QSMP community positivity because the streamer awards made me so happy

QSMP Digital Artist - Ate and left NO crumbs ever omg. The amount of detail, varying styles, and epic scenes are my favorite. The variety of art styles for QSMP artist is like just going to a buffet to browse and they're all special little dishes made with so much love.

QSMP Tradtional Artist - HOW CAN YOU DRAW/PAINT SOME OF THIS STUFF?? Watercolor paintings of QSMP bulids, notebook spreads with cute little details, the fact that you can draw traditionally at all. All so talented.

QSMP Beginner Artist - NEVER GET DISCOURAGED <33. Everyone was a beginner at some point and seeing people improve over time with their art is so cool. I consider myself still a beginner even though I've been drawing for a couple years now lol. There is still so much for me to learn, and the fact how kind the qsmp art community is makes me so happy. Keep improving, your art looks great <3

QSMP Fanfiction Authors - I don't know whether to compliment you or ask for my therapy payment (/lh). So many authors have ripped my heart out and left it out to dry and others are like a bucket of fluff and joy. I love both of these. The writing quality is genuinely amazing on so many of these. I love to visualize when reading and with all the details it's basically just watching a movie.

QSMP Web Weavers - You guys are AMAZING. Finding so many quotes, transcripts, fanarts, aesthetic photos, and being able to combine them in a way that represents characters so well is beautiful. Not to mention the fact how your able to put credits for everything in an easy to find way??? Perfect.

QSMP Moodboards/Stimboard makers - These are so cute aaaa. I love seeing them, all the little collections of photos or gifs of characters I like is very fun.

QSMP Poll Accounts - I LIVE for taking polls. It's just fun to have a place to put an opinion you had for yourself that you didn't know how to put unprompted on your own post. Seeing results after a while also makes me happy to see what as a general consensus the fandom is on.

QSMBLR and QSMPTWT users - Transferring information from one hellsite to the other, I admire anyone who can survive in the discourse trenches and come back with account updates.

QSMP Clip accounts - I love seeing silly clips of cubitos, and especially those with transcripts and translations. It's a lot of effort and I admire that. Gives me so much info I would've missed otherwise.

QSMP translators - As someone still currently learning the other languages, it is so helpful when people translate it. Sometimes your brain just hurts and you can only read your native language. Also anyone who translates things from English to other languages, yes please make it for other speakers.

QSMP Multi-Shippers - It's so fun to see these, yes give your cubito 7 different romantic/platonic partners. You guys collect ships like Pokémon and it is inspiring

QSMP Cosplayers - I respect cosplayers so much. The wigs, the makeup, the costume, the PROPS?? All take so much work it's amazing to see final products. I reccently tried making a scythe for one I want to do, and I was struggling. Y'all are so cool.

QSMP Character Analysis Posts - Keeping fanfiction accuracy and my personal view on characters as close to canon as possible. These help so much when I need to look for a character I haven't watched much and easy to read.

QSMP Livebloggers - Save me from losing track of lore when I'm busy. I swear some of you just never sleep (please do but thank you for information). The amount of stuff I can figure out from vague post of combined livebloggers makes it much easier to know what's happening. Most of my mutual liveblog a lot and it saves me so much time <3

QSMP Rebloggers - KEEPING THIS FANDOM ALIVE‼️‼️ Tumblrs algorithm is based on reblogs, accounts that are just lurkers rb stuff ily. Hell yeah man, take all the cool stuff and share it.

QSMP Animatics - Movie night exists because of you guys!! Sometimes you all make me want to sob violently or laugh till I can't breathe. The differences in each video is so fun to see. The effort in each one is just beautiful too, animatics are NOT easy.

QSMP Editors - The fact that people can take a cube game and turn into epic/sad/cute edits with a few clips, transitions, and audios astounds me. You guys are so cool and I love seeing them. Also the fanart edits are so sick, finding the best ones to match.

QSMP Fan Video Creators - Stuff like the Federation Welcoming Workers Video, that one cucrucho cereal video, things like that. Quality is usually amazing and all the unique takes or camera work is epic. Idk what else fits in this genre but I just wanted to mention it.

QSMP RP Accounts - Seeing other people's takes on characters are so interesting and fun to see. RP is a skill I need to work on and it's done pretty well with these accounts. The amount of detail y'all can put is insane.

QSMP OC creators - Cringe culture is dead, I love seeing people make their little characters interact with eachother based on the QSMP. Keep it up and pls share it.

QSMP 3D Animators/Modelers - I never expirence more joy than when I see a 3D model of a qsmp rat spinning around. Also any 3D animators your dedication is insane. I tried learning 3D animation once and that was a STRUGGLE.

QSMP Vod savers/YT summaries -Actual lifesavers, there is no way I could've been apart of this community without them. Watching a few videos a day about what happened on the server makes it easier for me to actually do other things. Also that one person who made a QSMP2023 summary in UNDER 10 minutes, you are insane and did such a great job.

QSMP Accounts in Different Languages - QSMPBLR is heavily more English speaking than other languages, and when people main tag with post in different languages it makes me so happy. This was the point of the server, to let people post in whatever language they wanted. It's also fun for me to practice and try to translate it for myself.

Long time Lurker, first time messager, love your blog btw. Anyway I just got back from a wedding which reminded me of an au my bud and I have p much written in its entirety through text chains but the basic gist is this. Man of honor Dream and Best Man Hob for Jessamy and Matthew's wedding. Dream is a Neurotic Mess bc he Will make sure everything is perfect for his bestie, she already has enough to worry about just Being the Bride, let alone all this inane Bullshit that comes with planning a wedding. He takes his stress out on Hob, Matthew's best man who is similarly devoted if not a little less Messy about it. And of course by Take Out His Stress I mean fucking Hob every time he sees him. Cake tasting? Bathroom Handjobs. When he sees Hob in his suit at the tailors? Blows him in the dressing room IMMEDIATELY. Every wedding planning event ends with them sneaking off for some sort of quickie bc Dream just Can't Deal with it any other way. And I mean it's kind of tradition for the best man and Maid of Honor to fuck right? We had a whole thing about Feelings at the end but this is the basic premise and I thought you would enjoy ❤️

Maybe on the wedding day itself they don't fuck until Matthew and Jessamy have been safely sent off for their honeymoon. Hob takes Dream to KFC at 2am or something and they eat fried chicken and maybe have a little cry about the wedding being all over now and it was just a lot, wasn't it?

Dream is so tired and emotional he's just like "Come home with me I need to fuck you on an actual bed at least one time." And then they just stay together forever and Matthew and Jessamy have to plan their wedding two years later <3

have you made the house md ocs yet?

so, about that!

short answer: yes! yea i have :D

longer answer: yeaaa i did but.. making oc is always tough for me because i never seem to get attached enough to them to keep pushing through and developing them. being the only fan in a fandom where YOU have to create the source material is not really my jam haha. i have much more fun engaging with other peoples oc’s and characters from existing media.

but for you, i’ll commit to making a proper sheet for him. for now, here’s a little (very bare bones) overview of my guy!

introducing Max! he’s 33 (at the time of season one, based on my hopefully correct math of everyone else’s ages.) and an elementary teacher! he exists in the same universe as @privatehousesanatomy ‘s oc kadee. he lives in the same apartment building as her and house, which is how they become friends at first! he does graphic design on the side and while his family helped put him through school for his bachelors in elementary education he’s hoping putting himself through for a masters in graphic design. he comes from an asian background (his family is from the middle east, they immigrated in the late 70’s) and he is bilingual (i love any excuse to use my family’s language in my fandoms, an oc you can project on is the perfect way lol) he loves listening to classical music while he draws, his favorite things to draw are still life and portraits. he is an only child. a little physical description of him; he’s got chase ish length thick black wavy hair (difference between their haircuts is that max’s bangs are longer so they go down to his chin) which he usually pins back, dark brown eyes, an oval face, he’s about 5’10

here are some VERY early, on the fly sketches of him (both when i was in artblock AND i lost my sketchbook for a hot minute hence the lined paper😭double whammy)

the one on the left, those marks around max’s eye are where i erased glasses many times. originally he was going to have glasses but it’s not been set in stone, idk if i’ll keep them (yes that is wilson, i heavily referenced a @/noahdea.art drawing and ran with it, second one was just me messing around fully pulled out my ass that’s why it looks a lil jank but wtvr)

While it’s important to always believe victims it’s equally as important to recognize what actually happened and the lack of knowledge we have. I can’t BELIEVE people are so so quick to see the first British boy that sings and is associated with Shubble PUBLICLY (we all know how private Wilbur is about shit) and point out that it COULD be him.

People are literally bashing anyone who decides to be either neutral or thinks it doesn’t add up. But guess what? It DOESNT add up. We’re never given a set date where this happened so it could even possible pre-date when Shubble and Wilbur even met.

There’s so many things people are either missing or just down right refusing to acknowledge. Twitter is nuts, literally everyone and their mom is bashing Wilbur fans, it’s a dumpster fire at this point.

Until he says anything, if he even does, it’s innocent until proven guilty. Ruining someone’s career, someone LIFE, someone’s DREAM, over and IF statement is ludicrous and idiotic.

there are a lot of details that are being ignored or left out, alot of things that are blurry. I can't even tell you the exact words Shelby spoke because she deleted the vod two days after.

So this one is kinda interesting, because it's very different if you include all my works (207 thus far (soon 208) and I'm not done transferring everything from my FFN days) compared to my One Piece offerings, which is what you, my specific friend, are most familiar with. Under all stories my list is:

That's... a difference. The first list is pretty clear that I've done a lot of prompts with plenty of fluff, angst, and AUs. The second focuses in on those AUs. They're both pretty spot-on, though playing around with my filters brings surprising stuff in many of the categories.

I do not decide what I write. God decides what I write. Sometimes He leaves it to my brain. That's usually a disaster.

I love all my AUs what are you talking about...

If I had to pick one I think my favorite right now is a tie between little seagull, little seagull, where shall you go? and Adventures with the Denizens of 1000 Sunny Rd, just because they're both really fun for completely different reasons. One's just the Great Dilfening of Trafalgar Law in its varied forms and the other is Modern pseudo-Midwestern American AU w/Sunny as a sus af party house in rural suburbia that totally isn't based on my local metro area what are you talking about. Both torture Law though, and that's what counts. :D

A comment that stood out? Well, I think comments that stand out to me are usually the long ones, as well as the ones that end up in long-winded conversations and exchange of fandom squealing. While I've gotten some in recent years, I cannot express how it was very different back in the heyday of my years mainlining FFN. So, like, 2004-2010, I'll say. Those were really good days, and people loved commenting/reviewing! There were still lurkers, obviously, but there was way less commodification of fandom like we see now. It's definitely not a "fandom old yells at teens" thing because I know it's not necessarily fandom's fault for the shift and is instead the corporate end that has trained us (especially newer fans) to treat media and fandoms alike the same one would cheap paper towels, but that's not what fandom is, and oh would you look at that I strayed from the topic.

I really loved what the aesthetic represented. "Reclaiming girlhood". Such a simple yet meaningful concept!

I got VERY lucky to have found accounts like @coquette-club @pinktrailerprincess @iridescentdarliing and @yayodolls that showed a GENUINE coquette lifestyle and representation. If I had just looked at whatever was on Tumblrs top page (or even worse, got my info from Tiktok) I would have absolutely fell victim to the belief that thin, white, cis, trad girls are the face of community and I would have checked out ages ago.

Representation not only matters, it's authentic!

I don't have any plans for an Andrei centered fic at this time. But he will have more added to his story as we continue. There may be some Andrei centered chapters in the distant future. That's the best I can give you at this time. :-( Sorry.

I adore Andrei. He's probably the character that has changed the most since the inception of this story. He was originally just another Volkov thug that served as a medic to keep Ben healthy. But then he took on a more in depth role and developed a deeper more tragic backstory.

He's very different from my original story notes for him. LOL. I love the character he's become and I do have more planned for him as the story moves along. I will tell you, just as a teaser, that for poor Andrei, things get worse before they get better. Sorry. LOL

This isn’t really a question but like, I’d love to hear more of your kirby extended universe, maybe little details, things that got changed from their original concept, etc (or maybe just a rundown bc I’m lacking the brain power to find if one exists). Well there's. A lot of history, lots and lots and lots but that's for anotherday when I become brave enough to rewrite and update my old lore dump

As for things that have changed!

The main focus of my verse went from the regular Kirby timeline to the heroes of yore never fell timeline when me and my friends started making hypothetical kits for two of the heroes, of which we'd learn we likes a lot better than what canons got going on [+I get to write the guys more so<33]

But where things really took a turn was when @opal-owl-flight's cat [Magolor] decided to start stalking Magiajam because they were pretty and now they're like the best couple I've written and the existence of gods in my verse expanded ALOT. Magia too was developed past "grieving god" to a much more fleshed out character.

And of course there's a lot of characters that are written by other people and even a lot of characters that are from other universes entierly [that are my friends kirbyverses]

Ya'know writing stories is a lot more fun when you're doing it with a lot of friends. I don't think I would've ever gotten to this point if everyone didn't adore Bast when I first made her, or gave me ideas when it came to characters like Abbadon, Kalakto, the kits, Magia especially.

There's a LOT of history here, both in fantasy historian terms and I Have Been At This For Over A Year so there's alot. Also I'm insane and like worldbuilding A Lot

TLDR: This is hardly even Kirby at this point lmao
