Allah is calling YOU – Everything you need to know about Tahajjud!
Tumblr media
وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِ نَافِلَةً لَكَ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا
“And from [part of] the night, pray with it as additional [worship] for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station.” [Quran, 17: 79]
Benefits of Tahajjud (The Night Prayer):
· By praying tahajjud, you are following the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) which he never used to miss.
· It is a way of getting your Dua answered
· Praying it will bring light to your face and soul
· It helps you fight and control your desires
· It is a way of getting your sins forgiven
· Praying it makes you closer to Allah
· It softens the heart and humbles you in front of Allah
· It builds the love of the Hereafter in your heart
· It strengthens the Quran that you have memorised
Praying tahajjud has amazing benefits that cannot be ignored: it is a means of avoiding the punishment of Hell and attaining Jannah, and we should understand the great blessings it brings of conversing with our Lord. In Surat Al-Furqan from verse 64-76, we learn that praying tahajjud is a means of avoiding hell.
Allah Most High said, “Establish worship at the going down of the sun until the dark of the night, and (the recital of) the Qur’an at dawn. Lo! (the recital of) the Qur’an at dawn is ever witnessed. And some part of the night awake for its recital, as voluntary worship for you. It may be that your Lord will raise you to a praised estate.” [Qur’an, 17: 78-79]
Abu Hurairah (Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “The best prayer after the obligatory prayers is the night prayer.” [Muslim]
And he said: “You should pray qiyaam al-layl, for it is the custom of the righteous who came before you and it brings you closer to your Lord, and expiates sins and prevents misdeeds.”
{Narrated by al-Tirmidhi}
Night prayer is harder on the lower self (nafs), because night is a time of rest from the tire of the day, so leaving sleep despite the nafs desiring it is a tremendous struggle. Some have said: ‘The best of works are those the lower self is forced to perform.’
Allah has praised those who wake up at night for His remembrance, supplication, and to seek forgiveness and beg Him, saying, ‘They forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of what We have bestowed on them. No soul knows what is kept hid from them of joy, as a reward for what they used to do.’ [Qur’an, 32: 16-17]
Night time is the best of times for voluntary worship and prayer, and the closest a servant is to his Lord. It is a time when the doors of the sky are opened, supplications answered, and the needs of those who ask fulfilled.
Reported By Abu Hurayrah: The Messenger of Allah(saw) said:”Our LORD descends to the lowest heaven during the Last Third of The Night, inquiring, “Who will call on ME so that I may Respond to Him? Who is asking something of ME so I may Give it to him?,Who is Asking for MY FORGIVENESS so I may FORGIVE HIM..”
Timing Of This Salah
Tahajjud prayer is implemented in the final third of a night after waking up from one`s sleep.
How to pray Tahajjud
Tahajjud prayer should be prayed in 2. So 2 rakaat per prayer. Its recommended amount is 8 rakaat, because this was the general practice of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam). The minimum is 2 rakaat.
Tahajjud prayer is prayed like any normal prayer: surat Al-Fatiha is read first then any other surah. But in tahajjud prayer you can make any dua you want in sujood, whereas in the 5 obligatory prayer you can only say a dua that is from the quran in sujood.
If you want to start praying tahajjud, then start off slowly. The first time wake up 5-10 minutes before fajr and pray 1 prayer of tahajjud. Then slowly increase the amount and wake up earlier and earlier as this will be easier for you and you will get used to it by slowly transitioning and increasing the number of rakaat and waking up earlier. Even if you start by performing it once or twice a week that is fine and slowly increase it. In Sha Allah.
The Messenger (PBUH) has regarded this Salah as a great source of getting rid of satanic influence and attainment of almost all kinds of just desires and aspirations.
Narrated by Uqba ibn Amir (R.A):
“When one, out of two persons of my Ummah gets up at night and motivates himself for Wudhu despite not feeling to do so since, Shaytaan had tied knots on him. When he washes his two hands in Wudhu, one knot is loosened, when he washes his face, another knot is loosened when he wipes his head with wet hands another knot is loosened, when he washes his feet yet another knot is loosened. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala says to those behind the veil- His angels: “Look at My slaves! How much hardship he is enduring in dealing with his Nafs (inner self), so now whatever this slave asks of Me, it will be granted to him.” (Ahmad)
How to Wake Up for Tahajjud
· Sleep early: I know this one is a cliché. But it truly does make a huge difference when you sleep early because it is then much easier to wake up for tahajjud. Even if you sleep late, you may still be able to get up for tahajjud but you will be extremely sleepy and tired and this will cause you to have a lack of concentration in your salaah and you will be rushing your salaah so you can quickly hop back in bed. When you sleep early and wake up for tahajjud, you will wake up feeling fresh and alert! Try your best to plan your night time routine and be in bed by a specific time.
· Sincere intention: I personally think that this is the most important step in waking up for tahajjud. Because sometimes when you have made a true and sincere intention, you will wake up just before your alarm on your own SubhanAllah. Make a sincere intention that you will wake up for tahajjud. Don’t just hope that you will wake up or think to yourself that it will be nice if you wake up. No. Actually tell yourself “I will wake up for tahajjud” and then take precautionary measures. Because even if you put an alarm and sleep early but do not have a sincere intention, I guarantee that you will turn that alarm right off and go back to sleep. If there is one bit of doubt or unwillingness in your intention then you will not get up. Keep in mind that if you make an intention to wake up for tahajjud but don’t by accident, you will still get the rewards as if you have prayed it.
· Know the importance/virtues/benefits of Tahajjud: This is extremely important in my opinion too. Because learning about the importance, benefits and virtues will motivate you to get up for tahajjud once you know how rewarding it is and the benefits. Search about it or ask someone knowledgeable to tell you about it and it will definitely motivate you to wake up.
· Wudhu before sleeping: Ibn Abbas reported that Allah’s Messenger said: ‘Purify these bodies and Allah will purify you, for there is no slave who goes to sleep in a state of purity but an Angel spends the night with him, and every time he turns over, the Angel says: ‘O Allah! Forgive Your Slave, for he went to bed in a state of purity.”
· 1.5 hours sleep rule: There is a theory in sleep science that states that every human being completes an entire sleep cycle in 1.5 hours, therefore, try to wake up at the end of multiple 1.5 hours (e.g. 1.5 hours or 3 hours or 4.5 hours and so on), you will wake up fresh, alert and rejuvenated. If for example you sleep at 12 am, set your alarm at 4:30 am because you would have slept for 4.5 hours, although each person is different depending on how long it takes to fall asleep so calculate it depending on your sleep!
· Reading Surat Al-Ikhlaas: Recite Surah Al-Ikhlaas 3 times before sleeping and make a sincere intention to wake up for tahajjud and intend on a time that you wish to wake up within.
· Put an alarm: Obviously putting an alarm in extremely important. Put multiple alarms, not just one and put the volume really loud. You can also place your alarm far away from you so that you actually have to get up to turn if off.
· Last verse of surat al kahf: Read the last verse of Surat Al-Kahf and make an intention to wake up for Fajr.
· Dua: Constantly make dua to Allah swt to make it easy for you and give you the strength to get up for tahajjud easily.
· Start this habit in Ramadan: Since we all are extra motivated in Ramadan and feel that our Imaan is sky high, try start waking up for tahajjud in Ramadan and try pray it as much as possible so you can continue the habit after Ramadan ends InshaAllah.
We should try our utmost best to pray tahajjud as much as we can and make it a habit for it is one of the best ways to get closer to Allah and gain high ranks in the hereafter as well as a way of getting your dua to be accepted. Once you begin praying tahajjud, trust me, you will never want to stop praying it and the feeling you will get after praying it is a feeling you cannot put in words. You will feel a heightened sense of satisfaction, achievement and contentment. Just waking up while everyone else is sleeping and while everything is so silent around you gives you a sense of peace and alone time with your Lord. There is no one around you to watch you pour your heart out to Allah and there is no one watching you cry. I cannot really put in words the feeling you get after praying tahajjud. You just have to pray it to experience it. Let me be honest here: on some days where your imaan has dropped a little, it will be harder to wake up for tahajjud. BUT do not let that let you down and find ways to motivate yourself and find ways of increasing your imaan and know that everyone experiences a fluctuation of imaan in their life and you are not the only one.
Keep in mind the first step to waking up to tahajjud is first start waking up for fajr (if you don’t already) and if you struggle to get up for tahajjud after some sleep, then pray Qiyam Al-Layl which is when you pray before going to sleep after Isha. Keep trying and do not give up in the Mercy and help of Allah.
It is important to know that waking up for fajr and tahajjud is a blessing from Allah and it only occurs by His permission. Therefore, when using the advice, I have given to wake up for tahajjud, keep in mind you are only taking the means, but your hops and heart should be constantly connected to Allah who has the ability to wake you up. Pray that you wake up early and worship Him, ask help from Him.
The ultimate advice I will give is to try and not to give up. I pray that Allah makes it easy for all of us and allows us to wake up for tahajjud with ease. Ameen.
One last thing, I read this somewhere and found it absolutely beautiful:
The person who wants to pray qiyaam al-layl should realize that Allaah is calling him to qiyaam. When the slave realizes that his Master, Who has no need of people’s worship, is calling him to do this, he will respond. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you wrapped in your garments (i.e., Prophet Muhammad)! Stand (to pray) all night, except a little. Half of it, or a little less than that, or a little more; and recite the Qur’aan (aloud) in a slow, (pleasant tone and) style.” [al-Muzzammil 73:1-4].

Wazifa to Marry The Person You Love
Wazifa to Marry The Person You Love
In Islam, a wazifa refers to a form of supplication or prayer recited by Muslims seeking spiritual blessings or divine assistance. It is a practice where specific verses or phrases from the Quran are recited with the intention of seeking guidance, healing, protection, or other blessings from Allah. Wazifas are considered a means of strengthening one's connection with God and seeking His mercy. Different wazifas are recommended for various purposes, and they are often recited repeatedly for a certain period of time. It is important to note that wazifas should be performed with sincerity, humility, and a deep understanding of their significance. Consulting with knowledgeable Islamic scholars like our Hazrat Noor Mohammad Ji or spiritual guides can provide guidance on appropriate wazifas and their proper recitation.
How Wazifa Can Help in Getting Desired Results in Love Relationships
In love relationships, people may turn to wazifa for love prayers as a means to seek guidance, blessings, or assistance from Allah. The underlying belief is that by reciting specific verses or phrases from the Quran with sincerity and devotion, one can invoke the divine mercy and intervention in their love life. Wazifa prayers are not a magical solution but are regarded as a way to seek spiritual support and bring positive changes.
When performing a wazifa for love relationships, individuals may seek various outcomes such as finding a compatible partner, resolving conflicts, fostering understanding and affection, or seeking Allah's guidance in making important decisions. The act of engaging in wazifa prayers can instill a sense of hope, patience, and reliance on Allah, which may positively impact one's mindset and approach towards their relationship.
It is important to remember that wazifa prayers are not a substitute for personal effort, effective communication, or healthy relationship dynamics. They should be seen as a supplement to sincere efforts and the understanding that outcomes are ultimately in Allah's hands. The Messenger of God: Muhammad: Part 101
Merging Two Different Communities
The emigration to Madina marks a turning point for Prophet Muhammad and for Islam. Belief, emigration, and holy struggle are three pillars of a single, sacred truth; three spouts of a fountain from which the water of life flows for the soldiers of truth. After drinking, they convey their message without becoming wearied and, when the opposition cannot be overcome, set out for a new land without regard for home, property, and family. The Prophet's emigration is so significant and sanctified that the virtuous people around him were praised by God as remain known as "the Emigrants" (Muhajirun). Those who welcomed them so warmly to Madina are known as "the Helpers" (Ansar). The Islamic calendar begins with this event.
Despite its significance, emigration is a difficult undertaking. When the Muslims resettle in Madina after years of persecution, they were destitute. Moreover, some were extremely poor, and others, who had earned their lives by trade, had no capital. The Muslims of Madina were mostly farmers, and the city's commercial life was controlled by Jews. Another serious problem was that just before the Messenger's arrival, the Madinans had decided to make 'Abd Allah ibn Ubayy ibn Salul their chief. This plan naturally was abandoned, which made him a bitter enemy of the Messenger and an important foe. The Makkan polytheists still wanted to defeat the Prophet, and worked with him to achieve their goal. He told them: "Don't worry if he spreads Islam here. The main danger is that he might ally with the Christians and Jews against paganism. That is the real threat."
After he settled in Madina, the Messenger helped his people build a mosque. The importance of the mosque for the Muslim community's collective life is unquestionable. They meet there five times a day and, in the Presence of God, their Master, Creator, and Sustainer, increase in belief and submission to Him, the Prophet and Islam, and strengthen their solidarity. Especially in the first centuries of Islam, mosques functioned as places of worship and as centers of learning. The Prophet's Mosque in Madina was, in the time of the Prophet himself and his immediate political successors, also the center of government.
Immediately after settling in Madina, the Messenger established brotherhood between Muslims, particularly between the Emigrants and the Helpers. They became very close to each other. For example, Sa'd ibn Rabi' took his Emigrant "brother" 'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf home and said: "Brother, you have left everything in Makka. This house, with everything in it, belongs to both of us. You don't have a wife here; I have two. Whichever of them you like, I'll divorce her so that you may marry her." 'Abd al-Rahman answered him in tears: "Brother, may God bless you with your wife! Please show me to the city bazaar so that I may do some business."
This brotherhood was so deep, sincere, and strong that the Helpers shared everything with the Emigrants. This lasted for some time. However, when the Emigrants had become accustomed to their new environment, one day they asked the Messenger: "O Messenger of God. We emigrated here purely for the sake of God. But our Helper brothers are so good to us that we fear we will consume in this world the reward of our good deeds, which we expect to get in the Hereafter. Also, we feel very indebted to them. Please ask them to let us earn our own living."
The Messenger sent for the Helpers and told them of the situation. The Helpers unanimously objected, finding it unbearable to be separated from their brothers. In the end, to spare the Emigrants' feeling of indebtedness, the Helpers agreed that the Emigrants would work in their fields and gardens in return for wages until they could build their own houses.
As a second step in solving immediate problems, the Messenger signed a pact with the Jewish community in Madina. This document, which some scholars describe as Madina's first constitution, confederated the Muslims and Jews as two separate, independent communities. Since the Messenger took the initiative in making this pact and acted as the final arbiter in all disputes, Madina came under Muslim control.
To guarantee Muslims' security within this city-state, the Messenger ordered the establishment of a new bazaar. Until then, Madina's economic life had been controlled by the Jewish community. After this, Jewish economic domination began to decline, for they no longer monopolized Madina's commerce.
While the Muslim community was establishing itself and growing in strength, it was forced to respond to internal and external attacks. After their victory of Badr, the Muslims fought the Makkans again at the foot of Mount Uhud. Their easy victory during the battle's first part was followed, unfortunately, by a reverse when the archers' disregarded the Prophet's instructions. Seventy Muslims were martyred, and the Messenger was wounded. The Muslim army took shelter on the mountain and prepared to fight back. Lacking enough courage for a further attack, the Makkan forces left. Nevertheless, they changed their mind halfway and decided to march upon Madina. Informed of this, the Messenger mobilized his troops. A single order was enough to accomplish this, even though they were ill or wounded. His every call was a breath of life for their souls, a breath that could revive old, rotten bones. Busiri says:
Were his value and greatness to be demonstrated by miracles,
The bones that have rotted away were revived by calling his name.
The half-crushed army set out to counter the enemy. Almost everyone was wounded, but no one wanted to stay behind. In describing the situation, one Companion said: "Some Companions couldn't walk. They said: 'We want to be present at the front where the Messenger has ordered us to go. Even if we cannot fight, we will stand there with spears in our hands.' They were carried on other people's shoulders or backs." Seeing the Muslim army marching toward them, Abu Sufyan ordered his troops to return to Makka. In praising those heroes of Islam, the Qur'an says: Those to whom the people said: "The people have gathered against you, therefore fear them"; but it increased them in faith, and they said: "God is sufficient for us; an excellent Guardian is He" (3:173).

Ya Rabb, I know how sinful and despicable I am and I know I don't deserve any of your blessings, but please let me tell you about everything. I know You are the All-Seeing and the All-Hearing, but still, let me be like a 7-year-old now and pour my soul out to You. Because You're the only one I have. Because I know that despite everything, You wouldn't judge me like those people. Because You are always willing to listen to me. Because unlike people, You have never hurt me. Not even once. I know You love me so much, You always have.
Ya Rabb, I know there's millions of people who love Palestine and are trying their best to support Palestinians reach liberation, but why, why do I feel like I am the only one in this journey? I know this is incorrect, I know I am saying this because I am feeling sad, but ya Allah, I always feel like everyone around me DOESN'T GIVE A FUCK about Palestine. It's not just about one person, not two, not three, but many people—they say they love Palestine, they say they wanna be part of Palestine liberation movement, they say they wanna support Palestinians, they say this this and that but look, what TF have they been doing? Where TF have they been? I know. I know they still love and care about Palestinians (to some extent) but what's the meaning of love if you aren't willing to put in the effort? I am not saying I am perfect. No way!! I know precisely how awful I am but at the very least I always try my best to always remember Palestines in my day-to-day life. Those people are way better than me. They're more fluent in English. They're smarter. They're older. They're braver. They're more knowledgeable about everything. They're more mature. They're more stable emotionally. They're WAY BETTERRRRRR than me but why, why they aren't trying harder? Why they don't want to be all in? Why they much prefer to talk, listen, watch, read, consume "normal" stuff (whatever normal may look like to them) than about Palestine stuff? Why do I always have to be the one who brings it up first? Why do I always have to be the one who have to take the initiative? Why do I always have to be the one who does everything by myself?
Ya Rabb, I love doing the things I do. I am grateful my humanity is still intact and I still deeply care about Palestinians. But sometimes it just feels so tough. Sometimes I feel so lonely. Sometimes I just want to give up. But please, ya Allah, when I am going through a low moment, don't ever let me quit. Don't let me abandon Palestinian cause. Don't let me ignore their excruciating ain and their generational suffering. Don't let me forget their faces and their voices. Don't let me be a hypocrite. Don't let me be a coward. Don't let me be a loser. Strengthen my Iman, ya Rabb. Purify my soul. Help me be a better person. Help me learn English Spanish and Arabic. Help me educate myself and others about Palestinian cause. Help me raise awareness 24/7. Help me encourage myself. Help me follow Jenanmatari's footsteps—because I really wanna be like her. Help me get through all of this. Help me be a better friend for Palestinians. Help me be a good person, ya Allah. Aamiin

Istikhara To Solve Marriage Problems In Islam
Istikhara, a deeply spiritual practise in Islam, helps with marital problems. It requires asking for help and praying to Allah for guidance. With true intentions, one opens their heart to accept signs or feelings that guide their actions. It helps match your choices with Allah's will, cultivate patience, and give you the strength to make important marriage decisions while preserving a strong faith and spirituality. Istikhara for marriage problems shows that heavenly direction is always there during instability.
Role Of Istikhara To Resolve Marriage Problems
Marriage is a foundation on which to build a life of mutual support, affection, and the discharge of one's civic duties. It's a measure taken to prevent immodesty and vice. The Quran describes it as a calm wellspring and the second half of one's faith.
The practice of istikhara is crucial to the survival of this holy institution. Istikhara is a method of praying for divine intervention in times of marital uncertainty or conflict.
How Istikhara can help modern couples with common Marital Problems
Due to changing society, technology, and lifestyle, modern couples come across several relationship issues. Some common issues:
Communication Issues: Busy schedules and digital distractions can cause miscommunication and conflict.
Financial Stress: Debt, financial priorities, and economic stress can strain a relationship.
Balancing Work and Family: Career and family needs can cause conflict. Stress and busy lives may limit emotional and physical intimacy. Parents sometimes disagree on parenting approaches and decisions.
Cultural differences: Traditions and expectations may confuse multicultural relationships.
Istikhara can help married people deal with these issues:
Guidance and Clarity: Istikhara helps couples gain clarity on issues, illuminating potential solutions and guiding them toward harmonious decisions.
Unity Through Prayer: Praying Istikhara together reinforces unity, emphasizing that both partners share the goal of seeking Allah's guidance and resolving issues.
Peace of Mind: The process of Istikhara can bring a sense of peace and calm, making it easier for couples to communicate and work through problems.
Conflict Resolution: Istikhara may reveal paths to resolution and compromise, providing guidance on reconciling differences.
Strengthening Trust: Istikhara for marriage problems can strengthen trust in the relationship as both partners rely on Allah's wisdom and trust His guidance.
How To Perform Istikhara For Divorce
Being able to do Istikhara for marriage problems is a simple but powerful process. For people who aren't familiar with the practice, here is a simple five Points to Consider:
Begin with sincere and pure intentions.
Choose a time when you are in a state of ritual purity (wudu). Pray two units of non-obligatory prayer, preferably at night. Start with Surah Al-Fatiha and then recite Surah Al-Ikhlas in the first unit. In the second unit, recite Surah Al-Fatiha followed by Surah Al-Falaq.
After completing the prayer, recite the Istikhara dua, asking Allah for guidance in your specific matter. The dua is as follows: "Allahumma inni istakhira [mention your matter] khayrahu wa khayra ma suni'tu lahu, faqdurhu li wa yassirhu li thumma barik li fihi." (Translation: "O Allah, I seek Your guidance in [mention your issue], make it easy for me, and bless it for me.")
Perform this dua for 43 days and see how things will return in your favour.
Remember, Istikhara is a tool for seeking guidance and making decisions, especially in complex matters like marriage and divorce. You can visit our website to know more about istikharas and duas.

PODSERIES: LOSING A LOVED ONE – PART 3 OF 4
Tumblr media
The last blog was discussing some of the ways which can help one deal with the loss of a loved one.
Another thing which can help is supplicating to Allah, the Exalted. One should supplicate and ask Allah, the Exalted, for patience in dealing with their tragedy so that they can reap an uncountable reward. Chapter 2 Al Baqarah, verses 156 to 157:
“Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.”
The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, has advised, in a Hadith found in Sunan Ibn Majah, number 1447, to ask for forgiveness for oneself, the deceased and to request Allah, the Exalted, to replace their loss with something better. This something better includes the mercy of Allah, the Exalted, in both worlds.
One should also supplicate for the deceased as often as possible as it is proven from the Holy Quran and the Hadith of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, that it benefits them. Chapter 14 Ibrahim, verse 41:
“Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."
And chapter 59 Al Hashr, verse 10:
“…saying, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith…”
Finally, the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, have specifically mentioned in Hadiths such as the one found in Sunan Abu Dawud, number 2880, that the supplication of a child on behalf of their deceased parent is accepted.
Another thing which can help strengthen the faith of a muslim when a loved one departs is to sincerely forgive any wrong the deceased might have done to them. This causes the doors of mercy and forgiveness to be opened for the mourner as Allah, the Exalted, forgives those who forgive others for His sake. Chapter 24 An Nur, verse 22:
“…and let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you?...”
When one adopts this attitude it is hoped Allah, the Exalted, will provide them the strength to deal with their loss in a way which earns them countless reward.
Similarly, one should encourage others who were wronged by the deceased to also forgive them before the Day of Judgment arrives. As the Last Day is a day of justice. All wrongs will be put right by Allah, the Exalted. So if one who has wronged another does not obtain forgiveness from their victim they will be forced to hand over their good deeds to their victim and if required take their sins until justice is established. This may well lead to the oppressor being hurled into Hell. This has been warned in a Hadith found in Sahih Muslim, Number 6 5 7 9.
One can and should repay any debts their loved one left behind as this too is an important issue which will be addressed on Judgment Day.  All are aware of the rank of martyrdom yet, even their debts will not be forgiven until they are settled. This is confirmed in a Hadith found in Sahih Muslim, number 4880.
A muslim should also gain further blessings and the aid of Allah, the Exalted, by helping with the funeral arrangements and fees. Not only will this lead to blessings which will strengthen a muslim in their moment of grief but it is also considered a crucial part of helping one to move on from the death of their loved one.

Dua for love marriage

Dua for Love Marriage: Seeking Divine Blessings for a Fulfilling Union
Love marriage is a beautiful expression of love, and dua for love marriage is a powerful practice in Islam, seeking divine blessings and guidance through heartfelt prayers (duas), wazifas, and istikhara to unite two souls in a blissful and fulfilling marriage.
Dua for Love Marriage in Islam?
In Islam, dua (supplication) holds great significance and is considered a powerful act of worship. Muslims believe that through sincere and heartfelt dua, they can seek guidance, blessings, and help from ALLAH (God) in all aspects of life, including love and marriage. The significance of dua for love marriage in Islam lies in the belief that Allah is all-knowing and compassionate, and He has the power to make things happen according to His divine wisdom.
Tumblr media
Here are some reasons why dua for love marriage is important in Islam? 1. Seeking Allah's Guidance: Allah is the bestower of all blessings and He knows what is best for His servants. By making istikhara dua for love marriage, individuals seek Allah's guidance to choose a life partner if the particular person will be compatible and bring goodness into their lives. 2. Strengthening the Bond with Allah: Dua is an act of devotion and submission to Allah's will. By turning to Him for help in finding a suitable life partner, individuals strengthen their bond with Allah and demonstrate their reliance on Him in all matters. 3. Overcoming Obstacles: Love marriages can sometimes face opposition from family or society. Through dua, you can ask Allah to remove any obstacles that may hinder the path to a successful and loving marriage. 4. Seeking Blessings: Seeking Allah's blessings before embarking on any significant life decision is crucial. By making dua for a love marriage, individuals seek Allah's blessings for a harmonious and prosperous union. 5. Patience and Trust in Allah's Plan: Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things may not go as planned. By making dua for love marriage, individuals develop patience and trust in Allah's plan, knowing that whatever the outcome, it is ultimately for their best interest. It's important to note that while Muslims are encouraged to make dua for their desires, they should also be content with whatever Allah decrees for them after all their struggles. Allah's wisdom surpasses human understanding, and what may seem favorable or unfavorable to us may have hidden wisdom known only to Allah. In addition to making dua, Muslims are also encouraged to take practical steps in finding a life partner. This may involve getting to know potential spouses through halal means (Islamically permissible ways) and seeking the guidance and approval of parents or guardians, as family ties hold great importance in Islamic culture. Combining sincere dua with practical efforts demonstrates a balanced approach to seeking a love marriage in Islam.

From Dawn Till Dusk
Fasting, prayer, and charity,
Mark the holy month of Ramadan,
A time for reflection and unity,
For Muslims around the world to come together as one.
From dawn till dusk we abstain,
From food, drink, and worldly desires,
Seeking spiritual growth and gain,
And to cleanse our hearts and souls with prayers.
As the sun sets, we break our fast,
With dates, water, and a humble feast,
Grateful for blessings that last,
And for the opportunity to increase our faith.
Ramadan, a time of grace,
A month of blessings and mercy,
May we all be guided on this sacred race,
And emerge from it spiritually worthy.

Uba Sani pleadges to govern Kaduna with focus, dedication
Tumblr media
Senator Uba Sani, governor-elect of Kaduna State, has assured the people of Kaduna State that for the next.4 years, he would govern the state with focus and unrelenting dedication. This was contained in. his acceptance speech delivered in Kaduna on Monday night when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared him the winner of the governorship election. His words: I stand before you today with utmost gratitude to Almighty Allah for His many blessings and for making this day possible. I am overwhelmed by the affection of the people of Kaduna State who have made their democratic choice loud and clear. The people of Kaduna State have given us their mandate to lead in serving them for the next four years. We accept this privilege as a heavy responsibility. We shall carry out the people’s democratic directives with focus and unrelenting dedication. We shall govern for all, no matter how they voted, no matter how they worship or which of our many tongues they speak. Our gaze will be firmly in the direction of continued progress, peace and prosperity of the state. We shall get straight to work on sustaining and strengthening the path to development that our beloved leader Malam Nasir El-Rufai has so brilliantly opened for Kaduna State. I thank Malam Nasir El-Rufai and his executive team for their collective efforts since 2015 to build the foundations for a new Kaduna State. I thank every resident of Kaduna State who helped to make the 2023 elections a largely peaceful exercise. I acknowledge the efforts of APC leaders at all levels and the tireless work of the members of our campaign council and party supporters across the state who helped to carry our message to the people. The teeming youths, women, civil society and our many support groups worked for this victory, and we thank them. We are indebted to traditional, community and religious leaders who helped to foster an atmosphere of peace. I salute all APC candidates in the 2023 elections for their hard work and contributions to this overall success, despite some setbacks. I am grateful to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, for his consistent support. I wish to specially acknowledge the support of President Muhammadu Buhari who even took the time to record a message of endorsement for my campaign. It is in the nature of democratic contestations that they are concluded with the declaration of one candidate as the winner. But we are all winners when the people freely declare their preferences on the ballot. I note the energetic campaigns of fellow contestants and call on them to continue to make their contributions to Kaduna State. Much has been achieved since 2015, but much remains to be done to drive Kaduna State closer to its potential. Therefore, we shall be devoting efforts in the next few days to ensuring that we can begin to govern effectively from 29th May 2023 with the standards of efficiency and clarity set by the current government. Thank you for vesting your support in us. I and my running mate, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe deeply appreciate your mandate. Read the full article
