Ok, so I have a thing to rant about.

WHY THE HECK DOES SAMS KEEP KILLING CHARACTERS AND THEY GET BACK UP!? I’m very sorry if this offends anyone, but eclipse has come back how many times now? And it’s not even just eclipse. They’ve killed Bloodmoon before and brought them back, they killed Lunar (and yes this one’s good but still) and he came back, they even technically killed Moon before, so while some of this isn’t entirely bad, WHY is this just a thing? Why is everyone pulling William aftons? And I’m not saying it sucks as a plot point, it’s just kind of overused. Like, if you’re gonna give a character an amazing end (like Eclipse had before Ruin rebuilt him) don’t bring them back again! The others have a train for coming back yes, and more story to fulfill, but why put this to every single entity (other than KC) who dies? Eclipse had a good end, and that story was supposed to be finished. But he just had to come back for an encore. Again, sorry for ranting and I’m certainly not attacking the writers, I think they probably didn’t know what to do after Eclipse was dead, but still.

Thinking about no matter how you spin the Killcode family that Eclipse would have always been the black sheep. Doomed to not be the favorite, to not fit in, to not be enough whether they're redeemed or a "happy murder family". KC has changed he's a nice Dadcode now and they're all reforming. Bloodmoon has their obvious issues, but they are easily entertained, easily sated. Most importantly they have no personal grudges with the Celestial family (not until way later on/after dying which probably isn't where this kind of au would start anyway). But Eclipse? He's not "forgiving" enough, too angry, too spiteful, and will be the main problem point when it comes to getting along with the other Celestials. He's literally the problem child and it will take a lot of work to make him feel accepted. But what about the murder family? Killcode never changed for the better, they're all still murderous an antagonistic and the like. Now Eclipse isn't angry enough. Eclipse doesn't enjoy murder, not like that, he can barely commit to actually killing his most hated enemies much less revel in slaughtering humans. Bloodmoon is the favorite, more like their father in that sense, and Eclipse is just a disappointment. He can't win even when he's encouraged to be his worst because that's not what his worst looks like. Good luck getting any support from a Killcode like that.

Eclipse for once is actually claimed as family by someone and he can't even fit in it peacefully without a struggle. I love it.

I think this person said it really well and genuinely it's just bothered me that many of the characters are constantly such hypocrites.

Not gonna say this on my main in case I get something wrong, so I feel it’s best to come here to say it….

But isn’t Monty pulling the exact same move the back up eclipse palled. Just different victims of bomb in head.

Also, I want Lunar to find out the twins have a bomb in their head, and there to be serious repercussions/him losing trust in Monty, because as much as Lunar does not like the twins, he has had a bomb in his head, he knows what it is like having that in one’s head, and to see Monty pull the same move his abuser pulled needs to have some repercussions and consequences.

I didn’t know if I was gonna post this originally, because suggestive stuff isn’t really up my alley, but here we are. Sketch was good, lineart was good, and the rendering wasn’t half bad so I’m throwing this to the void

Those fancy designer bunny suits are gorgeous, I’ve been looking at a lot of them recently just to see how people add to the original base of it, people get really creative it’s so neat!

I was originally gonna draw Rue but I’m trying not to draw them as much to reign in spoilers where I can, soooo I was left trying to somehow fit a suit over poor Solar Flare, it was like trying to dress up a toaster lmao

I'm a BIG Big big Bloodmoon fan and this has gotten to me too T.T I feel they should just stop hating on people for being fans of evil characters?

We just want to know more and see them explored betterrrr

Curious why the writers don't like that Bloodmoon has fans? Just because he's a bad guy who does bad things... He still is a fun character to watch on screen. We KNOW he's awful. We still enjoy watching his shenanigans on screen. He's a fun character that THEY made.

Why do people like slashers in general: they're fun. 🤷

I think the reason people want a Bloodmoon redemption arc is because they want to see the character of Bloodmoon explored further. And not just "he kills. That's it" like they want to see what else is underneath it all.

We got glimpses of it when he took out Kill Code. And even a little bit more during the podcast where they forced him to watch his brother's death. SOMETHING is going on in that single braincell of his and we wanna know what it is.

Now that he's a singular person instead of two, that opens a LOT of options for how they could explore his character if they chose to. Would be cool to see.

Icl I usually take the podcast eps with a grain of salt because, to me, they read more as, like, the VAs going "look at our character. now look at us poke fun at them in ways we can't normally do without it being wildly out of left field" yk?? and they're the funniest gd thing ever to me as a result I'm sorRYRHAHAHAHA

BUT FROM A LEGITIMATE IN-UNIVERSE LOOK. IT MAKES SENSE BUT UGH YEA MY HEART JUST BROKE WATCHING THE COMPLETE TONE SHIFT BETWEEN THE BREAK. They took it all in stride and they handled every question pretty well! Even though the Bloodtwins were very clearly being picked on, they had each other to bounce off of and it led to fun bickering!! But without the other twin, he's just so..... quiet. It's almost eerie in a way I can't quite place, yk?

He has no one with him to go "psh these fuckin dumbasses. these idiots. we could tear them to shreds," because now when he thinks that, there's just an echo. There's no new quip. There's nothing to bounce off of. It's just himself, just one in a body more comfortably inhabited by two. and it makes me so ueueue
