Being Their Pregnant Partner Featuring
Kita, Suna and Akaashi
Tumblr media
Kita Shinsuke x Pregnant Reader; Suna Rintaro x Pregnant Reader; Akaashi Keiji x Pregnant Reader
Warnings: fluff
AN: and again : D
Kita
The beautiful sight of his fields at sunset were nothing compared to your gorgeous, full figure walking towards him with a basket full of food. He stopped his work, gathering up his equipment before making his way to you at the edge of the field.
“I thought you were suppose to be resting dear,” he asked you, smirk across his face as you scowled back at him.
“Well, you’ve barred me from field work so I guess the only thing I can do now is make you food and laze about the house, which I might add, is boring!”
Kita knew you’d have a hard time with the end of your pregnancy and with getting the required rest the doctor had ordered for you. At first, he tried everything to get you to just take one nap a day to rest and relax. Eventually he gave up on his quest and let nature take its course. Now that you were 8 months, your body essentially forced you to take a break which you absolutely hated.
“Why don’t you work on your knitting? You always complain you never had time for that when you worked the rice fields with me,” Kita suggested as you sighed.
“Well now that I have time I don’t want to do that, I want to work!”
You’re pout drove Kita insane but he knew there was little he could do to help you at this point. You absolutely were not allowed to help him in the fields but maybe there was something else you could do.
“Hey what about helping with packaging? You know that’s something you can sit and do,” he declared, waiting your response.
“I guess,” you groaned, admitting defeat, “I guess it’s better than nothing.”
Kita smiled, kissing your forehead and you both sat down to enjoy your food.
Suna
Suna couldn’t help but laugh at the sight before him. There you were, on the floor covered in paint as you tried to maneuver the piece of baby furniture you were painting.
“Hey Rin!” You spoke, face and hands completely covered in green paint as you continued to happily paint ground edges with great detail.
Suna wasn’t sure how you managed to be so careful with painting the dress or yet so messy with yourself
“Babe, I told you I’d help you tonight when I got home from practice,” Suna laughed, coming over to you to help you get off the floor in your extremely pregnant state.
He held out his hands as you gripped them, pulling yourself up and into his arms. You giggled as your painted body touched his and his EJP hoodie, making the colors now yellow, black, white and green.
“Good thing I got like 50 more of these in my closet,” he joked as you smiled
“You mean in my closet, I borrowed at least 10.”
Suna just chuckled, thinking how lucky he was to have such an amazing and wonderful partner.
Akaashi
“You’ve been working on that article all night babe, don’t you think it’s time you take a break?” You interrupted, bringing in a cup of tea and some late night snacks for your husband who had been working all day.
“It’s not an article love, it’s a letter your baby,” Akaashi answered as you stopped, eyes shifting to him as you set the tea down.
“A letter to the baby? May I ask what it’s about?”
Akaashi shrugged, “well it’s kind of about how you and I met and how our lives were before baby.”
Tears welled up in your eyes at your husbands thoughtful gesture. Akaashi noticed the tears, getting up and hugging you tightly as you sobbed in his arms.
“T-that’s got-got to be the cu-cutest thing I’ve e-ever heard Keiji,” you bellowed as Keiji just chuckled, consoling you, one hand on your back and one on your belly.

character: akaashi keiji words: 700+ warnings: parenthood & special children. drama & comfort. notes: when i did a quick recap of all the fics i wanted to repost, this came at me out of nowhere, mostly because i forgot i wrote it, but also holy hell i wrote this? (i also rewrote it.)
-
your eyes are wet and swollen, your back pressed against the side of the bathtub as you sit on the floor. once upon a time, you looked at this place with dreamy eyes and excitement—this bathroom is so beautiful, this house is gorgeous, it’s perfect for us—but lately, you’ve been seeing the inside of it through a teary, pained gaze. it’s ruined for you.
i guess all this really was too good to be true, you tell yourself miserably, heat pricking the back of your eyes once again. you curl further into yourself and press your forehead over your knees, tears dripping down your thighs and soaking your shorts.
you don't know how long you sit there, but eventually, the bathroom door opens, and your husband steps in. “hi,” you hear akaashi say softly, “she’s asleep now.”
you don't move. the door shuts and you feel his warmth settle next to you.
you're both quiet for a time.
“you’re so good with her,” you say, voice wet and sticky, heavy in your mouth. “you're so... i’m so fucking terrible compared to you.”
akaashi doesn’t say anything.
“maybe…” you gasp against your knees, “maybe if i carried her to term—”
“hey, no,” he says softly, lifting one of his hands to tug at your elbow. “don’t say things like that.”
you press your lips shut and turn your head to meet his eyes, and you find him looking at you with so much compassion, so much patience, that you feel your heart fall to your stomach.
"say things like what?" you ask him sadly, voice cracking. “that i'm a bad mother? that i can't do it? that i can’t even carry a normal baby?”
the moment the words leave your mouth, you regret them. your eyes widen and your lip trembles. “keiji, i—i'm sorry, i didn’t mean—”
“it’s not your fault,” he says, voice louder, a little rougher, but never angry. he tugs a little more firmly on your elbow, and you let him take it. “it’s not your fault. we—we’re doing what we can, we’re not—you’re not a bad mother, and she’s not a bad child. she’s just… different.”
she’s just different, the phrase repeats in your head, hollowly bouncing around as keiji pulls you into his arms. you’ve heard it many times before. it’s not her fault she screams the way she does; it’s not her fault she can’t stand anything that has the color blue; it’s not her fault she needs to eat at exactly 4:30pm when she comes home from school everyday. it’s the way she is. she can’t help it.
“what if i’m not good enough to handle different?” you tell him, heart breaking, head leaning on his chest. you start to hiccup through your tears. “i love her, i love her so much, but… keiji, what if i… what if i’m not a bad mom, but i’m a bad mom to her?”
he shakes his head, gently stroking your hair. “you’re not, because you’re thinking about how to be a good one,” he tells you softly, other arm coming around your shoulders.
after a long moment of silence, you speak again. it's a little laborous, pulling your lips apart to speak because you've been crying so much. “you’re so good with her. how… you have so much patience, and i…” you cut yourself off with a sniffle. "i don't know how you do it."
akaashi sighs. “it's... i don't know. i wish i had an answer."
you pull away and meet his gaze. the hand in your hair drifts to your other hand and he takes it in a gentle squeeze.
“i’m not perfect, either,” he murmurs gently, letting go of your hand to tuck your hair behind your ear.. “no one’s perfect at this. there’s no manual to handling a child with autism, love. we just have to be patient, and love them, and remember what they like and don’t like.” he kisses your forehead. “you love her, don’t you?”
“of course,” you answer truthfully, and sniffle. he takes your hand again, his thumb brushing your skin so delicately, so lovingly. “i love her so, so much, but i’m so… i’m so scared i’m doing her a disservice.”
“you’re not. you’re not, my love. please believe me.” he presses the back of your hand to his mouth. “what matters is that we try.”
you let go of his hand and wrap your arms around his waist, the side of your thigh falling on top of his legs. “i love you, keiji,” you tell him earnestly, desperately. “i’m sorry i’m being so difficult.”
“you aren’t,” he answers, but you know it’s automatic, because your husband is the kindest of souls and you are the most selfish of people.
you press yourself closer to him. “still, i was acting like a child. we're supposed to be partners, but instead i made things harder on you. i'm sorry.”
he presses a kiss to your forehead, and the hand that was on your shoulder now strokes your hair. “i forgive you,” he says against your skin. “i love our little family, imperfect as it is. i’d hate to see it fall apart.”
your eyes water and your mouth trembles and your heart squeezes with love. if there’s anything you’d go to the ends of the earth for, it’s keiji’s happiness.
fortunately, you don’t have to go that far. you can start in your daughter’s room.

What do you think of the people who didn't have their executions shown yet would be? Like, what would Sara's execution be? Keiji's execution? Gin's execution? Q-taro's execution?
I would like to thank my many many years in the Creepypasta fandom for making me able to answer this ask.⚠️Warning for gore.⚠️
Sara - Sara's collar slowly tightens around her neck until it beheads her. I think this method is possible because it's how royalty has been known to be executed, so it seems fitting for the person most likely to win the death game.
Keiji - I could see Keiji's collar emitting a gas making him hallucinate, and then maybe something would happen to his body that would make a part of it explode like a gunshot wound.
Q-Taro - Q-Taro is afraid of not being at peak physical perfection, so maybe he would be an injected with a poison that would make his body slowly give out much like during the final attraction.
Shin - Spikes extend from his collar and pierce through his jaw, rendering him unable to speak as he's killed by blood loss.
Reko - A high-pitched noise rings through her collar, making her friend's ears ache. Because the collar is around her neck, her vicinity to the sound is much more intense as it grows in volume. She's unable to take the noise and it ends up killing her.
Gin - I do my best to answer asks, but I don't think I want to make any suggestions for him! He's to much of a baby for my mind to go to dark and gory places regarding his character.
Alice - Since Alice is a scaredy cat I could see him being injected with something that made his heart race until he practically explodes.
Kai - Kai's bones could be snapped one by one until he eventually died from shock. I hate that I got this idea by thinking about eggs and cracking them.

There're quite some parallels between dynamics of Sara-Keiji and Kanna-Shin.
With the siblings everything is more or less clear: Shin used Kanna for two chapters, eventually growing attached to her as she reminded him of his old self (Midori called them both kind, weak and cowardly, not that last two words are exactly true). Maybe he cared about her from the beginning, maybe only after first main game. Relationship between them was similar to Shin's relationship with Midori as he tried to immitate him, scaring Kanna with his constant manipulation (the laptop case and so on) but still helping to overcome her guilt to some degree. In the end, Shin was ready to die if it meant Kanna's survival, at first offering to vote for her thinking she must be sacrifice (guessing she wouldn't pick him if she wins), and after Gashu incident. Kanna understood that he lied to her (a lot), but still saw the best and was kind of right.
Meanwhile Keiji, in my opinion, could copy some of Megumi's behavior with him when he was a subordinate. I am sure that Keiji sees himself in Sara, reliable, smart, a bit formal and easy to exploit (in terms of giving tasks and responsibility). And as far as I remember, Megumi was flirty with him (though he doesn't exactly flirt, he evades answering difficult questions). So he replicates same type of relationship with Sara, becoming her mentor and showing some clues but leaving majority of the work for her.
At first, Keiji likely knew something because he began pushing for "leader Sara" as soon as met her. But after Joe died and Sara was suffering he grew more and more attached. It was just like him and Mr. Policeman! (plus, Joe could be kid of aforementioned policeman). So he makes attempts to help her. Although still not taking spotlight, even suggesting poor girl to litterally decide fate of all of their lifes. Sara didn't fully trust him, she knew how suspicious Keiji was, but his support was vital for her so she also began caring for him (just in case I don't mean it romantically).
What seems the most like manipulation is him getting trust from Sara while not giving information himself. I understand not giving 50 tokens, he knows about his sins. But transfering keymaster to Sara, pretending he sacrificed his own safety while in reality taking it from somebody else is... cold and calculative (who did he take card from? I understand if it's Shin as he was suspicious and dangerous in Keiji's eyes, but it could be Kanna or someone else innocent).
What bugs me the most is that he didn't do anything to help when Sara got sacrifice card. Ex-policeman had tokens to make exchange, and he actually did make aforementioned exchange... with Q-taro. I read somewhere that he planned to get information from Shin, Keiji wanted to deceive him and so definitely couldn't transfer ill-fated card to him (why would Shin tell the truth if he's going to die anyway?). But nevertheless, Sara still was in danger. A girl with burden on her fragile shoulders who tried to help everyone and who was in position of leader partly because of Keiji.
I think that in third chapter he finally realised how wrong he was about everything and hopefully was ready to truly be mentor figure. I don't remember specifics so I may be mistaken, but Keiji did come to the classroom when Ranmaru deal was happening despite risking showing himself. And we all know how strongly Sara wanted to save Keiji, signing consent form. Their bond reached its culmination, both trusting and wanting to protect each other. Of course, maybe it's a bit early to say so as game is unfinished, but this is something I hope for.
All in all, Keiji kind of used Sara a bit similarly to Shin exploiting Kanna, potentially mimicing some traits of once important person, then saw something familiar in traumatised girl, supported her and formed more genuine bond while still using Sara's leadership to have influence or knowledge until that painful moment of trauma coffin

The Case of the Matching Mugs
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
akaashi x reader
synopsis: moving day is finally here, but what happens when some mysteries are revealed?
wc: 1.3k
a/n: the way this would never happen but did i write this in hopes of it happening to me ???? no comment. enjoy <3
Tumblr media
Two mugs used to take up space in your cupboard during your years at college. They didn’t hold a lot of special value, in fact, they were kind of ugly. But something about them always had you reaching for it first thing in the morning while you were brewing your favorite coffee for your dreadful 8am. You made the mistake of letting your roommate borrow one sometime and it wasn’t returned to you in the same way you gave it out. There was a small chip in the handle where your roommate had hit it on the cupboard handle as she was moving it around in the morning.
It was no big deal, you ended up favoring that one anyway. Something about it held more value to you, added some character to it. On the day of your graduation, you gifted her that silly little mug, an ode to you and your time spent together over the last few years. The two of you packed and parted ways, each setting off into the world with your matching mugs.
Years had passed since then. You still kept in touch with her, enough to know that a few days after she got to her new place she realized that the mug wasn’t with her. It had been thrown in one of your donation boxes, gone forever. The thought made you sad when you reached for your mug, knowing that it’s partner was lost somewhere.
But alas, life carried on. Eventually, you favored new mugs, even starting your own little collection. After you graduated college, you landed a good job, got a few broken hearts along the way and then, as fate would have it, you fell hopelessly in love with Akaashi Keiji. He was your everything. Never failing to make you feel like the most treasured being on the planet.
The day you and Akaashi moved into your new apartment together was a day you had been anticipating for months now. The day was finally here, the two of you set off in your new apartment, moving boxes in and making the apartment start to feel like your new home. It was exactly what the two of you needed, something small that you could make cozy. A shared bedroom and a small spare room that would become Akaashi’s home office. Off the kitchen was a small balcony, a place where you could put the plants you and Akaashi had so they could get the sunlight they needed.
The kitchen was the real seller of the apartment. The kitchen wasn’t anything grand yet but you two already had ideas on how you wanted to decorate it. You wanted dark green cabinets, hardwood floors and above all, a mug rack. Luckily, you already had the rack, you just needed to build it.
“Keiji baby, let’s start unpacking the kitchen so we can cook later. I don't want to have to be digging through boxes to make some dinner.” You shouted from across the house. You heard him agree from across the house. You grabbed the still-boxed rack you needed to build from the living room and made your way into the kitchen.
Akaashi was already in the kitchen and was putting down one of the boxes he was holding, his glasses faintly slipping off his face. You put the box down and go up to him, moving the frames back into place before giving him a sweet kiss, cupping his cheek gently. A small smile rests on his face when you pull back, paired with a mischievous glint in his deep blue eyes. Rolling your eyes, you get to work, opening the rack box. “I'll start setting this up while you unpack some boxes, deal?” you asked him, not really waiting for an answer before you got to work.
“Sounds like a plan, love.” Akaashi said, kissing the top of your head as you set out to set up the rack. After reading the directions, some trial and error, and a few choice swear words that had Akaashi chuckling at, it didn’t take too long to build. “Ready for the mugs?”
“Yep! Bring over the box, please!” You exclaim, feeling giddy from your small achievement. You start setting up some mugs on the rack, artfully placing them so they look aesthetically pleasing when you first walk into the small kitchen.
You started with setting up your mugs, holding each one in your hand carefully before placing them on the rack. Fondly looking back on each mug and their origin, enjoying the cool touch they had to them. After yours were all set up, you opened up Akaashi’s box. You peek into it before you start pulling them out. Until one caught your attention.
“Did you really steal my mug and put it in your box?” You laugh, holding up the mug you thought was yours.
“Huh?” Akaashi turned to you, his brows shot up to his forehead. He adjusted his glasses and squinted at the mug. “No, that’s mine. See? There’s a chip in it, right on the handle.”
“What?” You grow silent, staring at the mug for a moment before holding it up to the rack. You see your matching mug placed on the rack already, your eyes going back and forth between the two mugs. “Wait.” You freeze. Could it be? You didn’t move for a solid minute, staring at the mugs. Could it really be the same mug you lost? “Where did you buy this again?”
Akaashi walked up behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist, kissing the top of your head. “I think it was at a thrift store. Or maybe a garage sale. It was a good find, even if it’s a little chipped, adds character if you ask me. I just felt the need to get it.”
You couldn’t control yourself. Still frozen, you feel a tear start to run down your cheek. The lost mug. Did he have it the whole time? What are the odds of that? You couldn’t help but start laughing at the whole silly situation.
“Okay I'm getting a little concerned, what’s going on in that mind of yours?” Akaashi asked. You turn to look up at him, your eyes shining full of glee. He raised his brow at your expression, absolutely confused as to what was going on. “Love?”
“You found my missing mug!” You laugh and give him a kiss. He hesitantly returned it, still not sure what was really going on. He pulls back in hopes of you elaborating on the situation. “This was accidentally donated years ago, and somehow you were the one to find it!”
You giggle and place the mug next to the one you owned. The matching set was finally complete again. Your heart felt so strangely full.
“Wow.” he said, deadpanned. You whirl around at him and this time, you raise your eyebrow at his lack of excitement. “It took you that long to realize we had the same coffee mug?”
“Keiji!” you exclaim, tackling him with affection. He easily caught you and laughed with you, enduring your vicious attack of kisses. “I never put it together I guess.”
“Yeah, that sounds like you.” He said with a smug smile on his face.
“You’re so lucky I love you.” You roll your eyes at his bluntness. “C’mon, don’t you think that means we are meant to be together or something? Like it was fated!”
He pondered the thought for a moment, glancing over at the mugs then back down at you and the excitement that shone through all your features. A soft smile spread across his face as he tucked a piece of your hair behind your ear.
“I suppose. But I didn’t need us having matching mugs to think that.” He gently grabbed your hand and secured his other around your waist, swaying softly. You follow his lead and place your head on his shoulder. “Honestly, I knew we were meant to be from the first day I met you.”

Hi!! Could I request a neko (half-cat, half-human) MC with Nobunaga, Mitsuhide, Shingen, Masa, and Keiji? Thanks, love!
Hi! That sounds like a cute hc, specially because Halloween is coming! Thank you for requesting.
Neko MC
Oda forces.
Nobunaga Oda.
At first you would hide it from him, trying to cover your ears and tail. Since this was Japan in the sengoku era, who could guess the reaction these people would have. You wouldn’t risk it no matter what! That is, until he eventually found out. He noticed how you would react to certain things in a similar way a cat would. He thought it was just the way you would normally act, but that didn’t seem to be the case.
When he did found out the truth, the first thing he asked was who you were and your intentions. The next thing he did after you answered him (a bit scared since those questions sounded threatening) will be… to pat your head.
He will have no shame when casually touching your head to see if you would purr like a cat, and would be amused if you did.
He promised to not tell anyone your secret, but only because he wanted to be the only one knowing about this.
Mitsuhide Akechi.
he will already be a bit suspicious, you seemed to have abilities no ordinary human could have, like how good your hearing is, or how good your sense of smell is. He will suspect that you could possibly be a spy. The question was, from where? He couldn’t find any information that could link you to a certain enemy. This made him intrigued.
Mitsuhide would eventually question you about these abilities of yours and see if he could finally find out to who you worked with… and he was greeted with you having cat ears and a tail.
He will keep your secret… but not without a price. Sometimes he will pat your head, which will make you purr. Scratch under your chin too. He will wave sticks in front of you to see if you would play like a cat. Mitsuhide will find thousands of ways to tease you while others didn’t know your secret. He will have fun.
His teasings aside, he will find you adorable and will genuinely enjoy hearing you purr. Though he will call you his “little kitty” or “little pet”.
Masamune Date.
The nickname “kitten” will get a whole new meaning. He already noticed how adorable you were and how you acted really reminded him of a cat. Specially how well you bonded with Shogetsu, like you were a cat! Until he finds you are one, kind of. Masamune will be shocked but then fascinated, wanting to touch your ears and tail.
He will find you the most adorable kitty ever! He will have a new way to tease you and a new reason to kiss you more. The way you purred when he patted you was very satisfying, he would find himself stroking your ears and head for hours.
He will keep it a secret but will be wanting to tell the others about his new kitten and how adorable you were. He will enjoy watching you play with Shogetsu on his manor.
Keiji.
Right away he will notice that you are hiding something, and it seemed to be personal. He knew how it was to hide a part of yourself from others, he would do it by plastering a smile on his face all the time. But he didn’t expect you to be hiding literally parts of your body, cat ears and a tail. He… didn’t know exactly how to react, but decided to not tell anyone as long as you didn’t tell anyone about his secret regarding his real personality.
Sometimes he will find himself patting your head, only to pull away fast and look away. He would feel a bit embarrassed by that.
he did find you adorable, but wouldn’t admit it until you two were together.
Uesugi-Takeda alliance.
Shingen takeda.
He will catch right away that there was something about you that reminded him of a cat, he will find you cute because of that. The revelation wasn’t that much of a shock to him, he was more interested than anything else. He will really start to believe you must be some kind of deity that came to his life.
He will be surprised to find that he starts blushing and might get… excited whenever you purr. This will motivate him to always greet you with pats and soft caress on your head.
He will adore if you ever lay your head on his lap to receive more attention. This will feel oddly satisfying to him. He will find himself stroking your ears softly to keep himself relaxed. Might offer for you to sleep on the same bed as him to help him fall asleep much quicker with that purring of yours.
Another one that will keep your secret mostly because he wants to be the only one to know that cute side of yours.

“if you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive…?”

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Akaashi ☕️
Akaashi sits at the table, reading a manga he recently bought when you walk over to him with both of your mugs of coffee. He mutters a thanks before placing a kiss on your cheeks.
“If you could have a meal with anyone dead or alive right now, who would it be?” you ask, sitting on a stool beside him. Your husband looks up, adjusting the ridges of his thick, black frames.
“Are you trying to say you’re hungry?” He grabs his phone to look at some menus. You sit beside him and take the phone away, giggling.
“No, I’m not hungry. We just ate, Keiji. It was just a question.” Whether it’s him being an over-thinker, or the most caring person you know, Akaashi is always searching for the double meanings in your words, especially random questions like this. But it’s also because he’s always wanting to comfort you and love you.
“Ah. Sorry, what was the question?” He asks and you repeat the same words to him. “Hmm, well…” He seems to be deep in thought for a moment. “Then I want it to be…you.” He smiles with a faraway look in his eyes. “Yeah, just you.”
"B-besides me!" you say, getting flustered by his soppy smile.
Akaashi takes off his glasses, wiping the lenses. "Mmm...why not? You said anyone, sweetie." Your husband leans in close to your face, while still wiping his glasses. This action never fails to make you blush and he knows it. You can tell by the curve of his lips.
Which gives you a strong urge to pull him closer for a kiss. A look of surprise spreads across his face for a moment as you press your lips against his. But he eventually closes his eyes, sighing and kisses back, bringing a hand up to your cheek.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Sugawara 🍪
You and your husband were up late baking midnight snacks. These type of nights were rare but special. You both had on your matching aprons, hands covered in flour.
“if you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who—”
“You”, Sugawara answers before you get to finish. “Who else?” His eyes remain on the ball of dough in his hand, rolling it smoothly.
“Koushi, I meant besides me!” you laugh, nudging him with your elbow. He lets out a chuckle.
“Well, if you don’t exist in said world. Then, I don’t exist either. And that’s that.” Sugawara always knew what to say to make your heart flutter everytime.
You weren’t going to argue with him any further, so you leaned up to kiss his flour-dusted cheek before going back to roll your ball of dough.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Atsumu 🛏
It’s one of those late nights where you and your husband Atsumu lay next to each other, his arm used as a pillow for your head.
“if you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be?” you ask, tracing circles on his bare chest. He hums.
“Easy. It would be…” Your husband’s eyes flicker to yours for a minute before looking away and closing them. His hand folded together over his lips. “Beyonce.” You broke into a fit of laughter. It took him by surprise, expecting you to be mad at the answer he gave you.
“No, really!” he tries to convince you with a straight face, but your laughter ensues.
“Beyonce?!” After realizing you’d probably say the same thing, you pause. “You know what? Me, too.”
“Honey, I was joking,” he confesses finally. You chuckle at his pleading eyes.
“Well, I’m not.” You move your hands away from his chest, pretending to check your nails. “Beyonce must be rich. Imagine all the fo—Ah!” Atsumu grabs your hand and yanks it back into his touch, making you yelp.
“Hey, I’m rich too, ya know! Maybe not as much as Beyonce-san, but…” He pauses, hearing a snicker from you and looks over. An amused smile adorns your face.
There’s no way the man you married is jealous of Beyonce.
He gives a defeated huff, before pulling your whole body on top of his with his strong arms. “Yer messin’ with me, huh?” he mutters before pecking your lips twice. Your faces remain inches away.
“Mhm,” you confirm. “To be fair, you started it.”
“So, you’d have dinner with me, then?” he asks, as if you’re not already a married couple.
“Of course, Tsumu.” He chuckles, satisfied with your answer. You give him one last peck before attempting to slide off his chest, but he grips your waist, keeping you in place.
“Where do ya think yer goin?”

apologies if you've answered this before, but what is ... the bad end (morbidly curious and also probably about to regret asking this)
Well basically it’s something my friend @gothitelle-goddess came up with.
So sara becomes the heir to asunaro so that shin, keiji, and gin can leave safely.
Tumblr media
Needless to say she is not having a good time. he basically turns her into a puppet to carry out whatever deeds he wants.
Eventually he does die and sara leaves. that’s after like 19 years though. also gin is a taxpaying adult

2, 3, 15 and 23 for the yttd ask game! i hope thats not too many :o
no worries!!! thank you very much :D
(3 was answered here!)
2 : who is your least favorite character in the game?
hmmm. in terms of abhorrent actions, gashu's really the easiest choice here huh. he's raised his only child within asunaro as to not be alone, though it means putting kai through. horrific things and constantly pushing kai's physical/mental limits; once kai was no longer of use to asunaro, gashu was unable to accept his (or sei's) death & instead created the ranger project to try to satisfy the idea that there was any way in which he could've had either of them live -- only to shoot said project when it lost its use and, despite being engrained solely with the 'negative' emotions he saw within kai and sei, clung to him in the end despite being outright told he was a failure; he's deliberately gone out of his way to kill an innocent person, even at the cost of his own life, simply to purify the death game (only leaving candidates for floors 4/5, built specifically for them). & also he's rich. awful man.
but! in terms of characters i'd 'get along with', i must admit it's hayasaka. or, at least doll hayasaka. he has no spine and no real cause he's dedicated to, besides the desire of keeping himself alive (until gin managed to get close to him, though even then i much rather prefer q-taro & gin to. this.) and is seemingly polite to the point of no conflict. gashu's also more 'polite' than 'nice', but he doesn't particularly try to hide anything else behind his courtesy, which is something i can respect on a personal level. even megumi falls closer to hayasaka in those terms, but we've seen her take a stand for someone else - being keiji, with the implication it was for his reputation/safety that she signed the asunaro contract to keep the murder from going public (keiji wouldn't have signed it on his own; he wanted punishment). which is also something that is. so corrupt, but indicates more intrigue to what ways she attempts to protect those beneath her from asunaro's hold on higher-ranking officers.
15 : whats a part of canon do you dislike?
head in hands. well, my feelings on sei's last-minute inclusion are. complicated, but i can ultimately rework my previous interpretations (despite my frustration there was little foreshadowing beforehand) & i understand what nankidai was going for, even if i do genuinely think he needs more confidence in his writing (see also: overt emphasis on fake reko)
but in terms of its main story... i do think nankidai has put himself in a very rough patch where he must rush the final chapter. i would've preferred a longer game, maybe six chapters for each floor? with four/five mixed as usual, depending on where hiyori centers the game. it would've given us slightly more time to actually, properly, interact with the dolls and made us care more when they finally had to be written out. i honestly don't have many qualms with the banquet, because i also understand where nankidai was coming from on a narrative-level, & i realize that there would be far too many variables for him to properly deal with. however, i do think he's still put himself under a lot of constraints to not as freely explore the concepts he's already presented because he's trying to rush this project and do it within only three chapters. there is much more that yttd should be given the right to dig into, that he simply. can't do with the pressure he's placed upon himself. i appreciate that he's tried to make up for this via side stories with the entire cast, including the dolls, but as much as i enjoy it, i do think the majority of this extraneous content should've been held off until the end of the main game, so he could see what he was actually omitting in the main kimigashine game to keep the narrative running smoothly, and build upon that wrt miniepisdoes. i do think ytts and how it may eventually tie into yttd is interesting because it gives us other perspectives besides sara's, but it is also a project that i expect to be updating slowly - as much as i enjoy it, getting to see the strengths of the characters, it's not the main thing that drew my interest. he's working on too much at once because he's underestimated the bulk of the main story - & i'd much rather he go back on public statements that it would be 'only 3 chapters' + take his time with the game rather than end up with a sloppy imitation of the actual potential the game holds.
bah! even that is a bit more meta than i meant it to be. as for the actual game: i have many small qualms (both petty (green v (white) internal narration w little differentiating factor) &. genuine (colorism)), but i think. i will settle with the confrontation between shin, kanna, keiji, and sara. it's particularly frustrating because it is a tense moment, immediately broken by the under-handed comment of implied romance between both groups. which is obviously meant to be a deliberate point of 'i don't trust you or your intentions with anyone', but it's still so. needless. which is really what gets to me. you could've had the entire interaction without that. and yet... ahhh. whenever i watch playthroughs/replay myself, i always skip through it as quickly as i can.
23 : were you able to save anzu + hayasaka at their first death chance?
i was!! the minigames were fun to figure out; i'm better w rpg style than i am with the minigames of ch2. i had to go back to see the executions and i didn't realize i was only a couple turns away from dying Badly, so the entire time i felt like this:

Cursed Bingo Wrap Up (Last Call)
Tumblr media
Event Status – No “Bingo” achieved, so technically the event doesn’t end until that happens. Additional requests are welcome (I've got the event description permalinked on my blog), but please allow some time for me to write them (I’ve got some other projects that I need to get some work done on).
Total Word Count – Over 15,000 words
Longest story? What Dreams May Come (4200 words)
Shortest? Herd it Through the Grapevine (a story in tweets) (600 words)
Most difficult to write, and why? Tie between What Dreams May Come and Tables Turned. The first one because my initial draft started out sad and a little angsty, and rather than letting the story go where it wanted, I tried to push it into another direction, and ended up in the weeds. I had to dump a few thousand words, and go back to the initial thought. Tables Turned was difficult because of the particular combination of prompts (make it UST, without writing any action, description, or inner monologues!) was a challenge.
Easiest to write, and why? Herd It Through the Grapevine was the easiest and fastest to write. I just started with a weird concept (Keiji buys a bunch of goats) and just ‘yes-anded’ that thing until I got to a conclusion. That said, it was harder to figure out how to format that into authentic looking tweets (eventually I found a website that let me plug that stuff in, but it all still took me longer to format it than writing it). The A Dramatic Pawse and Silence of the Maids duology also was fairly easy to write in the sense that once I figured out a concept, the stories flowed relatively easily.
Favorite story? I love them all, but if I had to pick an absolute favorite, it would be A Simple Game, because I loved getting to throw Shingen and Mitsuhide together and have them try to outthink each other. Adding Motonari to it all made it even more fun. I adore these three characters when they are at their most sneaky and strategic. (Why, why, why doesn’t the game give us more Shingen & Mitsuhide scenes? ~sob~)
Smuttiest Story? Easy answer, The Bluff is the only one that has NSFW content.
Sexiest Story? Technically, it’s probably The Bluff, however the The Challenge, with Sasuke and Ieyasu facing each other in a spicy food challenge has a fairly high level of UST. As does Tables Turned (because that was in the prompt for that one).
Any combination that I was hoping to get, but didn’t? Not telling, as I’m leaving the game technically still open.
Most popular prompts: Kabedon and Blindfold were both picked twice.
Ikesen characters specifically requested: Mitsuhide (4), Masamune (3), Hideyoshi (2), Shingen (2), Keiji (2), one each for Nobunaga, Yoshimoto, Motonari, Mitsunari, Ieyasu, and Sasuke
What did I learn from all this? (1) Well, I probably made the event a little too complicated – if I do another one, I will go with a simpler prompt structure. (2) Finding the website that formatted tweet stories was a great resource that I imagine I might use another time. (3) Writing fics as a response to request is far far more stressful than writing fanfic or original fic for myself – I found myself often worrying if I was writing something the requestor would like.
The fics (in case anyone missed any…)
A Dramatic Pawse (Part 1) - Masamune; Prompt: “It’s only a flesh wound.”
When Shogetsu injures his paw, Masamune has to calm him down enough for Ieyasu to treat the wound.
Silence of the Maids (Dramatic Pawse Part 2) - Hideyoshi, Nobunaga, Mitsuhide; Prompts: “It’s behind me, isn’t it” and Kabedon.
Chaos ensures when a dazed and confused tiger dashes through the castle.
Herd it Through the Grapevine (a story in Tweets)  (Keiji, Shingen, Yoshimoto); Prompts: “You Did What?” and Tweets
Keiji buys a herd of goats… then eventually must sell them to Yoshimoto.
A Simple Game (Motonari, Mitsuhide, Shingen); Prompts: I can explain” + Only one bed
Stranded at an Inn during a storm, Shingen, Mitsuhide, and Motonari attempt to out-game each other for the last bed. Or is there another game at play?
What Dreams May Come (Hideyoshi & Mitsunari) Regency AU; Prompts: English Regency/Napoleonic Wars AU, Blindfold
Hideyoshi must work through his feelings of guilt after Mitsunari suffers a battlefield injury in the process of saving his life.
The Challenge (Sasuke & Ieyasu); Prompt: Kabedon
Sasuke will do almost anything to get Ieyasu’s autograph and a keepsake. Ieyasu will do almost anything to avoid it.
The Bluff: A Choose Your Own Adventure Story (Mitsuhide/Mai, Masamune/Mai, Keiji/Mai); Prompts: Hurt/Comfort and Blindfold
Mai throws a party to make up for forgetting Keiji’s birthday… but the party games get a bit out of hand.
Tables Turned (Mitsuhide and Masamune); Prompts: Unresolved Sexual Tension; Q & A style
The interrogation of Mitsuhide… or… is it?

i think akaashi may talk about like ,,,, film and book analyses !!! sometimes, he delves into topics like self-love and when he becomes popular, he accepts submissions from fans and gives them comforting words!!
film and book analyses would be so fitting for akaashi! he would be so thoughtful of his fans too :(
ok but this got me thinking (uh oh) of a little scenario.. neighbor!akaashi who you're friendly with and occasionally share some tea/coffee with every week at the cafe around the corner where you both exchange film and book recommendations and talk for hours on end about them, only stopping when the waiter awkwardly informs you that the cafe is about to close up. so after keiji walks you home to your door, you reluctantly part ways every night, with an air of romantic tension between you two yet neither of you have made any moves about it.
one day you accidentally stumble across a faceless channel that seems like it's run by one person with a voice that's all-too-familiar,, like a certain someone who you regularly chat with at the cafe around the corner. but it can't possibly be keiji right??? still, you choose to subscribe to the channel because they're always talking about things that intrigue you, and this person has such a lovely voice that never fails to soothe you and leaves you wanting more, and maybe sometimes you like to imagine it's actually keiji reading to you as you fall asleep
but eventually you start to notice a pattern. whatever new book or film you discuss with keiji somehow finds its way onto this mysterious channel the next week or so. can you still chalk it up as a coincidence by now? you're still hesitant to mention it to keiji though, because of the 1% probability that you're wrong and it's a whole different person. or if it is him, would he think you're a creep or something???
as a result, you're forced to live with your curiosity and secret until a few weeks later, you see a notification on your phone that tells you your favorite creator has uploaded a new video - a special QnA to celebrate a subscriber milestone! you reach for your headphones a little too quick than you'd admit and immediately click on the video.
the QnA starts off with a few basic questions he's chosen, still without revealing his identity. you feel yourself inadvertently start to relax as the audio goes on, something you find happening a lot whenever you're listening to him. but one question in particular makes your heart skip a beat — what's your relationship status?
apparently it's a popular question, and your heart flutters again when he nervously chuckles before answering the question.
"well, i'm currently not in a relationship." there's a small pause, like he's pondering whether he should continue. "although, there is a special person who i like to get tea/coffee with every week, at a cafe just around the corner..."

SPEAKING OF WRITINGS… I finally remembered to finish writing chapter three of The Trail of Withered Flowers so, here it is! TW’s still do apply, read with CAUTION!
3 | The Lie
A month had a passed since that incident and during that time, Mothra was rendered unresponsive. She remained protected in a cave within the mountain with the elders and some akari-moths who healed her slowly.
No one had gotten injured from her since then either, it's like that side had faded. Aspen came to see her every once in a while, and he eventually had to report what happened to the elders— but that was only a few minutes ago.
"At first she was below the thing and then suddenly, the thing was by a tree— and she was standing. She was darker and unresponsive to any of us," Aspen had explained to Keiji and Saki, they were the two that wanted to hear Aspen out. "I don't think it was her fault, and honestly if she hadn't killed them— however she even managed to do that— we would have been dead." Aspen managed to say, "I'm thankful for her."
Saki smiled and nodded, "thank you Aspen. Go get some rest with your family, we'll let you know when she wakes up," she said and watched as Aspen left with his mother.
Keiji motioned for Saki to follow him back inside the cave, and she did. "It's almost winter and most of the moths with Daku's mark have been taken care of," Keiji told Saki softly. He and her stood by the entrance, watching Mothra rest on a grassy-bed.
"What do you think we do with her?" Saki questioned as she folded her arms, "she has the same capacity to kill others just like the rest of her faction."
"I understand that," Keiji replied, "although I believe there is something much more exciting here for us," he grinned.
"How so?" Saki tilted her head slightly.
"If you remember, she's a descendant of gods. Her mother did not have a mark of either of her parents," Keiji walked over to Mothra and moved her neck fluff. He stared at the marking on her chest, an it looked like the moon yet it had cracks all over it— as if to show ruin and destruction. "She bares the mark."
"Do you believe it's genetic?" Saki eagerly asked and Keiji nodded, smiling a little.
"I highly think it's the case. Sometimes genetics skip a generation in a tree and I believe the god gene could have passed to Mothra, which would make her our very own god," Keiji explained and moved away from Mothra. "This could be the era the divine moths take over, we've been the lowest species for so long despite having the favor of Gatix herself," Keiji continued as he motioned Saki to leave with him.
Another elder named Rika came and found them outside, she was eager to join the conversation having heard some of it already. "Perhaps we could use her to our advantage," she added. Keiji and Saki met her gaze, but remained silent. "She will understand eventually that she has a death sentence over her head, which means she will be willing to do anything to keep herself alive."
"And what if she doesn't comply?" Saki questioned.
Rika smirked, chuckling a little, "Injure her little by little, eventually you could break parts of her physically and mentally... Maybe almost kill her."
Keiji nodded, "I agree."
Saki scoffed in disbelief, "What will you tell Setsuko and Azar?" She asked. Keiji and Rika fell quiet, thinking or possibly not even wanting to answer.
"Setsuko is leaving tomorrow to join the war party under Makoto's rule, and Azar is silently distraught about this so I don't think he'll see a problem," Rika explained with no regret, she hardly cared, "We could tell Setsuko that she died within the coma."
"That will work, we shall tell the elders the plan, come," Keiji waved for the two females to follow, Rika followed first but Saki took a minute. She felt horrible for Mothra, and she had no idea for what was come. She worried for the moths safety, and she knew nothing good would come from lying to the mother.
𑁍
Much later that day, Mothra's mother came to visit with Aspen. The moon had decided to show itself, it's light dancing around the cave. "Do you think she'll wake up by the time you get back?" Aspen asked quietly, hopping onto the bed next to Mothra.
"I'd like to think so," Setsuko replied, her mind somewhat elsewhere. She hoped Mothra would be alright under Azar's care but she had a worrying feeling that something would go wrong. She shook her head and shifted her gaze to Aspen and Mothra, she felt better knowing Mothra had a friend.
Aspen giggled, "Hey Mothra, you won't believe what happened!" he whispered to her, "I've gotten more practice with bringing life to stuff, and now I can bloom a whole flower garden for you! Just you wait and see," he mumbled and huddled close Mothra. Setsuko felt horrible, and she was just as quiet as the wind.
Mothra remained still and silent, her breathing slow yet heavy. Setsuko came close and kissed Mothra's forehead, brushing her wings and making sure her daughter was still relaxed.
Eventually, Setsuko and Aspen took their leave. The days continued to pass, and soon another month came and went. Mothra was still unresponsive however, her body responded to the healing. It was only a matter time if she would actually die or not.
.
.
.
"My child, can you hear me?"
"Mhm, hello," Mothra replied.
"Hello dear, are you cold?"
"Yes, who are you?" Mothra questioned.
"I’ll warm you up, but I’m afraid I can't answer your question, goodbye Mosura."
"Wait!"
.
.
.
Mothra eyes crept open, she felt the crisp cold air on her body. Once her eyes opened more, she sat up slowly and looked around the room, there were medical herbs and vines that were used as wraps.
She stood up and felt wobbly, she knew she obviously hadn't moved in quite some time. "The healers said her body has been responding to the treatments more and more," said Saki outside.
"That's wonderful, perhaps she'll wake up soon," Keiji replied. Mothra didn't recall their names at the time. Saki and Keiji stepped into the cave then froze, seeing Mothra up and awake.
Mothra's wings twitched nervously, she looked down at herself for a moment. She was taller and her body wasn't the same color as it had been that day.
"You— You're awake!" Saki exclaimed, "Oh thank you, Lady Gatix!" She prayed before rushing to Mothra's side. Saki grabbed Mothra's hands and twirled her around, examining her and watching her movements carefully.
"Easy Saki, it seems she just woke up," Keiji whispered and Saki seemingly relaxed.
Mothra just stared at the both of them. "Where.. Mm.." Mothra held her head, her voice unheard of and different from when she heard it last.
Saki guided Mothra to sit back down, and then sat beside her. "Try and talk slowly," she told her.
Mothra nodded and focused on her words, "Where is Aspen?"
"Aspen made it out, thanks to you," Keiji told her. "When you get your strength up, we'll escort you to your family's nest." Keiji added before walking out.
Saki and Mothra say there in silence for a while. Saki had never gotten a real good look at Mothra before and now she noticed many things. Mothra had tiny stars on her body, her eyes were as big as her mother's, and her wings were like Daku's. Saki only knew the folktales of Daku and Akari, she wasn't old enough to have been around that time— Keiji was though.
Daku was the first death, and now thousands of kids get the mark and die in the winter. Meanwhile, Daku's wife, Akari and her markings get to flourish with no problem. It's unfair.
"Is my mom around?" Mothra asked, her wings lightly flickering.
Saki shook her head, "No, I'm afraid she's gone to join the war party." Saki felt sick, she wanted to tell Mothra what was happening— what was going to happen. She wanted to tell Setsuko that she needed to save her daughter.
"War party?"
"Oh, right. I'll explain a different day, come on— let's go see your dad." Saki replied and helped Mothra up. They walked out and told Keiji they were ready to go.
As they walked many of the moths looked at Mothra with admiration, confusion, and fear. Mothra didn't understand why, how could she?
Eventually they made it back to her nest, her father sitting down in middle of it. It was lonesome cave filled with flowers and vines.
"Azar!" Keiji called out as he came into the cave, Azar shifted his gaze. Keiji and Saki move to the side to allow Azar to see Mothra, and it doesn't take long for Azar to make his way over.
"You're okay," He whispered as he hugged her, and soon enough Mothra began to sob into his shoulder. "Thank you both— and please thank the healers for me," Azar said to Keiji and Saki, to which they nodded and left.
Azar smiled a little at Mothra and helped wiped her tears but once Keiji and Saki were out of ear shot, Azar grew quiet and distant.
For that entire day, Mothra sat in silence with her father. She felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, and at this point— all she wanted was her mother.
But her mother never came home, and Azar blamed her everyday for it afterwards.
