I still believe Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is the embodiment of Butterfly Effect to Animation as a whole.
No matter who you are inspired by, this rabbit is still biggest reason why animation is still going strong and other series that you look up to is your reason on enjoying animation even if you aren't inspired by oswald. It is still direct to him.
I kept reminding myself out of the blue and it still shock me to my core. I can even explain the path on why he is one.
If you want me to explain. I could even draw out a diagram of it. Or path like picture.
This is a remastered photo of me from my very first trip to Walt Disney World. Join me as I revisit this trip via a recently recovered home video from 1995!
Love is a beautiful thing sometimes. Most times you find that special someone & make it last as long as you can. True it doesn't last forever, however if you can make it work, make a connection & be as loyal. & if forms of love exist in just about anywhere, there maybe hope yet.
So this ten features some loving couples & lovers.
You think you can find love? You be the judge on that my friend.
For fun, it's a headcanon shared universe that I can see or put together consisting of movies/shows/video games.
They're all different from each other but the one thing that connects them all is the reoccurring theme of very, very, very, very, VERY unconventional protagonists and ensembles not just fighting the odds but facing the highest stakes there ever was possible.
As you can see, it includes Breaking Bad, Sons Of Anarchy, Attack On Titan (at least the first two seasons of the anime), Krampus, Wrath Of Man and Wildwood but there's obviously going to be way more to it than those. Those are just too give an example of what I'm talking about, what I mean or what I'm going for with this.
Obviously, I don't want to be pigeonholed into any specific or certain genre so the theme allows for more exploration cause that's part of the fun, what does everything have to be super similar to each other, come on, this is awesome.
And yes, of course there's no crossing over. I just can see them being in the same universe as a fun throughline just to think about again for the hell of it.
Nothing more to it than that other than some genuine big important details.
guys can we just put all of the past behind us and watch universe lol. hear me out okay! it’s been over a decade since it’s cancellation and if we start liking it now, literally nothing will change. the show is never coming back sooooo let’s start yassifying it like we did with atlantis!
don’t like any of the (terrible) straight ships? can i interest you in elimatt, chloetj, and the science trio hehe. don’t like the whole rush vs young argument that pops up almost every ep? ignore them! skip their scenes!
there’s SO much good in universe … it’s just unfortunately mixed in with some bad :/ but still! it doesn’t deserve to be treated like it doesn’t exist lmfao. it’s easily the most beautiful stargate show with stunning visuals & some great fight scenes! also there’s FIVE women who have speaking roles + a few more that pop up as recurring guests !! that’s unheard of for stargate ahah. besides the ships, there’s already some great friendships too. and it also has some of the best eps in the Franchise and i will perish on this hill <3
“Nothing is more important than empathy for another human being's suffering. Nothing. Not a career, not wealth, not intelligence, certainly not status. We have to feel for one another if we're going to survive with dignity.” ~ Audrey Hepburn
If Netflix ever goes under and is bought by another company I would probably say Paramount would be the one to by the original series as they use a lot of the same studios and a lot of satellite network original animated series that Netflix has been getting lately have been coming from Nick or had a connection to a series on Nick
Its my understanding that Netflix has a 3-year partnership with Nickelodeon. Which would be why they are adding so many Nickelodeon shows.
As for Netflix going under, they are hemorrhaging subscriptions, which one would think would mean that they're not making as much money as they used to. But they also purchased Boss Fight Entertainment back in March. So they do still plan to be in business for the foreseeable future.
Whether Netflix goes under or not doesn't matter to me. What does matter is whether or not the shows on Netflix that I like remain accessible. If Netflix does go under, I hope their properties are picked up by streaming services I either already have or a willing to buy a subscription too.
