I think my favorite character troupe is the failed hero. The failed hero is typically conventionally attractive and overly prideful but lacks emotional constitution and physical endurance. He is pathetic, but still strangely endearing. The failed hero has some kind of idea that he thinks will save/change the world/his community. He is rediculously mediocre, but he thinks that he'll be the guy. He fails monstrously at the beginning of the story, and the rest of the plot follows his unraveling and eventual demise. In the end, he accomplished nothing. He didn't move the world to a better or worse place. He wanted to be a hero, but made no impact. None. Meanwhile his life is ruined and his entire career is squandered. While the failed hero hasn't impacted the greater community, he has thrown his life into disarray and will never recover. He will continue to suffer until his timely and anticlimactic death.

I had a weird dream last night where I was like a popular online persona but I was getting canceled on twitter because of one post. I didn't make the post but obviously no one believed me and thought I was just denying it because obviously, so I was forced to watch as the world around me crashed and burned.

But like I really hate ppl who say Tomtord is a proship.

Like ik they tried to kill eachother but so did majority of the cast? Matt killed the main 3 in the 2005 Halloween special, Edd and Tord had a big rivalry(mainly in Breakfast, Tord pushing a whole ass wall on Edd lol), and Edd pushed Tom into spikes intentionally in Ruined.

What I'm saying is essentially if you think Tomtord is proship majority of the ships in Eddsworld would also be proship.

Like it definately *can* be a proship, no doubt, but like any ship can be based on interruption of their relationships.

Speaking of I've heard some ppl say oncest is proship and that makes even less sense...like what. Like yea they're the same person it's weird, no doubt, but it ain't proship. I think they use the logic of "they have the exact same DNA so they're twins!" And it's...like...no? Again, it *can* be, some ppl write then as twins/brothers and ship it, but generally I would say it's timey wimey stuff yknow where they exist from different timelines or different points in the same timeline so they're not really siblings? Idk if that makes much sense but yknow.

Якщо говорити серйозно, я прекрасно розумію, чим і чому саме та сцена така приваблива. Але моєю першою асоціацією, коли я її побачила, було саме це.

І ще Одноразник в цій сцені трохи нагадує павука, бо його руки і ноги дуже довгі і тонкі.

А загалом, цей мультфільм вчить хлопців, як треба поводитись, щоб отримати натовп фанаток. Ну там, по столу повзати, вчиняти екоцид, заробляти багато грошей, грати на гітарі, вміти готувати і шити… Носити зелену краватку! Це найважливіше! Знаєте, хто ще носив зелені краватки? Всі популярні хлопці! Локі, Драко Малфой… І ще треба, щоб в дитинстві батьки аб'юзили, однолітки булили, грошей не вистачало… але не вирости замкненим і боятись цього світу, а харизматичним і прагнути помститися йому. Або принаймні показати їм всім. Тоді твої злочини виправдовуватимуть важким дитинством! В ідеалі, треба витримати баланс між травмами, за які хочеться пожаліти і все простити, і досягненням певних вершин, що виділить тебе з-поміж інших травмованих невдах.
