I think some people would be bitter about the Nueva York Revolution because to them, it looks like "privileged" individuals with strong powers throwing a tantrum
(Olivia Octavius being one of them)
Oh abso-fucking-lutely! That is ENTIRELY what some people think!
It's the same with the Rock Revolution! So many people probably think B2J were just trowing a tantrum because they didn't get picked for a Lights Up Audition! The same thing would be said about the Power Revolution!
However! I do think more people would be a bit more sympathetic to the Arachnikids once they came out with how they were treated while inside Nueva York. Plus other people who graduated the program, or didn't graduate but used the Go Home Machine, would also have stuff to say about how Miguel and company treated the residents.
There would definitely be people, those who graduated the program perfectly fine or staff members, that think it's just a tantrum, but I think more people would be on the side of the revolutionist in this specific case.
B2J? No, there are a lot more people saying they through a tantrum and it was pure luck that they ended up with a happy ending. Even if B2J made it more clear to the public they were doing it for the power and the people (because they never said that publicly I'm pretty sure, just to Tatiana and maybe referenced on Zam FM), I think there would still be plenty of people who think they did it for a lot more selfish reasons and not actually for the people.
Miles and Co. on the other hand had more reasons for their actions that people could sympathize with and support. Even if they didn't know the whole story, even hearing rumors that these kids might have been mistreated is more something people can get behind than B2J's rumor of rock being more powerful than EDM.
Now a revolution that would have more supporters than haters would actually be the Tech Revolution at Vandelay Tech.! The revolution was a lot more internal and barely got out of the upper circles until the very end. Those who did know were probably robots and some human staff members (the few that weren't the bosses).
It was mostly a silent revolution until Mimosa's fight and the closing of the campus. I doubt Kale or Roquefort actually talked to the press since that was Mimosa's job. People were left in the dark and probably a little bit scared with the shut down.
It wasn't until Kale's giant robot fight that people were terrified and only after the actual Kale fight that the public got to know what happened. How Kale mind controlled his own mother and tried to kill an innocent person who was "defected" by the machines Kale created. Like, technically, Chai is a victim in all of this because he basically just wanted health care that will better his living situation and was then attacked because the company's own machinery fucked up his surgery.
People were rooting for Chai and friends once all of this came out to light. I doubt people other than "friends" of Kale would be saying Chai deserved to die. Especially if Roxanne came back into the picture and made Vandelay Tech a company that actually had the customer's interest in mind and wasn't just after profits.
So yeah, funnily enough, the three revolutions progress from most public and hated to least public and loved!

When Washington would call his soldiers, did he say "pack it up skittle squad" while John and Alexander made-out in the corner as Lafayette did splits or did I just make it up

A little piece of music which I’d like to share with everyone who’s interested. It’s a piano music sheet of Henry Litolff’s «Ouverture to Maximilian Robespierre» which is basically one of my favorite compositions ever. It came to me by pure coincidence so I really proud to have it in my collection. The reprint is Russian and dates back to 1928. The first page is a bit damaged but the rest is almost perfectly fine.
Especially I like the La Marseillaise fragment here. Also it’s for four hands so I have literally no one to play it with lol.
If you never listened to this ouverture I highly recommend.

Bonus: a postcard with Maxime from the movie «Napoléon» 1927. The music sheet was released a year after the movie was made.

Whenever I listen to a Hamilton song I get the sudden urge to take a blood oath with my friends, start a revolution, overthrow the government and scream our name from the top of the highest mountain of our newly acquired land. Any advice?

hozier could get up on stage and say the words "capitalism is a flawed and violent system and we need to implement universal socialism" and people would still be like "haha silly little bog man 😂"

No more pigs in our community; OFF THE PIGS! No more brothers in jail; OFF THE PIGS! The pigs are gonna catch hell; OFF THE PIGS! Revolution has come; OFF THE PIGS! It's time to pick up the gun; OFF THE PIGS!
Some inspirational Black Panter chants, from the 1968 Black Panther short "Off the pigs!"
