Happy #internationalwomensday Belleza. Today we had our #pregnancy photo shoot with my talented photographer friend @mcalderonphoto . I am so happy to have spent the day with this belleza... an entrepreneur, who loves her job and has an amazing heart 💜. Being pregnant 🤰🏻 in one layer, 40 degrees, nauseous was not easy. I almost cancelled the photo shoot because I felt so not me. In the name of all the amazing women out there going thru pregnancy 🤰🏻 and feeling not yourself or like me having morning sickness the entire day, just try to see the light at the end of the tunnel. 🌈I never realized how hard it would be to be pregnant. I know I’ve said this a bunch of times but I can’t stress it enough how much I admire my mom and all the moms out there or moms-to-be. You rock! I have so much to share of my pregnancy and #IVF journey. It’s been way overdue. Yesterday my #sundayvibes was to go back to my zen routine. It’s been months that I haven’t been back to @truerestnapa . When I started with #IVF it was my calming place, #truerestfloatspa + #meditating + #yoga + #soundhealing . 😂 I pretty much did it all. And I absolutely loved how much I ended connecting with myself. Summer is finally here yay! 👙 ☀️ 🏝Last time I did #floatfityoga I was so proud that I didn’t fall. This time around I felt every time we changed a pose. 😂 It was so so so much fun. Ahí están las fotos para que vean como me caí jajaja 👉🏼. I love love love this concept #yoga in the pool. I love this place @fairmontscotsdl . I wish #Napa offered this... hint hint to #napahotels ! Puh puh puh pleaseee offer this. I will be your most committed 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🤸🏻‍♀️🏄🏻‍♀️student. Promise. Como dicen en Venezuela, el que no llora, no mama. Oh! I’ve been so out of shape. I’ve been off my #workout routine for about a month. I couldn’t workout while I was going thru the first phase of #IVF cuz my ovaries grew from the size of an almond to an apple. Good news is that I got the OKAY from my doc to go back to working out 🏋🏻‍♀️ . So I have like a few months to get me back on track so when the implantation happens I am 💯 % ready for baby Tigrett. I am so excited on this guys. I can’t wait to be pregnant 🤰🏻. But before the bump happens I need to get my booty back in shape. 💪🏼Mobility is so so so key for my happiness. I am on cloud nine when I am working out. I also notice that yoga has helped me a ton with stretching and with my posture. I just need to be extremely careful bc your #napavale girl has 2 herniated disks. 😬 I did hot bikram yoga for like 2 years when I was living in #Miami and one time I just couldn’t get up... I over did it. So I was afraid to go back to yoga after that. Then I noticed that part of my body needed to stretch so just before moving to Napa I started doing @kinstretch . This is the most amazing mobility/strength/stretch training you can do. This is another training I wish it was offered in Napa. I did find my #fitfamily , you probably see it in my #igstorirs I love working out with my favorite coaches @hexafit and getting my stretch time and zen time @napavalleyyogacenter . Oh and of course with my girly Chelsea . I 💜going to her kundalini classes too @breathing_day ! Those are my happy moments. How about you belleza? What do you love to do?
