let me tell you guys the intersection of trauma and anxiety disorder is a fun place to be

#my crops are dying #i am also dying #anyway I know tumblr has some very big issues with the disk horse #but mental illness tumblr and the neighborhood I hang out in made it so much easier to accept a. that I am actually yknow mentally ill #but also that my traumatic experiences are valid and I'm not making a big deal out of nothing #I don't talk about the specifics much bc I don't uh think about the specifics much #(avoidant personality traits who me) #but idk I just appreciate the space to feel validated by being affected by some of the things that happened to me #because nothing super super bad happened to me (well except that one thing) #but that doesn't change the fact that it was traumatizing to me #especially with my specific interaction with autism and mental illness #anyway @my friends u guys are great @mental illnessblr thank u #mentally ill blogger shouts into the void etc #over sharing on the internet like you do
