forget I’ve even done things for myself until I see them #and sometimes I am consciously like ‘future Jess will really appreciate this’#like last night !! I did an assignment that’s not even due until the 29TH!!!!!!!#bc I had the motivation and I knew future Jess would be happy #and when it comes to the 29TH and I don’t have to worry about it I WILL be so happy!!!!!!!#I love people :(#I love what we do for ourselves #I love me #so yeah :)#that’s my bit for the night ok byeee

#image commentary in tags once again since they don't allow captions anymore and I feel weird using the alt text for that --#1. napping bapy boye sneeping on his own foot as if it were a pillow #2. The little primrose that I have seems to bloom sporadically all year around as long as I bring it inside and don't let it freeze #in the winter. This was a flower that came up randomly like mid november lol #3. Rainbow where you can see a little bit of a second rainbow near the bottom of it :0 #4. CHILDREN.... love to see them.....#5. Halloween Candy ranking tierlist. not important enough to post on it's own. so throwing it in with one of these I guess lol #I am also not really a candy person at all and prefer bready stuff like cakes rather than chocolate bars (if I even have to have sweets #at ALL which usually I prefer savory food). I suspect the apple is controversial but.. I do love apples .... huzzah #actually am having applle and peanut butter snack right now as I'm writing this lol #6. Various bowls/cups/etc. that I got from a store at COMPLETELY different times like.. years apart from each other #yet at some point realized that they all mostly match in paint color and seem to be part of the same pattern #But I totally didnt make that connection until a few years ago when I was putting up dishes. I just bought them all invidually because it's #like 'oh cool! a cat' *1 year later* 'oh cool! a cat!' etc. lol.. I guess it must be a popular design if it's been around being sold that #long.#7. carne asada burrito and matcha bubble tea... oughhgh.... again one of my very rare meals where I actually go and get something..#probably my favorite meal currently. Something about the Chronic Anemia makes me crave beef burritos madly despite only having one #maybe twice a year or so ghjbhj.. plus the beans.... onions.... many of my Diet Forbidden foods... Also of course the little aishas #are there.... somehow they shall split the meal together even though it's like 10x bigger than their bodies.. they are also hungry #and vastly anemic... huzzah to them...#8. I've had this shirt for a long time but it fits very weird so I can never find a way to use it in outfits?? But I recently had #an appointment where a doctor needed to be able to look at my back and it's one of the only actual Shirts that I have (mostly i just own #long robes or tunics or jumper dress type of things that would be hard to lift up or etc. like... I dont even own a single normal 't-shirt'#or anyting aside from one giant tshirt that I sleep in in the summer lol.) So I wore this there.. I forget how much I love the pictures on #it.. how pleasant... little hummingbird... AND I think one of the flowers is supposed to be columbine ... !#photo diary

Anyway I'm eating a chocolate bar for breakfast

#the duality of fran #this is a new low #i dont even feel low tho i feel good and kinda happy #i just really wanted a chocolate bar. i rarely indulge this much and for breakfast no less #but im just. yeah! im gonna eat chocolate for breakfast #normally i have breakfast on break at work and its super healthy #today. i deserve a lil treat #for no other reason than i am glad to be alive this morning #catsitting all next week which means being out of my parents house #and downtown and close to THINGS AND PEOPLE #i can just have a casual coffee in a cafe a weekend morning. go shopping. wander around the thrift markets #The possibilities are endless when u are within walking distance of things #im SO excited over this little thing. it shouldnt be a big deal. but my heart is so happy #even if the living out of my suitcase in another person's living space is anxiety inducing for me #bc routines and all that #GOD if rent wasnt insane in the city i would be so happy to move into a community #where everything is accessible by walking or. a short subway trip #I MISS THAT KIND OF LIFE SO BAD OK
