Grapes of Rad - Updates & Optimization

Grapes of Rad allows your sims to grow grapes and turn them into tasty wine. This update includes an earlier fix that was never added to the main archive as well as a good amount of optimization:

Changelog

The infamous wine glass fix bug, which had already been fixed in a mini update, has now been fixed in the main archive too

A number of textures have been reduced in size for better performance and less disk space.

The edible grapes and grape harvest baskets have been repositoried to their respective grape plants and the Harvest Basket Inventory Tool.

A file with legacy recolors that didn’t work anymore has been removed, saving 8 mb

The wine cask can now be grabbed and put into ones inventory.

Please redownload the entire set and delete all old files. Some files have been removed and others have had their names changed.

MOD EATER PIRATE! THE FINAL MOD EATER NPC! Captain Haley Bullywort, the feared dread pirate who's crew of ghouls and ghosts sails the ocean in-between planes on the frightful starship Galloween!

One of the most wanted star-pirates in the universe, Bullywort and his crew are responsible for sacking ships belonging to quite a few powerful people, but his high bounty belies the fact that he carries himself with a jolly and showman-like manner, and mainly targets particularly opulent-looking ships.

Ships like the Hyperlight Alice.

Captain Bullywort and his crew attempted to take the ship in an attack of opportunity, but found themselves on the receiving end of a beatdown from the ship's violent inhabitants. Bullywort himself was reduced to a severed jack o' lantern by Vix... but the pirates ended up being spared due to Vix considering the fight enjoyable and honorable.

Vix tried to coerce the candlelit captain to join the Alice's crew, because she thought he was cool, but while he greatly wanted to accept, in the end, his role as captain of his existing crew was more important.

But, due to their honorable duel and sparked friendship, Vix and Bullywort traded contact info. Even if he doesn't live on the Alice, he's an interesting thing out in the universe, and just maybe, he'll be a useful emergency contact someday!

Well, I guess I've finished all of the Terraria NPC's.

I started doing these at the beginning of this year, and in the time it took to finish all of them, we got episode one of mod eater out, and the next episode on it's way.

It's been a hell of a year, but I want to deeply thank everyone who's paid any attention to this project, and especially thank the Terraria community here on Tumblr. You're all wonderful artists and lovely people, and heading into the new year, I hope to be able to share lots more art with you all, and maybe even make proper friends instead of just living in my hermitous art cave. Is there a Tumblrarria discord?

Eh, whatever~. The thank you is the important part. And I really mean it. Thank you all, for being willing to care about my designs, my writing, and my weird remix of Terraria. It feels wonderful to see people genuinely enjoy my creative work~.

Nothing beats the good old virtual vappusauna 😌✨ ~

But for real I was actually testing out this open sauna that I found. It actually had some oddities. Lightning issue (see the pic below) and for some reason if the sim couldn't find a way to the sauna they just standed there forever without doing the "aww can't get there" -yell.

for some reason the sauna was like bright even tho there was no light. It was also casting odd light to the door and the tatami. Or at least it was in the door even tho i removed the window (if i rember corrently)

really cool tho. Makes me really want to find all the cc to really bring this sauna experince alive.

tbo me moveobjecting the other part of the sauna like this makes me dream of more add ons xD

Grapes of Rad - Cask Shelf Recolor Pack

Because during the course of optimization by repoing the ever living code out of everything, the textures are in desperate need of being expanded. In the initial Cask Shelf Update (and also present in the updated Grapes of Rad archive) I included various Pooklet/ACYL of the original wood grain.

Well you can never have too much wood grain for variety, so here’s four more different types, also in those various Pooklet/ACYL that are typical to the Sun&Moon recolors.

The Cask Shelf package itself is NOT present in this download, just recolors. They are presented as individual files so you may pick/choose/bundle your own preferences.
