El amor de mi vida se tiene que ir desafortunadamente
Perooooo tuve que hacer el menos un dibujo y la verdad me encanta como saliooo
Solar sacrificed himself to get rid of my art block, he's a real one...
I did my best to copy the artist's original style they did for the thumbnail and I think I did a pretty good job!
Here's more of the sketch and progress on the drawing!
It took nearly six hours according to ibis paint! And I messed up a bit on Solar's face but I do plan to go back and try and fix it tomorrow! I'm just tired since I kept working all day on drawings for the episode
I actually also really liked the flat colors though they definitely took the longest
[Og thumbnail btw:]
I was literally just drawing fanart for the laes hunger games video when I got the notif
Ngl I started laughing my ass off when bro just faded off
Yes, yes, Sanji letting Zoro help in the kitchen by letting him chop vegetables because he's good with pointy objects.
BUT. Have you considered?
They live in a world without most electrical appliances. A FUCKTON of physical labor goes into baking (and keep in mind how often Sanji bakes treats for the girls).
Sanji being tired (physically) and not feeling like taking 10 min to whip whipped cream. Being tired (mentally) of Zoro making fun of him for never working out. Sanji saying "fuck it" and just starts putting him to work.
The foccacia dough needs to be kneaded? "Have fun working a sticky mess for 20 minutes, asshole"
Need meringue? "No, STIFF peaks marimo. Don't tell me you're wimping out already"
"Are you even TRYING to flatten that steak Marimo?"
"Yes, it needs whipped cream. YES, I know you just made some yesterday. We need more"
Zoro's shoulders are burning but he's trying SO HARD not to lose face with the cook and meanwhile Sanji is silently losing it at Zoro's shock that cooking can in fact be a workout
everyone look at this fish i had to draw for my illustration class. for a grade. i am going to get a good grade in therapy salmon, something which is both normal to w
just when i thought i'd watched every frame of this bloody scene and noticed everything that was there to notice -
im putting this as a video because shitty gif quality will not do this justice at all. so aziraphale starts hovering his hands over crowley's back, right? and then as the cut occurs he actually places them on him? well, my dudes, ive slowed it down, and-
in between, crowley gives the tiniest nod. now, this could just be a small micro-movement on dt's part (and honestly? can't blame him, smashing your whole face against someone else's in a demon's vague approximation of a snog probably would mean any actor needs to regain purchase, right)
but im choosing to believe this was a crowley-ism, an acting/narrative choice; that crowley gave aziraphale permission.
fandom really played like a long game of telephone with this run because almost every popular trope that fanon likes to explore is like taken out of context from red robin
for example, back when i read fanon i would eat up the "Damian cut Tim's line" fics where it's like sad boy Tim and mean Damian and Dick finding out is always such an important plot line in these
but then in the actual book:
Damian cutting his line is a minor moment and immediately followed by them fighting physically with Tim winning
And the only reason Damian even did that is that Tim was still mistrusting him
and Dick knows about the whole thing-he helped solve the problem
there is also the fanon storyline of like Tim feeling super betrayed because no one believed him until they actually got Bruce back.
which is just. not what happened. at all?
Dick is always willing to believe him
and when Tim actually explains himself Dick listens and trusts him
Then Tim's characterization in fanon is also just like flanderised version of rr!Tim
Fanon is basically someone seeing a vaguely worded list of plot points in red robin and then making shit up from there and it so funny to me
