This has got to be the most awkward family reunion ever considering what happened the last time Kaine met Otto Octavius (before the latter became the Superior Spider-Man)...
Ironically, Kaine was actually more morally superior character this time around considering how disgusted he was by Otto’s willingness to go over the edge on criminals (Kaine didn’t know about the body-swap), Kaine acknowledged that he wasn’t a hero, but believed Peter was.
