We don’t want to feel as though we were created for nothing. The purpose of life is like an innate question that we’ve got buried deep inside us that always wakes us up to the reality of our existence, and that in itself is a mercy from the creator because Allah has embedded this purpose seeking system within us, in order to guide us to the thing that will benefit us in life and death. Allah wants for all people a good end.
“Whoever wants the worldly life will harm the hereafter, and whoever wants the hereafter would harm the worldly life. O people, harm the ephemeral for the everlasting.”
Turn to Allah ﷻ no matter how sinful you are. Don’t let shaytan fool you into thinking that it’s over for you and that Allah ﷻ will never accept you back or forgive you. Our Rabb is the All-Forgiving. You just need to ask Him to forgive you and try your best to be better.
"The person who treats others kindly and thinks well of them, will find that his intention will remain true, he will feel at ease, his heart will be sound and Allāh will protect him from evil and calamity."
Shaykh Muhammad Bin Salih Al-Uthaymeen [رحمه الله] said:
Your wife has the most right to good behavior, and having the best manners to them, because she is the one who is with you day and night, openly and secretly. If you are afflicted with something she is afflicted along with you, and if your happy, she is happy along with you, if your sad, she is sad along with you, therefore you should make your dealings with her better than your dealings with strangers, so the best of the people are those who are best of them to their wives.
