i genuinely enjoy polyamorous ships in death note. and by that, i genuinely enjoy nearlymellodramattic. they're cute. it's wholesome. it could work out in a 'after death note..' scenario, if the other two somehow managed to live.

maybe it's just me but i think a romantic dynamic between these three guys would be really wholesome and cute. (assuming mello would grow balls and get over his competitive inferiority complex shenanigans)

crucial element of the OT3 is that near gets supremely pampered. he is a spoiled brat and they're not doing anything to fix that, i'll tell you that much.
