The illusion of stability
Even in apparent stability, the world around us is in constant flux—every moment not spent progressing is, in fact, a step backwards.

What is Contemplative Practice?
What is Contemplative Practice ? How can it benefit me and will it be able to help me heal restore and renew my body-heart-mind?
Contemplative Practices are like doorways or portals that provide the bear attention of present moment transcendence, simple self-awareness that can allow you to mindfully be focused and aware of one's deeper thoughts and emotions. A contemplative practice helps you to “awaken your inner observer”.
Aristotle said that contemplation is known both as the highest form of activity, and also it is the most continuous, because we are more capable of continuous contemplation more so than we are aware of any other practical activity. So it is doing everything and nothing all at the same time. And it is truly wonderful to experience it!

One way to a more fulfilling and successful life is to not live mindlessly on autopilot. Be present in the Now, mindfully engaged in every moment, which will help you make better choices through critical thinking and decision, rather than mistakes by complacent default. Just for today, why not take this principle for a test drive? Just for today, when your mind automatically wanders off the past or future, mindfully bring it back to the Now and ask yourself: “What’s the next right thing to do?” — then do that. Remember, the past is dead, an illusion and no longer exists. The future is promised to no one and doesn’t exist, yet. All you have — concretely have — is now. These are your cards, not the ones you had or the ones you hope to have but actually have. How will you play them? If you’re going into work today, or spending time with loved ones, BE the person you would like to work and live with and lead by example, regardless of invitations to arguments or provocations to behave otherwise. THIS is how you become the best version of you, by making a million tiny, little, granular decisions every single minute — which subsequently compound and add up to bigger, better outcomes for you. Of course, this may sound too much like hard work to the “life’s too short” Magoo’s, who are welcome to ignore me, but think on this: If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’re going to keep getting what you’ve always got, so… Your mantra for today: “Just do the next right thing” Karan x KaranScott.com | Life Changing Mindset Coaching #tuesdaymotivation #tuesdayvibes #tuesdaythoughts #lifehacks #lifelessons #mindhacks #lifecoaching #lifecoach #karanscott #karanscottcoaching https://www.instagram.com/p/CoWd0VsDa0h/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Success is not a destination; it is a state of perpetual motion.
Life crowns those who adapt, evolve, and embrace the ongoing journey—success is not in reaching the destination but in the resilience, agility, and growth that life's race demands.
