I really like how Disco Elysium's ""good ending"" is fucking terrifying in the sense that Harry can still be a drug addict, alcoholic, racist violent cop and still get his job back as long as he can hold a gun, his plate and he's able to interrogate a senile man. if you don't play that way its still something they would do

Even Kim defending you is horrible too, from Harry's pov is a beautiful act but it just proves how one bad apple spoils the rest. Kim can be a good cop but when the time comes he will defend his partners above everyone else

I think sometimes we see Light as a bit of a more eccentric character than he might otherwise normally appear because the circumstances we see him in are HIGHLY unusual ones, too. Like yes he's paranoid and neurotic and always overthinking the littlest interactions and excessively secretive and scheming, but he's also trying to avoid being caught and put to death for murder with a magic notebook the entire time haha

honestly i don’t see much point trying to advertise my art or my wares on that post and i doubt i gained many followers from it.

obviously i want more people to see my work/store, but it’s also important what kind of people see it. overwhelmingly i have been very fortunate to be able to grow a community of followers who are, by and large, incredibly kind and thoughtful people. and i’d prefer to keep it that way. 😅
