This post is pertaining to the hide and seek challenge Scott (Smajor/dangthatsalongname), Shelby (Shubble), Gem (GeminiTay), Lizzie (LDShadowLady), and Jimmy (SolidarityGaming) did very recently.

I am going to take a deep breath, put a few eeeees out in the universe (not to anyone in particular; just for me to not continue spam texting my friend who doesn’t care) in a very calm and collected manner, take another deep breath, and try to maybe go to bed.

Scott, sir, you are insane both at seeking and hiding. You scare me sometimes but it’s okay because it’s in the best way and I admire you for it. You’re so cool <3

Shelby, you’re a psychopath but also in the best way! How did you possibly make something so cute and tiny and still have so many hiding spots! I was giggling the whole time and I loved seeing the Shrub skin again! :D

Gem, the gradients on those roofs and all those details of the interior? Ughhh! Wonderful! Also love the little comments. So fun ^^

Also Shelby and Gem making in the closet jokes in Scott’s video is just the epitome of queer friendships and I am so normal about it mhm yep

Lizzie, you’re unhinged (/pos) but the style of hide and seek you did was so much fun and the hiding spot was 10/10! Sardines (that version of hide and seek I learned) can be so chaotic and so much fun so I got so excited when they started finding you and going quiet. I very much enjoyed :3

Jimmy, I’m so proud of you oh my god! Your building has come so far- I feel like a parent watching my child progress even though I am younger than you and also do not play Minecraft myself. Ahhh good job :,D

So for shits and giggles and i guess some nostalgia I looked up NewScapePro because I still quote some of the jokes that came out of his hide and seek minecraft videos ("I was in a confined space" being one of them if any of you remember that video) and he was the one who inspired me to try (and fail) to make minecraft minigame videos with fnaf and undertale characters.

But apparently he deleted his old minecraft vides to start doing fortnite which is kinda sad to me, like sure he didnt need to keep doing minecraft but he should have at least kept the vidoes up.

also I am in no way trying to make this some kind of callout post, this is just the ramblings of a nostalgic 17 year old who wanted to watch back some older minecraft rp videos because I was watching a Mithzan video and remembered that I found his channel through NewScapePro videos and wanted to know how long I had been watching him [Mithzan] for-

its like nearly 4am my time but i am so desperate to know actually ive only met like one or two people who know about this but pleaaaaasseee tell me one of yall know about the fucking newscapepro minecraft undertale roleplays. shubble was in them she played frisk theres a whole channel trying to archive all the content related to it who else watched this. bc i remember being a kid and watching the whole series and being obsessed with it including the extra content too

How do you possibly write that nostalgic feeling of times gone past, reflecting in one's bed during a starry, rainy night? It's genuinely such a hard feeling to describe in words.

#though personally #i always feel this way listening to a song i became attached to at a certain time #it always reminds me of that event but also back when my room was my own and not shared w my sister #and of starry silent wintery/autumnal evenings right after meeting with friends and it's getting dark #when you feel lonely but really happy and giddy that you got to hang out with them and mess around like children again #but if it's really old and i mean like a decade or so old #i'm reminded of school discos in year 5 or 6 and playing tag and hide-and-seek w my best friend at the time #how we'd sing those songs on a bright summer holiday afternoon as we came walking back to her house from the major park we both lived near #and how we'd feel so on top of the world #and now i wonder how she's doing after she moved away #i wonder how everyone's doing after being almost 5 years apart #or of how even during lockdown i would be sat listening to minecraft osts and taking long walks down said major park #around the time i began to write and plan ootf and being reminded how thoughtful and clear headed i used to be #i'm a bit nostalgic if you can't tell #:')
