hermitcraft and hermitcraft member obsession confession forum. can be nsfw or non-nsfw, i accept both gladly (nsfw will be tagged as such). can be shipping or non-shipping. can be self-shipping/self-inserting/self-gushing or shipping/gushing about hermits with other hermits (or anyone else). can be in-game/characters or irl (irl content will be tagged with #irl so that anyone who wants to filter for it can). all it has to include is brainrot of any type about/including any one or more hermit(s).

run by one mod with minimal-to-no experience running this sort of thing, so things may be slow or disorganized. if anyone else would like to join or help or has tips feel free to dm me please.

the singular mods name is currently: [gold or goldie], but since this can/does change, the mod also goes by mod tag: [mod magma]. gold/goldie/mod magma uses it/he/nameself/ne/any pronouns, with any and all neopronouns also welcome and enjoyed (the weirder the better).

the basics:

- 18+ only please. this blog can/will have sexual themes and for the safety and sanity of everyone involved, one should be 18+ to interact with this blog.

- don’t be a dick. don’t harass people. if you don’t like it, simply click away from it. if you would like something specific tagged that isn’t already being tagged for, feel very welcome to ask, however it may not end up being tagged for purely due to how many tags there would end up being to keep track of if tons of specific things are tagged.

- this blog welcomes non-irl and irl shipping/confessions. do not harass anyone about this. if you do not like irl content, you can filter for the irl tag.

- the content of this blog is fictional and purely for fun/entertainment. it is not made to seriously speculate on anyone or their real life personal information. while it may include some verified elements of individuals real lives, none of it is intended to be taken seriously nor is it intended to be an actual reflection of their real lives. if any private information about any individual that is not publicly known/provided is submitted to this blog, it will be immediately deleted - doxxing is not acceptable.

- each submission must include at least one hermit. the rest is up to you. submissions can include whoever else you would like in addition to said hermit(s), provided they are adults. controversial (in a loose sense) individuals like dream, wilbur soot, forever, etc. are highly highly discouraged though still allowed, however whether your submission is posted is purely up to the mods discretion and there is a quite high chance your submission may not be posted.

tagging:

- nsfw/explicit submissions will be tagged #nsfw

- submissions talking about irl hermits/individuals as opposed to their in-game characters will be tagged #irl

- basic things like death, gore, rape, and other commonly upsetting things will be tagged, but more specific things may not.

-the tagging system for individual hermits is currently in the works. there will be a way that each hermit in a submission is tagged so that they can be filtered for easily, however i am not quite sure as to what i’d like that to be at the moment as i don’t really want to tag a submission with just a hermits standard name and have the submission pop up in their normal tags (e.g. a post tagged “#etho” will pop up in the “#etho” main tag, and i’d like to avoid that if possible). i will probably just come up with some sort of convention or almost equation to convert a hermits name into a tag for this blog and post a list of them here (the hermits regular name and what they will be tagged as on this blog). i am tentatively thinking of making it their names but without any vowels (e.g. #tngtk for tangotek or #zmbcl for zombiecleo) but that might get confusing.

- if i, mod magma, ever have something i’d like to add to or comment on a submission, that submission post will also be tagged as #mod magma.

- any non-submission posts will be tagged as #not a submission, and any housekeeping/updates posts related to the blog itself will be tagged as #blog maintenance.

This is the official Taskforce Distortion account. Before anything, we will answer some questions for you.

What is Taskforce Distortion? Taskforce Distortion is a group focused on the protection of the Multiverse. It is ran under multiple divisions; the Rocket Division, the Aqua Division, the Magma Division, the Galactic Division, the Plasma Division, the Skull Division and the (new) Star Division. Our leader keeps their identity hidden for the safety of all involved, however we all run under guidelines set by them.

What is the purpose of each division? The Rocket Division monitors the activity of "Teams" both active and not. This division having access to top of the line security and surveillance systems to monitor such activity. Any unusual activity will be reported to the leader and a plan of dispatch will be acted upon with swiftness. The Aqua and Magma Division share responsibilities of monitoring irregular seismic activity in the current universe's planet, as to not let a catastrophic event similar to that of the Hoenn incident ever happen again. A smaller responsibility is to also monitor the health of the oceans and land to try and fight back pollution and habitat damage. The Galactic Division monitors the Distortion world, keeping an eye on the activity of the Giratina to make sure they do not cause havoc to any universes that reside in said plane of existence. The Plasma Division monitors known pokemon breeders and professional trainers to prevent illegal activity, be it pokemon abuse or inhumane training methods that don't necessarily fall under the league or law's definition of abuse. The Skull Division is our eyes on the ground, sent out to monitor areas of interest along with the Rocket Division. And finally the Star Division, which isn't a full division, as there is only one member, however it is one of the most important additions as it's lead member is a prodigy hacker, allowing us much farther reach than before.

#sprites #modding #ironically. the base golem is my least favorite #the inferno golem i like the magma i did on it #but the ice and wood golems im very happy with #i didn't even know wood golems were a thing in BD and that's bc 'wood golem' is only an enemy in the BD2 demo #it's model is reused for a group of enemies in the full game and the specific texture is reused for 'woody' but #i saw there was a wood golem of any variety and was like 'oh that's sick what if i give each of the vanilla races their own type' #with wood for elves obviously. rock for humans. inferno for goblins. and ice for dwarves #at least ideally. for some reason animal entity tokens wont actually give dwarves the ice golem #every other race's animal token works great. just not dwarves #so ice golems are just a common domestic instead #close enough #the wood golems im trying to make an actually tough plant type enemy so elves have a lot of fire power in sieges #so far they're pretty tough! turns out making them made of A Lot of tissue layers makes them a lot more durable

dress in neutral tones or greens, with bright red/orange/yellow jewellery, makeup, and/or accents!

keep lots of candles (or fake ones)!

collect some super cool lava lamps!

make one of those “science fair” volcanos!

use explosive/magma/lava/volcano based neo pronouns!

collect some igneous rocks! (obsidian, lava rocks, etc)

make or get some slimes with black gravel, reds/oranges/yellows, or just ones that generally remind you of volcanos/magma/lava!

enjoy some time in a sauna, hot tub, sun bathing, or otherwise enjoying the warmth! (always use proper sun protection and all that!)

decorate your living space with a dark and rocky vibe, with bright orange/red lights in places, like a volcano!
