I realize that this is essentially dessert for dinner and also I messed up multiple times, including not pressing the tofu so it never got crispy and also letting the rice boil over, but cooking this for belated dinner after midnight made me excessively happy. Sometimes you just feel weird all day and don’t have an appetite and then you have to make and consume a bowl of honey-mango flavoured rice in the middle of the night. I recommend.
