Happy Shelf

Trancendence.

Now I have been making Baby Head Cups for many years and I know their vibe is pure. People respond well and are inspired by them however seeing this Happy Shelf leads me to believe this particular orange Baby Head Cup has transcended. I mean just look at those smile on the ceramic Buddha. I love the view over the rolling hills of Olympia Washington. Such a tranquil place. Totally enlightened!

A black woman was killed a few blocks from my house, and it was ruled a drug overdose even though she didn't do drugs and the circumstances of her death were extremely suspicious. A white woman was killed a few blocks from my house and her murderer (her own daughter) is already in prison, despite disposing of the body in a gruesome way and generally trying to cover her tracks.

The police in my town shot two unarmed black teenagers, one of whom is still in a wheelchair. The police were so bad at aiming that their bullets went through the windows of an apartment building, thus breaking windows (which we all know is a more serious crime than shooting unarmed citizens) and almost shooting bystanders in their own homes. Both of the teenagers were sent to prison, but the police involved are of course still on the force.

I saw police in riot gear while driving home from work yesterday, even though I wasn't in sight of the protest, which must have been small, considering I didn't see any protestors on my drive.

And this town, this little town with a liberal government, has the fucking nerve to say they stand behind Black Lives Matter, but are still maybe going to give us a curfew if WE don't behave ourselves? Like we're children who need to be sent to bed without supper, because a few windows got smashed. While there were no consequences for the cop who shot through windows while shooting black kids. Fuck them. I don't even want to be in public right now, but I have never been so angry at the leadership of this town in particular.
