Often times we don’t have a problem with making the choice to be happy. Choosing to be happy is the easy part. The hard part is knowing how to execute this decision on a daily basis. We all heard the saying, “misery loves company.” Meaning that unhappy people find solace in surrounding themselves with other unhappy people like them. The problem with this is that once you find yourself surrounded by negativity, it can be hard to get back into a positive state of mind. With that being said, let’s use today to focus on positive self-talk that’s rooted in optimism. Practice giving thanks for all that’s gone right and take the time to value all that we have.. Positivity over negativity. You’ll be amazed with how much your day can change!

What’s your why? Everybody HAS one! My why was that I hit the bottom of my life emotionally and physically! I was chronically fatigued and had no energy to do anything, I couldn’t even go out to bike with my kids. I had a period I couldn’t sleep without painkillers and I just felt really unwell! I had anxiety and worries, I just felt down in general! I got all kinds of inflammations under the sun and nothing really helped to handle these permanently! I started keto and intermittent fasting 14 moths ago lost over 40 lbs and several sizes! Few months into keto my problems started to resolve and vanish!
